I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 30/11/2019and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr790423. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and i received a mail and a sms on 5th dec 2019, stating my fastag has been created with following details

Customer id is[protected]

But till today i havent received the fastag id sticker.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. After one hour of continuous dialing they will answer, their reply is wait for two days, this reply i got it on 12/12/19 and still i didnt get fastag. They dont give any mail id to forward a complaint or any reference no or service request no as record

I have been with hdfc for 15 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

    I applied for HDFC Fastag online. I paid the amount of 500; I got wallet number, customer ID, and even a message that my account has been recharged, but I not yet received the barcode sticker and recently paid the amount at the toll gate because of this. The customer care number which they provided is always busy.

      I have applied for fastag to hdfc bank on the date:- 07/06/2019, the amount has been debited from my account. It is going to be mandatory for owners of the vehicles, to have one, to pass toll plazas, avoid queues and to save fuel. Received sms regarding issuance, recharge along with customer id and wallet id has been received on 15/12/2019. But for unknown reason till date as on 20/12/2019, the hasn't received it yet. Moreover, the provided customer service number is always unapproachable. Hence, it's not possible to interact with bank officials for the status of delivery. When shall i receive the fastag at my address. Thanks.

        I have applied for hdfc fastag on 23/11/2019. There has been lack of communication. My application number is: hfr484798.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

        How can i get the update, if application not processed, can i
        Get back refund of inr 500. I can visit toll plaza and get my fast tag mannually.

        I being a respected account holder of your bank from past 05 years is deeply disappointed as I have applied for a fastag on 23/11/2019 and it has been nearly a month now and I havenot still got my fastag.
        It is a well known fact that G.O.I. has made it mandatory and I still havenot got fastag yet. It is my utter request to kindly provide me a fastag within a few days as I have scheduled outdoor tours and I donot want to be harassed by NHAI . My application number is: HFR484798.
        kindly resolve the matter ASAP and i really cant wait for 7 days as said by you in the trailing mail.

          I applied online for fastag on hdfc bank fastag website

          https://getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/Fastag/index.aspx

          On 19/12/2019 and made online payment of ₹ 500 for the same using a citibank credit card. I was informed that i would receive an email with the fastag registration number and would receive a call from an agent and would receive the fastag in 7 days.

          I never received the email (Checked spam folder too) i have not received agent's call and i don't know the registration number.

          Money has been deducted from credi9t card.

          Helpline [protected] is forever engaged and goes unanswered when we ring

            Have made the credit card payment using hdfc credit card through hdfc bank to get a fastag, payment made successful and after that no news from last 12 days, the reference number is hfr956920. After making the payment the screen stated that the fastag application is sent to my registered e-mail i. D which is not yet received. Also that a representative would get in contact with me which also did not happen. As indicated ii also did not receive the fastag in 7 working days. The contact provided for addressing the queries [protected] is always busy whenever called.

            It was good to know that many customers are facing similar issues when googled.

                  Today is 20th dec ' 19 still no update.
                  Customer care no. Provided is never reachable. Can you confirm on fastag please.

                    I raised a complaint on 18dec that i have not yet received my fastag, for which i made the online application and payment on 4th dec from my hdfc bank account (Via debit card).

                    I received a response from hdfc customer support that the payment has failed. And i have to apply for a fresh fastag application.

                    What kind of fraud is this? If the payment/application had failed i would have gotten the money back in my account by now.

                    I am no longer interested in availing your fastag service. There are many non-fraudulent service providers in the market who at least have a working customer care number unlike your reputed company.

                    So i request you to process my refund.

                          I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                          After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                          The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                              I applied for hdfc fastag almost 3 weeks back but till today, i haven't received a tag. Fastag application reference is hfr970449.

                              I am trying to reach customer care number which is [protected] but not able to reach them. Most of the time, it rings but no one pick or sometimes, it shows busy only.

