The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

Email sent reply got we will give you support within 12 working days.

Amount 2305 shows negative in it act.

    My account has frozen without any notice. Many times coming in bank's circle, they told me that my credit card bill not pay. I have made a request from the bank officer of the hdfc bank. They did not do it. And told me what will do if they do not?

    I have a hdfc bank credit card. I was able to pay my credit card every bill on time, but 1 year ago, some of the family's problems did not pay their credit card bill. I made a lot of requests from the bank please removed the hold from my bank account. I was already pay my credit card billed amount 39000/- and balance bill pay soonly with interest. But they did not remove the hold from the account. At this time, situation is very critical due to lockdown. I am not able to do money from any other account. So that i am not able to meet my daily needs or pay bill. I request to you that please remove held from my account. So that i can complete my essentials and your credit card bill has also been successful in time.

      Yesterday i received message of transactions on my mobile no. The transactions were not made by me. Then i started getting lot of messages with otp no etc. I immediatly blocked my card through app. Now i am tryinh to contact hdfc credit card complaont no but no body is picking up. I want my new card issued & remittance o[censored]nauthorised transactions.

        I bought AC and TV by using HDFC bank debit card in month of September-2019 and November -2019 .

        I was told at that time that you will recieve a cashback in the mean time of 120 Days but till now I doesn`t recieved anything .

        Customer care is not working .So whom we need to complaint

          Hi,
          Am having hdfc credit card and am not using the card for the past two years. Last year i raised a query to deactivate the one assist service for this but they auto debited the amount from my hdfc savings account.
          Now also they send the credit card statement for auto debiting.
          Please cancel this service.

              Hdfc bank charge me rs 1399/- for some plan on my credit card without my knowledge. When i made complain regarding this to customer care they gave me comittment that i will receive my refund within 48 hrs (Which never came). I followed up several weeks and was getting same response that this is a genuine charge and we cannot refund it.
              After a month the outstanding amount was more than 1399/- they charged me addition fee (Late fee charge). I disputed again because it was an active case which was not resolved by the bank.
              Due to my studies and work, i stopped following up with bank. The amount is now rs. 8760.42.
              Please help me out with this. I am 26 and i am the only earning member of my family.

                      I have cancelled a order on amazon, i got a msg from hdfc after few hours that

                      Your transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 8104 for rs.17999.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:05:29:10

                      But i still didn't received any amount in my account, i checked it online. I also had word with amazon they said refund process is done from thier side.

                      Please help me.

                        I had purchased iphone xr on jan18 2020. Its has been more than 120 days and cashback of 5000 inr has not been credited to my credit card.

                        The phone was purchased at global access bangalore and they said to reach out to the bank regarding this issue

                        I tried calling the bank but seems they are not taking complaints.

                        When it comes to loan emi they deduct it before time but when it comes to cashback, they seem to forget it.

                        I am extremely disappointed with the service

                          I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 18/01/2020 from iplanet jayanagar bangalore.
                          As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end)
                          I haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in iplanet, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                            I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 29th september 2019 from reliance digital. It was mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I tried to contact bank they asked me to wait a little longer and i have also asked at reliance digital they asked me to contact with bank. It has been more than 6 months now and i havent received any cashback.

                            Its been 5 months since complained and a whole year for the purchase but haven’t received the reply or cashback

                              I had purchased an iphone 11 from gurgaon on 20/1/20. The phone was on an offer from the hdfc bank which said 10% of the total amount that is 6000/- would be credited in the account within 4 months of the purchase. It has been over 4 months now and the cashback hasn’t been credited yet.
                              I purchased the phone from galleria market, gurgaon.
                              Please look into this issue and take the necessary steps possible. The email mentioned is registered with the account the phone was purchased with.

                                  Iam a customer of hdfc bank, as per rbi guidelines 3months of emi relaxation must have to provide by bank if customer really need for that. Myself applied moratorium before month of april but iam not benefited on that month emi is deducted as regular on 7th april, 7th date is my emi date, but on may month 7th my emi deducted and again deposited by bank on that day itself, but today on may 20th again money debited from my account as emi manual hold charge by bank,
                                  If moratorium is not applicable for us then why money not deducted as regular basis sir, now i dont have money to survive, kindly help me regarding this

                                    Kindly explain the following amounts deducted

                                    19th may 2020: rs. 176
                                    16th may 2020: rs. 590
                                    23rd april 2020: rs. 590
                                    21st april 2020: rs. 590
                                    5th march 2020: rs. 590
                                    15th january 2020: rs. 1180

                                    Total amount due for explanation: rs. 3716

                                    I have not authorised any of these charges. Kindly explain and if there is no protocol followed, please refund the entire amount of rs. 3716.
