Earlier 75₹ and now 105₹ deducted from my account on the name of si fail due to insufficient balance.

Please explain what instruction i had given and... Why this money is deducting again and again..

      Address: Nagpur Municipal corporation

      Sub: payment of house tax of rs. 2, 834/- for my flat no. 255/202, index no. 69000479a101 (Ward no. 69, gokulpeth block 2)
      Name: shridhar v moharil, rama niwas, 84, hill road, ram nagar, nagpur, under nagpur municipal corporation.
      1) on 09/07/2020, i was trying to pay online, the above tax at www.nmcnagpur.gov.in by hdfc payment gateway option available there.
      2) after giving all debit card related details, i clicked on pay button. The transaction was started by hdfc payment gateway, but went into hung condition for some reason not known to me, and did not come back with any error message.
      3) i initiated the payment once again. This time, it was successful. I got the the online-nmc receipt no. 07/2020-21/0060423 mentioning online transaction number: [protected].
      Accordingly, rs. 2, 834/- were correctly debited from my account under reference “by debit card-othpg[protected]n d p nagpur”.
      4) but, after some time, i got a second debit of rs. 2, 834/- in my bank account under new reference “by debit card-othpg[protected]n d p nagpur”, due to earlier failed transaction. Because of failure i could not get the transaction no in this case.
      I request hdfc help in getting the debit due to failed transaction reversed by hdfc gateway and provide the credit to my account. Please respond at my email id - [protected]@gmail.com or mobile no. [protected].

      I am still waiting for a response from HDFC on this complaint. It is nearly a month now since I put the complaint.
      Please respond early, else I will have to escalate the matter to HDFC higher authorities.
      Complaint is repeated below for your reference.

          A charge of rs. 885 has been issued on my bank account by the name of debit card annual fee without any notice of the same.

          Description:a charge of rs. 885 has been issued on my bank account by the name of debit card annual fee without any notice of the same. My card is a normal one and this is the first time that such a charge has been issued. I am trying to reach the customer care but unable to do so. Phone banking is off and the complaint i registered with the bank online has not been responded on. Help me know the reason of such transaction

            I received a call from a person from hdfc who applied for my credit card.
            I was given the information that first year membership will be waived off and the card will be sent to me at my current mailing address (Hyderabad). After considering all the information being provided to me, i decided to go with the issue of a new credit card. After fifteen days i received a call from a courier agent that he is standing outside of my permanent address (Patna). Few days later i received yet another call that the card has been sent to my home branch and will have to collect from there or update my mailing address by visiting the same branch otherwise the card was going to be returned back to chennai (Both of the options given to me were so illogical and not at all viable due to the current pandemic) so the card returned to chennai. A few days ago i received an email saying that i have an unpaid bill on my credit card which was for membership fees. I called the same person who had issued my credit card but he said that he cannot help me in any possible way. After that i called the customer care number who said they are going to waive off the card charges which they did but there was a catch. Now in order to avail the same amount i have to spend money through the issued card within the current billing cycle, the same card which is with hdfc right now. So how am i supposed to do that. The due date is today (10/7/2020) so i paid the said amount. The total amount due was 590 which included 500 membership fee along with 90 rupees of gst for a card which i still don't have in my possession and for which i was told there won't be fees for the initial year and on top of all this 500 rupees refund which i can only avail if spent more money (Nice scheme hdfc bank is running).
            The matter here is not about 90 rupees and not even about 590 rupees but of two things:
            1) fairness which i think hdfc has a clear cut policy to rip off their customers every time they think they can.

            2) and about the current information which i wasn't provided in clear terms now when hdfc want me to pay, suddenly there are new terms and conditions

              I purchased something from amazon of amount 27, 990 from my credit card later when i cancellled refund got confirmed and they given rrn for refrence but its been 7 days that i didn't get refund in my credit card account and no body is responding from hdfc bank branch or neither from customer care.
              I wrote mail but even they are not been responded.

                I got a msg from hdfc’s official number about the amount credited from zara about 12hrs ago but the amount has not been reflected in my account yet.
                Please look into my matter there are two such reverse transactions

                  I have bought my mackbook pro 16 inch with hdfc bank credit card on 17/02/2020 from forma saket delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 7000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in croma, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                          I am customer of many banks. I have never ever faced any major issues with any bank. I was of the view that hdfc bank is the best bank and also since its near to my house, i had opened bank account with hdfc bank.
                          Recently i sold a property n deposited my sold value in hdfc tatanagar branch bangalore.

                          First part (Loan fraud)
                          When i called hdfc for plot loan, initially they tried to get my attention towards them, they told no processing fee n i proceeded with it. This was around 2018 dec. I gathered all documents and gave it to them after many iterations, finally my side i gave all docs around early feb 19.in mid feb, they had called me and asked for processing fee of 10k+gst which came around 11800rs. But they promised everything is included & lawyer fee is also included in this. But again when i went to lawyer office, they asked me to pay rs 2500 for the lawyer. They promised no charges and charged extra every single time.
                          This entire process took more than 6 months for them to complete n to get my loan even though i submitted all docs around mid february. I resubmitted all docs again and again. I was seriously frustrated by the bank already
                          Second part (Dd charges fraud)
                          When i was taking dd to my seller which was around 24lakhs, the bank didn't give any prior information that these dd charges mount to 13k+, i even asked them is there any charge that i can fill in the sheet. They told no charges to fill n also i met manager who also didn't tell anything. The dd form also didn't have information about the charges. Normally all banks form have commission charges section where we fill out charges, this bank neither have prior info or had this charges mentioned in the form. On top of that i even asked them. The branch is tatanagar, kodigehalli bangalore hdfc branch.
                          The deduction is done around one week after the dd issued. How will the customer know this & from where the charges are applied. When i asked this to bank manager, why didn't she inform me at the time she is saying the bank doesn't educate the customers and customers should read and kind of byheart the charges...
                          13k is not even average salary of a daily wager. For giving my own money the bank has charged 13k. How is this fair???
                          Just to print one dd paper they charged me such a hefty amount.
                          Is this really fair??

                          I need my money back??
                          I will definitely not recommend any one for this bank ever...
                          I hope via this forum, i can get some justice and help.

                                However it is deducted again from my credit card which is registered on policybazar for auto debit.

                                There was confusion on whether policy registered for auto debit or not hence i made payment through net banking.

                                Request you to please reverse payment of rs 5000 which is paid through credit card.

                                    I’m using HDFC bank from 5 year but I always have a issue with them. First they always approach you to take credit card and the call you from 10 different numbers.
                                    Once you have card after you facing issues With that they never help you they deduct amount from your card with out information.
                                    After I cancel my credit card luckily I paid all amount.
                                    Then after since a year they cutting charges I don’t know why again without any information or emails.
                                    Last week I deposited money they put 3500+ amount on hold again no information.
                                    Once I got the time I will close this account I’m done with this bank there is many more bank I we can use .

                                      My account is blocked, as in i cannot do any transaction from my account. It happened on 11th july, 2020. I did not even get an intimation that account is blocked. I don't know the reason for this inconvenience. Till now i have tried to contact the bank in every way possible digitally but got no response. When i call them, they say that use digital platforms during covid but i haven't gotten any response. It has been a major inconvenience as this is my primary account. Please look into it and improve your customer service so that we don't have to post consumer complaints to get response from your side for an unnecessary problem.                                       I was told by customer support team to update by address by giving relevant documents in nearest branch after which my account will be unblocked. It's been 6 days since i submitted the documents, please update my address ASAP, as it's causing me a lot of inconvenience.
