I have a policy from hdfc life with policy no 21029181
I have very bad experience with hdfc life insurance. I asked for "traditional" plan but they made a "ulip" plan policy. And on my policy dob is wrong. My dob is[protected] & you mentioned[protected]. No action taken for correction. You know better about premium difference of 7 years. Employees came to me for this policy and i asked for traditional policy plan (30, 000/-). But when i got e-document of my policy, i came to know this is ulip plan policy. I paid cheque of 50, 000/- to your employees with trust.
30, 000/- for policy
20, 000/- bank account opening
As my dob is wrong and not corrected by them, i haven't continue my police as i have sent email to them but they have not taken any action also they haven't refund my money till date
Please refund my money
