    On 8th may and 8th june rs.169 was deducted feom my credt card without otp/pin at amazon 1258399. I had not done any transaction on that day. I had sent a mail to hdfc support on 8th may but no reply. I want immediate action and refund on this issue.

      My financial condition from 1 year is not good i can’t pay 5000 rs charges for not paying emi on time i have paid total emi amount 6 months back that time charges were 1000 now it is 5000. I am very depressed because my financial condition is not good and i can’t pay 5000 charges (20%) of my loan amount please waive the charges and close the account.

        I would like to change my relationship manager hdfc. Whenever i asked something then he will say i will check and get back to me but never. Because of this issue i changed my salary account to another bank. Kindly please change the relationship manager.

            I had purchased an iPhone XR using the HDFC Bank cashback offer on 12/01/2020 from Aptronix - Palladium Mumbai . As per the offer, within 90 days the cashback of 5000 INR should have been credited in my bank account. It's been 150 days to be precise, but the cashback has not been credited to my Account. I tried contacting the helpline number provided on the website, but it has been of no help either.
            Even complaint form filled and submitted 15 days back has not been responded to. Absolutely devastating experience.

              I bought my iphone 11 pro max 256gb on 02.02.2020. But still didn't received my cashback of 7000/- as it was said in the offer.
              HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                    My month of june installment due is 04/06/2020 its overdue; ecs deducted from financier (Hdfc bank) on date 08/06/2020 and same date debited my installment amount 3, 355 and again ecs debited rs.590 on date 11/06/2020 from my icici bank account. I cant understand why ecs charged 2 time in same month.

                        I have purchased jewelry in reliance jewels on 8th december 2019 and there is an offer with hdfc credit card/debit card -
                        I have done a transaction of rs 25000 each using my credit card and debit card and should get a cashback of rs. 2500 for credit card and 2500 reward points for debit card within 90 days.
                        It's been 180 days since then, still, i didn't receive a cashback

                        T&c-max cashback up to 2500 per card.

                        Resolution - i am expecting my cashback as i have already completed 90 days.

                        I have been trying to contact customer care from the last 3 months but couldn't.

                          Hello when i'm trying to login to my credit card portal it's saying the following:- your request cannot be processed temporarily. We regret the inconvenience caused.
                          Actually my card lost a year back and i hotlisted it, due to i had outstanding so i couldn't get the card delivered to my home address. Now i've cleared all the due payments still can't access online portal nor i can get in touch with the contacts number give by bank.br...

                          I had opened savings account in hdfc aburoad (Rajasthan) 307026!

                          I am not satisfied with the kind of staff they have in hdfc bank aburoad ;zero staff behaviour, they don't know how to talk to their customers and don't know how to respond!

                          My complain (1) - i told them to give me visa platinum card and they forcefully gave me rupay card!

                          After few days they gave me visa card saying your rupay debit card amount will be reversed back in 10-12 days but till today it didn't!

                          2nd complain - i did international transaction and at transaction time i was charged 2.95 % debit card charges but i have been charged again 775 rs yesterday unknowingly.

                          Solve the matter and take care of hdfc aburoad staff as they are drowning the name of hdfc bank!

                                I sai kumar a/c - [protected] ifsc - hdfc0000085. I here to complaint you about the deduction of my 956.15rs from account balance which was kept on hold by (Gefu) on 22 may 2020. From past 15 days i m trying to call the customer service but it's useless nothing is helpfull the call couldn't connect the customer care personal. And just tell me the reason y did the (Gefu) kept my amount on hold nd now it's showing 0.00rs on hold so we're did the amount and were the proper details of this deducted amount.
                                I need a reply or call from customer personal as soon as possible.

                                      I have received a message from hdfc bank "alert:rs.999.00 spent via credit card at amazon1258399 on[protected]:12:32:00 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].
                                      I tried to call customer service but no response" i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.999. I want my money back as its a fraud transaction. Please help me out
