Full Description of HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD Dispute:
FIR Number:254/CCPS/CYB/2020
Brief facts of the case are that, on 22.02.2020 at 1700 hours received a complaint from Srikanth A
R/o Kondapur, In which he stated that, he got a call from [protected] on[protected] informing that
there is an job offer available in Vizag with pakage of 5 Lacs PA. And, asked the complainant to register
online from their job portal “CAREERWORK.ONLINE” for Rs. 10 as registration fee. He paid the amount from HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD
through job portal which has went to PayTM page, which shown as transaction failed. So, they asked him the
failed transaction OTP of which he provided and they have spent for 2 OTPs Rs. 15289/-, 15000/- Transaction
done to Mobikwik. 2nd OTP Rs. 15000 Transaction done to Mobikwik. they again asked him to provide OTP to
refund the amount he have provided 1st Rs. 15000 & 2nd Rs. 15000 Transaction done Mobikwik .The call has
been transferred to another person who has informed him that there was issue with the portal so your
amount got deducted. He told that he will help in refunding the total amount of Rs. 60000 and when he has
asked him for his bank mail id. He provided, they has informed him that to provide the OTP which he denied
to inform. He got message with OTP at 05:34 PM for Rs.52, 500 at gifztcardsindiainPayU which he not
provided which got declined. On that he realized that it is fraud they were cheaed by him in the name job
total amount lost of Rs 60289/- and requested for taking legal action against the unknown accused person.
Hence the FIR.
Received on[protected] at 1700 hours:

I have send numerous mails in relation with disputed credit card to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com & [protected]@hdfcbank.com for enquiry for my disputed credit card. No response from bank officials since the dispute has been submitted to bank on[protected]. Without stating the investigation status the mails are being sent to pay disputed amount of Rs.60k. Need investigation report how long did it go? I have submitted FIR copy & disputed form to HDFC Bank over several mails.

I require the Disputed amount been paid by bank and I don't require any payment related mails for disputed amount further.

      Hi.

      Im writing this email regarding the behaviour/ professional of one of the employee. His name is amit satwani. He looks after the education loan for the overseas.

      As i apply the education loan on 11th june 2020. I have received the offer letter on 10 of june 2020 as soon as i got it, i have send the all of my documents to amit on same day. He said will be processed the file. I have also told him that there is an dead line for paying the fees which is on 15th june 2020. On 12 june which is i haven't got an update. I have to call hime several time to ask because it was friday and on monday i have to pay the fee. As i have to call him which is friday after few hours he call me and told that my file was decline in year 2013. Which i had not clue. Instead he should call me and given an update. The person attitude is very rude to response. The person his making false promises that he will let me know on saturdayon 12th june 2020 and i have told him it is second saturday bank closes on that day. Then he texted me midnight that forget his phone at home. Which is very unprofessional. I think the person was drunk. I have proof whats app text.

      He also didn't said that it will take 4 to 5 working days before sending the all the documents. Than i would not submitted my documents on 15 june 2020 monday i have to call him again to ask for updates his response was really bad, loud and yelling over the phone. Giving very diplomatic answer. And i have to give confirmation to the university about the fee.
      He also accused me telling i told lie. Which is not true. That is very unacceptable.

      I would like you to take the strict action against him. If you would not and i will sue him and hdfc for making false promises and running my career.

          This is with reference to purchase of macbook air at unicorn infosolutions pune of rs.93906/- dated on 4th january, 2020. I have not received cashback for mentioned purchase till date. Specified duration was 120 days. Now its been almost more than 180 days, yet not received cashback.

            आप से निवेदन है कि मैंने एक हाउसिंग लोन एच डी एफ सी लिमिटेड सिविल लाइन कानपुर से एक होम लोन दिनांक 25 नवंबर 2018 को लिया था लोन देते समय बैंक के प्रतिनिधि द्वारा मुझे बताया गया था के यदि आप पहले पेमेंट करते हैं तो आप को कोई भी पनालिटी नहीं लगेगी और मेरे कॉन्टेक्ट पेपर में भी पनलिटी की कोई जानकारी नहीं लिखी गई है लेकिन सरकार द्वारा लॉक डाउन लागू करने के कारण मेरा व्यापार बहुत कम हो गया है इस लिए मैं अपने खर्चे कम करना चाहता हूं इस लिए मैंने बैंक को मेल के माध्यम से लोन बापिस करने की रिक्वेस्ट दिनांक 3 जून 2020 को भेजी थी लेकिन आज तक मेरे को उस का कोई जवाब नही आया मेरे द्वारा बार बार फोन करने पर बैंक ने कहा कि आप को रुपए 2 लाख पेनेल्टी के रूप में देने पड़ेंगे मेरे अनुसार यह सर्वथा अनुचित है मैं एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक हूँ कृपा इस मेटर को देखते हुए तथा आज कि परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए मेरी समस्या का समाधान कराने की कृपा करें जिससे मेरे को पनालीटी ना देनी पड़े जो कि सर्वथा अनुचित है/

              Hi i purchased iphone 11 128gb from accord store vaishali nagar jaipur on 11 th jan. I have paid the last emi too but havent received my rs 6000 cash back as yet. It was meant to come in 120 days but no update. Why do i have to chase for this

                I have cancelled an order on amazon, today morning i received a message from hdfc that

                Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 3197 for rs. 63300 has been credited/ reversed by amazon on[protected] : 05:28:43

                I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account yet. Since it is a confirmation message from hdfc bank. I am assuming amazon has done its part. Could you please look into this on priority.

                        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 16/01/2020 in new delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                          I have purchased two iphone 11 using my hdfc bank credit card. One iphone i have bought in january and second one in february. It is written that an effective cashback of rs.6000/- will be credited to the account within 3 months or 90 days. Its been 6 months and 5 months. Not even a single cashback is credited into my credit card account. Please initiate the refund asap.

                              I purchased an iphone 11 on 30th jan, 2020 as per the offer there should be a cashback of rs6000 after 120 days of purchase but till now i didn't received any cashback. Please help to get the cashback.

                              Note:- i purchased the phone by card ending with 7842 which got lost in march 2020 and a new card has been issued. This might be a reason for not receiving the cashback. Kindly look into the issue and help me

                                    I was supposed to receive a cashback of 6000 inr for purchasing iphone 11 in offer period. I purchased the item on 31st january 2020 and as per the policy of bank, cashback was supposed to be credited within 120 days from the last day of transactional month. Its been 130 days now and still i haven’t received the cashback. This is not the kind of service we expect from such a reputed bank.
                                    Please resolve it asap.

                                      This is regarding cashback for an online purchase in amazon using hdfc bank debit card. I have purchased oneplus 7 in amazon using my hdfc debit card on 6th october 2019. There was an cashback offer of ₹2000 for that purchase. But even after 90 days have been passed, cashback hasn’t yet credited to my account. The order details are attached below for your reference.
                                      Please look into it asap, let me know when it will be credited. I have mailed regarding this several times still not received any update.

                                        Cancellation of excess charged & refundable excess payments, hi! Gentleman/ madam, i am ravi. A hdfc credit card holder, every monthly will be charged excess amounts for example as follows

                                        1) 18/03/2020 - 201.60 + 201.60
                                        2) 18/04/2020 - 159.62 + 159.62
                                        3) 18/05/2020 - 146. 24 + 146. 24

                                        As above, will be excess charged every monthly, so kindly inform to you please cancellation of excess charged & refundable all excess payments my details as follows
