I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 17/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 31st dec onwards.

    When trying to contact with customer care, it always remain busy . So not able to contact for to resolve queries. Anyone has suggestion on same or there is any email id for same as not mentioned over portal..

    As i have new fastag but i m enable to login hdfc fastag web page while user id and wallet id provided to me by sms by hdfc bank.

      My HDFC fastag is damaged in car accident, I am calling HDFC customer car no for reissue of fastag"[protected]" for past one week, the line is always busy, I emailed them multiple times but no response from and finally decided to close my hdfc fastag account and open with different vendor, but I an not able to close by account also.

        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited some amount from my credit card number ending with 4687 for OneAssist Membership fees without my concent. I contacted your customer care too and they were also not helpful. I have never even heard of this company.
        I request the bank to cancel my membership and refund my money immediately. This is a criminal act by bank and this kind of behavior won't be appreciated.

          Hi,
          I have applied HDFC fast tag through online and made payment of 500(200 for security & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of my application is HFR684849 and i still have no status for same .

          i have applied on 04'th Dec 19 and its almost 20 days have gone i have no idea about its delivery.
          There is no way to contact the HDFC fastag guys as customer care number given is busy or not being attended.
          I have been with HDFC for 10 years now(saving ACC, CC ) and this is the worst moment with them.

          The purpose of applying is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it any tollgates.
          pls update on the status.

            I haven't received the fastag rfid sticker pdf on registered mail / hard copy yet.

            It's been more than 10 days my fastag got activated which was informed through a mail sent by hdfc bank.

            I applied for the same on dec 8, 2019, application number is hfr955100 & paid rs. 500/-

            Their customer care number [protected] is always busy, hence useless.

            Either send the rfid tag asap or please refund money i paid.

              Myself sudhanshu, i applied on 12 dec online and paid same day rs.500 but still not received any fastag. I, m paying double penalty daily. I called many times on fastag customer care no.[protected] but this no is not working from 15 days. Finally i lost rs. 500 and now going to buy on paytm which is delivering within a day. I complained hdfc customer care two times but they are not giving any positive response. Now i am feeling hdfc fastag service is totally fraud.

              I will advice nobody should buy it on hdfc portal

                Sir, i was compelled to purchase a policy no 20913235 by hdfc bank in order to release the maturity proceed of my previous policy. During completion of formalities they took a cancelled cheque of my bank account. The yearly premium of my new policy is rs 50, 000/. I never gave my consent for auto debit of my account towards premium payment. At present i am not having sufficient resource to pay the premium. But the bank is regularly initiating auto debit action for premium payment without my necessary consent. Kindly do the needful.

                  I have booked two different tickets from this payzapp app.

                  One was on 2nd november which from hyderabad to patna.

                  Booking partner was clear trip

                  The flight was spice jet.

                  Airline pnr - ydjwyg

                  Ticket pnr - ydjwyg

                  And second one was on 3rd november from hyderabad to patna.

                  Name - mohd kamran shafi

                  Booking partner was clear trip

                  The flight was spice jet

                  Airline pnr - tbz4qm

                  Ticket pnr - tbz4qm

                  One ticket was done by credit card and another one was done by debit card.
                  Due to some issue the spice jet has cancelled my ticket and refunded the money to the agent (Cleartrip) on 12th of december.

                  But i have not got any refund from the payzapp
                  The customer care is not responding. I have send mails with all the information still there is no response. I have sent query forms. I have written complaints in the review section still there is no reply from them. And there is no information about any refund.

                    Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I was not aware of these deductions. I was deducted charge amount 3856 inr in total. These deductions occured on my account 8th times in a line.
                    Even after these many times deduction, i was not notified through any medium (Sms/mail/call).

                    It would be helpful if i get my money back asap

                      I had applied for Fastag application dated 28.11.2019 but still not have received the same.
                      The customer care number is either unreachable or no it is not connected.

                      I have been associated with HDFC Bank from past 9 years and this is the worst situation on bank's end as we could not connect or contact to know our application status. I want to know the status of my application.

                        I have request for Credit card closure on October. They asked me to pay 200+ rupees on pending month. The same i have discussed with My Prime Banker. As per her guidelines, Again i have raised a request on November for Card closer. But nov 28 th Rs.1899 was deducted from my credit card for One assist auto renewal. 2018 it self i was raised request to bank for auto renewal. They was stopped and the same renewed with out my knowledge after 1 month. That time itself raised concern about this. Again Last wee raised complaint for money reversal and unauthorized transaction to customer care. They said will take a request for cancellation and money reversal. But now one assist team is calling and they said can't refund the money i[censored] cancel the plan right now like that. I don't want any one assist service. i want my money back and need to close the credit card service as well. Note:2016 & 2017 the plan was ended in October. Now the Was ended in November.                           HDFC promised that they will issue fastag for free if HDFC Regalia First Credit card is taken by me. I myself selected the option of fastag in the form and provided them with RC photocopy.
                          HDFC approved the credit card application and sent that to me via courier, they said fastag would be delivered in the same envelope. But there was no fastag, only the credit card.

                          Now sales team says talk to customer care, customer care says talk to credit card department, but for a month I am unable to connect to credit card dept.
                          I even visited the HDFC branch(KG Marg, Cp, Delhi) and they said that they cant help.

                          HDFC is doing false promises to increase its credit card sales.

                              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                              I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans) and this is the worst moment with them.
                              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                I have received the following response to the hdfc credit card application inspire of having a cibil score of 783 and positive verification of my residence and business. I own both the premises and the verification was completed after i received the below email. I need to submit the complaint to hdfc to check the reason for disapproving the application.

                                  I have not received fastag yet. Its been 10 days and not received the tag also customer care number not working. My account was recharged with 500rs but no message on when i will receive the tag. Not able to contact, no email id and tollfree number is not working. Very bad service, didnt expect this from hdfc. At least notify whats the status or share contact details so that customers can contact if they have any queries.

                                    I was purchased fasttag 25 days back my wall it created and fast tag number generated. But so far no rfid received from hdfc bank. But i'm trying hdfc fast tag customer care number no one is answering last 20 days. Can i file case for wrong commitment from hdfc bank. However if they are not meat the timeline then why they have put so many add to buy and confusing customer. I have been account holder for hdfc since last 8 years. Its really look bad. Now hdfc bank giving fake committement. Pls don't lose your value front of customers.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      This is my second complaint regarding incorrect debits of rs.345 from my fastag account. Made on 19/11/2019.

                                      I received the following message from hdfc customer care representative on consumer complaints forum.

                                      Dear customer,
                                      We have checked and note that you had been charged a lesser amount at chillakallu toll plaza (Plaza id 015003), hence the acquiring bank has claimed balance amount. Kindly contact fastag helpline at [protected] in case of any clarification or assistance.

                                      Please note that my vehicle is a car and not a multi axle truck.. I have reverified that at chilakallu toll plaza the toll amount is only rs.85, which is already debited in my account. There is no need to deduct any excess amount. Please take appropriate action. The actual time of action is 15 days and its been almost a month and no action taken.

                                      I have been made multiple attempts to call on [protected] and mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. There is no response/solution.

                                      I have written numerous mails to grivance redressal and nodal officer too.. Evryone redirects me to write a mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com.

                                      I have been writing mail to hdfc fastag customer care from 1 month. They are not taking any action. I dont understand how you guys deduct money and show no proof how you are doing that.

                                      This is a complete fraud. You can deduct money as you like. And keep silent when we complain about this. Pathetic service by hdfc fastag customer care.

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4416 without my concern on date:13/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-
