Hello, i had purchased iphone 11 from the imagine store, ub city, bengaluru on 11th february and was supposed to receive the cashback of inr 6000/- within 120 days of my purchase.
However, it has been more than that, and the amount has neither been credited to my account and neither is it showing up on the "cashback enquiry" page on my hdfc netbanking account.
Moreover, there is no way for me to contact the bank through digital platforms or lodge a complaint via call.
I hope the consumer complaints forum will look into the matter and help me resolve it asap.

    Hi team,

    I was using credit card for good 3yrs and above but due to financial issues i had to settle my credit card payment. My outstanding amount was of 58000 but the bank settled it to 45000 without any discussion... They said this is what the policy is nowadays... I agreed and paid my settlement amount in 6 installments starting from dec'19 till may'20... I am still receiving credit card bills which isn't updated and still showing around 25000 outstanding... After depositing last installment the bank personal said u will receive noc via mail... But i am yet to receive it... And my account still showing 6000 negative balance... Please help.

      Hi . After opting for moratorium on 8th april after paying my emi on 7th april . My account is in negative now and 3800 rupees are deducted by bank, i have mailed support HDFC and to nodal office up east as well .
      Please refund my amount as quickly as possible.

            I have bought my iphone7 with hdfc bank credit card on 01/03/2019 in chennai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 3000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now. I have asked in showroom, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 10/01/2020 from electro world in gip noida. As mentioned by hdfc bank that i will receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end but i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have even contacted the bank they said that they will escalate this issue but nothing happened. My cashback still not received. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                    Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                    I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                    I'm using hdfc credit card since last 4 year card number ending with 6*6. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                    Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                    And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                    This is the 2nd year i'm requesting again for the cancellation of this one assist plan. Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1399 as soon as possible.

                    So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                      I have purchased iphone 11 on 3/01/20 and still i have not received cashback amount its been 120 days but still i have not received the cashback. While purchasing i have made payment using my hdfc debit card but i have not received any cashback.

                        I purchased iPhone 11 using HDFC Credit card.

                        Date: 1st Jan 2020
                        Dealer: imagine, 242, 2nd Floor, Elante Mall, 160002
                        Billing Amount paid : ₹70800

                        Cashback of ₹6000 was to be credited to my account within 120 days but yet not recieved.

                        I request the authorities to please take action for the same.

                          I had purchased iPhone 11 on 1/12/2019 from Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. I haven't yet received the cashback of Rs 6000 as promised on the date of purchase. Although it was said that I would receive the amount within 120 days.                             They issue loans with interest rate completely misleading.
                            They harrasses by offering loan with a misleading insurance policy.
                            Interest rate is much higher than government banks.

                              I bought iphone 11 on 28th december 2019 and as promised i have not received any cashback till now which obviously more than the given timeline i called previously too the banker said it will definitely be received prior 31st march i waited till 27th april then i mailed you in email address stated on site which is [protected]@hdfcbank.com which stated that due to ongoing covid 19 situation they will take longer to respond it’s now been 18days more than the given timeline again. Kindly explain when i will receive the amount or else don’t make fake offers like because right due to covid 19 situation you r are not taking calls as well for complaints.

                                    Good day,

                                    This email is about my loan emi which falls on 7th of every month, so what happend on 7th of everymonth my emi get deducted from my hdfc account any time within 24 hours, on the same days 07.05.2020, my emi has been deducted but amount was not sufficiaent, it happend in the morning and the amount was hold by bank, then it released automatically, in afternoon i maintained by balance but emi has not deducted so on 13.05.2020, i paid my emi through icici netbanking amount has been deducted but now in my saving account, it is showing negative balance which is equal to my loan emi.

                                    I paid my loan EMI twice (Manually and Automatic). When I saw you guys are not responding so I paid loan EMI through HDFC net-banking source of payment used ICICI bank and statement already attached above, you can check. So my query is when I'll get my this amount back which I paid manually.

                                      I bought an ipad on 11th dec 2019 and made the purchase on my hdfc debit card for 29, 000 rs. And was supposed to receive cashback of 3000 rs by 13th april, 120 days after the purchase. Its been a month and still i didnt get any cashback.
                                      Getting ahold of customer care is also a bit on the hard side. The hdfc bank constantly disappoints me. I started moving assets to different bank altogether. If this cashback doesnt come through ill remove my account here.

                                        I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                        Please deactivate and refund my money asap
