It's being more than 20 days, I have still not received any fastage or pdf which was mentioned while applied and paid the payment.

I am not sure that if hdfc fastag provider is a real or fake service provider that I have already paid for that.
Try to contact on helpline number almost more than 50 times morning, mid, night every time it says busy.
The details I have received a few days back about wallet number or id that is also not working. I try to forget a password then it's saying “no record”. What should I do now.
I tried to contact to Hdfc bank they said we can’t help.

I am requesting to all people please don't go with HDFC fastag, they are not supportive, no helpline, no email, kind of fake service.

    Have applied and received fastag thru hdfc. We pasted it in car and traveling to Madurai last weekend from Bengaluru. None of the Toll can defect our tag either thru scanner or thru manual hand held scanner. it was showing invalid tag though we have enough balance in fastag account. We end up paying by cash in all tolls. After the trip we keep trying to hdfc fastag customer care numbers but no response to calls. Some numbers are not working at all. Went to nearby hdfc branch in bengaluru to inquire but they are least bothered to response and says they have no idea on the query.

      I ordered fastag through hdfc website online 20 days back on 28 nov 2019 bank sent mail to me stating application number :- hfr707097
      Bank claimed that it will issue fastag with in 7 days. It has been 20 days still i dint receive my fastag ant when i went to bank bank employee is sating my fastag is not yet processed.
      Fastag Customer care number provided by hdfc bank is busy all the time.
      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I applied fastag through hdfc bank. I paid 500rs fro that. Almost 45days over till now i didn't got my fastag. There is no reponse from hdfc bank. They given some contact no. Whenever i called that no. Getting busy. ([protected]). I send mail also but no response.

        Since then i have not received sticker

        Tried communicating through email and toll free number. Nothing is working.

        Toll free number is not at all working. It is always busy.

            I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

              I had applied for a fast tag on 9/12/2019 through the hdfc bank website and was assured that i will be receiving the fast tag within seven working days .
              after about a week later i get an email stating that the fast tag has been issued and that the fast tag has been recharged fro rs 300.
              i also got an email stating my wallet id and customer id as well
              but i still have not received the fast tag and the customer care number provided for fast tag customers is always busy

                Hello there,

                I have applied for a loan top up on my existing loan (Ref[protected]. The procedure was prolonged for 2 months as I had changed over from the organisation I was associated with (Cox & Kings Ltd) to another organisation (Trip Navigator Pvt Ltd). While doing the same I have submitted all required KYCs time and again, from both the organisations.

                However after having the clearance on the entire process, your good office advised me that the same has gone on a hold as they have not seen the physical copy of my PAN Card.
                Here I would like to point out the following.
                1. My PAN ACCOUNT REF IS LINKED TO ALL MY KYCS and everything is submitted as a part of my KYC kit.
                2. The Physical PAN Card copy is lost and I have done an FIR of the same.
                3. I am already availing an existing loan from HDFC and hence would request you to evaluate the case basis all my EMIs which are getting deducted without any defaults till date.

                Request kindly advise me the way ahead.

                  I have ordered FastTag with HDFC Bank on 1-Dec-2019
                  The application no: HFR834419
                  Did receive the Wallet ID and Customer ID however still not received the FastTag.

                  HDFC call center number does not work. Neither the escalation numbers mentioned at https://ihmcl.com/fastag/ work

                  No way of knowing the status of FastTag. This is the worst kind of service from HDFC Bank.

                    Till date i have not received any fastag delivered at home. The customer care number for the fastag [protected] is always busy even if you call at 2:00 am in the night. I went to the hdfc bank vishrantwadi branch, they say you have to call the cc number mentioned above. When i say that is always busy, they ask me to call the hdfc regular cc number [protected] and upon calling them they take my request and do nothing not even a complain number they gave me.

                    What to do??? If the process itself is not properly setup why do you implement it??

                        Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr761315 and hfr01039348. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                        I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status

                          I've registered online fastag through hdfc, though i've got the wallet id and customer id details, i've not received the physical sticker. I couldn't find a way to log a complaint through the details which is provided in the site, the toll numbers and the mobile numbers are unreachable all time..

                            I have received the message about issued of the fastag vide consumer id no.[protected] on 04.12.2019, but till today i have not received the fastag sticker. As per hdfc bank, the fastag sticker was supposed to be received within 15 days but after making payment of the fees for fastag, 25 days has already been elapsed and till today i have not received the fastag sticker.

                                I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                                After that i received customer id & wallet id on 03/12/2019 through sms only. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                                Your helpline number does not work. Getting busy tone or some music is going on for infinite time.

                                  Hi sir, i have registered for fastag through hdfc online portal. After submission of application through online they have generated application number i. E. Hfr929764 and after 5 days they sent the customer id and wallet id through registered email. But the original sticker is not received till now. I am trying to reach their toll free numbers but most of the times they are not working. I have paid rs 500 online for this registration. Without sticker if i go through toll plaza then they will charge me more price. Need your help here.

                                      I applied for hdfc fastag online on 20th nov 2019 with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                                      After that i received customer id & wallet id on 23rd nov 2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr. 200. But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
                                      The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it already mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                                      Please help.

                                      You are requested to resolve the matter and instruct the concern to send me the fastag sticker.

                                      I have applied for fastag sticker with HDFC bank online by paying Rs. 500. I have received a mail from HDFC saying FasTag has been successfully charged on 12/12/19. Then I received another mail saying the fastag sticker has been issued successfully on 12/12/19. But I am yet to get the sticker as it is promised by HDFC that the sticker will be delivered at my door step. My Customer Id is[protected] and wallet ID is [protected]. I am not able to contact HDFC through their customer car number.Pl respond.

                                        I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                                        I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.br...
