I have started using this credit card from June 2019 & since then I have opted auto pay feature for minimum due payment.Till Jan I didn`t check my complete statement & i was in that mind that through auto pay minimum amount is getting paid. But in FEB when i made the payment I found that the total due amount is very high then i investigated all statements from June 19 - Feb 20, there were two late fee payment charged & then i started contacting HDFC support team. In beginning there were no response they said they are looking, then they said i disabled auto pay feature which i didn`t. Then one day customer agent agreed that there was a technical issue due to which it happened & she assured me that she is registering the complaint & i will get the refund. Two weeks passed still no response then i called in again & they said that complaint is closed & then register another complaint. Still no resolution.I register complaints on e-mail to HDFC credit card department still no solution.Then i wrote an e-mail grievence department & senior management But still no one is ready accept there fault & no one is ready to refund. I feel that paying the complete amount was my fault.

This is the service what HDFC is giving to its customer. Instead of resolving my issue the decreased my limit to 18000/- from 40000/- for which they will say its internal team decision, when this is a salary account they are doing this.

I have shared every thing i want all late fee & finanace charges from jan - june & GST charges to be waived off.

    Hi my nps account is frozen i had paid the first transaction through hdfc bank.
    I got a mail saying "in this regard, we wish to inform you that your kyc was rejected by your bank/pop. We have not received the required documents as on 02-jul-2020.in order to complete your registration process, you are requested to submit the bank/pop verified enps registration form along with supporting documents (Like bank statements, etc.) to the below mentioned address."

    Since nowadays sending document by post is difficult to the bank. Please provide a solution what is supposed to be done, any online solution to it.

      Stmt chgs net-mbl incl gst 130720-mir[protected] this charge has been deduced from my account without informing. When i submit for statement, no message on changes applicable is informed. If it is informed, i won't submit it.

          I had purchased watches at al kors in november 2019 and january 2020. I have not received my 90-day cashback for either of the products. This is frustrating as they aren't responding on their helpline numbers as well.

              Dear team
              I have a credit card of hdfc bank. But due to lockdown and jobless i have paid half minimum amount of hdfc credit card. Due to covid 19 indian government are says that every customer are able to took moratorium. But hdfc bank not given moratorium to his customers. He behave very bad with his customers during recovery calling. My registered mobile number with hdfc bank is [protected].
              I request to give me only 10 days to pay your minimum due in credit card. But recovery agent asking me to send notice and recovery letter and inform to legal departments.
              Why they are not given rbi moratorium to persons who lost their jobs due to lockdown and covid 19
              Please take action against these persons

                Hi team,
                I am sheela tiwari and i am account holder in hdfc bank. I forgot my password of net banking so i tried to reset it. There is two ways of resetting my password.
                1) through phone number and debut card however it's not possible in my case as i don't have debit card
                2) through email and phone number however i am not getting any otp mail.

                        Hdfc bank customer service is very worst service in bank.in my credit card from last 7 to 8 month monthly statement is coming with offus emi and i never took any emi on my card from last 7 to 8 month and for that i have contact there customer care to many time but they never response. I want to know why are you charging me offus emi.

                            I have paid two embassy fee from my credit card of total amount - 13, 254 and 13356. I have also cleared my credit card bills regarding this transaction on time. But few days later i noticed hdfc bank entitled two loans against me without any prior notice. Even i have cleared my all dues. Kindly resolve this issue. I have no bills to clear but bank shows i have. This is completely wrong.

                              I have tried sending mail to the customer support. Haven't received the hdfc welcome kit yet. It's mire than 3weeks. Everytime the bank executive says, you'll receive it asap. 24th July is the atm OTP activation last date. I am so worried. Don't know what are the people upto. And y they would take so much of time. Have never experienced anything like this ever before.

                                In my Hdfc account debited automatically money in this month[protected] is debited money automatically almost 300 Rs in one day... and next second day[protected] is debited money automatically 900 Rs... and the Third day means[protected] is debited money automatically 600 Rs ... in three days total money is =1700rs money is debited ...

