Good day,
This email is about my loan emi which falls on 7th of every month, so what happend on 7th of everymonth my emi get deducted from my hdfc account any time within 24 hours, on the same days 07.05.2020, my emi has been deducted but amount was not sufficiaent, it happend in the morning and the amount was hold by bank, then it released automatically, in afternoon i maintained by balance but emi has not deducted so on 13.05.2020, i paid my emi through icici netbanking amount has been deducted but now in my saving account, it is showing negative balance which is equal to my loan emi.
Kindly check this and i am also attaching statement of my account and payment details.

I paid my loan EMI twice (Manually and Automatic). When I saw you guys are not responding so I paid loan EMI through HDFC net-banking source of payment used ICICI bank and statement already attached above, you can check. So my query is when I'll get my this amount back which I paid manually.
