On 18.05.2019, i approached the kottar nagercoil branch for financial assistance to purchase a new car for my own use by giving quotation through whats app.
On 22.05.2019, the bank released a sum of 6, 30, 500/- (Loan no.[protected] to the showroom who gave quotation, without my knowledge. I took delivery of the vehicle on 28.06.2019.
Later the bank informed that, an amount of 24, 470/- has been deducted towards gps, insurance & processing fee and demanded to remit rs10, 467/- per month.
Based on my complaint, the bank again collected 1, 000/- and rescheduled the loan by fixing loan amount as 6, 11, 000/- and emi as 10, 143/- (No. 6756544).
The bank further informed that, the old loan (No.[protected] was closed and the new loan will be alive. While going through my credit health report i came to know that, the above loan was not closed and the amount of 6, 30, 500/- is till pending payable with my account.
Therefore, i made complaint on 07.04.2019 and 22.05.2019 through email to close the above loan (No.[protected] and to clear the amount of 6, 30, 500/- from my account.
But, till date i didn't receive any reply from the bank in this regard. Therefore, once again i request you to close the above loan.
Further, i request you to return the amount 1, 972/- [amount collected by the bank rs1, 000/- + excess emi paid 972/- (July 2019, august 2019 and september 2019 ie, 324 x 3 = 972/-)] at the earliest.
