I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 13/01/2020 from reliance digital pune. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 145 days. I have tried contacting the bank several times but i wasnt able to connect with them as there is no option now to talk with the customer care executive. I have registered two complaints for which i havent got any response even after 20 days. I have asked reliance digital, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved After registering my complaints over here I have received several spam calls asking me that have you filled in any complaints regarding CashBack. When I said I did and asked them when will i get my money they said you will get it today itself but you have to forward one sms to them. Then only they will be able to process it. When I checked the sms it was upi%#@% this kind of msg. Then they callled me several times asking me to forward the sms which I didn’t. So our informations are getting leaked from here and is not confidential as it t seems. I request everyone who to look for these kind of spam callers and not to do anything they ask l. The bank never ask . And one funny thing is that they said they will put the money to my debit card. When I asked why they were like blah blah. So beware guyz.
And I don’t know if it’s through this platform or not I got my cashback to my credit card.
