I performed the imps transaction of amount 8000 from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.
I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.
Message is as below :
Update: your money transfer of INR 8, 000.00 on 16-07-20 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected].

Please check and refund the amount.

I have opened an account in Bommanahally branch, my welcome kit has been redirected to Bommanahally branch and they are saying CPV has to be done for the same. I am following up the bank personnel since 10days for verification and to collect my welcome kit. Please resolve the issue at the earliest
