I had taken a consumer durable loan to buy refrigerator amounting 47500. At the time of buying I was said 5% cashback from HDFC bank. The cashback should be processed in 90 days. But the cashback was not processed so when inquired the customer representatives said that they did not have such offer. But I shared the proof of delivery order from HDFC Bank stating the offer. Still they are not proceeding with the cashback and not giving any valid reason.

      I have given complaint ragarding my fastag. Till now no response from the concerned authorities...
      I have a fastag which is linked to HDFC bank. It shows the tag is suspended and wallet is freezed because this i am not able to use this.
      I have raised the complaint at the toll free number many times but no use at all. Also its shows that the login for the same fastag is blocked. Not able to do anything.
      I request HDFC bank to close my fastag account and return my balance amount.

        I have paid for fastag via online portal and the HDFC application number is HFR593356, which was paid on 26 November 2019

        I have not received any notification on the delivery after a month. The customer helpline # published by HDFC is not reachable at all. There is no email address provided by HDFC bank to contact them on this subject and get it resolved.
        I would like to get my fastag against the application # HFR593356 as soon as possible or a complete refund of Rs 600, which was charged, for the fastag

          I have applied for hdfc fastag online with the help of the fastag service member with payment of rs 500. I have uploaded all the necessary supporting documents and rc book pdf on 23rd november 2019. My personal bank manager given me the phone no of the fastag person. After doing all the steps and payment, i have received my customer id and wallet id on 27th nov 2019 at 1:21 am and same time i have received another msg also regarding my fastag recharge. [protected] this is reference transaction number.

          After 20 days i have called that person but he didn't picked my call, next day morning he picked call and told me i will check and tell you. After that he not receiving my calls.

          Today, 26th dec 2019 i have him but same he not received calls so i messaged him on whtsapp and i asked him about manager no that time he told me you have call personal banker and take no. But i told him, you proccessed my fastag so you have to give number then he shared one mobile number. I called her, she received call and i told her everything then she said will check there are some issues. She given me one link to check status, i have checked there it is showing payment failed. But amount deducted from my account and in wallet it is showing a balance then how it is showing payment status failed. She also not receiving my calls now.
          My personal banker also not receiving my calls right now.

          The tollfree does not work, always the number busy and i'm struggling with fastag as it is mandatory.

            Hi Team,

            Based on the Advertisement from HDFC had a raised a request with HDFC Bank for Fastag on 30thNov'2019. However still have not received the Physical Fasttag. Also the Customer Care numbers displayed on the website is not functional[protected] /[protected] since no one responds.

            Even after couple emails to hdfcbank.[protected]@1pay.in NO RESPONSE.

            Can I know when the FastTAG would be issued OR Can i have the REFUND.

            As a Customer I just cannot wait without knowing the current status, If HDFC BANK cant issue the FASTTAG as Requested or provide necessary update to the customer, REFUND the amount and cancel the request saying HDFC bank is not able to handle your request.
            So that many customers like me who are waiting for the FASTTAG from HDFC, Can basically opt for other banks/vendor who has the capacity to issue the FASTTAG to customers.

              I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on nov 22nd 2019 today is 26th dec 2019. I have paid 500rs on nov 22nd 2019 but till now i didn't got any response from hdfc and physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                I have applied HDFC fastag through online on 15th and made payment also. The reference number of the application is HRF01116017.

                I received the message on 18th that my Fastag has been successfully issued but yet not received the Fastag yet.

                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                The purpose of applying Fastag online is faster . Please update on the status.

                  Hi,
                  Today (26/12/2019) i received a call from this number [protected] which was from hdfc life insurance in the afternoon when i was busy working. I talked with ms. Neha who like any other telecaller started explaing me the product straight away without understanding my interest.
                  Within few seconds, i told her, "thank you, ma'am i am not interested".
                  This was the exact communication and i have the recording for my support if needed.
                  Somehow by this she got offended and said the i should have told this in the beginning and why i made her to explain the product and before i could say something she disconnected the call.
                  I tried calling on that number to understand the reason for her rudeness as i definitely know that these guys are not trained to talk in this manner.
                  I also dropped her a message mentioning the same but there was no response.
                  Ultimately i found this platform and i don't know how much effective is this but i am trying out my luck.
                  I would like to know the status of my complaint and the actions taken against the same.

