Hi,
My crn with hdfc is[protected] as an salary account. I need to know information about the charges of 613 rupees which are on hold under mirevenue hold through gefu. What is that charges. Your customer service is not accurate about that. So please provide the necessary information about the deduction charges.

          Sir,
          Maine bike ke liye hdfc bank se lone
          Liye tha. Maine uske liye lone account ke liye request apply ki thi jo ki approve ho gai thi but kuch din baad bank se massege aaya ki apke form mai signature different hai, lockdown hone ke karan meri salary nhi mil pai isliye account mai paise nhi aa paye or isi vajah se account mai paise nhi dal paye.
          Par tab bhi vo cheque ko account mai dal diya gaya jabki mujhe signature ka massege bhi aaya tha and lockdown bhi tha
          Or iski ek complement maine twitter pe bhi ki thi uska reply bhi aaya tha but paise return nhi ho paya. Abhi tak
          And abhi fir se mere account se charge deduct kr liya gaya
          Sir yesa kyu kiya jaa raha hai
          Kya maine galti ki kya hdfc se lone leke
          Yesi conditions mai bhi yesa kiya jaa raha hai

            Dear Sir

            I have purchased iphone XR on 31st Jan 2020 from Jio digital Store, Panipat and there is a cash back of 5000 on that time and it has been more than 130 days but I still didn't received my hdfc cashback and also there is no customer support to talk to when I try to contact them.

                    I had purchased an iphone on 2nd february ‘20 from an authorised seller, using hdfc credit card due to their scheme of - ₹5k flat cashback. It has been more than 120 days now; however, i haven’t received my cashback.
                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    No action yet. Totally disappointing. Please get in touch asap.

                      I have bought my iphone XR with hdfc bank credit card on 30/01/2020 in jio digital store Panipat . As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                          I have purchased my iphone 11 on 27 september 2019 from delhi, netaji subhash palace.
                          I had made payment from my hdfc debit card but still have not yet received any cashback for my phone.
                          I was told that it will be credited in 120 days of purchase but still i have not yet received anything.

                          Please clarify the thing or do i need to provide any other information?

                            Hi Team,

                            As per the subject, my account ([protected]) has been debited twice as ACH debit charges even though I have applied for moratorium extension. Hence request you to reverse the ACH debit charges of 590*2 = 1, 180.

                            Its been so dissaponting as you have not kept a track on my moratorium extension and made me to raise a complaint. Seeking swift resolution.

                                Full Description of HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD Dispute:
                                FIR Number:254/CCPS/CYB/2020
                                Brief facts of the case are that, on 22.02.2020 at 1700 hours received a complaint from Srikanth A
                                R/o Kondapur, In which he stated that, he got a call from [protected] on[protected] informing that
                                there is an job offer available in Vizag with pakage of 5 Lacs PA. And, asked the complainant to register
                                online from their job portal “CAREERWORK.ONLINE” for Rs. 10 as registration fee. He paid the amount from HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD
                                through job portal which has went to PayTM page, which shown as transaction failed. So, they asked him the
                                failed transaction OTP of which he provided and they have spent for 2 OTPs Rs. 15289/-, 15000/- Transaction
                                done to Mobikwik. 2nd OTP Rs. 15000 Transaction done to Mobikwik. they again asked him to provide OTP to
                                refund the amount he have provided 1st Rs. 15000 & 2nd Rs. 15000 Transaction done Mobikwik .The call has
                                been transferred to another person who has informed him that there was issue with the portal so your
                                amount got deducted. He told that he will help in refunding the total amount of Rs. 60000 and when he has
                                asked him for his bank mail id. He provided, they has informed him that to provide the OTP which he denied
                                to inform. He got message with OTP at 05:34 PM for Rs.52, 500 at gifztcardsindiainPayU which he not
                                provided which got declined. On that he realized that it is fraud they were cheaed by him in the name job
                                total amount lost of Rs 60289/- and requested for taking legal action against the unknown accused person.
                                Hence the FIR.
                                Received on[protected] at 1700 hours:

                                I have send numerous mails in relation with disputed credit card to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com & [protected]@hdfcbank.com for enquiry for my disputed credit card. No response from bank officials since the dispute has been submitted to bank on[protected]. Without stating the investigation status the mails are being sent to pay disputed amount of Rs.60k. Need investigation report how long did it go? I have submitted FIR copy & disputed form to HDFC Bank over several mails.

                                I require the Disputed amount been paid by bank and I don't require any payment related mails for disputed amount further.

                                    Hi.

                                    Im writing this email regarding the behaviour/ professional of one of the employee. His name is amit satwani. He looks after the education loan for the overseas.

                                    As i apply the education loan on 11th june 2020. I have received the offer letter on 10 of june 2020 as soon as i got it, i have send the all of my documents to amit on same day. He said will be processed the file. I have also told him that there is an dead line for paying the fees which is on 15th june 2020. On 12 june which is i haven't got an update. I have to call hime several time to ask because it was friday and on monday i have to pay the fee. As i have to call him which is friday after few hours he call me and told that my file was decline in year 2013. Which i had not clue. Instead he should call me and given an update. The person attitude is very rude to response. The person his making false promises that he will let me know on saturdayon 12th june 2020 and i have told him it is second saturday bank closes on that day. Then he texted me midnight that forget his phone at home. Which is very unprofessional. I think the person was drunk. I have proof whats app text.

                                    He also didn't said that it will take 4 to 5 working days before sending the all the documents. Than i would not submitted my documents on 15 june 2020 monday i have to call him again to ask for updates his response was really bad, loud and yelling over the phone. Giving very diplomatic answer. And i have to give confirmation to the university about the fee.
                                    He also accused me telling i told lie. Which is not true. That is very unacceptable.

                                    I would like you to take the strict action against him. If you would not and i will sue him and hdfc for making false promises and running my career.
