      Dear sir,
      I have send several mails to hdfc to terminatel my hdfc life sanchay par policy and submitted all the relevant documents much before the locking period as asked by them from the date of my policy.
      Moreover i have send several remainders and called them numerous times to know the status of cancellations of my policy and refund inr 200000.00, but i never any respond from the hdfc bank. Since i am unable to pay the premiere of the same amount, i requested them to cancel the policy.
      I requested to kindly take the necessary action so that i get my money credited in my account.

        Sir i have raised a request for suspension of my fastag on dated 26.02.2020 via ref no. 38350. My consumer id is[protected]. Request is still open in their portal and i have not received refund. I called customer service several times but still issue is unresolved. Kindly intervene in the matter.

          I have done payment from self sbi upi to tata sky hdfc upi account.
          Tata sky said they haven't received the payment where my bank confirms payment is given to them.
          Looking at the upi transaction it says clearly paid to "billdeskbqr. [protected]@hdfcbank"
          And the payment has been received by tata sky com.

          I want this to be resolved as soon as possible ☺️☺️

            I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 21/10/2019 from bajaj electronics hyderabad. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

              Hi, i purchased an iphone 11 on 14th feb, 2020 under the cashback scheme of my hdfc card. Although the offer promised a 6000 cashback on the transaction within 120 days, i am yet to see the amount credited to my account. Kindly assist

                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4574 without my concern on date:18/06/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                    I would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last 4 years. Due to some my health problems, i could not payment on oct 19 to feb 20 but i never denied to pay to outstanding, i called many times to customer care and wrote many mail to tell all the reason why i am not paying outstanding payment, they always wandered me all the times, in month of march my credit card had been suspended for bank side. I were not able understanding why my card suspended and i had told to customer care by mail and call that time. They told me that we will waive off your all extra charges. But they did not waive off my any charges, now they are telling me to settlement actually i don't want to settlement, i have to do payment all outstanding payment. I have already paid of rs 33000 (Rs 3000+5000+25000).
                    Now i am get 10 to 15 call in a day from collection agencies.. I have been totally frustrate also they come my home and they using abusing word.
                    Second think is that when i paying payment last three months why they are charging late fee and i tried contact to customer care they told me that we can not tell you anything regarding suspension card.
                    Please it's humble request to you that remove my suspended card from my account for which i take your credit card facilities from hdfc in future. So that i can pay all outstanding
                    Dear concern, i promise that in future i shall not do this type of thing... Please remove...
                    As well as i kindly request you to waive off the late fee, financial charges, over-limit charges all other tax of oct19 to march20 months as a good will gesture to a loyal customer of yours.
                    Kindly revert mail me earliest.

                      Without informed anything regarding this, total 587/-rs has been debited from my savings account on june 15th 2020. I have insufficient balance now and it's shows negative amount.
                      I never heard about this ach charges and all. Please help on this and refund the money to my account asap.

                        Would have wished that your executive could have informed this when they were selling the card, highly disappointing, i'm trying to convert a transaction to smart emi however its not available so that means i'm not a customer who can service his emi properly when the need arise.

                          I have a credit card no. 5589 83xx xxxx9548 issued by hdfc bank, balasore branch. I noticed from my billing statement that there were fraud transactions made in my account since last two months. Last month being billing period (16.4.20 to 15.5.20) was mostly under lockdown, i did not check the billing as i did not use credit card since last more than a year. The credit card is linked to sb account for payment, which i could not notice. Yesterday, when i received the credit card bill (16.5.20 to 15.6.2020) i noticed few payments made to paytm. I also noticed that 9000.00 credited to credit card account on 4.6.20 for last month fraud of 9000.00 by paytm.
                          The total fraud amount is 14182.00 in last 2 months. So i immediately blocked my card yesterday at about 01.10 pm. Today on 18.6.20 i sent a complain letter to hdfc bank balasore for the same. They simply received the letter.
                          So i request this complain should kindly forwarded to proper authority & 14182.00 debited by my credit card amount is to be reversed immediately.

                            I purchased a macbook pro from apple authorized seller and was guaranteed rs.7000 cashback from the bank (Hdfc) side that will be credited within 120 days and it has been more than 120 days and still i haven't received the cashback yet. I kindly request you to look into it and provide a solution for it.

                              I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2-3 verification calls one my mobile number.

                              Then thereafter i received a mail saying you application doesn't matches our requirement, where the peoples less than my salary have got same hdfc card.
                              Not even mentioning any reasons how can you decline our application.
                              This is pathetic and stupid results, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                              I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.
                              Pathetic pathetic.

                                  Why my amount of ₹1162 on hold may i know the reason please.. And this was happening from last month. Last month also hdfc bank put my ₹1730 on hold and then amount gone.. And last month hdfc also charged ach return charges of ₹500 four times which is (590+590+590+550 = 2320) wrongly charged. I need all my money back.. Asap!

                                      I have been complaining customer care about non registration of my mobile for upi under hdfc mobile app since last two months but they have not answered and also blocked their customer care number. Their customer service is pathetic, hopeless, careless and indifferent. Ig i would have known this earlier i would never have gone to them for opening my savings account

                                        This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                                        Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 17th june 2020 under the name of depository charges may-2019

                                        Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating...
