On saturday, 21st dec'19, i was going from pune to kolhapur. I crossed khed shivapur toll naka nh-48. While crossing toll as fastag didn't work, i paid toll amount by cash, return journey rs.140. After sometime, i received sms saying that toll charges for those the toll has been deducted from my fastag account as well. While returning, i raised this concern to the lady at toll naka. She suggested me to contact hdfc fastag cc no. [protected]. I never able to talk with hdfc cc executive as every time i called this no. Either it is coming busy or i hear a caller tune. I am frustrated with this pathetic customer service.
Attaching herewith the toll receipt as well as the smss i received. When can i expect to get back the refund of rs.140?
