I procured HDFC fastag, I paid 500 rs online on 27th nov19. I received SMS of customer Id & Vallet Id created on 30th nov19. My customer Id is[protected].
On 4th Dec19 I recived SMS... Card will be dispatched in 4 working days. But Fastag Card not yet received at my residential address.
Since 09th Nov19, I am continuously trying fake customer care number given but either its busy or no one picks up.
I logged in my account online, but no details appearing. I visited my HDFC bank home branch. I got one mob number. The person very arrogantly denied to help.

Visited HDFC BANK again, other two persons already were expressing their frustration for same reason with Bank employees/manager. We got another contact details. The person told he deals in offline Fastag for HDFC and has no relation with online fastag application.

No one is helping, no email id for complain, hoax customer care no., dont know where to complain? After seeing so many complaints online, came to about exploitation of MANGO PEOPLE in the name of FASTAG is going on...

Please help me to get fastag card earliest.

I received Fastag card on 20th Dec'19. logged in account. Today I found, Its not blank page now.
Information appearing there. I recharged with amount Rs. 500/-. Fastag status showing active.
I will close this complaint once, I successfully use fastag on road this friday.

But it is not scanning on Mumbai - Pune Expressway. Please help at earliest to get it scanned and debited thr fastag wallet. I have to by cash evenif having fastag with me.

    I have applied for the fasttag (on 29.11.2019) from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but I didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer ID & wallet ID but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number[protected] is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.
    They provide useless customer care number i.e.[protected] which is only for showcasing. I am trying last 20 days but not able to contact any person.
    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I cannot reach their customer support, it's always busy. It has been more than 15 days and I have not received my FastTag. I cannot login into their portal. It shows 'Invalid Request'. Vehicle number is UP53AS8889. It is very disappointing that neither can I reach the customer care nor can I file a complaint anywhere. My 500 rupees are at stake and the fastag deadline is fast approaching.

        An amount of rs 590 and an amount of rs 236 was deducted on 11th Dec and 13th Dec and I was not notified. I got to know it when I checked the bank statement.

            I submitted application for Fast Tag on 06-Dec-2019. My application reference number is HFR923045. I got a confirmation that the ID has been created but i have still not received the Fast Tag.
            Customer care doesn't work and HDFC Doesn't seem to bother about their customers. This is very pathetic.
            If HDFC doesn't have the capacity to handle fast tag transactions then they shouldn't be doing it. This is very stressful. At-least inform your customers and don;t accept request from new customers by cheating them that the tag will be issued in 7 working days. Its cheating.

              I am Chaitanya Vinnakota had taken 2 personal loans from HDFC, First Loan Acc No 59972268 for Rs 3 Lakh with 6560 EMI for 60 Months on Aug 2018 and Second Loan Acc No 63648007 for Rs 4.25 Lakh with 9390 EMI for 60 Months on Dec 2018. I was working with Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. Recently I lost my Job on 13th Sep 2019 due to sudden Layoffs and cost cutting in the company. I had discussion with my HR on 5th Sep 2019 and they relieved me on 13th Sep 2019 which is 8 days and normally the official notice period is 2 months. But my company had given me some amount as full and final settlement which I paid already to HDFC on Sep, Oct and Nov 2019. Now I am Jobless and trying for the new job in new organization. Recently on 16th Dec 2019 I got a call from HDFC and her name is Sneha talked with me in phone very rudely and asked me why you had taken loan from us if you are unable to pay? I am not an astrologer and predictor to know the future about my job in my company and for your infomation and I am not only the single person came out from the company they were terminated thousands of employees. How can she decide whether customer was able to pay or not? I request them to recheck my payment history of their loans from the past 1 year. While availing loan from them, the executives wondering us to home and office address for the documents and signatures. As a customer when I tried to explain my situation to them they were not responding well and simply saying "its your personal problem". How can they say that to customer? Where should i get the amount with out doing job
              Can HDFC give me a fresh loan with out doing job?
              Can HDFC give me a loan with out any payslips?
              They know all these things but they are torchuring me a lot for the payments.
              I am a person completely based on my monthly salary to spend for family and loans and cards. I have family with 2 kids. In this situation I am not able to pay. Let me try a new Job and will continue their EMI's. I request consumer forum to give me sometime till I get the new Job and advise them to dont repeat calls regarding payments. I will definitely pay their EMIs but I need some time. Please do the favour

