Hi i have applied fastag using hdfc bank. I have received the wallet id and customer id. But still i didn't receive fastag sticker. No representative called from their end and even i couldn't reach them using the customer care number [protected] seems it is always busy. The wallet i can see it is recharged with 300rs. 200rs. Service charge i guess. Without fastag i am facing lot of trouble in toll gates. Either hdfc should respond or they should resolve this issue.

    My name is tallam sravan,

    My creditcard number is, — ([protected] 4112)

    My credit card linked mobile no — ([protected])

    For my vehicles going to sabarimala

    I swiped my hdfc credit card at near petrol bunk

    I made transactions of nearly 2.20 lakh on fuel,

    For every time for each transaction they charged of extra 2.5% tax on swiping

    We don't know it was charged extra on fuel transaction in petrol bunks

    When i called to customercare they said that my fuel transaction limit per month is 20k only,

    After that it will charged of 2.5% extra on every fuel transaction,,

    Like that around extra 4000 rs are added under fuel transaction charges

    Sir i dont know this fuel transaction limit is 20000 only on my credit card,

    I am using this card from last 2016 onward s

    I dont know on swiping there is extra 2.5% charges for fuel in petron bunks

    Please check my statement and do the needful to me

    Remove wavier extra 4000 rs which gone under fuel transaction charges on my card

    Please check & help me asap

    Dear Customer,

    Further to your query regarding the fee on petrol transactions, we would like to inform you that 1% + Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% (with effect from July 01, 2017 ) of the transaction amount or minimum Rs. 10.00 plus tax whichever is higher would be levied as a convenience fee on transactions at Petrol Pumps. We observe that you are holding Diners Rewards credit card and there will be 1% Fuel Surcharge waived off on fuel transactions on minimum transaction of INR 400 and maximum transaction of INR 5000.00 ( Maximum wavier of Rs.500.00 per statement cycle). We also wish to clarify that the transactions are processed to us by the merchant through the member banks with whom they are affiliated. This handling fee approved by Visa/MasterCard International is levied by these member banks for processing these charges.

      Dear support team,
      In oct 2019 i have applied for hdfc fastag and got it in the last week of oct 2019. When i login to my fastag a/c, i found there was another vehicle also attached to my fastag a/c which does not belong to me. I called customer care no. And they assured me that it will be removed in 7-8 working days, but it didn't. From november, i started using my fastag, but found it to be not working at toll plaza. The staff there told me that it is not working. On 1st december, i made a complaint on hdfc customer care number and twitter handle. The customer care person told me that the same is being replaced at no extra cost. The twitter handle told me to dm all the details. From that day i have made so many complaints via tweets and emails, but they are not responding. I haven't even received any replaced card. I told them to cancel and refund my full amount, but they are not responding my messages.

        I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
        After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
        The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory.

        Please send me the details of tracking or when it will be dispatched as soon as possible?

            While getting toll deducted at bangalore airport toll plaza, inr 90 was deducted two times, instead of total inr 135. I have tried calling [protected], but it is always busy. My wallet id is[protected]. Please refund the amount immediately otherwise i will have to remove the fastag and will use some other bank's fastag. Please get it resolved immediately.

            what do I need to replace [protected] with?
            I have applied for hdfc fastag online on 2nd Dec 2019 for which necessary I have received customer id & wallet id on 13/12/2019 through sms and email. However, I haven still not received fast tag sticker.
            Sir i had apply online on fastag on hdfc bank from 30 nov 2019 but till date cannot deliver my fastag.
            So take the complaint and take action to early delivered my fastag
            Fastag application no:HFR814313.
            So i really disappointed of this service ...

            Applied for HDFC fastag online with payment of rs.500, I have also received Customer ID & Wallet ID. Even my wallet was recharged with INR. 300.
            However I haven't received fast tag sticker yet .Since it is mandatory from to have fastag I tried calling the toll free, it does not work what the use none of the HDFC support numbers for HDFC are working nor emails are getting responded, Pathetic service provided by the bank

Post a detailed review of the same, we regret to inform you that the signatures in your recent letters does not match with the signature provided by you in the application form. Please note your signature in the application form is used as the reference signature for all your correspondence. Since the signature in your recent letters does not match with that in the application, we are unable to process your request. Hence, we request you to send copy of the duly signed completed change of address form along with self attested signature proof such as PAN card, Passport etc, to our mailing address.                 None of the customer service are answering i didnt got the welcome mail customer id and wallet id i cant use the fastag and its almost 2 monts i cant use the card no one of the bank customer service are answering the calls what should i do the hdfc back card is waste of money they that the never answer for us correctly i am not gone suggest any one this card icici is the best

                    Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr01060833. I have received an email with wallet id and other details but since then there is no update for fastag delivery.

                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                    I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. Even when i am tracking my fastag through given portal link many parameters are not filled properly or having wrong information.

                      I am a privilege customer of hdfc. Considering my long standing relationship with the bank, i decided to buy the fast tag pass for both my cars through the hdfc portal which i accessed when i saw it as an ad when i logged into my account. Its been over 15 days since i applied and i have no idea as to what has happened to my application. I am able to login into the fastag-hdfc website, but there doesn't seem to be any status on when my tags will be dispatched. Tried calling their customer care[protected], which is always busy. Tried to reach this number over 50 times with no luck. Then i tried their other numbers on the website - +91 [protected], [protected]; which as per my network provider does not exist.

