Last week I returned my items to mynthra, but i didn't get the refund amount to my bank account. When i talked about the same thing with the myntha customer, they told that they had already initiated the refund. Can you please check the transaction and solve the issue ASAP. Please find the attached images.

    I had a transaction on 4th nov 2019 through hdfc upi of amount rs.4817 with utr:[protected]. But the amount got deducted and the order has not confirmed. I raised a complaint in the concerned home branch after 7 days waiting period. They raised a charge bank with the merchant and said it will be reflected in more 7 working days. I waited for 10 working days and visited the bank again. They once again raised a complaint and said that it is in the process.. The amount will be credited very soon mostly in 2-3 working days. I waited for 7 working days again and approached the bank again regarding the same. This time they have got a mail from the concerned merchant amount confirmation but the branch manager of hdfc responded one day late to them and asked me to write a letter and gave a complaint number 10790445 and said that it will be reflected in my account in 7 working days. Its been two weeks now since then but nothing has been done. I patiently waited for one month 20 days (50 days in total) but no use until now. I don't understand what's the problem in refunding back the deducted amount of which i don't find any fault from my side.

      Sir,
      I have applied fastag through hdfc bank on 22/11/2019. My application number : hfr 444554.
      And also i have made payment inr 500 and received user id and wallet
      Id, but till now i have not received my fastag. I called hdfc customer call center, but they were not answered properly. I never expect from this and now realized very worst service from hdfc bank fastag. Kindly solve this and issue fastag for me.

        I am so frustrated and even contemplating suicidr as they leave me with no other option. I am a heartpatient with a surgery soon.
        Over a year i have been going to shantipark branch in mira rd requesting ms bhirva to stop ecs from dhfl and 2 other banks. I gave her many letters. Not even once she said anything about noc. Even priya nair from mind space branch did not mention it. But realising her mistake she gave two months of waiver fees. It is my hard earned money they stole.
        I went to meet bhirva on the 12th of december. She promised to do her best. But till date i ve not got any amount they stole.
        I ve no other option but to seek legal help. My lawyer assured me of help and compensation from hdfc which will be more than 60000 that they stole from my account
        Mr zubin nobody from hdfc has decency to contact or process a waiver and crrdit the amount you stole from me.
        Please realise it is better to credit the amount because of my serious heart condition you might have to end up payinh more as the lawyer is willinh to file a case free of charge.

        Mr Anay your words mean nothing to me. Refund 60000 you stole from me or face a law suit. My lawyer has won many cases against hdfc. I ve already filed a complaint against HDFC in RBI. You deserve to close your business. Bank is not for stealing peoples money.

          For my vehicles going to sabarimala

          I swiped my hdfc credit card at near petrol bunk

          I made transactions of nearly 2.20 lakh on fuel,

          For every time for each transaction they charged of extra 2.5% tax on swiping

          We don't know it was charged extra on fuel transaction in petrol bunks

          When i called to customercare they said that my fuel transaction limit per month is 20k only,

          After that it will charged of 2.5% extra on every fuel transaction,,

          Like that around extra 4000 rs are added under fuel transaction charges

          Sir i dont know this fuel transaction limit is 20000 only on my credit card,

          I am using this card from last 2016 onward s

          I dont know on swiping there is extra 2.5% charges for fuel in petron bunks

          Please check my statement and do the needful to me

          Please remove wavier extra charges (4000) rs which gone under fuel transaction charges apply on my card

          Further to your query regarding the fee on petrol transactions, we would like to inform you that 1% + Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% (with effect from July 01, 2017 ) of the transaction amount or minimum Rs. 10.00 plus tax whichever is higher would be levied as a convenience fee on transactions at Petrol Pumps. We observe that you are holding Diners rewards credit card and there will be 1% Fuel Surcharge waived off on fuel transactions on minimum transaction of INR 400 and maximum transaction of INR 5000.00 ( Maximum wavier of Rs.500.00 per statement cycle). We also wish to clarify that the transactions are processed to us by the merchant through the member banks with whom they are affiliated. This handling fee approved by Visa/MasterCard International is levied by these member banks for processing these charges.

              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr843703 i have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

              I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                A payment amount of 4865/- rs is transferred by amazon on 5th december, as a refund for my product. Which is refunded by me. After that they had transferred my refund amount in my account. They had provided me a reference no for my transaction also, which is attached below. Its been 12-15 days they had transferred my amount but it is still not received in my account.

