    Sir, I wish to inform you that I was agent of HDFC LIFE INSURNCE CO LTD and my licence no: 60562043 and PAN : ARZPB6488k I have resigned from HDFC LIFE INSURNCE CO LTD through registered post, my registered post no. is same was accepted. Now as wards i would not online NOC on irda portal so that i cant join any another life insurer called lici but hdfclife insurance co ltd is not going to provide online NOC as Irda portal. Sir, I am fulltime agent and agency is only my bread and butter, so i want online NOC on IRDA portal So, please look into the matter and oblige me to do the need full as career as possible. Thanking you & waiting for your favorable action.

      I invested in NPS virtual account from HDFC bank.Amout has been deducted from my bank account.But not credited in NPS account.

        Hello,

        On sending an email for LOD and Foreclosure letter to fulfill my current Home loan with HDFC bank, Dhruvi Shah from HDFC Loan department called me and offered me a discounted rate of 8.45% as my current rate was 9.50% on 22nd March.

        I have dropped another email to her (Dhruvi Shah) with my list of questions on which I was not answered by an email instead she called me and explained me. My current review cycle as per HDFC home loan mobile app is 3 months, as specially on this review cycle question, she explained me that when RBI will increase the repo rate, after a month it will be updated in HDFC bank system and after that month it will visible to you. So almost after 2 months of time, I will have an impact of the new repo rate.

        I have sent an email with her explanation and asked for the written confirmation in email on 29th March; however, she again did not responded via email and I haven't given my confirmation. So, on the same day around 6PM, Dhruvi Shah called me saying that as bank has lowered the interest rate for you and instead of 8.45% it will be 8.35% so if you want to avail this benefit, please send me a confirmation email by night; hence, she can raise the conversion charges link for me to pay and avail the benefits. I got her email on 29th March 7.02 PM saying that "as per telephonic conversation, kindly confirm for the rate at 8.35%." In this email she hasn't responded on my queries confirmation.

        When I opened the URL to pay for the conversion charges, current and new interest rate, EMI and the duration were displayed to me. No information related to the review cycle was mentioned. On 30th March at 9.28 AM, I got an email confirmation from Dhruvi saying that she has initiated conversion process and I will receive an email to pay.

        I paid 2950/- on 30th March around 7PM and after paying I got a letter of conversion in which it is mentioned that my interest rate review cycle has been changed from 3 months to 1 month. So I drop an email immediately on 31st March around 10.43 AM and after that I sent a couple of email to Dhruvi. I also called many times to her but no response.

        On 3rd April in the afternoon, when I called and asked to talk with Dhruvi, her colleague Mansi picked up my call and asked my concern. When I explained her all my situation and asked her to transfer the call to Dhruvi, she put my call on hold and then Mansi told, she has raised a request to get a response from Dhruvi. I got another call on 3rd April from Mansi and I asked the same to connect me with Dhruvi and she told the same thing again. However, I have never got a call from Dhruvi and resolved my queries.

        My main concern is these HDFC home loan sales team is aware of the benefits with their clauses; however, still they are not telling the truth to the customer and fool them by lying and cheating them. They just want the customer to be with them but they never understand the pains and the situation of the customers. This is how HDFC home loan department works.

        I need resolution for this cheat and refund of my money 2950/- with the same benefits which I applied for (8.35% interest rate with 329 remaining months and 3 months of review cycle).

        I have email communication proof as well which I have mentioned here. I can provide on request.

          We are customers of the bank customer id 21023408 and 26875022 visited HDFC branch Mira road (IFSC 0000665) and submitted Forms with a Cheque no.000037 dt[protected]of Rs.10000/-for opening Sukanya Samridhi Yojna in name of Siya Gupta.It was promised by Miss Tiwari that it will be done in a week. It was regularly pursued by phone and physical visits. On assurance that it has been processed another cheque no. 000026 for Rs.140000/ was handed over to Sri Vaibhav Patil . It was also regularly followed. When we did not receive any debit intimation on our mobile, personal visit was made .Mr.Patil told that application has been approved vide no.[protected] but why amounts has not been cleared for more than twenty days during last financial year he has no answer .It has not been cleared even now.
          Meeting with manger could not be held because he was not present.
          Because of this highly deficient service mental and physical agony has become unbearable.

