credit card & customer service

Since oct 2019 my query has not been resolved. Infact correct query was not mentioned in hdfc system by customer care executive & my relationship manager. Their behaviour is also unprofessional for undue charges imposed on me. Also they are not reflecting fair transactions in my forex card statement.   replace all...

hdfc card blocked and hefty amount reflecting against statement

Last month i received call from hdfc asking me to pay the outstanding amount against the statement. Wherein they asked me to clear the amount against a loan i had taken (Insta loan) against credit card limit and has a span of 12 month emi. For which i cleared them that i had already paid my last month statement outstanding and they corrected said that this is just a call to remind me about the current month payment.

I have not received fastag

I have applied for hdfc fast tag by paying rs. 500/- online. One 5th december i have received e-mail from hdfc that my fasttag has been issued and they confirmed customer id and wallet id. But i have not received the fasttag by post until 16th december. I made several attempts to contact the consumer care number [protected] but always it is busy and there is no other way to contact the fasttag customer service. Hdfc should stop accepting...

fastag not received as well as customer care number not working

I bought fast tag on 05-dec-19 and uploaded all document. I received wallet id and card number over sms but card yet not received.
My application number hfr905878. As per message during applicaiton it says 7 working days to be handed over but still not.
I am trying to contact customer care but it is not connecting at all.

Can anyone from hdfc tell when it will receive....

Also with the customer id & wallet id, i'm not able to login, but i have reset the password aswell....

Since then i have not received fastag.

Tried communicating through email and toll free number. Nothing is working.

Toll free number is not at all working. It is always busy.

fastag need to dispatch to right address

Myself babu having hdfc personal banking account for 15 years. Recently i have applied for fasttag card through hdfc bank and choosing my personal bank details as "yes" in the portal. The card has been dispatched to my home address where i have shifted to bangalore resently.

In the application there is no provision to change the address as i have linked my bank account.

rfid fastag not delivered

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr782694. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

And now all the pos numbers...

I have applied for fastag through hdfc on 1st dec. (Ref no. Hfr832618). I received both message and mail that the tag will be delivered in 7 working days, now 14 working days over, but till today i have no information on my fastag. They do not even bother to inform the customer.
I feel they are smartly cheating customer, taking money and not providing service they commit. I am even planning to change my account from hdfc as i see they...

Hello there,

I applied for fastag on 9th december 2019. I received message regarding my fastag has been recharged followed by its wallet id customer id on 15th december 2019.

After which i logged in into fastag hdfc portal to check all details and observed my kyc details are okay as well and fastag is active.

But issue is, i am still awaiting to get it delivered, and i can not track its status...
