It's almost 2 weeks now i have opened my account in 802101 buxar branch. I have requested for cheque book it has been delivered but my welcome kit that contains my debit card has not been delivered. Customer care people are saying it will be delivered to you within 2 weeks but now it's almost 20 days please do something

it's almost 2 weaks now after i have opened my online savings account.i have completed my kyc also.but i didnt receive my welcome kit yet.can anybody tell what will be the reason
Welcome kit has not arrived due to address related issue. Can you please help me out in changing the delivery address.

Hi,
I have opened an account in Bommanahally branch, my welcome kit has been redirected to Bommanahally branch and they are saying CPV has to be done for the same. I am following up the bank personnel since 10days for verification and to collect my welcome kit. Please resolve the issue at the earliest

    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 7/10/2019 in paragaon thane. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          Dear sir,
          I had transaction by payzapp app. Through hdfc cradit card ([protected]) for rs 2474/- at grofer on dated 07/07/2020 but due to internet problem, amount debited in my hdfc cradit card account but payment is not received at grofer account. Failed transfection has been done. July’20 bill is also generated by hdfc cradit card but my amount is still not credited.
          I have given several mails to hdfc customer care but have not get any proper responses.
          You are requested to do needful action

              Contacted the customer support and they keep saying 10 days and then 10 days and it’s july 2020 there is no clarity.

                It's been 2 months since the amount got debited from my account for a Flipkart order. I have cancelled the product on May 29th. Flipkart has reversed back my money into the credit card ending ****5206. But the very next day the same amount got debited by the bank as EMI. I have contacted the customer helpline about 10times but there was never a response from the HDFC bank

                      On my credit card i had made an auto debit of electricity bill for every month but by mistakely my brother had made the payment from his debit card on dt 13/4/2020 which was successfull & on 24/4/2020 their is also a deduction of electricity bill which is already paid & when i contact my bank's home branch branch(hdfc bank) they tolled me that it will automatically get reversed or otherwise it will adjust in your next bill.still it were not get adjusted or else get reversed .
                      And when these things when i told to that lady who sold me the card they were like aap hdfc support ko mail kardo aapka kaam hojyega . is this the way they have to do with me like this & when i told them kindly guide or once atleast you should speak with the above team they were like "aap mail kardo sir hamare yeha se kuch nahi hoga "

                        I had resigned on 9 March 2020. I was told by my HR that i'l be receiving my FNF and relieving letter by 15 to 20 days. It's almost 3 months and still I haven't received it. I am continuously following up with the team but still there is no revert. From exit team Mamtaa todai had claimed that I would be receiving the same on 15th of this month. I am continuously trying to call her but she isn't replying back. After working 5 years in HDFC I have to follow up so much for my own money.

                          PL note that every month depository charges are being deducted from my saving account .but on 15th july'20 bank deducted 1121/- as depository charges.
                          Let me clear why deducting this while bank charging annually for Dmat account. Pl reverse my all amount which were deducted so far.

                            Hi,
                            Today I received a message from Hdfc stating ( Dear Cardmember, OneAssist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 2139. Membership will be processed and Welcome kit dispatched shortly.) even though I did not subscribe One Assist but HDFC Bank debit the amount without given any message or any notification.

                            Please I request Hdfc people to not such fraud activities and requesting to Unsubscribe from my account and refund the same as soon as possible.

                                  I performed the imps transaction of amount 8000 from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

                                  I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

                                      Amazon prime refunded amount of Rs 919.20
                                      But not credited by hdfc credit card yet.
