Hello, i wanted to know why my account has been holding amount of 1081.73 rupees as as mirevenue hold through gefu. What kind of charges are these. I am using hdfc just because of its good service and now this happened to me. I want you guys to take look at my account once because i want my money back into my account asap. Else i have to take legal action against you.

    I purchased an iphone through reliance digital and there was an offer of cashback worth 6000 on hdfc card payment via emi mode. At that point of time the billing person said it usually gets credited within 120 business days. It’s more than 120 days and i have not yet received any cashback.

        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 22/01/2020 from aplle inspire store in indore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in local store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          I had purchased iphone 11 pro from istudio gurgaon on 19/01/2020. As per the charge slip i was supposed to given a cashback of rs 7000 as part of the ongoing offer (Within 120 days from the last date of the transaction month). It has been more than 120 days and i am yet to receive the said cashack.

            Hdfc says they will credit our cashback once lockdown is over.
            If thats so then why are you promoting your scam again to customers..?
            Buy from hdfc creditcard and get cashback..? If we make our credit card payment late for 2 or 4 dyas then they will add hefty amount on that but they will give our cashback after 150 or 200 days and that's ok.!!!
            I made purchase on 10/01/2020 and that time you didnt tell us if this day comes then bank will decide to make credit of our cashback to our cards.
            If we knew about your this scam then we'd never ever buy from # hdfc card!!!
            If you guys say that cashback will be credited after lockdown then brace yourself for flow of consumer court cases and drowning reputation of hdfc.
            I'll make sure that you guys pay me for each and every day you make delay of my cashback... Even if i have you to drag you guys to high court or consumer court.

              I want to pay my remaining car loan amount and want to close the car loan as I have to go outside India in next 15 days.

              I want to give my car to my dad and want to transfer it to his name but I cant do that until car loan is closed. HDFC loan account site does not show allow to pay the remaining amount and does not allow to close the loan nor it shows loan transfer procedure or online transfer facility.

              I am trying to contact HDFC since 3-May-2020 (fb chat reference no. HBL[protected]; email complaint logged number - FB[protected]) but I get response that somebody will reply within 7 days but there is no response or call back. Please contact me. My loan account number is 5382003.

              I would not prefer to visit the bank considering that few employees who are coming Covid positive are bank employees as exposure is more in bank and I want to keep myself safe as I have to do essential international travel soon.
              This is not the way banks should work during Covid-2019. Where world is moving digital and all companies have shifted to work from home culture, I don't understand whats the challenge in keeping representatives available on calls. Employees are not even answering to calls or HDFC FB chat box messages.

              May I know what should be done by customer in such helpless scenario ?

                I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on[protected]. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  To hdfc bank,

                  I would like to inform you that it’s more than two years since i left hdfc securities. I’m no longer associate with the company or your hdfc salary account. without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally. I get statement in mail in which account balance is nil inspite of tht i am getting messages of non - maintenance charges it's so inappropriate.

                  I had visited in nearest branch many a times but they had refused my request to close account through near by branch and it's not possible for me to travel to lower parel as i live very far (Ulhasnagar) this is really inappropriate and irresponsible behavior from a reputed hdfc bank.

                  So i request you to kindly close my hdfc salary account a/c no: [protected] and do the waive off also because it’s no longer required since i left the company and i don’t want to continue with your services.

                  I am requesting you to please consider this mail a final, closure of hdfc salary account a/c no: [protected]

                        I have purchased iphone xr on 10/01/2020 with cashback offer of 5000rs on hdfc credit card but its been more than 120 days and i haven't received it yet.
                        I'm struggling to get my 5000rs cashback. 5000rs is a big amount for me in this scenario. Please don't fall for hdfc offers... They will never credit your cashback and you have to go through all the pain as i am going through.

                        they are saying when lockdown period will be over within that 30 days they will credit our cashback money!!!
                        so that means if lockdown extends for 3 to 6 more months then they wont credit our cashback but they are promoting
                        to use hdfc credit card to avail cashback. HDFC is FULL of SCAMS so please lodge a complaint to consumer court to get your cashback or forget it...!

                          I purchased an iphone 11 from ispace panjim goa on the 12th of january 2020 by swiping my hdfc debit card and was supposed to get a cash back of 6000/- after 120 days which was on 11th may 2020.                                 The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 565.00 as mirevenue hold through gefu.

                                The bank did not notify me before or after holding my funds. I came to know only after checking my account balance. For your information it's a salary account and can be maintained at zero balance. Nobody response in mail and phone banking.

                                  My complaint no."hbl=[protected]"

                                  I was approached by one of credit card selling team member from mumbai of hdfc bank explaining terms and conditions of regalia first credit card. As per explanation given by him, first year membership fees will be waived off if the card holder during first 3 months of issuance has minimum 4 transactions amounting to rs. 500 each.

                                  After issuance of card dated 03/01/2020, i again received a call from hdfc bank inquiring for receipt of credit card. Over the call, i again confirmed the above mentioned points and he told me exactly the same thing as the earlier selling member has briefed me. If they have a system of recordable line, they can cross check it from recorded calls on my no. [protected].

                                  After all these confirmations and briefing, i could not able to ascertain that how am i billed with this first year membership fees amounting to rs.1, 180/- when i followed all the terms and conditions? I also attached details of charges and status of payments in below attachment.

                                  I also lodged complaint on customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but did not received any response even when my due date of payment is 06/06/2020.in my opinion this is case of mis-selling and due to this customer should not suffer.

                                  It needs to be waived off as soon as possible before due date of bill. Please help to resolve the same.