                              I feel helpless here as there is no communication after paying 500rs and generation of reference id. On the message screen, it was mentioned that hdfc representation will get back to you within a week but to my disappointment, no one reached.
                              I went with hdfc thinking that service will be good since i am having salaried account in the same but here the service is pathetic.

                                  I applied fast tag for two vehicles and i received fastag for only one vehicle. For second vehicle, i called hdfc bank and fastag customer support but no one is taking care.

                                  Where can i make a request or communicate to follow up. It's total mess at hdfc bank level.

                                  There must be proper system with the bank to accommodate these issues at country level. Customer support with hdfc bank and fastag is always busy. It's more than 10 minutes waiting time to speak with support guys and not getting relevant reply like govt work.

                                    I uploaded a copy of my rc. The customer care number is always busy. There is no email to raise a concern on fast tag. Once after the made the payment i received a message saying i will receive a copy of my application through mail but i didnot receive. Whom to contact? I am an hdfc account holder for the past 14 years. I can see similar complaints in all the forums. Should i approach consumer court to find a permanent solution?

                                      When i tried the hdfc customer care number, and they are asking me again to call the same number [protected] which i tried many times. Also i'm adviced to send the mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsgloble.com and support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. Again there is no luck.
                                      I also tried in the corporate event conducted for fasttag in our premises. When i brought this issue up to their knowledge, they just asked me to send the mail to shankar. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. And there is no update again.
                                      They promptly deducted the money on the day i submitted the fasttag application. But the status of fasttag application is not known to me so far.
                                      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I submitted my FastTag application( reference number HFR338784 ) in HDFC portal 30 days before(Nov-8-2019) and I've not received any update so far. I'm unable to reach the number [protected] as it is always busy or not reachable.

                                      the link provided by you http://bit.ly/2ktOIbL is not taking the complain number. Showing "Please enter Service Request / Complaint Ref No". Such a pathetic service. So far, not knowing where to go or whom to reach for resolving this issue. Waiting nearly 60days for my fast tag. Till now no reply or no response from you guys. The number-[protected] is still busy or not reachable. What kind of service are you guys providing to customer. You guys should be fast enough to do the service as fast as you deduct money from my account. At least let me know what should i do next. Or whom should contact or reach. Do you have any answer. I am ready to even travel from south to north / East to West, but only if you owe me that this will be closed.

                                        Dear sir/mam,

                                        I, sreedhar sangem, am a credit card holder with hdfc bank since the year 2015. I was given this card enrolment form by one of your representatives who was distributing and enrolling people, right outside my office building at that time intelenet global services. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank for quiet some time as the records would show.

                                        However, i have lost jobs since 2008 and my financial condition has been very bad since then.

                                        I have been earning just 15000 rupees per month since 2018... Sometimes not even that. I have been trying to get myself a better paying job since then, in order to be able to pay back the bank.

                                        I do want to repay all the amounts owed to the bank. However, i am not able to pay anything more than rs.4000/- per month. I have informed this to various customer care representatives and collection agencies as well.

                                        However, below mentioned are some serious issues faced by me, my family, my neighbors’ due to your collection representatives.

                                        Some one from hdfc bank started calling me.

                                        And also called my neighbours and my village people and miscommunicated to them such behaviour on the part of bank agents is an illegal move as per the rbi rules.
                                        They are already called my neighbours so many times today and has been very abusive over the phone with my neighbours and my parents.

                                        I have also received such calls earlier from another representative from the numbers : [protected].

                                        Kindly suggest the actions taken against the agency and also help me pay you back.

Our registered telemarketers have been allocated 10 digit numbers of "140XXXXXXXX" number series for ease of identification. You could be receiving a cold call and we urge you to be vigilant and not share any information related to your account. No bank will seek your personal details over the phone.

                                        Further, on such unsolicited calls, we regret that you are facing any inconvenience. You can lodge a complaint with your telecom service provider so that the matter can be taken up as per the provisions of law.
