Kindly explain the following amounts deducted

19th may 2020: rs. 176
16th may 2020: rs. 590
23rd april 2020: rs. 590
21st april 2020: rs. 590
5th march 2020: rs. 590
15th january 2020: rs. 1180

Total amount due for explanation: rs. 3716

I have not authorised any of these charges. Kindly explain and if there is no protocol followed, please refund the entire amount of rs. 3716.

    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 13/1/2020 from unicorn infosolutions pvt. Ltd., defence colony, new delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      I have purchased i phone 11 on 26 november 2019 and they told that i will receive my cash back in approximately 120 days and it’s been more than 180 days and i have still not received my 6000 cash back.. I have written 9 mails in this 6 months but no solution.. They mailed me and said that they have put the amount on 26 feb or 26 march and told me to send the bank statement from 1 feb till date.. I attach my account statement which showed no entry of cash back and mailed them.. And now they r saying to send the bank account statement from the time of purchase.. How could they r not sure at what date they have accounted the cash back.. These r only the rubbish and crap.. This hdfc bank is total fraud cheater corrupt people...

        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on jan/24/2020 in dehradun. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive a cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end). I haven’t received my cashback till now, only 4 days left out of 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with the bank. I hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

            I made two transactions at B Mart super market of rs 2175..first one got failed but amount deducted from my credit card and second one is successfully process..so please help me getting my money back which is related to the failed transaction

              I purchased iphone11 128gb from reliance digital hinjewadi, pune on last week of january.
              There was a flat cashback of ₹6000 on this phone.
              Its been more than 120 days and I haven’t received any cashback as of now.

                Hi,

                I took a hdfc consumer durable loan on 30 oct 2019 while purchasing a dining table from royal oak bannerghata, bangalore.

                The dining table cost was rs 39990/-, tenure for loan was 6 months, monthly emi amounted to rs 6665/

                I was told by the hdfc bank agent that the cashback of 3000 rs would get credited before the 4th emi payment, so for the 4th emi only rs. 3665/- would get deducted.
                The 4th emi payment happened on 5th march and the full amount of rs 6665 was deducted. I contacted the agent, he said there was some technical issue and the cashback would get credited in the 5th month.
                The 5th month emi was on 5th april, which was during india lockdown. No cashback got credited, i sent mail to the hdfc loan support mail id, raised a ticket but never received a reply. Phone banking is only catering to urgent requests. The agent is not replying to me either.

                All emi's have now been deducted as on 5th may and the promised cashback never got credited. I sent another email to loan support team for this, but no reply even after 15 days.

                In the absence of email or phone banking support, raising a case here. Kindly look into the matter and get the cashback credited.

                    Offer was 10% discount using hdfc debit card.
                    Transaction ref number was[protected]. It was stated to be recently within 90 days but i dont see that in my account..

                          I have purchased iphone 11 from aptronix hyderabad on jan 2020 with no cost emi and cashback, where cashback of 6000 is offered by hdfc, the cashback is suppose to be received within 120days of purchase, but it hasn’t been received yet, 120 days are already over, its been 4th emi month. Please check this at the earliest. Request the cashback to be credited soon.

                            I am very disappointed with hdfc bank as today on 16/05/2020 they have charged me rs. 22420 as due to corona condition when people are dying i was unable to maintain balance for my sip of rs. 11000. I have my salary account in this bank and i am using hdfc from my first salary. This very disappointed you have charged rs. 22420. If i were having that much of amount i could have payed rs. 11000 sip. I have saved it for come emergency. I still have faith in you, so kindly refund my rs. 22420 back in my account. There are total 38 transaction of rs. 590.

                                Hello,
                                I purchased an iphone 11 on 02/jan/2020 from sawhney telecommunications, jail road, tilak nagar, new delhi and its been more than 120 days, i haven't received rs.6000 cashback on my credit card. The statement generation date is 16th of every month.

                                There is no option to report this issue on official website of hdfc bank and even eva is useless in providing necessary help in this matter. Also, there is no option to report this problem to customer care via call.

                                It is requested to kindly look into the matter and issue the cashback amount at the earliest.

                                        Hdfc bank must be playing with its customers. From the past couple of months my amount is being help with a reason mirevenue above 589 and this month its -2326.

                                        Are you guys kidding, i've paid all the emis and bounce charges for the loans in my account and you still charge me...?

                                        When i contact the loans, they claim there's no pending charges from their end and you people hold the amount for no reason and deduct the amount as soon as my salary is credited... Do you think its a joke?

                                        And why is it not shown in statement if this was a fair deduction of the amount that you guys have to recover from my account??

                                        Refund the amount that is unnecessarily held in my account.

                                        We have checked our records and confirm that the charges levied to your account pertains to ACH debit return. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ACH(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ACH(s), was not sufficient to cover the ACH(s) received in clearing. Therefore the ACH(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ACH(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ACH(s), to avoid the ACH(s) return charges being levied to your account.
