On saturday, 21st dec'19, i was going from pune to kolhapur. I crossed khed shivapur toll naka nh-48. While crossing toll as fastag didn't work, i paid toll amount by cash, return journey rs.140. After sometime, i received sms saying that toll charges for those the toll has been deducted from my fastag account as well. While returning, i raised this concern to the lady at toll naka. She suggested me to contact hdfc fastag cc no. [protected]. I never able to talk with hdfc cc executive as every time i called this no. Either it is coming busy or i hear a caller tune. I am frustrated with this pathetic customer service.
Attaching herewith the toll receipt as well as the smss i received. When can i expect to get back the refund of rs.140?

    I have applied for hdfc fast tag on 6-dec-2019 and paid inr1500 for 3 vehicles. Initially, it was told to me that i will receive the fast tag within 7 days, however, until now i have not received it. Online status still shows as yet to be shipped from almost a week. Recently received an sms from hdfc stating due to surge of application hdfc cannot process the fast tag now and it will be delayed for another 15 days. I am really wondering as hdfc being reputed organization in the country giving silly reasons as they have failed to keep up the tat. This is an absolute failure from hdfc and the worst service.

        I applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of inr 500 (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount) on 04/12/2019. The reference number of the application is hfr899685. I have uploaded all the required documents.

        Received an sms saying our application processed and you will received the fastag slip. Till now nothing has been received.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

          I applied for fasttag and i have submitted the all the required document through online and i got a sms stating that account created successfully but i didn't get any information regarding how to collect my fastag.

          There is helpline given in that site (Services and sales queries :[protected] but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

          It will be great if you could update the status or there should be email_id for customer care.

            false promise of life time free credit card

            Hdfc representative offered me a life time free credit card while opening my salary account, this life time free offer was re verified by me during confirmation call i received from bank before sending card to me. Every bank representative replied yes it is a life time free card, but now after 5 month have been charged a usage bill for the card. Now when i called customer care they said card is chargeable and they can do anything about it.br...

            Hi,

            I have been trying to get hold of hdfc customer care for weeks now to confirm the status of my fast tag wallet ([protected]), if it is functional, as it always shows blacklisted when i go through the tolls on expressway.
            The query that needed resolution was if i can continue recharging this wallet and use it as usual.

            I have used the toll free number[protected] to contact them.

            One time i got through after a lot of attempts and waiting on the line, the customer service representative was totally disinterested in listening and registering a complaint and callously told me to call them again after some time as their portal is not working at the time.
            They should have atleast noted my email address / number and looked into it once their systems are live again. Nothing!
            After tht call i have tried calling this number many times, i only get user busy or call waiting. Apart from that the call gets cancelled from their end.
            I have also sent an email to them explaining the issue to

            Fastag customer service really needs to improve big time for hdfc fastag

              hdfc otp is not working in usa for the past 2 weeks

              Hi team -
              I am doing shopping in amazon.in and i tried to make payment through net banking hdfc. After successfully login to hdfc using my net banking credentials. I tried to pay the transaction amount and i see below message in the screen
              For j&k customers, otp will be sent only through ivr.
              But i am not receiving opt to complete my purchase, it didn't work for past 2 weeks...

                My hdfc account was deducted by rs.18000 in this month and hold funds were marked on the account without any intimation. My hdfc acc #- [protected].
                They're saying it's an outstanding loan but the personal loan on my cibil was written off and they took all my savings away.
                I had no money left in my account and nothing to run my household with.
                I spoke to the collections team who sits in kanjurmarg mumbai office and instead of resolving my concern they're asking more money.
                I'm willing to take care of the loan amount in monthly installments but they just took away whatever i had in my salary/savings account.
                They should return the money and come to a solution amicably.

                            I am not receiving credit card statement from hdfc, i received a call today that i am being charged for non-payment of my previous two bills,
                            I did not receive any statement on my address (Physical copy) or on my registered email id, where hdfc is claiming that they have a delivery report, i have checked with courier company with tracking number it shows records not found. Now i don't understand who is lying.

                            I have already paid extra charges once and asked for refund & credit card closure to which they said it will be done within few days.

                            Now they again want me to pay all extra charges and then i will be able to apply for payment return request... If i am not aware of charges how would i be able to pay the bill.. I request them to wave-off the unnecessary charges that being applied since its not my fault.

                            We observe from our records that your credit card is registered for a physical statement facility. Accordingly, statements were sent to your mailing address as registered in our records regularly and our records do not indicate any statements returned undelivered. With an online Netbanking facility, you can access your card account information and can view your latest 6 months statements. We request you to logon to the Netbanking facility for quick access of monthly statements. We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date.

                                I have a salary account at hdfc bank. I didn't have enough funds in it for the past 20 days. I had an outstanding payment which amounted to 650 rupees. I don't know about the late fee or debit return charges but my account went from +100 to -1164. I don't know why the charges are so high but i want my money back. This is absurd. I mean, they should at least inform us about these kind of policies at the time of account opening.

                                    Whenever I called to this number[protected] I am getting voice response saying that an executive will call me but no one called me yet.
                                    Please help me on this.