                  There is helpline given in that site (Services and sales queries :[protected] but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

                      Hello hdfc team,

                      It has been very disappointing for us with such a kind of setup for fastag from top bank of india.

                      I have applied for hdfc fastag thru portal, payment has been successfully deducted, fastag customer id, wallet id has been generated, amount has been credited, but fastag has not been received.

                      Local hdfc bank doesnt have any such information and they ask us to contact fastag support.

                      Tried calling and sent emails multiple times but there is no good response received from hdfc.

                      I am clueless right now what next has to be done by customer for getting such services from bank.

                        Hi i have applied fastag using hdfc bank. I have received the wallet id and customer id. But still i didn't receive fastag sticker. No representative called from their end and even i couldn't reach them using the customer care number [protected] seems it is always busy. The wallet i can see it is recharged with 300rs. 200rs. Service charge i guess. Without fastag i am facing lot of trouble in toll gates. Either hdfc should respond or they should resolve this issue.

                            Dear support team,
                            In oct 2019 i have applied for hdfc fastag and got it in the last week of oct 2019. When i login to my fastag a/c, i found there was another vehicle also attached to my fastag a/c which does not belong to me. I called customer care no. And they assured me that it will be removed in 7-8 working days, but it didn't. From november, i started using my fastag, but found it to be not working at toll plaza. The staff there told me that it is not working. On 1st december, i made a complaint on hdfc customer care number and twitter handle. The customer care person told me that the same is being replaced at no extra cost. The twitter handle told me to dm all the details. From that day i have made so many complaints via tweets and emails, but they are not responding. I haven't even received any replaced card. I told them to cancel and refund my full amount, but they are not responding my messages.

                              I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                              The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory.

                              Please send me the details of tracking or when it will be dispatched as soon as possible?

                                  While getting toll deducted at bangalore airport toll plaza, inr 90 was deducted two times, instead of total inr 135. I have tried calling [protected], but it is always busy. My wallet id is[protected]. Please refund the amount immediately otherwise i will have to remove the fastag and will use some other bank's fastag. Please get it resolved immediately.

                                  what do I need to replace [protected] with?
                                  I have applied for hdfc fastag online on 2nd Dec 2019 for which necessary I have received customer id & wallet id on 13/12/2019 through sms and email. However, I haven still not received fast tag sticker.
                                  Sir i had apply online on fastag on hdfc bank from 30 nov 2019 but till date cannot deliver my fastag.
                                  So take the complaint and take action to early delivered my fastag
                                  Fastag application no:HFR814313.
                                  So i really disappointed of this service ...

                                  Applied for HDFC fastag online with payment of rs.500, I have also received Customer ID & Wallet ID. Even my wallet was recharged with INR. 300.
                                  However I haven't received fast tag sticker yet .Since it is mandatory from to have fastag I tried calling the toll free, it does not work what the use none of the HDFC support numbers for HDFC are working nor emails are getting responded, Pathetic service provided by the bank

                                    My credit card got expired and i recently moved from bengalore to hyderabad. I applied for changing my address but signature was mismatched and got rejected. Please help me out to get my new card. I tried to raise complaint nearest hdfc bank but they asking me to fill the application and submit which i already did twice and failed so please solve it as soon as possible

Post a detailed review of the same, we regret to inform you that the signatures in your recent letters does not match with the signature provided by you in the application form. Please note your signature in the application form is used as the reference signature for all your correspondence. Since the signature in your recent letters does not match with that in the application, we are unable to process your request. Hence, we request you to send copy of the duly signed completed change of address form along with self attested signature proof such as PAN card, Passport etc, to our mailing address. Kindly ensure that all the three signature in the form, document and attestation are similar. On receipt of the document, we shall take it up for suitable review.                                       None of the customer service are answering i didnt got the welcome mail customer id and wallet id i cant use the fastag and its almost 2 monts i cant use the card no one of the bank customer service are answering the calls what should i do the hdfc back card is waste of money they that the never answer for us correctly i am not gone suggest any one this card icici is the best

                                        I have applied for fastag vide application no: hr[protected]. Customer id:[protected]
                                        Wallet id: [protected]
                                        Vehicle reg. No: ka02mj9337.

                                        It is already six days over. But i am unable to down load my fastag card. Your helpline no.[protected] is always engaged.

                                        You have mentioned that your person will contact me after the issue of fastag but no one so far contacted me.

                                        Again i have paid rs. 500 on line thro my hdfc cc. What is happening in your bank?