            My name is Karthik

            I have salaried account in HDFC for the past 5 years.

            while checking the account statement i am able to see some amount are chargers are taken from the bank side. But while checking the same in the Pondicherry main branch i am not getting proper response from them.

            09/03/23 INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL GST 020223-MIR[protected] amount debited 1180

            09/03/23 INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL GST 030223-MIR[protected] amount debited 885

            09/03/23 CHEQUE BK CHG INCL GST 030223-MIR[protected] amount debited 118 ( as i am platinum customer i don't know why they have charged for cheque bk request (and in the bank they didn't inform that cheque book will be charged))

            09/03/23 RTGS CHGS BRN INCL GST 030223-MIR[protected] AMOUNT DEBITIED 17.70

            I am really disappointed with service .

            i checked in the home branch in person no one is responding.. there is no customer call support.

              This is to inform you that since 3months I was paying the service charge but it is not automatically clear from my account. Since 2 months after paying service charge I have mailed you several times and have talked to you but after that also other holdings are getting cleared except service charge and after 10.15 days you deduct the amount but in that time the amount is adjusted towards my loan and cards.

              Due to your technical error I am facing troubles and hassels. If I am paying the amount means it should be cleared automatically from my account.
              Please find the below details:

              A/C: [protected]
              Service charge: 9026.37
              Credit Card: 17738.92

              Total hold amount: 26765.29

              But surprisingly I can see that my ac balance is 0. Please find the attachment

              My request is please deduct the amount (26765.29) from my account within 5th April
              And please this time deduct my service charge also which I already paid.

                      I am using HDFC account since 2015, there are multiple deductions from HDFC bank account by HDFC bank by showing different reasons from last years, recently they deducted 295/- from my account without my permission and reason, i don't have DMat or mutual fund account with HDFC and due to this, i am afraid of HDFC bank charges so i am not using any HDFC services except account.                         SB Acct. No. [protected]. I have just noticed a Rs. 295 from my SB account (dated 27/03/2023) supposedly for mutual fund transaction through netbanking. I demand immediate reimbursement of this and all previous such charges.

                        so, this constitutes a systematic fraud by the bank. Stop this immediately.

                            My EMI was bounced once and the applicable penalty charges was deducted from my HDFC bank account on time. But now EMI RTN charges Rs. 236 for December month of 2022 are again deducted from my bank account in 27th March 2023 without any message or notification. What are these charges and why should I pay this as I have already paid penalty ?

                                  Please resolve my query of dual PAN as it is confirmed with income tax department the PAN is surrendered PAN No. CTBPS0791J and NSDL has also verified my surrendered PAN and they have processed my new PAN which I have received from NSDL new PAN OCFPS3941P this query is coming always when I am applying for loan as it is updated from HDFC in the RIC please resolve my query as it is impacting my loan approval.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Please update my loan query as the bank has updated in the RIC portal the dual PAN problem I had solved the query of my dual PAN with income tax and have surrendered my old PAN that is CTBPS0791J and it has been verified by NSDL and got my new PAN which is verified by NSDL and Income Tax Department it has been printed and provided to me and the query is every time coming when I am applying for my loan my new PAN is OCFPS3941P.
                                    This is creating the problem for me when ever I am applying for loan please remove this from RIC my dual PAN query.

                                      ISAQMC Charges

                                      INR 275 was deducted from my account for ISAMQC charges for Oct to Dec 2022. I have not subscribed for mutual funds services ever. Please refund the charges and discontinue mutual fund services if it has been activated from the banks end without my consent.
