I have pasted the tag on my vehicle 12/12/2019 after purchasing though hdfc bank, boring road, patna.
I travelled nh-22 and nh-57 on 14/12/2019. Bur the scanner did not read the number. Again i travelled nh-22 and nh-57 on 16/12/2019. Bur the scanner did not read the number showing blacklisted.
I am trying to call [protected]. But i could not succeed. I have recharged it with rs 1000 on 13/12/19 through internet banking of hdfc.
I also wrote the letter to following email id ajay. [protected]@sahaj.co.in of hdfc bank, [protected]@ihmcl.com, sourabh. [protected]@ihmcl.com, prashant. [protected]@ihmcl.com, [protected]@ihmcl.com, [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com of hdfc bank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com.
I have given a written complaint to hdfc bank, boring road, patna on 1712/19. The complaint no is 10356743. No one is giving any information what to do?

    I got my FASTAG installed in my Car on 17th Oct 2019. Since then i am continuously trying to register it, but it always says "NO RECORDS". I tried contacting the customer care number printed on it but i am getting response as user you called is busy at the moment. Once the call got connected but i dint get the satisfactory response as they were not able to pull the details and i was told to call them back after sometime. I have no clue what to do now. Never thought a reputed bank, like HDFC, will have such a pathetic service.

      Dear hdfc admin,
      I was issued fastag on 6th of dec 2019 under customer id[protected] which is linked with my hdfc bank account netbanking. Also 500rs were deducted for the same under transaction no[protected] on[protected]. I was supposed to recieve my fastag within 7 working days but neither i have received my fastag nor any communication regarding the tracking details even after 14 days. Moreover the customer care number provided by hdfc is a total fraud which is meant to waste customers time and money. I demand immediate action against these fraudsters

          I have tried numerous times from mobile & landline number to customer care of fast tag. I never got reply onthis number. Everytime says its busy. Then why the hdfc bank hasn't put a customer care mail id for fastag assistance.
          I was trying to apply for reissue of my fastag.
          Please who ever responds on this compliant try to keep a mail id for customer care fastag

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr985473. I have uploaded copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

            I have been with hdfc for 11 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr894438. I have uploaded copy of the final document rc and since then there is no update. Its been 16 days now but no update has been given by hdfc bank.

              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                I have applied for 2 fastags online (Application ref no.: hfr971341). I have received the login details, but i have not yet received the fastags for my cars.
                I have not yet submitted the documents for both fastags as i decided to upload later while applying. I have registered on the hdfc fastag website and created the login details. I have all the documents ready, but i have not yet received any communication regarding submission of the documents. Please look into this soon.

                  I could see wallet is been recharge with rs 300 but the actual sticker is not delivered on the given address.

                    After that i received customer id & wallet id on through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                          Hi,

                          I applied for fastag on[protected]. I have not received fastag delivery till date.
                          Fastag application reference number is hfr926635.

                          It should have been delivered within 15 days.

                          I received sms that fastag has been recharged on[protected]. But haven't got physical delivery of tag. If account is created and tag aslo recharged, then why this delay?

                          I am planning to travel out of station and want to fix the tag before i leave, so that my family dont have any trouble at tolls when i am not with them.

                          Please help in fast delivery of fastag.

                          I just now received the courier with tag. I checked balance by logging in to the portal. It shows that there is balance Rs. 300.

                          Do check your records again and provide correct information to customers to avoid confusion and panic.

                            I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 30/11/2019and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr790423. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and i received a mail and a sms on 5th dec 2019, stating my fastag has been created with following details

                            But till today i havent received the fastag id sticker.

                            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. After one hour of continuous dialing they will answer, their reply is wait for two days, this reply i got it on 12/12/19 and still i didnt get fastag. They dont give any mail id to forward a complaint or any reference no or service request no as record

                                I have applied for fastag to hdfc bank on the date:- 07/06/2019, the amount has been debited from my account. It is going to be mandatory for owners of the vehicles, to have one, to pass toll plazas, avoid queues and to save fuel. Received sms regarding issuance, recharge along with customer id and wallet id has been received on 15/12/2019. But for unknown reason till date as on 20/12/2019, the hasn't received it yet. Moreover, the provided customer service number is always unapproachable. Hence, it's not possible to interact with bank officials for the status of delivery. When shall i receive the fastag at my address. Thanks.

                                  I being a respected account holder of your bank from past 05 years is deeply disappointed as I have applied for a fastag on 23/11/2019 and it has been nearly a month now and I havenot still got my fastag.
                                  It is a well known fact that G.O.I. has made it mandatory and I still havenot got fastag yet. It is my utter request to kindly provide me a fastag within a few days as I have scheduled outdoor tours and I donot want to be harassed by NHAI . My application number is: HFR484798.

                                    I applied online for fastag on hdfc bank fastag website

                                    https://getprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/Fastag/index.aspx

                                    On 19/12/2019 and made online payment of ₹ 500 for the same using a citibank credit card. I was informed that i would receive an email with the fastag registration number and would receive a call from an agent and would receive the fastag in 7 days.

                                    I never received the email (Checked spam folder too) i have not received agent's call and i don't know the registration number.

                                    Money has been deducted from credi9t card.

                                    Helpline [protected] is forever engaged and goes unanswered when we ring
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Have made the credit card payment using hdfc credit card through hdfc bank to get a fastag, payment made successful and after that no news from last 12 days, the reference number is hfr956920. After making the payment the screen stated that the fastag application is sent to my registered e-mail i. D which is not yet received. Also that a representative would get in contact with me which also did not happen. As indicated ii also did not receive the fastag in 7 working days. The contact provided for addressing the queries [protected] is always busy whenever called.

                                      It was good to know that many customers are facing similar issues when googled.

                                        I have applied the fastag online through hdfc portal on 5th dec2019 but still i haven't received any confirmation mail and also not yet received fastag. Your toll free number also always busy and we are struggling to get update from your end. I am planing to go out for my vacation so i need the fastag right away without any delay.
