hdfc bank frequency mnth is received today for processing

I have received the following sms from bank:
Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to bajaj finance limited with value rs. 50000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith....

fastag sticker not received

I have applied for HDFC FASTag online on 3 rd December 2019 Application No: HFR875564 After that i have received message “Your Fastag has been Successfully Recharged for Rs. 300 on 12/6/2019 11:47:44 PM. I applied for hdfc fastag online on 5th december 2019 with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 12/12/2019 through sms even my wallet was recharged for inr. 300. But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
The toll free does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is mandatory for all vehicles...

I have applied HDFC FASTag through online and made payment of Rs 500 on 30-Nov-19. I have received a sms with wallet ID and Cust ID on 05-Dec-19. Since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact HDFC FASTag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Kindly update me the status of my request or how to get the tracking details....

hdfc fastag recharge amount not added

The so called imperia crm gave the toll free number that does not work. Now i find under my profile the address missing. God knows where it has gone. Hdfc toll number is not working its always busy and auto cut after giving the messgae that its busy. Worst service of hdfc. I made my order for fastag on 6 dec, recieved message and mail for recharge of rs 300 as well. But did not recieve fastag till date. No where to go and ask for this. Toll free is not working.
