Dear sir/mam,
I, sreedhar sangem, am a credit card holder with hdfc bank since the year 2015. I was given this card enrolment form by one of your representatives who was distributing and enrolling people, right outside my office building at that time intelenet global services. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank for quiet some time as the records would show.
However, i have lost jobs since 2008 and my financial condition has been very bad since then.
I have been earning just 15000 rupees per month since 2018... Sometimes not even that. I have been trying to get myself a better paying job since then, in order to be able to pay back the bank.
I do want to repay all the amounts owed to the bank. However, i am not able to pay anything more than rs.4000/- per month. I have informed this to various customer care representatives and collection agencies as well.
However, below mentioned are some serious issues faced by me, my family, my neighbors’ due to your collection representatives.
Some one from hdfc bank started calling me.
And also called my neighbours and my village people and miscommunicated to them such behaviour on the part of bank agents is an illegal move as per the rbi rules.
They are already called my neighbours so many times today and has been very abusive over the phone with my neighbours and my parents.
I have also received such calls earlier from another representative from the numbers : [protected].
Kindly suggest the actions taken against the agency and also help me pay you back.

You could be receiving a cold call and we urge you to be vigilant and not share any information related to your account. No bank will seek your personal details over the phone.
Further, on such unsolicited calls, we regret that you are facing any inconvenience. You can lodge a complaint with your telecom service provider so that the matter can be taken up as per the provisions of law.

I being a respected account holder of your bank from past 05 years is deeply disappointed as I have applied for a fastag on 23/11/2019 and it has been nearly a month now and I havenot still got my fastag.
It is a well known fact that G.O.I. has made it mandatory and I still havenot got fastag yet. It is my utter request to kindly provide me a fastag within a few days as I have scheduled outdoor tours and I donot want to be harassed by NHAI . My application number is: HFR484798.
kindly resolve the matter ASAP and i really cant wait for 7 days as said by you in the trailing mail.
