hdfc bank I didn't receive my fastag and customer care is not reachable

I have applied for fastag via hdfc online on 15.12.2019 with the details below:

UPDATE: FASTag application HFR01131357 was successful.
You will receive a PDF on registered Email ID and FASTag in 7 working days.
For details, call [protected]

After applying, i got message stating that file form pdf will send to your registered email, which I haven't received and customer care is unresponsive/ unreachable.br...

fastag sticker not received

I have applied for the Fastag using HDFC portal on Date 9th Dec 19 Application No: HFR975185.
When i applied i got a message that your fastag will be delivered in 7 days.

I received a message that your Fastag has been issued later and even wallet ID is also created and recharged for 300INR but i haven't received Fastag yet, i dont know where to raise complaint or talk to customer care because whatever number always comes...

getting 5-6 times calls for otp every time

I have applied for hdfc fast on[protected], i have received the message that "You will receive your fastag in next 7 working days".

but till now i did't received any fastag.

not received the fastag

I have applied for FASTAG and i also paid fees but did not get any kind of CONFIRMATION on my mail and on my mobile number. My REF ID HFR901573. Can u help me regarding this. I applied on 04/12/2019....

fastag not received

I have applied for HDFC fastag on 26th Nov 2019, balance is deducted but I haven't received it yet.
HDFC fastag Customer Care number is fake it never connects. No update from HDFC side. It is the worst experience, why HDFC doing fraud with its customers? Today 20 days has been completed but no sign of fastag, as hdfc team send a mail of confirmation, maximum time was given 7 working days.
Either cancel my application and return...

unable to contact hdfc fastag customer care, # (cancel refund)

fastag not being delivered

I didnt received my fastag sticker

So now i am able to login to site, but so far i didn't receive fastag sticker. I tried to call customer support multiple times but nobody is picking the call. Even i didn't receive any call from any of the courier services.br...

passbook

My account in koparkherane Navi mumbai.i request to change the address and provide to all documents to require. I request 30/11/2019 but till date 16/12/2019 I can't give the my passbook and staff are not properly took to me.they are very reticulus behavior to me. No any helping for me.they are say me go to there one desk to other desk. Manager aslo not help full I am requesting her but he not able to helping....

hdfc fastag not received

I applied for fastag with hdfc on 03-dec-2019 but i have still not received the fastag sticker after 13 days. I tried to contact hdfc multiple times but the number is always busy and there is no proper reply on emails. I will have to pay double charges at toll plaza because of this now. Please help to look into this on priority and share the tracking details foe fastag sticker if its already dispatched.

regarding fastag

I applied for HDFC Bank FASTag online with payment of Rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.

i received FASTag customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

The FASTag Help Line Number[protected] does not work and i'm struggling to get response from...

double toll charged on padgha & ghoti toll plaza

I was travelling from mumbai to nashik on 12/12/2019 at 23.18.44 on arjunalli (Padgha) toll plaza rs.110/- toll charged & again on ghoti toll plaza time 00.27.43 on 13.12.2019 rs.110/- toll charged double toll collected by your toll plaza or company so i requested to you please refund the extra charged amount rs.110/- immediately in my account.

incorrect fastag transfer

While recharging my hdfc fastag I by mistake entered wrong Car registration number which doesnot exist and the amount was deducted from my bank through BHIM UPI but was not transferred to my fastag.The Amount was Rs 11, 000 and the transaction id as per BHIM UPI is[protected]. I tried calling hdfc fastag customer care number but it is busy all the time.And also their was no response from BHIP UPI customer care...

fastag not received yet

I applied for FASTAG on HDFC Bank website and received the confirmation that my Wallet ID is created on 5th December. I am able to login to my FASTAG account and check balance.

However I have not received the physical tag yet. Also there is no communication regarding the status of the same. HDFC FASTAG helpline number [protected] is also not reachable.

When will I receive my physical tag? I need to travel outstation...
