I have applied for hdfc fastag and the wallet i'd was created on december 16th. I have got email confirmation. They said they will send it to address but still i have not got them. I tried all the toll free number and email which is of no use. Because of this i am unable to travel anywhere. Application reference number hfr01037428 am really stuck with this. I called 1033 they said contact hdfc. But the number is always busy. I do not understand what has happened to my fastag. I am sure i made a wrong choice with this bank

    credit card not working

    I have a hdfc credit card which wasnt used for last few months. It now doesnt work at all, payments are declined, i cannot set a pin via ivr. I cannot even see any transactions or anything via netbanking. It gives error -

    "the transaction is currently not available for your account. Please contact our 24 hour call center for further assistance."

    I have full limit available and i cant use my credit card. This...

    I applied for hdfc bank fastatg on 2nd dec 2019

    Since then i am regretting why
    #no communication whatsoever after registration
    #few days later got sms saying account created
    #where is my fastag... What should i stick to wind screen
    Do you pay the fine for not having fastag
    #trying to reach customer care from last 10 days... Out of 100 s of efforts only succeeded once... He also cut the call before i could complete... Great

    Why did i opted for hdfc... Regretting and helping my friends to not at all think about hdfc fastag

      I online applied for fastag on 27/11/2019 & my customer id is[protected] . I had message received from hdfc that my fastag has been issued on 4/12/2019 . And it will be delivered to me within 4 working days. But yet not received my fastag. Why this facility is too slow and time consuming. waiting for reply from HDFC...

        Hi,

        I open a new salary account with hdfc account and when my salary get credited into the account.

        They lien marked my account with rs 47000 when i inquired about the same they said that i am holding a credit card and i have not made any payment on that.

        First thing is that i have never applied for any credit card nor i am holding any credit card.

        Please release my hold amount as soon as possible

        I will do the fir as well. As this is new way of looting money from customers.

          I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment rs. 500 fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 11/26/2019 11:10:51 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is [protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 even my wallet was successfully recharged for 300 rs. But still i haven't received physical fastag. They should not provide me a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag

              I have applied for hdfc fastag and generated reference id - hfr[protected].
              There was no email confirmation sent above id. When i call customer care number [protected] and turns busy all the time. Saw many complaints on this customer care number response, doubt if this is really working number or not.

              I was using hdfc bank for last 11years and this is weired expirence with respect this fastag allocation. Kindly update customer care email address on portal so that customers can write quiries on mail.

              Atleast there need to some response about transaction success or failure.
              Kindly provide the status of application.

                I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.                       I have pasted the tag on my vehicle 12/12/2019 after purchasing though hdfc bank, boring road, patna.
                      I travelled nh-22 and nh-57 on 14/12/2019. Bur the scanner did not read the number. Again i travelled nh-22 and nh-57 on 16/12/2019. Bur the scanner did not read the number showing blacklisted.

                        I got my FASTAG installed in my Car on 17th Oct 2019. Since then i am continuously trying to register it, but it always says "NO RECORDS". I tried contacting the customer care number printed on it but i am getting response as user you called is busy at the moment. Once the call got connected but i dint get the satisfactory response as they were not able to pull the details and i was told to call them back after sometime. I have no clue what to do now. Never thought a reputed bank, like HDFC, will have such a pathetic service.

                          Dear hdfc admin,
                          I was issued fastag on 6th of dec 2019 under customer id[protected] which is linked with my hdfc bank account netbanking. Also 500rs were deducted for the same under transaction no[protected] on[protected]. I was supposed to recieve my fastag within 7 working days but neither i have received my fastag nor any communication regarding the tracking details even after 14 days. Moreover the customer care number provided by hdfc is a total fraud which is meant to waste customers time and money. I demand immediate action against these fraudsters

                                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                I have been with hdfc for 11 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                      The fastag application is submitted on 11th dec and the customer id and wallet information shared by sms.

                                      I could see wallet is been recharge with rs 300 but the actual sticker is not delivered on the given address.

                                      The toll free number given on the site will never work and customer support team is not responding to my mails.
