      I have salary account in your bank :[protected], the thing was i have balance of 14200 i visited atm and i tried to withdraw money for hospital getting insufficient balance i don't know with out information to me how you stopped using my account you know the hdfc bank people very worst action on and pathetic situation because in this situation we are not getting salary and no other income sourse to me and we have in lot of troubles in covid-19 you fellows you people blocked my account and 1 more thing the amount i placed for hospital propus of my son having 1 year he have some low blood issue how stupidity you people really i will complaint to rbi also because o[censored] blocked my money with out info. I have two wheeler loan its settled for 2 emi which i have due to your bank and this is final warning to you people if you people not release my fund i will suiside and i write your bank name how you people doing harassment to me i spoke your executive and i took 3 months time also for 2 emis i don't have rs1 also in my hand and how can serviove in this covid-19 maritoriyam also have but they herrasing for money

        I have bought my iphone 11 with hdfc bank debit card on 13/02/2020 from reliance digital, habitat mall, mysore, karnatka. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of rupees 6000 within 90 days from the transactional month end). I haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 90 days. I have asked in reliance digital, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          I am very disappointed with the charges and hold of the balance of 1750 hdfc bank who hold my balance of 1750 why please release my fund as soon as possible if you not process then i complaint to pm care.

            I had purchased my iphone 11 64 gb on 19/01/2020 by mode of hdfc bank credit card. At apple store they informed me that you will recieve your cashback of ₹6000 within 120 days in your credit card statement. But its been 126 days from purchase date i have not recieved my cashback yet. My 4th emi is been generated by bank but not yet they credited any cashback in my unbilled transactions also till now. So please take neccesary action against this and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  Hi,
                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1763 without my concern on date:06/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this one assist mfee membership any more.

                      I had purchased an iphone 11 using hdfc cashback offer on 21/01/2020.
                      The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already gone past more than 125 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
                      Its a fraud!. What is this? How can i get the cashback from them?

                            I have written more than 6 mail, also drop a letter to branch, but still no reply. No response from customer service. Per day i am getting at least three call for loan, but for my issue you don't have time. Since last two month i am trying to connect with your team, but no response from side. Is that kind of service we are expecting.

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6764 without my concern on date:12/05/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1309/-

                                I booked american airlines travel tickets for me and my spouse to visit usa using my hdfc credit card on 25th feb 2020. The value of the tickets was rs.2, 61, 536/- for the planned trip in april 2020. This credit card transaction appeared in hdfc card statement dated 17.03.2020. The total dues of this statement was paid on 04.04.2020.

                                Due to the prevailing coronavirus pandemic we have cancelled our travel and requested american airlines for refund of the ticket value. American airlines had confirmed that two refunds each for 130768.00 inr were refunded to my hdfc master card ending in 8965 on 28 april 2020 and requested me to contact the bank/card company. They also provided the reference number a-152349ae-d1c5-4f06-b8c5-225e21a65bb6, for this transaction in order to track the refund. I have written mail to my hdfc bank relationship manager providing the transaction reference and he confirmed me that mail was sent to the concerned department to expedite the refund amount. It is already been more than 20 days passed and i am yet to receive the refund amount in my hdfc bank credit card.

                                I have no other option now except to lodge a complaint for the abnormal delay in posting the refund transaction by the hdfc mastercard to my credit card account. I am losing heavy interest since it is a high value transaction. May the concerned authorities look into this and arrange immediate posting of the refund amount in my account?

                                I raised the complaint on 22nd May 2020 and it was acknowledged by HDFC Bank Customer Care on 29th May 2020. Till date the issue is not resolved and I did not get any further update from them.