                I have purchased the Hdfc fastag on 05/12/2019 on line and got my I D and wallet I d number from company . After getting ID and Wallet ID number I recharged it for Rs 300 .Now my fastag account is Rs. 600 but I could mot get my fastag or any dispatch information till now . My Customer ID is[protected] and Wallet ID [protected] .
                The help line numbers is always busy .I need fastag urgently .Please do help in dispatching my fastag on priority basis or inform me about delivery status

                    Dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited

                    But till date not received my fast tag. So what is the use of applying fast tag when the services of hdfc bank are not fast but very very slow,

                    One toll free number given by bank i tried millions of times and of no use

                      I was travelling from Karad to Pune on Dec 15th, 2019. At Taswade Toll Plaza my fastag has been debited two times for Rs 75 each transaction. I was not even in the lane traveling from Pune to Karad.

                      I did not get sms in time and hence realized later that i have been double charged.

                      I tried calling HDFC fastag customer care but the call never connects.

                      I tried raising dispute ticket but it doesnt create a dispute ticket just brings me back to first page of my login.

                      Not sure whether really HDFC cares for these things.

                        I applied for fast with reference number HFR782988.
                        After 20days, I just received instructions paper with courier .
                        Didn't recieve the fastag sticker.
                        I tried to call customer call number. It was not at all working. Always busy. Getting irritation to call customer care.
                        How can HDFC behave like this irresponsible by sending just cover.

                        Please send the Fastag sticker ASAP.

                        Don't update the complaint as resolved/closed without proper response.

                          Dear all,
                          I had applied for fastag online on 6th dec 2019 but till today i haven't got the sticker.

                          I am trying to reach toll free support but it comes busy always. I tried teaching hdfcbank customer support, they gave email id which doesn't exists.

                          I searched through online but no where any contact details are mentioned.

                          A sum of rs.500 is already deducted otherwise i would have gone to other providers who are responsible and faster

                          Hdfc is not at all worried about the fastag initiative and have no process, control the way things are going on. They are playing with our money

                          Someone responsible from hdfc should take fastag issues seriously and resolve asap.

                          Authorities can you act upon???

                            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR01144119 there is no update.

                            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                            I have been with hdfc for 2 years now (Saving acc) and this is the bad response with them.
                            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                              I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                              After that i received customer id & wallet id with lot of struggle and multiple complaints has been raised.

                              Now again i have to follow up for Sticker.This is very bad customer experience from HDFC. Customer Service not is Verybad.Customer Care number is busy always.

                              Any additional amount paid in tolls needs to be refunded by HDFC if i am not receiving by 12/20/2019

                                    I applied for hdfc fastag online, with payment of rs.500 on 06/12/2019.
                                    I received customer id & wallet id through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                                    Being hdfc bank customer, i believed the bank, after application, i got message that i will get fastag in 7 days, till now after so much escalation and reporting to grievance redressal team, no response.
                                    Their customer care number never works[protected] Really pathetic service.

                                      I have received FASTTAG ACTIVATION MAIL on December 5 and 6, 2019 for 4 FASTAG issued under Customer Id[protected]
                                      and Wallet Id [protected]

                                      I have not received my FastTag Sticker yet with no information as when it would be dispatched.

                                      It is very very disappointing that the customer care number provided on the HDFC Site, no one is answering the call . i have being calling this number since application and their is always engaged.

                                      To be frank the faculty provided by HDFC for this Fast tag support is very very poor.

                                      Kindly update as the time line date of 15th December 2019 has already passed.

                                        Have applied for the Fastag using HDFC portal on Date 9th Dec 19 Application No: HFR975185.
                                        When i applied i got a message that your fastag will be delivered in 7 days.
                                        I received a message that your Fastag has been issued later and even wallet ID is also created and recharged for 300INR but i haven't received Fastag yet, i dont know where to raise complaint or talk to customer care because whatever number always comes as busy
