I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 13/01/2020 from reliance digital pune. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 145 days. I have tried contacting the bank several times but i wasnt able to connect with them as there is no option now to talk with the customer care executive. I have registered two complaints for which i havent got any response even after 20 days. I have asked reliance digital, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

After registering my complaints over here I have received several spam calls asking me that have you filled in any complaints regarding CashBack. When I said I did and asked them when will i get my money they said you will get it today itself but you have to forward one sms to them. Then only they will be able to process it. When I checked the sms it was upi%#@&#% this kind of msg. Then they callled me several times asking me to forward the sms which I didn’t. So our informations are getting leaked from here and is not confidential as it t seems. I request everyone who to look for these kind of spam callers and not to do anything they ask l. The bank never ask . And one funny thing is that they said they will put the money to my debit card. When I asked why they were like blah blah. So beware guyz. And I don’t know if it’s through this platform or not I got my cashback to my credit card. Thanks

    I have purchased iphone 11 from poorvika mobiles, kanthanchanvadi, chennai on 31/01/2020 using my hdfc bank credit card. I have been notified about an offer of 6000 inr cash back after 120 days of last day of transaction month. Now, the date have been crossed, but no cash back have been added into my account. Requesting relevant person to have a look into this and do the needful.

      Seriously do you think people have funds to pay loans? What does moratorium mean when one is literally struggling to bring food on the table. I’m a member of your bank and i have no job hence no funds to pay my loans and credit cards. Instead of moratorium can’t an option be given of grace period until you get a job because i have lost my job and i’m struggling to get one. I was pregnant due to which i had to quit my job because of my standing job. When i started looking out for a backend job literally i was not hired due to my pregnancy to which the company did not tell me directly but it’s quite evident. After my delivery i had to go through lockdown and even worst i couldn’t get myself a job, however since i’m a makeup artist i used to freelance. Now due to the foreseen circumstances i can’t even freelance. I’ve been borrowing funds from relatives and friends just to fulfill my family needs. Hope there is a consideration for such circumstances. I hope to find a solution rather than just increase in my interest rates for non payment. Please allow me some grace period at least until i get a secured job and i assure you to pay my debts faithfully. Thank you.

          I bought iphone 11 on 5 feb 2020. I havent received the cash back till now.
          As per offer policy i have completed 120 days.

            But 120 days have passed and no cashback was received.

              Hdfc is guilty of sending my credit card statements and submitting them in the hands of a third party despite beingf aware of my address change.

              They then proceeded to charge me pealty and interest for not paying credit card dues, despite their fault in not giving me thee credit card statements.

              On complaint, they sent me the credit cart proof of delviery which shows that hdfc submitted my personal details and credit card statement for two months to someone else and obtained their signature. They did not even take a mobile number.

              I have these proofs with me.

              They have exposed my financial details when these should have been protected.

                  I had applied for a credit card though hdfc bank few months ago, meanwhile hdfc couldn't send me the card due to covod - 19 lockdowm. The delivery address was my office address,

                  Last month hdfc had send it to me through blue dart courier to my office, the awb no. For my card was - [protected]

                  It has not been delivered to me as due to the coronavirus outbreak my office is still closed. Kindly look into this matter and send my card back to my mailing address, which is my residential address.

                  My application reference number is 20c[protected]e1. Please resolve the issue quickly.

                    Hello sir,

                    I have deposited 50 USD in IQ Option ( Trading app) on[protected] on day time and I withdraw the same amount 50 USD from IQ Option to My bank account[protected] night). After 2 days[protected], I received my money and after some time it is automatically deducted from my account without my knowledge and there is no reference number, nothing mentioned .it is not credited to my iq option account also, where the money gone I don't know. Kindly solve the issue. I have tried to contact your customer care but they are also not picking. I'm NRI, now in Saudi Arabia . So please help me to get out of this issue .

                      I praise the way you guys are working, i really impress as you guys are following orthodox systems as well you guys creating your own systmems, which is out the box

                      What the hell is happening with the employees in that company. How they are breaking the rules as well humanity.
                      Neither salary is as per guidelines. Nor working hours

                            Hi,

                            This email in regards to weaving away the charges which were sucummed due to minimum payments towards the outstanding of hdfc credit card - 5425.
                            Due to the current situation of covid-19 and the subsequent situation of covid-19 and lockdown i am currently unable to bear the interest charges that was imposed on my credit card bill. Taking this situation into consideration and the govt monotorium procedure i am looking to clear the total outstanding amount.
                            However this would only be possible if the charges on my credit card which are interest per month is levied.
                            I would be hoping to hear from you soon as i am looking to get this amount cleared at the earliest (5th july).

                                I have a personal loan with hdfc, loan act # 7803614 where i have been charged emi for april 2020 twice and i have been requesting bank to credit back the over payment of rs 17, 447.00 but no help.

                                Its been almost 3 months that my money has been laying to bank and i am loosing interest on it.

                                I have been writing email and calling them but no resolution, i know the current situation due to pandemic but ask yourself a question how much money if we have to pay to bank if the situation is vise versa.

                                        I have a hdfc credit card and had purchaed a jio broadband subscriptions worth 6000 rs where the offer stated that i would recieve a 10% cashback if i used hdfc credit card.. I had purchased the subscription in dec 2019, but still have not recieved the cashback of 600 rs.. Its been 180 days since..

                                        Please solve it immediately as rs 600 is also very valuable to me as i am paying loans to hdfc credit card..
