This is to inform you that i am a credit card holder of your bank
I had purchased an i phone from vijay sales in the month of november 2019 and the date was 26 november and i had been promised a cashback worth rs 10, 000 for the same which has not been received yet.
So i would request you to please look into the same

    The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 1767.23 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

    I need clear details about hold fund and release the same
    The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

      I have a policy from hdfc life with policy no 21029181

      I have very bad experience with hdfc life insurance. I asked for "traditional" plan but they made a "ulip" plan policy. And on my policy dob is wrong. My dob is[protected] & you mentioned[protected]. No action taken for correction. You know better about premium difference of 7 years. Employees came to me for this policy and i asked for traditional policy plan (30, 000/-). But when i got e-document of my policy, i came to know this is ulip plan policy. I paid cheque of 50, 000/- to your employees with trust.

      30, 000/- for policy
      20, 000/- bank account opening

      As my dob is wrong and not corrected by them, i haven't continue my police as i have sent email to them but they have not taken any action also they haven't refund my money till date

      Please refund my money

        Hello.. Gud morning.. This is pati srikrishna.. One of the hdfc credit card holder... Xxxxxxxxxx0767 credit card no..in previous day's i request to do the cancellation of one assist membership and refund my money.. After request 2to 3 days i have a message i. E, your request is processed and cancellation of one asist membership is done... I'm still waiting for refund.. My refund is not received yet.. Because today i have one message i. E, hdfc credit card bill generation message.. I'm not paid that amount.. Because the bill amount of credit card is charged by one asist membership.. So plz kindly accept my request and as early as possible plz refund my money..

          I applied for credit card online on 4th july 2020, it has been more than 21 days now, but they don't answer satisfactory. I used twitter, facebook and e mail (Grievance redress all) but they give standard response every time i. E. Track credit card online. They are not interested in resolving customer complaints. They just do marketing but when it comes to service, they don't issue credit card. They are not approving my credit card even after meeting the eligibility criteria. If this is the behaviour, i am discontinuing banking with you. Want to open savings account for family but will not open in hdfc bank.

            I applied for hdfc millenia credit card on 4th july, it has been more than 2 weeks but it shows credit card is still in process. They don't communicate whether card is approved or not. Even after meeting the eligibility criteria, they are not issuing me credit card, i complained through mail, twitter and facebook, but they only reply track it online. If i can track online, why would i contact you. They give standard response but don't issue credit card. They just do marketing for credit card

                I had bought the iphone xr in the month of march 15th march 2020 using hdfc credit card and there was offer of 5000 cashback withing 120 days. I did not received yet though 120 days are over. Please check asap.

                        I am also affected by this preaching pandemic Mirevenue hold through GFNU.

                        HDFC bank have taken my Rs.17.40 without notifying me. Also I don't know why they did this to me. I want my money. This is my very own money. I don't wanna lose it at any cost. Transfer my money back.

                          Hello all, this is Rajat Badade.I want to inform one thing that hdfc credit card has charged me rs. 1899 for Oneassist policy. I have not ordered it, but still the money got deducted. I want my full money back and policy must be cancelled and I won't pay any bill.

                                It had an offer that post 120 days, i will receive 6000 cashback on my card.

                                  I had applied for banking jobs through shine jobs.
                                  I got a telephonic interview call from a person called naukri and later he said i got selected for the post and i need to transfer inr4500 to his account for the document verification process. If my documents are correct i’ll get that money back with my first month’s salary. I just wanted to know if hdfc bank really charges for the document verification process so that i can think to pay or not. Please let me know as soon as possible.

                                    I got a call from HDFC that if we want to transfer Our Home loan from LIC HFL to HDFC. After having all the discussions they assured us that we are 100% Eligible for the loan and I uploaded all the required documents in the portal as well and Gave all the hard copy of the documents To Mr.Palash jana. After that I was continuously calling Mr.Palash jana for knowing the Loan status but I didn't get any response from him and He was very rude while talking to me.

                                    Today I got a Regret mail From Ankur Tyagi that I am not eligible for these loan. I have also paid a Amount of 2800/- as Processing fee. It seems as they are just trying to make money by doing fraud by charging processing fee.

                                    Its a request from me to HDFC that kindly Refund my Processing fee as well as the Hard copy of the Documents that i gave to Mr.Palash Jana and take appropriate action against this.

                                      I had transferred my funds to HDFC account to clear credit card bill.
                                      But while paying credit card bill, the error occurred as "We are unable to carry out your instruction. Please contact the bank."
                                      Later I had tried to transfer my funds in HDFC account to other account, after entering, same error occurred.
                                      Even while trying account statement, same error occurred.
                                      Later I had tried to transfer Funds to other account through IMPS then error occurred as "There is a memo present on the Debit account."
                                      I had tried calling customer care but there is no use as the customer care number is not connecting to person to contact repeatedly.
                                      I had been trying to pay my HDFC credit bill from 4 days but was not able to pay due the above reasons.
                                      Resolve the issue immediately to restore my account

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card ending with 9492 without my concern on 23/07/2020. I am not interested about this plan and don't want to continue this membership, so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1899/-.
