My account has frozen without any notice. Many times coming in bank's circle, they told me that my credit card bill not pay. I have made a request from the bank officer of the hdfc bank. They did not do it. And told me what will do if they do not?
I have a hdfc bank credit card. I was able to pay my credit card every bill on time, but 1 year ago, some of the family's problems did not pay their credit card bill. I made a lot of requests from the bank please removed the hold from my bank account. I was already pay my credit card billed amount 39000/- and balance bill pay soonly with interest. But they did not remove the hold from the account. At this time, situation is very critical due to lockdown. I am not able to do money from any other account. So that i am not able to meet my daily needs or pay bill. I request to you that please remove held from my account. So that i can complete my essentials and your credit card bill has also been successful in time.
