Had purchased iphone 11 pro from croma store on 29th feb 2020 using my hdfc bank debit card, at the time of purchase there was a offer from bank for 6000 cash back after 120 days. But its been more than 120 days and i haven't received the cashback yet in my account, if the bank cannot process the services they extent then why should they bring on such scheme, just lemme know how best i can go ahead to resolve this issue.