                      This is not the first time i'm facing problems with the bank. I think i have to start exploring alternative banking options as well.

                            While traveling from pune to mumbai yesterday[protected] at talew01 toll, toll amount deducted from fastag (hdfc bank) but toll attendees said they have not received the amount, so again they recovered 230 amount from me in cash.

                            When I call 1033 number they refused to take any action on this matter and asked to call hdfc bank for further assistance. I am trying to call hfdc fastag customer number but no one is responding to my calls.

                              Hello sir /madam
                              I applied for fastag on hdfc official site my application number is hfr836663. I applied for fastag on 1st dec 2019. Still i haven't received the fastag. I tried to call the support team it is always busy. I tried to call virtual relationship manager. She told me to contact support. I also applied for fastag in nov 2019 that time my transaction was unsuccessful but money got deducted from my account. Still that money also not got refunded.
                              Now it is more than 15 working days. For a successful transaction, till now i didn't receive the fastag. For an unsuccessful transaction also i didn't get the money back. Now i am totally losing my patience. I think i should go consumer court against hdfc bank and also should register a police complaint against the fraud which hdfc bank has started on the name fastag. It is not one single case where i am facing the issue, a lot of other people also facing the same issue.

                              I applied FASTag online. My application no is HFR902938. Customer is and wallet is received through SMS and email. Also 300rs recharge massage received. But FASTAG still not received.
                              I have registered for Fastag around 15 days back. But still, I had not received the Fastag sticker. My customer ID no[protected] is shown already activated and recharge with Rs. 300 but I can not use it due to the unavailability of Fastag Sticker. Dispatch details also not received.
                              We are applied and pay for fast tag in HDFC BANK

                              I have applied for HDFC fastag on 3rd December but not received sticker til now. I have been continuously calling. Nobody picks phone and no communication from hdfc. I have been associated with HDFC Bank for more than 10years and I haven't experienced this type of behaviour from HDFC.
                              I had made application for Fasttag sticker on 23-November.
                              the email stated that you will receive your Fasttag in next 7 working days.
                              Conatact number for queries is always coming busy.

                              17 working days have gone by, after charging us FastTag uploaded amount.

                                My Track id is HR[protected]
                                No confirmation email I received from hdfc not the fastag and customer care service number is useless no one responds to that number
                                I have applied for Fastag on 03/12/2019. Application no. HFR825540. But still have not received the Fastag. I have tried calling the customer care number provided but there is no response. My customer ID & wallet ID has been generated on 05/12/2019. Please reply when will we get the fastag.

                                This month I got 62K bill which I need to pay 05 Jan, 2020 and its min amount is around 15K. SO I just wanted to know Will I get any tax on remaining amount?
                                If yes, then how much percentage of interest on remaining amount?
                                Fastag sticker not received for wallet id [protected]. Please advice the next steps and help in getting the vehicle sticker.

                                I appled for fastag through hdfc on 01-12-19 and paid rs.500 but till date i have not receive any email or g or my fastag from hdfc. there customer care number also not working.
                                I had applied online Fatstag for my car on Dec 1st, however this has not been received. Can someone help me know why its not been issued to me yet. The reference number of my application is HFR826435. Your any help in this matter would be really appreciated.

                                I ordered something from bigbasket app for that i did the 1130 rs. transaction from the payzapp to bigbasket on 15dec, the money got deducted thorugh the payzapp but i got the message that transaction got failed. bigbasket didnt receive the money so please can you check the transaction and let me know when can i get my refund.
                                I have applied fastag on 2nd december, and it has been issued on 6th december.

                                    I have not received cashback offered on Prime Times against payment done through HDFC Payzapp. I emailed the HDFC Payzapp department for the same issue but they gave rubbish excuse that your wallet is not activated. If my payzapp account is not active than how my payment got successful on Times prime paid through payzapp. I activated my payzapp account and than I paid. The fault is at HDFC Payzapp end if they didn't activate my wallet, Seems they are only fooling customers by these types of fraud offers and now giving excuses.
                                    I want my cashback however because it's none where my fault. I am hdfc customer too so my KYC is also completed linked with payzapp account.
                                    In terms and conditions it's only mentioned in case of non-kyc you will not get the cashback. But mine KYC is upto date completed.
                                    The fault is at bank end if they didn't activate my wallet or something like that. It should be done by payzapp end only. Not mine, so why should I bear cashback loss. Hope you consider in a loyal manner. Details of transaction are as follow.

                                      I have applied for the Fastag with HDFC on 9th Dec. While applying they told it will be delivered in 7days. But it was not delivered. Not able to reach them via customer care number also. Finally last week i got message saying customer id has been activated. When i called them about the sticker, I was told it will be dispatched today(19th Dec) and will be getting sms on the same day of dispatch and I would be receiving it by today. Till now it was not dispatched. I'm trying to reach them via customer care. But either call not connecting else no one else picks it.

                                        I received two messages today around 1 am, which writes as:
                                        1) dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to idbi bank with value rs. 600.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                        I have made a one-month contribution to green peace india and i have canceled my subscription of auto-debit of the amount.

                                        Then why this message came to me when i cancel the subscription from green peace.

                                        I would request hdfc bank to immediately stop all processing related to the message.

                                        I have received the fastag of HDFC with new car. Initially it was recharged with Rs. 200 and Later I made recharge of 1000. Still it showed as blacklisted.

                                        I am unable to login to check the balance and unable to contact customer care
