I am hdfc bank customer around 2-3 years. I use credit card for some shopping from amazon. And paid the amount timely to bank. After 2-3 months i get calls from bank that pay the amount. I don't know how the amount r remaining. I call the customer care for information but the phone is unreachable or disconnected everytime. So i go to bank for details then i get that some late fees and finance charges with gst r being charged on me for 4 months around 4-500/-. Because i didn't get the statements on emails. I calls the customer service after so many attempt they attends the call i request him for late fees and finance charges waive off... But they said i can waive only 1000/- after that beyond my power. Few months before i get a call from recovery agent and he said pay the amount to bank otherwise i will kill u and ur family. Then i go to deppresion and tension because every months they charges 1100/- extra and no one can waive it.
And the bank agent call me every time give me dhamakis in abusive languages. They didn't have ethics and manners.
I have another bank credit card like axis bank but they r very gentle, their statements also come to my mails. Their charges r low around 4-500/- rs and when i request them they waive the all charges.
I have not using hdfc credit card for around 1 years but the charges becomes around 12000/- and i paid 2000/- rs also. And i didn't want to pay the whole late fees around10000/-. What benefits i get by using this card. When i have to pay extra 12000/- to him i get only loss from him. What can i do. I didn't know what to do.

Even today the bank call me... And says "tumhare jaise customer bank KO bahut milte ha in... 500/- Ki payment ho nahi rahi aur chale ha in complaint karne. And some abusive words also." I said I had do complaint in consumer complaint then they said who kuch nahi kar sakta humara. They blackmails me what to do.?

    Hi team,

    I have received the confirmation that my fast tag has been issued. However i still didn't receive the fast tag itself.

    When i called the hdfc fasttag customer care, they were not able to trace my application with hfr number (Hfr[protected] nor with vehicle number (Mh* 4*) not customer id nor with wallet id. (Mentioned in the email trail)

    Still he (Deep) said wait untill end of this week.
    I need to know the exact status and when will i receive my fast tag.

    I am leaving tonight and need to carry it. If you can provide details i can collect it from the fasttag office or courier office.

        I uses hdfc bank fastag, customer id - [protected]. I've travelled from delhi to chandigarh on 15-12-19 and returned on the same day but at ghronda (Karnal), haryana toll plaza [ plaza code-154001, concessionaire-soma isolux nh one tollway pvt. Ltd. ] they deducted the wrong amount as i've returned on same day they should have deducted rs.60/- but they deducted rs.125/- instead. Same happened on 22-12-19. I've attached a copy of transaction details. Please resolve asap and credit the fastag wallet with right amount.

          I have applied for hdfc fastag sticker on 29th - nov-19, customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Please find attached receipt for your reference.

          Upon calling the toll free number it is always engaged. Also, till now not received any fastag status intimation or tracking id or docket number from hdfc bank.

          Still i have not received the fastag sticker.

          So, when i will get my fastag sticker? Kindly reply.

          Also, provide fastag status intimation or tracking id or docket number.

            The amount of 700 got deducted fromy bank account on 25th Dec'19 but the amount is not loaded into fastag. I talked to hdfc fastag/hdfv bank customer care both are passing the request to each other only and not doing anything for my request.

                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8246 on date:[protected]. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                  After i received this, i have not received any welcome mailer or fastag through post, when contacted one of the hdfc branches here, they too are not clear on this.

                  How can i get my welcome mailer which specifies the wallet idor fastag?
                  How can i recharge and activate my fastag account without the wallet id or login details.?

                    Hi team,
                    This is complaint about fastag. I applied for teh fastag via hdfc online portal and paid teh amount of 600 via my credit card. This transaction was carried out on 12th nov 2019 and till to date the fastag was not delivered to my registered id. I tried reaching close to 100 times the fastag customer care number but could not get through. I escalated in hdfc bank regarding this and they always tell that they are looking through it and will require additional time. I am a customer of hdfc bank close to now 14 years. Now today i got through today to the fasttag customer care and they coolly said that my application could not get processed due to some reason and you can cancel the application and they will refund the amount and it will take close to 7 working days and they also said that you will have to apply afresh.

                    My fastag application reference no is : hfr363212.

                    I got fed up with this hdfc fastag applying on the portal. Due to all these concerns i applied via the airtel bank and they confirmed that my application is verified and they will dispatch the tag within 12 days.

                    And these guys even dont call you once you apply on teh portal. When i applied on the portal, this was the message which i got.

                      I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                      Now it more than 32 days. Hdfc told me that fastag will recevied within 7 working days.
                      When i get it?

                      Provide me fastag or cancel my order, because due to this i am unable to purchase an new fastag card form any other services provider.

                                    I had a transaction on 4th nov 2019 through hdfc upi of amount rs.4817 with utr:[protected]. But the amount got deducted and the order has not confirmed. I raised a complaint in the concerned home branch after 7 days waiting period. They raised a charge bank with the merchant and said it will be reflected in more 7 working days. I waited for 10 working days and visited the bank again. They once again raised a complaint and said that it is in the process.. The amount will be credited very soon mostly in 2-3 working days. I waited for 7 working days again and approached the bank again regarding the same. This time they have got a mail from the concerned merchant amount confirmation but the branch manager of hdfc responded one day late to them and asked me to write a letter and gave a complaint number 10790445 and said that it will be reflected in my account in 7 working days. Its been two weeks now since then but nothing has been done. I patiently waited for one month 20 days (50 days in total) but no use until now. I don't understand what's the problem in refunding back the deducted amount of which i don't find any fault from my side.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have applied fastag through hdfc bank on 22/11/2019. My application number : hfr 444554.
                                      And also i have made payment inr 500 and received user id and wallet
                                      Id, but till now i have not received my fastag. I called hdfc customer call center, but they were not answered properly. I never expect from this and now realized very worst service from hdfc bank fastag. Kindly solve this and issue fastag for me.

                                        I am so frustrated and even contemplating suicidr as they leave me with no other option. I am a heartpatient with a surgery soon.
                                        Over a year i have been going to shantipark branch in mira rd requesting ms bhirva to stop ecs from dhfl and 2 other banks. I gave her many letters. Not even once she said anything about noc. Even priya nair from mind space branch did not mention it. But realising her mistake she gave two months of waiver fees. It is my hard earned money they stole.
                                        I went to meet bhirva on the 12th of december. She promised to do her best. But till date i ve not got any amount they stole.
                                        I ve no other option but to seek legal help. My lawyer assured me of help and compensation from hdfc which will be more than 60000 that they stole from my account
                                        Mr zubin nobody from hdfc has decency to contact or process a waiver and crrdit the amount you stole from me.
                                        Please realise it is better to credit the amount because of my serious heart condition you might have to end up payinh more as the lawyer is willinh to file a case free of charge.

                                        Mr Anay your words mean nothing to me. Refund 60000 you stole from me or face a law suit. My lawyer has won many cases against hdfc. I ve already filed a complaint against HDFC in RBI. You deserve to close your business. Bank is not for stealing peoples money.
