I have applied for fastag to hdfc bank on the date:- 07/06/2019, the amount has been debited from my account. It is going to be mandatory for owners of the vehicles, to have one, to pass toll plazas, avoid queues and to save fuel. Received sms regarding issuance, recharge along with customer id and wallet id has been received on 15/12/2019. But for unknown reason till date as on 20/12/2019, the hasn't received it yet. Moreover, the provided customer service number is always unapproachable. Hence, it's not possible to interact with bank officials for the status of delivery. When shall i receive the fastag at my address. Thanks.