                                    महोदय/महोदया,

                                    मैं, जावेद, शंकर नगर एक्सटेंशन कृष्णा नगर दिल्ली का निवासी हूँ और आपको सूचित करना/बताना चाहता हूं क्योंकि मुझे दिनांक 01/05/2020 की सुबह अपने फोन पर एक संदेश मिलता है और जब मैं संदेश पढ़ता हूं, तो मुझे पता चलता है कि मुझे रु 2, 00, 000/- इंस्टा जंबो लोन मिला है जबकि मैंने इंस्टा जंबो लोन के लिए आवेदन नही किया। जब में कृष्णा नगर बैंक जाता हु और ये सारी बात बताता हु तो बैंकर मुझे एक ई-मेल ID और एक फ़ोन नंबर देता है मगर बैंक से कोई हल नही निकलता और ना ही फ़ोन नंबर से फिर में ई-मेल पर मेल करता हु।

                                    वे यह मेल ID customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com और फ़ोन नंबर [protected] है

                                    उसके बाद फिर मुझे एक ई-मेल मिलता है जिसमे यह लिखा होता है हमारे ग्राहक सेवा कार्यकारी अधिकतम 12 से 14 कार्य दिवसों में जवाब देंगे। मगर मुझे कोई जवाब नही मिलता मैंने दूसरी मेल डाली उसका भी कोई जवाब नही मिला इंस्टा जंबो ऋण को रद्द करने के लिए तीसरा अनुस्मारक ई-मेल करता हु फिर भी मुझे कोई जवाब नही मिला इसमे मई का पूरा महीना निकल जाता है मुझे इस इंस्टा जंबो लोन की जरूरत नही है मुझे लोन के लिए फोन आते थे लेकिन मैंने कोई भी ऐसा बटन नही दबाया ताकि लोन का आवेदन किया जा सके और मै कॉल काट देता था

                                    यह आपको सूचित करना है कि जिस ऋण के लिए आवेदन नही किया गया है उसे तुरंत रद्द करवा दे और बिना किसी चार्ज के HDFC बैंक इसको वापस ले।
                                    में नही चाहता कि मेरे अकाउंट से कोई भी अमाउंट कटे और में नही चाहता की मेरा सिबिल स्कोर खराब हो इस लोन के चकर में।

                                    मेरे मोबाइल पर फिर से एक और मैसेज आता है जिस में HDFC Bank Credit Card loan ending With 7854 और इसको मेरे सेविंग अकाउंट से लिंक किया है ऐसा मैसेज आया और फिर मैंने अपना सेविंग अकाउंट चेक किया तो लिंक हो चूका था फिर भी तीन ई-मेल करने के बाद भी ये HDFC बैंक ऋण प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाए जा रहा है ये HDFC बैंक की तो जबरदस्ती वाली बात हो गई।

                                    में ये चाहता हु इसको रिमूव किया जाये जब मैंने इंस्टा जंबो लोन लेने के लिए आवेदन नही किया। तो ये जबरदस्ती क्यो दिया जा रहा है कृप्या करके इसको वापस करवाए और ये भी बताना चाहता हु कि में जब भी कस्टूमर केयर पर फ़ोन करता हु covid 19 की जानकारी के बाद फ़ोन कट जाता है जिससे की कस्टूमर केयर पर भी मेरी बात नही हो सकी और में बैंक भी गया फिर में अपनी सारी प्रॉब्लम बताता हु तो वो कहते है कि एचडीएफसी बैंक पहाड़गंज ऋण शाखा जाओ ये बात HDFC बैंक महिला कॉलोनी गान्धी नगर शाखा की बात है मेरी प्रॉब्लम का समाधान नही हुआ।

                                    इंस्टा जंबो लोन के लिए मैंने चौथा, पांचवां, छठा, सातवाँ, आठवाँ रिमाइंडर भी डाला ईमेल पर मगर मुझे कोई जवाब नही मिला।

                                    अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि इस सन्दर्भ उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें।
