I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding hdfc fastag service. I applied through hdfc online portal on 29th nov 2019 and 4th dec 2019, but till now i have not yet received my card because of that now i am facing severe problems at toll gates, neither i am able to get from hdfc nor able to create at toll gate.
Firstly, there are no option to track my fastag card status, when i colud get it. Moreover, they have given one toll free no. [protected] but it is quite impossible for me to get connect with representative till now.
Secondly, i emailed to the support team of hdfc fastag but their reluctant response shows how supportive they are towards there patrons.
In conclusion, if hdfc is not adequate to provide fastag service then its better to cancel my application and process the refund. Here is my ref nos. A) hfr896692, b) hfr775749, c) hfr768612.
