My vehicle number is up85bj3340, i have hdfc bank fastag. When i am going to toll plaza they say your fastag is blacklisted. Eventhough, i have more than rs 2000 in my wallet and my status is active. Customer care number not working, i talked to 1033 not doing anything
I went to srinagar toll plaza booth 1 near palwal haryana lane 1 at 3.39 pm on 20/12/2019 face similar problem.
Please resolve the issue

    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr01063103. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

    I have been with hdfc for 10years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

        I have applied for fastag, the same has been already generated and recharged with rs 300 on 12.5.2019 with reference no.[protected], n balance account is rs.300 as per sms received by me. Also given the d n wallet. Sir it is sorry to say u that the same still has been not received by me.
        The toll no. Given is jut like fake no. Because the same is no reply or engage.
        Sir i am a classic member of hdfc bank.
        Please arrange to solve the problem.

          Fast tag application date - 28 november 2019.
          Application reference number - hfr651820
          Attached the screenshot of the application.

          It said that we will receive the tag in 7 working days.
          Till date we have not received anything.

          Tried calling the customer care number[protected] several time but no one picks up the call.

          There is no other number or the email id to escalate the matter.

          I need the fastag asap.

            I have received msg & phone call from hdfc bank in october regarding hdfc festival 35 % cash back offer from any reliance store.

            We swiped near rs. 8000 in hdfc debit card and rs, 32000 in hdfc credit card. But already crossed 90 days still it was getting any cash back from hdfc bank.

            Hdfc has announced fake offers.

              I have applied fasttag in hdfc bank through online on nov 26 till dec 28 still not received .hdfc fasttag tollfree is not working if we called hdfc customer care they are telling we will arrange callback thats it.i have raised complaint 4 times but still not receiving any call.finally i applied fasttag in tollplaza.kindly cancel my fasttag and refund my amount.

                I applied for fastag on 12/11/2019 for the vehicle no up78 cc2343 through online hdfc fastag. My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] and my application reference no hfr998819. It shows that i will receive fastag within 7 working days. But still now nothing has been dispatched any fastag to my address!

                So please refund my money rs. 500/- at the earliest.

                  On 19.12.2019 my credit card no[protected] is wrongfully debited with rs455.08 (Finance charge) + rs81.91 (Igst) total rs537.99. Bill amt for nov 2019 was rs15071 i paid rs12161.80 on 25.11.2019 before due date.
                  Though i was of the knowledge that i am to pay minimum due amount than also i credited rs12161.80.
                  Resultantly only rs2909.20 was unpaid on due date.
                  So please revert the wrongfully debited amount rs537.99.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date.                     I have applied for fasttag on 1st Dec 2019.( Ref No.HFR824674). Payment was deducted on same day after uploading the required documents. I have still not received the fasttag. I have tried contacting customer care No.[protected], more than 3 times, they keep you on hold for 15 minutes and do not provide a satisfactory answer. I am HDFC bank account holder .

                      My hdfc fsatag customer id is[protected] wallet id is [protected] rfid[protected] vehicle no - mh43 ar 4256. Charged twice at talegaon toll plaza from pune to mumbai. I was charged by cash and from my account. Rs. 173 + rs. 57=total rs. 230/- cash receipt no 9931. Hdfc helpline not working. Always engaged. E mails not going. Trying last one week. Fed up. Not able to lodge complaint.

                          We have applied fast tag through hdfc net banking wide fastag application reference number hfr[protected] on 11.12.2019 still now i havent received any call and message and fast tag details also.. Several times i was called to provided toll free no.[protected] but number is not working. Hdfc fake fasttag application don't buy through hdfc. Fake site..

                            I have booked the fastag one month back and still have not received the fastag and the helpline number is not working . I am supposed to atleat get an updatefrom you guys am regretting to have booked the fastag from you guys . Ultimate level of arrogancy displayed . If not professionalism atleast show some regards . I have suffered losses because of this and i need compensation also

Whenever i have told about the attendance no one is being respond i have absent for 1day than our branch manager told me that submit your resignation letter... Is it the behavior of hdfc bank..                                 Hdfcbank fastag first time registration is not working as generated otp sms is not received on my mobile.

                                I have not used the tag and hence seek full refund of rs.500/- as product is not working for me.

                                As on 27.12.2019, after multiple complainst there is no solution nor refund.

                                I need confirmation from hdfc that they will make full refund so that i can buy another tag from other provider.

                                I had already done that. There is no esponse from them. See attachment. Point no. 2 is not being addressed since 08.12.2019. The tag is unused. Refund me my money ₹500/- and take the product back as hdfcbank is unable to make it work.

                                  I have recd a massage for fastag issue on 28/11/2019 transaction id is [protected] but i have not received my fastag yet I HAVE PAID RS 500/- and i have recd massage customer id but fastag is still not recd.
                                  i had other options also to apply for fastag but i chose HDFC since i am their customer for very long time and satisfied with their services but this time i am high disappointed in this case worst part is that there is no way to track the status their helpline no. is helpless either its busy or not responding, now I have to travel out of station and i have no fastag even after applying such long time back
                                  kindly look into matter and send Fastag ASAP.

                                        Hdfc sales manager issued a infinia card stating that am eligible for a life time free membership card in july. Now in dec, they charged a amount of 10000 as processing fee.in fact i haven't even activated the card nor used it since july. This is totally unfair as you force customers to take credit card without disclosing the terms n conditions.

                                        Kindly revert the processing fee

                                        This was not told at the time of issuing the card in July. Your sales representative(Srinith Chinta) just told that my account is eligible for free lifetime membership. Attaching the reference mail too. This is really a miscommunication from your side where you don't disclose the terms and conditions. I never requested for a credit card, In fact i have got a call asking me to take this card as am eligible for a free membership. Also when the card was issued in July why is the membership fee been levied in November.