                  We understand this people are doing their job, but we don't expect in return what has happened.
                  Who should be responsible for this?

                      On 2nd December, I had applied for 3 fastags for my 3 vehicles, Two cars & 1 LMV. Payment of Rs.1600/- as demanded was paid from my Citibank Credit Card.
                      Vehicle numbers (1)car - GJ06KP1845 (2)car - GJ06LK5674 and (3)lmv - GJ06VV6673
                      I have received the Fastag for my 2Cars but have not received any confirmation or the Fastag for the (3) LMV vehicle GJ06VV6673 (Fastag still Pending).
                      HDFC Toll free number is useless which never gets connected and is permanently busy. There is no specific email to complain directly to HDFC Fastag department. We have to only wait endlessly without any information or file our complaint on this forum.
                      Request HDFC to expedite the process for issuing the Fastag and dispatch to our address as registered in our application.

                        After that i received customer id & wallet id on 17/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                          When trying to contact with customer care, it always remain busy . So not able to contact for to resolve queries. Anyone has suggestion on same or there is any email id for same as not mentioned over portal..

                          As i have new fastag but i m enable to login hdfc fastag web page while user id and wallet id provided to me by sms by hdfc bank.

                            My HDFC fastag is damaged in car accident, I am calling HDFC customer car no for reissue of fastag"[protected]" for past one week, the line is always busy, I emailed them multiple times but no response from and finally decided to close my hdfc fastag account and open with different vendor, but I an not able to close by account also.

                              I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited some amount from my credit card number ending with 4687 for OneAssist Membership fees without my concent. I contacted your customer care too and they were also not helpful. I have never even heard of this company.
                              I request the bank to cancel my membership and refund my money immediately. This is a criminal act by bank and this kind of behavior won't be appreciated.

                                Hi,
                                I have applied HDFC fast tag through online and made payment of 500(200 for security & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of my application is HFR684849 and i still have no status for same .

                                i have applied on 04'th Dec 19 and its almost 20 days have gone i have no idea about its delivery.
                                There is no way to contact the HDFC fastag guys as customer care number given is busy or not being attended.
                                I have been with HDFC for 10 years now(saving ACC, CC ) and this is the worst moment with them.

                                The purpose of applying is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it any tollgates.
                                pls update on the status.

                                  I haven't received the fastag rfid sticker pdf on registered mail / hard copy yet.

                                  It's been more than 10 days my fastag got activated which was informed through a mail sent by hdfc bank.

                                  I applied for the same on dec 8, 2019, application number is hfr955100 & paid rs. 500/-

                                  Their customer care number [protected] is always busy, hence useless.

                                  Either send the rfid tag asap or please refund money i paid.

                                    Myself sudhanshu, i applied on 12 dec online and paid same day rs.500 but still not received any fastag. I, m paying double penalty daily. I called many times on fastag customer care no.[protected] but this no is not working from 15 days. Finally i lost rs. 500 and now going to buy on paytm which is delivering within a day. I complained hdfc customer care two times but they are not giving any positive response. Now i am feeling hdfc fastag service is totally fraud.

                                    I will advice nobody should buy it on hdfc portal

                                      Sir, i was compelled to purchase a policy no 20913235 by hdfc bank in order to release the maturity proceed of my previous policy. During completion of formalities they took a cancelled cheque of my bank account. The yearly premium of my new policy is rs 50, 000/. I never gave my consent for auto debit of my account towards premium payment. At present i am not having sufficient resource to pay the premium. But the bank is regularly initiating auto debit action for premium payment without my necessary consent. Kindly do the needful.

                                        I have booked two different tickets from this payzapp app.

                                        One was on 2nd november which from hyderabad to patna.

                                        The flight was spice jet.

                                        And second one was on 3rd november from hyderabad to patna.

                                        One ticket was done by credit card and another one was done by debit card.
                                        Due to some issue the spice jet has cancelled my ticket and refunded the money to the agent (Cleartrip) on 12th of december.

                                        But i have not got any refund from the payzapp
                                        The customer care is not responding. I have send mails with all the information still there is no response. I have sent query forms. I have written complaints in the review section still there is no reply from them. And there is no information about any refund.
