I had purchased iphone 11 on 21 february 2020 at croma store on my debit card emi billing 69000 thousand

I was promised to get a cashback of 6000/ rupees after 120 days its more than 130 days now i still haven't received my cashback as promised by hdfc bank i have check my statement too. Kindly please revert me back or call me and let me know why is there a delay in my cashback and let me know when it will be credited as i need this asap please escalate i am not able to contact any customer service due to corona issue call is not getting connected and bank people has suggested to mail you please respond this mail with priority...

    Purchased iphone-11 on 29-feb-2020. Cashback scheme of 6000 within 120 days was applicable. Never received the cahsback. Today is 12-july-2020. Kindly resolve.

      The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 2768.28 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

      The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
      First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a lot of time and i am currently in uae, i will be back to india this month 20/07/2020 and i want this issue solved before i am reaching india, because only this account i am having to use when i will reach in india, 1 month i will be in quarantine, please help me to get out of this issue asap

          I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 14/02/2020 in aptronix coimbatore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in aptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

              Dear customer service,

              I was totally disappointed by the active which was happened to me on 3.07.2020

              Last time i payment by eb bills of amount 18819.00rs on 3.07.2020 still its not reflecting in eb account and still its showing debit in credit card account almost 7 days got over kindly look in to it and do need full for refund as soon as possible

              For your information on 03.07.2020 @11am i got confirmation text from your end that payment done successfully but on 04.07.2020 @ 4am again i got text for your end that payment failed but amount not reversed details attached in it

              Feels very worst to have like this service cant even contact customer service also for the past one week from the morning i was traveling for the solution

                I am using hdfc credit card for past 1 year and my usage is also high. I applied to update my contact number twice but there was an error of signature mismatch, although my signature has been same for past 10 years. Please provide a solution to this as this is urgent.

                  I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                  1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                  2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                  Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlier.

                        I had bough ipad with hdfc credit card ending with 5303 in chroma store mumbai on[protected]
                        As mentioned by hdfc bank offer the cash back 3000 inr would be received into my credit card after 120 days
                        I haven't received the cashback, when inquired at chroma store they told us to check with bank
                        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
                        I even submitted a complain so far received no response from hdfc bank

                              This is pati srikrishna one of the credit card holder of our hdfc credit card... And bearing a credit card number of xxxxxxxx0767.. I was clear the full amount of 45098 rs bill on yesterday... Today i have one msg from hdfc customer care number... I. E,. Your credit card is debited as a some fee of one assist membership... I dont want this membership. Plz cancel the one asist membership and refund my money... Otherwise i wll block my card and dont used and dont recommend to anyone... Actually im talked to previous month for. Our office executive... I. E, if the one asist membership is completed... Dont renewal it next time.. And plz cancelled it.. But our staff not do this... Done the "auto renewal" for every month.. This month is also debited for my credit card... And im also using various types of insurances... Like arogyasri,, esi,, etc and etc. So plz cancel the one asisst membership and refund my amount... Otherwise your staff should block my card and im also pay full amount on yesterday... So plz try as well as possible... For this issue.

                                Hdfc fastag team not support on this issue.. I have mail to hdfc team they refuse to give claim.

                                While travelling from pune to mumbai on 2nd july 2020 i paid a toll of rs. 203/- at talegaon toll plaza at 7:10 pm through fastag. But when i reached khalapur toll plaza the fastag was not readable at the toll plaza so they demanded me to pay toll again in cash. I tried showing them the sms received about the fastag deduction at talegaon toll plaza but the toll person was adamant and not letting the vehicle pass and said to pay the cash and later claim from the bank. I paid the toll twice due to non functionality of the toll plaza reader/ fastag. Below are the details fyr. Now being everything digitized we normally do not carry cash along, and if such a situation arises what to do?

                                I am also facing the fastag reading problem at tolls. I had the same issue at dehu road toll plaza where the fastag was not readable even with the reading gun scanner and i had to pay cash. The reader was showing insufficient funds in spite of having balance in account. I complained about the same at the customer care no where the person told me to apply for a replacement for the fastag being faulty and to pay rs. 100 for the same. This is the first time i have travelled after receiving the fastag and facing a bad experience at toll plazas regarding fastag.

                                Request you to kindly provide a solution for both the issues (Payment & card reading issue) asap.

                                        I performed the imps transaction of amount 13000, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

                                        I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

                                        Message is as below :
