    Hello,
    I purchased an iphone 11 on 02/jan/2020 from sawhney telecommunications, jail road, tilak nagar, new delhi and its been more than 120 days, i haven't received rs.6000 cashback on my credit card. The statement generation date is 16th of every month.

    There is no option to report this issue on official website of hdfc bank and even eva is useless in providing necessary help in this matter. Also, there is no option to report this problem to customer care via call.

    It is requested to kindly look into the matter and issue the cashback amount at the earliest.

      i got message to my registered mobile number as timed out due to technical reason, ref no:[protected]. Please help me to resolve te issue as it is very urgent for me

        I have purchased i phone 11 on 31/01/2020 on cash payment from from hdfc debit card with on going cashback of rs 6000/- within 120 days from day pf purchase. But till date nothing has been credited in my savings acc. Details are as follows:

            Hdfc bank must be playing with its customers. From the past couple of months my amount is being help with a reason mirevenue above 589 and this month its -2326.

            Are you guys kidding, i've paid all the emis and bounce charges for the loans in my account and you still charge me...?

            When i contact the loans, they claim there's no pending charges from their end and you people hold the amount for no reason and deduct the amount as soon as my salary is credited... Do you think its a joke?

            And why is it not shown in statement if this was a fair deduction of the amount that you guys have to recover from my account??

            Refund the amount that is unnecessarily held in my account.

            We have checked our records and confirm that the charges levied to your account pertains to ACH debit return. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ACH(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ACH(s), was not sufficient to cover the ACH(s) received in clearing. Therefore the ACH(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ACH(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ACH(s), to avoid the ACH(s) return charges being levied to your account.

                I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 11/01/2020 at vijay sales noida. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in vijay sales, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  I have bought 2 iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 05/01/2020 from apple imagine store at world trade park, malviya nagar jaipur. As offer stated by hdfc bank (I will receive a cashback of 6000 within 120 days of purchase for each iphone). Unfortunately, i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.
                  I i hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                      I purchased a mac book air on 5 jan 2020, from my hdfc card. As per the policy i was supposed to receive a cashback of rs.6000 within 120 days. But i have not received the same.
                      I had also mailed to the customer services department of hdfc but have not received any response. This is really disappointing to see how the customers are treated.
                      I request you to initiate my cashback of rs6000 as soon as possible.

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of rs.6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in cinepolis they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible. I am registering complaint on your website but there is no option for any cashback. Kindly look into the issue on an urgent basis. You can contact me also so that more details can b provided to you.

                            Mctf atw transaction 10000 rs. deducted

                            Address: sec - 41 village agahpur noida GBN.

                            Sir 10000 deduct (Update: inr 10, 000.00 debited from a/c xx9211 on 15-may-20. Info: mctf atw 13/05 526099xxxxxx0480 ghaziaba.) from my account.
                            I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 10000rs. On 13/02/2020. At that time 10000 rs. Debited from my account and credited at the same time, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying that transaction have been made succesfully.br...

                              I have purchased iphone 11 before 5 month from inspire apple store nagpur and was entitled for 6000 cashback, its been more than 5 months and i have not received cashback for the same i have called the pine labs once but they didn't resolve my problem so i am here for the complaint i also i have the bills and receipts for the same hoping for resolution

                                I have not received Cashback of 6000 for an hp laptop purchased on 10% cashback offer. Its been more than 90 days. Also raised complaint on form but no response yet. HDFC is cheating customers with its false cashback claims.

                                  I have been charged Rs. 999 for "AMAZON1258399" on 29 April 2020 in Mumbai without my authorisation, without a PIN and OTP. I did not authorise any such transaction on such day. I have learnt that many other HDFC Bank customers have been cheated similarly and yet the fraud continues. Please reverse the transaction.
