I have bought iphone 11 on 15/2/2020 from hdfc debit card. The offer was 6000 cash back after 120 days. It is more than 120 days i have not received the cash back yet, can you please help me on this.

    Hi hdfc,

    I have bought a product in ajio and i have canceled it and the refund was initiated immediately from ajio, its been 11days but still i didn't receive the refund, when i checked with ajio customer care they gave me a reference number. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

      My transaction at a shop declined, but the amount was deducted from my account. If i call the customer care. I don't have this option to complain.

      If i visit my home branch they ask me to get a ticket number. What do i do?...

        A charge of ₹1899 was charged from my debit card to oneassist which i haven't authorised. How can hdfc bank allow a transaction which is made without my consent and knowledge from my debit card. When i spoke to customer service, they asked me to talk to oneassist customer service where as hdfc has allowed the transaction.

        I would like to file a complaint regarding the same.

          Hi, this is sundaraiah g, had a personal loan with hdfc. And my loan account number is 60087960. During my application procedure, initially i had given the cheques 754659 and 754660 with the wrong signatures on 06-aug-2018. After i realized, clearly told the executive (Uma nair, bangalore) to tear them and sent other two cheques 754672 and 754673 on 14-aug-2018. I don’t know what she did with the new cheques but it looks she sent the initial cheques for the further processing which were with wrong signatures. I realized this after cheque is returned from the bank during repayment (Cheque returned charges are extra/loss for me). So, i request you to tell me the way to solve this problem. Since i am out-of-station, i couldn’t go to the bank personally. And also, i didn’t get any call from hdfc regarding the cheque return. Is it the policy or what? The day i had to repay the instalment, money was deducted from my account, but i come to know the cheque return after i went through my account after two days.

          The above mail was sent on 8-oct-2018 to the people who were invloved in my personal loan approval.in the first place there was no response from them who did lot of noise during the loan aplication process. I have complained the same to their customer support but what i got from them is to go to bank and solve my issue myself though i was keep on telling as i was already submitted the valid cheques. I called them from phone for so many times but still the response was same. This is ridiculous behaviour from employees and from bank too. And instead they are charging from me for cheque bounces and so. Why those people don't go through my file once though i keep on telling. So, i request you to take the action against hdfc and direct them to do the needful.

          I have asked them to refer my file to get the new cheque for ECS. But even without reading my complaint they are answering the same, go to branch to solve the issue.

But the thing here is I have submitted the cheques a long back even before the loan got approved. I have informed them so many times to check my loan file and replace the cheque with the proper one, but there was no use. I have informed the executives who involved in my loan process, but even from them also there was no use. I have raised the tickets in the help desk, and here too it was not done instead I was getting auto-generated mails.
          As my last EMI is in the next month (September 2020), I wanted to bring this issue to end so I have complained the same to the consumer forum.

          I have mails of the same issue those communicated with the other executives of HDFC during my loan initial tenture. I will submit the same whnver it is necessary.

                There was a fraudulent transaction from my account and I had to block my debit card. But the customer care guy blocked my net banking and UPI too. I went to the bank the next day to fill the CDF form and re-applied for debit and net banking. They told me within 7 days it will get sorted.

                Till now my account is blocked and I don't have a debit card. I have visited the bank, they told me they have processed it.

                I have visited the bank thrice to withdraw cash as I don't have online access.

                The banks are open between 10-2 PM MON-Friday. I had to take a half-day from the office and stand in a queue risking my life and family.

                Later, the employees told me their server is down and I can't withdraw. This happened twice in a week.

                They will courier me the debit card and net-banking password but it's getting delayed due to the COVID situation.

                It's really difficult for me as I can't pay my bills.

                I tried to generate my IPIN using Forgot Password but my account is blocked for the user.

                Please suggest an alternate way for me to access the net-banking portal without waiting for the password.

                This is urgent!!. No one is helping me out here and I don't have access to my account. I can't pay bills and have to visit the bank every week risking my life.

                Please help me out.

                      ALERT: Dear Customer, your HDFC Bank Credit Card **** was not delivered despite our efforts. Pls call Phonebanking for card redispatch.

                      This was the message i received. I tried taking help from phone banking number where i couldn't connect with any of their executive.I visited one of the hdfc bank also, they were unaware on what to do next to redispatch my card and their only solution was to call customer care which i was not able to connect.There was so many executives at the time of verification and nobody to help now.

                      Nobody contacted me at the time of card delivery and no information on why the card is in a situation to redispatch.

                          I’ve never been told or asked about variance of cards. The card issued to me was clearly on the employee stance. Where as i’ve mentioned suresh-east marredpally branch employee that this account is just to use at its minimal. Yet i’ve received a fancy debit card which is not of any use to me and sms charges, i don’t receive prompt texts when there are transactions whatsoever. Then why charge for it and now “brn txn charges” what’s that for? I want all these excess charges to be reversed else i’m not likely to bank with hdfc. Any bank would suffice for my needs.

                            I purchased an i-phone in Feb-20, during that time I was eligible for HDFC bank cashback offer. But it has been 150 days that I never received cashback. They asked to fill a form, write an email to card services customer care, but no soul responded back for the tickets whichever I raised. Unsure if I will receive cashback.

                              As per my cibil report, there is written off amount against my hdfc credit card. Complete settlement was done against the account by me and i was said that accounts are closed, however my cibil still reflects written off and payment due till date. Ideally cibil status should have been "nil" against the card. I also hold hdfc bank account more than 10 years.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                On 4th november 2019 i made a purchase of television using hdfc credit card. I had made the decision of the purchase because of then-existing cashback offer. This is to bring to your notice that i have not received cashback. I have made all the payments dully on or before the due date. Till date, i have completed 5 instalments. During my purchase, i was informed that i will be receiving the cashback after completing 3 successful instalments but i haven’t received any cashback till date. I made this purchase only because of the cashback offer and was dependent on the cashback for the future instalments.

                                I have spoken to the customer service provider about this issue but my issue was not solved. As they were unable to solve the problem, i was recommended to mail my concern to the support team. I have already mailed my concern to your team number of times. I am never contacted by your personnel for solving my problem. I feel betrayed. This was not expected with such a reputed bank.                                       A cash equity account is oepend by myhdfc bank account and amount of rs118 is deducted .the broker for the demat account is hdfc securities .I have not initiated to create my account and rs 118 is deducted from my account without my knowledge.customer care is not available to pick up my call I want action to be taken as soon as possible
