Hi i use my credit card on aliexpress site and the items are defaulted so they start my refund process on 3 dec 2019 and they issue refund with ARN no on 9 the dec with full refund but the refund doesn't come in my credit card account. I get my refund from aliexpress with ARN no 74547069339020027752278 but hdfc bank didn't transfer my funds in my credit card. I want my refund back which is 4.66 usd dated 9/12/19. And there is another refund...

It's been more than 20 days i haven't received my fastag yet. My customer id is[protected]. If you can't issue me my fastag refund the amount. I will apply by other bank as hdfc has disappointed me this time. I have been a regular customer of hdfc since so many years but this time they have truly let me down through their slow response and unsatisfactory service....

I had applied for hdfc fastag online on 4th december 2019, also uploaded the necessary documents and vehicle r. C.
After that i have received customer id & wallet id on 12 december 2019 through message and email.
But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
Please look through this asap.

I applied for Hdfc fastag online on 10.12.19 with supporting documents together with car registration certificate.After that I received customer & wallet id on 16.12.19 via mail but still not received my fastag sticker as on date and thus struggling with it as it has become mandatory from 15.12.19...

I have received the message form HDFCBK on 6th December 2019 mentioning your FASTag has been process successfully with customer ID is[protected]. Till today not received the FASTag stocker and the toll free is given for the sake of it does not work at all.
In the Bank no one has any clue when and how this will be dispatched.

I have applied Fastag on Dec 2nd and i received following email on Dec 6th.
Your FasTag has been issued successfully. Your Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected],
They are cheating customers with not providing valid customer care number and nor issuing the Fastag . They should repay my charges for late delivery im paying at toll gates.

I apply for hdfc fastag when i do payment it says unable to process your request but my balance deduct, i try three times and amount deducted.

I have not received my Fastag till now. i have applied on 4th December 2019 and reference number is HFR894534. I have received the customer number and wallet number and also 300Rs has been loaded to my account. But i have not still received the tag.
When will i receive the Tag. There is no customer care number to check the status. All other banks are delivering the tag within 5 days, dont know why HDFC is taking...
