      I purchased iphone from a store and paid by my hdfc credit card.
      It had an offer that post 120 days, i will receive 6000 cashback on my card.
      Its been more than 120 days but i have not received my cashback.

        I had applied for banking jobs through shine jobs.
        I got a telephonic interview call from a person called naukri and later he said i got selected for the post and i need to transfer inr4500 to his account for the document verification process. If my documents are correct i’ll get that money back with my first month’s salary. I just wanted to know if hdfc bank really charges for the document verification process so that i can think to pay or not. Please let me know as soon as possible.

          I got a call from HDFC that if we want to transfer Our Home loan from LIC HFL to HDFC. After having all the discussions they assured us that we are 100% Eligible for the loan and I uploaded all the required documents in the portal as well and Gave all the hard copy of the documents To Mr.Palash jana. After that I was continuously calling Mr.Palash jana for knowing the Loan status but I didn't get any response from him and He was very rude while talking to me.

          Today I got a Regret mail From Ankur Tyagi that I am not eligible for these loan. I have also paid a Amount of 2800/- as Processing fee. It seems as they are just trying to make money by doing fraud by charging processing fee.

          Its a request from me to HDFC that kindly Refund my Processing fee as well as the Hard copy of the Documents that i gave to Mr.Palash Jana and take appropriate action against this.

            I had transferred my funds to HDFC account to clear credit card bill.
            But while paying credit card bill, the error occurred as "We are unable to carry out your instruction. Please contact the bank."
            Later I had tried to transfer my funds in HDFC account to other account, after entering, same error occurred.
            Even while trying account statement, same error occurred.
            Later I had tried to transfer Funds to other account through IMPS then error occurred as "There is a memo present on the Debit account."
            I had tried calling customer care but there is no use as the customer care number is not connecting to person to contact repeatedly.
            I had been trying to pay my HDFC credit bill from 4 days but was not able to pay due the above reasons.
            Resolve the issue immediately to restore my account

              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card ending with 9492 without my concern on 23/07/2020. I am not interested about this plan and don't want to continue this membership, so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1899/-.

                        I bought iphone 11 from ivenus store (Inorbit mall, vadodara) on 18 march 2020 through my hdfc credit card. As hdfc bank and their customer care promised i should get cashback of 6000₹ within 120 days. However, i haven't get cashback till today. I have also complaint via email but they don't even think their duty to revert back on this. I hope after complaining here, i will get my cashback soon.

                        I requesting hdfc bank to resolve this issue soon.

                          After my credit card settlement as per executive discuss with me on call (Received call on [protected]) as per on call discussion and as per executive suggest me that may is last month to make a card payment other wise my settlement will be cancel if not pay the payment and my settlement left amt-21300 and i have done payment 29 may after that again we received on daily base call by hdfc card department and they told me that your settlement was cancel and you need to pay hole amount again.

                          This is not my fault why we suggest me that your settlement valid till may as per executive.

                          I will not pay any amount on that time because i have done payment for my side

                              Some one customer care person call me on 16/7/2020 at 10:35am from contact number[protected]. He was telling me to convert my june 2020 month outstanding in to nine emi (09). But froudely he sension rs.15557/- (Fifteen thousand five hundred fifty seven rupees) @1.8%pm and to be payed in 9 emis (Nine emies) for new loan. But i did not required any new personal loan. Kindly reject this loan amount of rs.15557/-. Thanks and regards

                                I have a credit card with hdfc and made a transaction on 30 June twice with my credit card. But with out my concern hdfc has made one transaction of Rs 16743 as aggregator emi for 9 months. I donot want to do the same. I aant to pay as normal. It's a fraud act. Without customer concern how can a company make emi facility? I want this issue to be resolved. So please help me

But with out my concern hdfc has made my transaction of Rs 14992 as aggregator emi for 9 months. I don't want to do the same. I want to pay as normal.                                   Hi this is Imran, i had blocked debitcard and netbanking and upi transctions due to misuse of my saving current account, as the problem sorted out i raised request at bank to unblock netbanking and upi and for new debitcard. I got new debitcard and it is working and netbanking it is unblocked and able to transact. But am not able to send money via upi transaction such as phone pe, paytm, payzaap etc. Since my upi is not unblocked am not able to make transactions. I had raised complaints thru phonebanking but every time they say raised the issue or mailed the issue wait for 3 working days
                                  So kindly request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible

                                    [protected] asked so many verification checks some advertisements polcymatters wasting of time & telephone billl ask the policy holder to wait for attending of service representative saying all our service representative are busy in serving other customers thanq for waiting meanwhile music & hdfc slic advertising it goes for 20 minutes cal ends repeat the same for another two times it's almost one hour no answer
                                    Helpless & leave it after waste of money & time. Next same story by computer what to do give me address of offline mode.

                                      This is in regards that i am a hdfc credit card holder for past 1year & above and there is a fraudlent transaction done on my card on 4th july of amount 19886/- and as i received the msg regarding same i informed the bank on toll free number and blocked the card and they blocked my card and issued a new one, i have received the new card but on 5th of july i filled the dispute form and mail it to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and i haven't received any reply from there till date inspite of reminders, i mailed to another mail id customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com but again no reply and toll free numbers are not geting connected and the amount is still not reveresed and its billed in my statement and payment is due.So i would request to please intervene and take action.
