I have applied fastag from hdfc online on 2/12/2019 (Ref: hfr859932)
And made payment of rs-500/-. After payment i got an sms, with reference number and says i will get a copy of application in pdf format to my email id.
But till now i didnt get any email.
On 6/12/2019 got another sms with customer id & wallet id, i have created my login with those details and is seems ok, after that till now no updates
I did't get my fastag card till now

I have been a customer of hdfc bank from 2008, till now i didn't get such a worst service from this leading bank

    My file no my hdfc home loan is[protected] i asked for the loan enhancement 1l it was approved by engineer last month but still they are processing am working in banglore i went for the branch office 3 times each time am spending 2000, and my father is walking daily to branch that document is missing this is missing, and also no respect to my dad,

    Please sort out this especially this nithya she is small girl my dad age is 60+ treated like any thing

      I have paid for fastag through hdfc bank online on 29th november, 2019. I received a mail confirming the tag activation on 30th november, 2019. I also got customer id and wallet id in the same mail. Its been 19 days since then, and i have not received the tag yet. I signed in using the customer id and it shows the tag as active till 2029. Hdfc customer care number is not reachable.

          I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
          After that i received customer id & wallet id through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.200. Reference number for the transaction is [protected], customer id is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. The tollfree does not work. Have escalated to the bank multiple times but not received any solution yet. Kindly help me to get this sorted.

            I have opened hdfc fast tag wallet but till now i didn't recieved my fast tag. While opening the account and in ad they advertises within 7 days but i went and asked the branch they said it may take 15 days and manager insisted to follow up with the third party. Why i need to follow with third party i have opened i have opened the account with the bank so they are responsible for this

              During our travel to lonavla on 16 dec 2019, it was smooth as there was no installation of fastag machines at khalapur toll plaza. However while returning on 17 dec 2019, at khalapur toll plaza, we were informed that fastag is not available and hence we paid in cash rs. 173.
              However, same amount rs. 173 has been deducted from fastag account.
              This is a serious problem as there is no official email id of hdfc bank to send the proofs and claim refund. Because hdfc bank call center never picks up the call ([protected])

Tried reaching the toll free for a week now and no response. If this is the case why can't you guys return our money, we will get it in the toll itself

                  On 2nd dec 2019 applied for hdfc fastag from official website and submitted full fees but i didnt got any response from hdfc bank.
                  After 15 days an envelope came consisting of customer id & wallet id but no physical fastag was there in envelope.
                  Tried customer care number for several time but the number is always busy.
                  Visited nearest bank they also said they cant do any thing in this matter as they are not dealing fastag.
                  Dont know were to contact know.
                  Very disappointing to see bank like hdfc is doing such kind of things, will not recommend any one to use there services worst experience ever.

                    This regarding to fasttag delivery, i have booked fasttag with hdfc and confirmation also with below details.

                    Your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/6/2019 11:49:58 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

                    With above details want to inform you that my fasttag is get not deliver to my address and also not get any communication about it, can you please help me to know, by when i can expect delivery of tag.

                      I have been trying to call the customer care number but it is not working.
                      Is it a scam?
                      What am i supposed to do with my issued fastag account and wallet when i cannot use it!

                      I had lots of options to buy fastag but i selected hdfc because i already have a savings account in hdfc bank, is this what i get for being a loyal customer?

                        Hi my car no is UP21BX4623 and I have got this HDFC fastg at the time if delivery on 02/11/2018 and have recharged it on 4 Dec 2019 first time. But at the time of passing through the toll on 12 Dec 2019 it shows discontinued.
                        I have called many times on toll free no [protected] but it did not conneted and when i called on 1033 they said that they are not able to clarify what is the problem and for the same I need to contact with HDFC itself. So Kindly resolve this as soon as possible as I have already recharged and facing problem while passing toll.

                              I have applied hdfc fastag through online on dt. 04.12.2019 and made payment of rs. 500 inr (200 for security amount rs. 100 for fastag charge & rs. 200 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr886988. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc and since then there is no update.

                              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise i would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                Hi,

                                On 16th dec 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number mir[protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 120717-mir[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do? However i haven't deposited any money more than 25k in my account could you please let me know what is happening

                                  I have applied for the fast tag on november 2019 last week.

                                  It is very very disappointing that the customer care number provided on the hdfc site, no one is answering the call. I have being calling this number since few weeks.

                                  To be frank the faculty provided by hdfc for this fast tag support is very very poor. Not sure what i need to.

                                    I have applied for hdfc fastag on 29 nov 2019 and till today date 17 dec 2019 i have not received any update about my hdfc fastag. As per you commitment i must receive it within 7 days. But still i am struggling for this. Being such a big organisation i have doubt on your service now.                                         I paid on 30th november 2019 for fasttag through hdfc site and i received messages that my customer id and wallet id created but till date not received physical fastag and tried calling customer care number but no once picks the call. Worst service from hdfc. My amounts of rs 500 deducted and no fasttag received in 17 days. Need my fasttag to be immediately delivered.

                                        Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 15 working days from the date of wallet creation. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.
