I have applied HDFC FASTag through online and made payment of Rs 500 on 30-Nov-19. I have received a sms with wallet ID and Cust ID on 05-Dec-19. Since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact HDFC FASTag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Kindly update me the status of my request or how to get the tracking details.

    I have applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500 on 04/12/2019 through credit card. Also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
    Fastag application reference number hfr900828

    Received customer id & wallet id on 12/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300.
    But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
    Fastag deadline already over but not received the sticker.
    Please do the needful.

        Pl refer email query reference number [protected], [protected] and case no 10958517. I am serving in defense force since 2004. I have never contacted and never applied for any credit card but in my cibil report showing outstanding amount against hdfc credit card account no[protected]. I never received any credit card of your bank. Please take necessary action against the defaulter as soon as possible. Also remove wrong details showing against my name in cibil report.

          I applied for hdfc fastag online on 5th december 2019 with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
          After that i received customer id & wallet id on 13th nov 2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr. 300. But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
          The toll free does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is mandatory for all vehicles

            Hdfc bank is redirecting me to a pseudo email address and not resolving my query.

            Customer representative preethi has not answered or resolved my query and is redirecting me to an unknown email id.

            Below are the case details:

            I registered and paid for my fastag on november 30, 2019.

            Upon registration and payment, i received an email with the customer id and the wallet id. Details are as mentioned below:

            Customer id:[protected]
            Wallet id: [protected]

            I also received a confirmation email mentioning the a/c balance. Below is the email text of the confirmation email:

            Your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 11/30/2019 4:38:03 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is [protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd.
            — ...⇄

            However, no details on the courier/shipment were provided. Note:

            - no waybill number/tracking id was provided

            - no notification was sent about the shipment dispatch

            - no notification was sent about the courier company

            It has been over 20 days and i haven't received my fastag yet.

            This is a clear case of intentionally withholding information to cheat a customer. Why were the shipment details withheld? Who has the fastag shipment been delivered to?

            I am awaiting an immediate response, failing which i will take further action.

              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr973044. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

              I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                I tried calling to customer care but the call is never answered.

                  I applied for fastag via hdfc link. It was my worst mistake. After making payment the link was lost and then hdfc stopped responding. The so called imperia crm gave the toll free number that does not work. Now i find under my profile the address missing. God knows where it has gone. There is no proper redressal system in place, the complaints lodged go into black holes and that it. It is quite terrible. When you log into the fast tag site, every now and then the system resets and you do not know if the site is dead or alive. Suddenly it will say timed out.

                  I wonder why government introduces systems without adequate preparation and trouble the public like this

                    With reference to the loan account no.46675661, we wish to inform your goodself that we have paid all the emis relating to the above mentioned loan and it has been closed in april 2019 on payment of last emi. We have received your letter (Enclosed herewith) informing us to pay rs.6620.00. We wish to state that we have paid rs.41662.00 on 20th september 2017 by neft (Rs.41668.00 debited including neft charges) and also rs.41013 has been debited as emi on 21st september 2017. We hereby enclose our bank statement reflecting both debits in the month of september 2017.

                    From the above it is very clear that we need to receive rs.35042.[protected]. You have not considered our neft payment of rs.41662.00 which has been made excess in addition to emi debit during september 2017.

                    We request you to credit rs.35042.00 to our account immediately without any further delay and issue us the noc at the very earliest.

                        Hdfc toll number is not working its always busy and auto cut after giving the messgae that its busy. Worst service of hdfc. I made my order for fastag on 6 dec, recieved message and mail for recharge of rs 300 as well. But did not recieve fastag till date. No where to go and ask for this. Toll free is not working.

                        Since then no communication from hdfc about fastag. No response on toll free.

                              Hello,
                              Hdfc bank fastag customer care number is not working so have no way of getting status update. No email id also provided for complaint.
                              Applied on 2/12/2019. My customer id is[protected]Hdfc bank fastag). Still have not received the fastag. Tried calling all the numbers on the website but to no avail. Money has been deducted from account but not recieved the physical copy. Even my rm is unable to help. Kindly look into the matter.

                                  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding hdfc fastag service. I applied through hdfc online portal on 29th nov 2019 and 4th dec 2019, but till now i have not yet received my card because of that now i am facing severe problems at toll gates, neither i am able to get from hdfc nor able to create at toll gate.

                                  Firstly, there are no option to track my fastag card status, when i colud get it. Moreover, they have given one toll free no. [protected] but it is quite impossible for me to get connect with representative till now.

                                  Secondly, i emailed to the support team of hdfc fastag but their reluctant response shows how supportive they are towards there patrons.

                                  In conclusion, if hdfc is not adequate to provide fastag service then its better to cancel my application and process the refund. Here is my ref nos. A) hfr896692, b) hfr775749, c) hfr768612.

                                      Since oct 2019 my query has not been resolved. Infact correct query was not mentioned in hdfc system by customer care executive & my relationship manager. Their behaviour is also unprofessional for undue charges imposed on me. Also they are not reflecting fair transactions in my forex card statement.&nbsp;&nbsp; replace all

                                        Last month i received call from hdfc asking me to pay the outstanding amount against the statement. Wherein they asked me to clear the amount against a loan i had taken (Insta loan) against credit card limit and has a span of 12 month emi. For which i cleared them that i had already paid my last month statement outstanding and they corrected said that this is just a call to remind me about the current month payment.
                                        I have the email for the insta loan emi and the voice record of this conversation as well.
                                        The next month in addition to the statement i had paid an extra amount as well last month.

                                        This month i receive a statement requesting me to pay the remaining amount against the loan. And the card is also blocked for month than a month.

                                        I cannot see any transaction details in the hdfc site as well and it give a message to check after 24 hours. This message is been there for more than a month now.

                                        The issue now is that, i am asked to pay complete 12 month emi amount in the first month itself.

                                        This is ridiculous and i need help to resolve this. I couldn't reach the customer care as well through phone.

                                        This seems to a case of money laundering such as fictional loans and false invoicing.

                                        Dear Customer,

                                        We wish to inform that, bank regularly monitors the credit card transactions incurred by the customers and during one such instance, bank had observed online foreign exchange transactions on your credit card no ending 1776. In view of same, the bank was constrained to take the necessary action by closing credit card in case of any "overseas forex trading" transactions and report the same to the regulator. Hence, you are requested to refrain from doing such transactions on your credit card and regret our inability to reactivate your credit card.
