I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 04-feb-2020 in mohali. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

    I Samit Mohan Sinha had been approached by HDFC Vijay Nagar branch Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh on 29th may 2020, for HDFC LIFE sanchay Par of [protected]@INR 200000/ annum.My policy number is 22604615. I mailed to HDFC LIFE which is [protected]@hdfclife.com for termination of my policy before the free locking period I.e on 6 th June 2020 and send all the relevant documents they have asked for processing of my refund in my saving account. Since then I send numerous mails to refund the money as I desperately need money to run my family expenses. Due to covid 19'my earning has stopped and I have to pay the money which I have lend from many people's.
    I request you to kindly take the necessary action so that I can get my refund at the earliest to relieved myself.

      I recently purchased a product on amazon. Ae, on july 5th, 2020 using my hdfc debit card for 2709.99 uae dirhams. The amount was debited and i also received the product on july 6th, 2020. But on july 10th, 2020, there was a transaction happend for same amount without my knowledge. I did not get any sms or otp for that. I have also reported this issue to amazon. Ae. They wanted me to check with the bank, stating that they did not initiate that transaction. I want this to be resolved and refunded asap.

          Dear sir,

          We have applied moratorium request in hdfc bank for my personal loan a/c no. 49101015 in the month of june-2020 to july-2020 but sir hdfc bank after applied moratorium request my emi deduct on dated 04.6.2020 & 04.07.2020 but we have not sufficient fund in my account in month june than hdfc bank present ecs 2 times and my saving axis bank charged ecs bounce charges 2 times 500*2=1000/- (Excluding gst 18%).

          So i requested to please reverse my emi amount 11051/- in my account from hdfc bank and also reverse my ecs bounce charges or provide moratorium confimation mail than i will provide to my axis bank and it will wave off my charges.

            Hdfc netbankign is not working for more than a week. It gives me error that site took too long to respond. On trouble shoot, it says my internet is working fine but the source site - hdfc netbanking - is not responding. Hdfc mobile app is also not working.

              Flipkart has processed my refund on 4th of july and i was supposed to receive the refund by 9th of july. However, i have not received any refund as of 13 july.

              Also, on 7th of july, i have been charged an amountpf rs. 99 + gst as emi processing charge and a loan has been activated on my credit card.

              I have been trying to reach to hdfc customer care and was never connected to any agent.

                I recently cancel an order from amazon the price value is rs14190.
                I also receive a message from hdfc bank that amount "has been credited reversed by amazon."
                But i still not receive any amount on my hdfc bank account.

                      I have not received the refund for 2 amazon orders refunded by amazon. It is stuck at the bank`s end. I have tried contacting the customer support of the bank but they are not responding to any emails, escalations, and phone calls.
                      It has been a very disappointing experience with hdfc. They have even not replied to amazon for the refund reference number for both the orders.

                      Please credit my refund. The order id is[protected] and amount is rs. 680/-

                      I have raised a complaint and escalation online on hdfc website as well. It has been a week no reply. The reference number for complaints are hbl=[protected] and hbl=[protected]

Kindly please revert me back or call me and let me know why is there a delay in my cashback and let me know when it will be credited as i need this asap please escalate i am not able to contact any customer service due to corona issue call is not getting connected and bank people has suggested to mail you please respond this mail with priority...

                            The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 2768.28 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

                            The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                            First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a lot of time and i am currently in uae, i will be back to india this month 20/07/2020 and i want this issue solved before i am reaching india, because only this account i am having to use when i will reach in india, 1 month i will be in quarantine, please help me to get out of this issue asap

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in aptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                    Dear customer service,

                                    I was totally disappointed by the active which was happened to me on 3.07.2020

                                    Last time i payment by eb bills of amount 18819.00rs on 3.07.2020 still its not reflecting in eb account and still its showing debit in credit card account almost 7 days got over kindly look in to it and do need full for refund as soon as possible

                                    For your information on 03.07.2020 @11am i got confirmation text from your end that payment done successfully but on 04.07.2020 @ 4am again i got text for your end that payment failed but amount not reversed details attached in it

                                    Feels very worst to have like this service cant even contact customer service also for the past one week from the morning i was traveling for the solution

                                      I am using hdfc credit card for past 1 year and my usage is also high. I applied to update my contact number twice but there was an error of signature mismatch, although my signature has been same for past 10 years. Please provide a solution to this as this is urgent.

                                        I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                                        1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                                        2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                                        Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlier.
