Iam a customer of hdfc bank, as per rbi guidelines 3months of emi relaxation must have to provide by bank if customer really need for that. Myself applied moratorium before month of april but iam not benefited on that month emi is deducted as regular on 7th april, 7th date is my emi date, but on may month 7th my emi deducted and again deposited by bank on that day itself, but today on may 20th again money debited from my account as emi manual hold charge by bank,
If moratorium is not applicable for us then why money not deducted as regular basis sir, now i dont have money to survive, kindly help me regarding this
