I have applied for hdfc fastag on 10th nov 2019 online and on 23rd november 2019 received text that my fastag is issued and my customer id is[protected] along with the wallet id which is also recharged.

Then on 28th november received another text that my fastag wallet has been created and card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days.

After this date neither i got any text from the bank on this subject, nor...

My fastag is active however not received my card yet. I'm a frequent traveler on airport &nh4 road. Although i hv balance & account it's off no use. I still stand in long queues for cash payment. I trusted hdfc for speedy service but now this is taking ages. Pls courier my tag at the earliest. My customer id is[protected] &wallet id is [protected]...

I had purchased a mobile phone in amazon by using hdfc cashback offer on 12/aug/2019
The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 127 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
Its a fraud!
Hdfc bank is a scam...

I applied for hdfc fastag online and also made a payment of rs 500. I received the following sms
Update: fastag application was successful.
You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days.

I did not receive any pdf in email as per sms received. Also the toll free number provided is not functional.

How to track my application status?...

Is it a mail id and you have asked several customers to mail to this id. Idiotic service by hdfc.

Deducted money but not able to deliver the tag and providing crap mail id.

Refund my amount. I willtake tag from tollbooth instead of approaching such chutiya service by hdfc...

Dear sir,
I found that hdfc bank employees sharing my bank account information like transaction and other information to third party. I have my account at hdfc, salunkhe vihar branch, pune and my customer id is 66277031. This is against the privacy and found that they are sharing this information frequently. Kindly request you to take action against these employees.

Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (For security amount & top up amount) on 30 nov2019. The reference number of the application is hfr803270. I have uploaded required document and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I have applied for the fast tag from hdfc bank fastag portal (Hfr381321). I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag....

I had applied for fastag online via hdfc bank and had paid rs.500. The contact no given is always busy and not able to estimate when will i get my fastag with travels coming in every week its becoming a pain at every toll starting last week. I would like hdfc to pay me back for the hardships.
