    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding hdfc fastag service. I applied through hdfc online portal on 29th nov 2019 and 4th dec 2019, but till now i have not yet received my card because of that now i am facing severe problems at toll gates, neither i am able to get from hdfc nor able to create at toll gate.

    Firstly, there are no option to track my fastag card status, when i colud get it. Moreover, they have given one toll free no. [protected] but it is quite impossible for me to get connect with representative till now.

    Secondly, i emailed to the support team of hdfc fastag but their reluctant response shows how supportive they are towards there patrons.

    In conclusion, if hdfc is not adequate to provide fastag service then its better to cancel my application and process the refund. Here is my ref nos. A) hfr896692, b) hfr775749, c) hfr768612.

        Since oct 2019 my query has not been resolved. Infact correct query was not mentioned in hdfc system by customer care executive & my relationship manager. Their behaviour is also unprofessional for undue charges imposed on me. Also they are not reflecting fair transactions in my forex card statement.   replace all

          Last month i received call from hdfc asking me to pay the outstanding amount against the statement. Wherein they asked me to clear the amount against a loan i had taken (Insta loan) against credit card limit and has a span of 12 month emi. For which i cleared them that i had already paid my last month statement outstanding and they corrected said that this is just a call to remind me about the current month payment.
          I have the email for the insta loan emi and the voice record of this conversation as well.
          The next month in addition to the statement i had paid an extra amount as well last month.

          This month i receive a statement requesting me to pay the remaining amount against the loan. And the card is also blocked for month than a month.

          I cannot see any transaction details in the hdfc site as well and it give a message to check after 24 hours. This message is been there for more than a month now.

          The issue now is that, i am asked to pay complete 12 month emi amount in the first month itself.

          This is ridiculous and i need help to resolve this. I couldn't reach the customer care as well through phone.

          This seems to a case of money laundering such as fictional loans and false invoicing.

          We wish to inform that, bank regularly monitors the credit card transactions incurred by the customers and during one such instance, bank had observed online foreign exchange transactions on your credit card no ending 1776. In view of same, the bank was constrained to take the necessary action by closing credit card in case of any "overseas forex trading" transactions and report the same to the regulator. Hence, you are requested to refrain from doing such transactions on your credit card and regret our inability to reactivate your credit card.

            I have applied for hdfc fast tag by paying rs. 500/- online. One 5th december i have received e-mail from hdfc that my fasttag has been issued and they confirmed customer id and wallet id. But i have not received the fasttag by post until 16th december. I made several attempts to contact the consumer care number [protected] but always it is busy and there is no other way to contact the fasttag customer service. Hdfc should stop accepting new application for fasttag until they resolve existing issues and make customer service cell contactable.

              I bought fast tag on 05-dec-19 and uploaded all document. I received wallet id and card number over sms but card yet not received.
              My application number hfr905878. As per message during applicaiton it says 7 working days to be handed over but still not.
              I am trying to contact customer care but it is not connecting at all.

              Can anyone from hdfc tell when it will receive.

                After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                Also with the customer id & wallet id, i'm not able to login, but i have reset the password aswell.

                    On 5th december i applied for a fast tag to hdfc but till date i have not received hdfc fast tag although my customer id[protected]is generated and account if recharged for rs300/-

                    It is shocking thay hdfc fast tag customer help line number [protected]is dead and even hdfc bank customer care line is alosn getting connected.

                    In view of above, it is requested to kindly take appropriate action against the hdfc fast tag authorities and provide me the compensation of rs5000/- for causing this delay and mental agony to me.

                      Since then i have not received fastag.

                      Tried communicating through email and toll free number. Nothing is working.

                      Toll free number is not at all working. It is always busy.

                      So requesting you to at least provide logistics awb number, so that i can track the package.

                        Myself babu having hdfc personal banking account for 15 years. Recently i have applied for fasttag card through hdfc bank and choosing my personal bank details as "yes" in the portal. The card has been dispatched to my home address where i have shifted to bangalore resently.

                        In the application there is no provision to change the address as i have linked my bank account.

                        Now i want the fasttag to redirect to my current address and there is no provision to contact hdfc bank.

                        Even bank employees are clue less and they are not helping on this.

                        What kind of application you are developing and this is pure harrasment to the customers. After being you hdfc and they response i get is "0".

                        Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

                              I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr782694. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                              And now all the pos numbers provided on their website are also fake

                              This is a perfect example of bad customer experience from hdfc

                                  I have applied for fastag through hdfc on 1st dec. (Ref no. Hfr832618). I received both message and mail that the tag will be delivered in 7 working days, now 14 working days over, but till today i have no information on my fastag. They do not even bother to inform the customer.
                                  I feel they are smartly cheating customer, taking money and not providing service they commit. I am even planning to change my account from hdfc as i see they are not taking any responsibility for such a small issue. Then how they will respond to bigger problems.
                                  They don't have any communication method. Only available mode is with toll free number, which never connects. This is not expected from a nationalized back like this. Very shameful, irresponsible way of dealing with customer.

                                  If they can not take the responsibility then they should refund the amount and cancel the registration. People will have at-least option to opt for other vendor.

                                  My Car Dealer has paid (Rs.200) for HDFC fastag. I need to register and add the top-up. The current balance is Rs.110/- From last 2 months neither login nor top-up via https://fastag.hdfcbank.com.
                                  The stupid thing is not getting any error message and not able to reach the customer care number[protected].
                                  Also I went and meet the people in 2 HDFC branches. I didn't get proper support. How to with draw my money from HDFC and cancel my fastag and go to Axis or ICICI

                                    I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on 04.12.2019. I have already paid all the charges (Rs.500/-). I have received customer id & wallet id on 12.12.19 but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                    Below is msg received from hdfc on my mail id about fast tag on 12.12.19.

                                    Dear customer,
                                    Your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Please visit https://fastag.hdfcbank.com/RetailRoadUserLogin/Index if you are retail user or https://fastag.hdfcbank.com/CorporateUserLogin/Index if you are corporate user

                                      Hello there,

                                      I applied for fastag on 9th december 2019. I received message regarding my fastag has been recharged followed by its wallet id customer id on 15th december 2019.

                                      After which i logged in into fastag hdfc portal to check all details and observed my kyc details are okay as well and fastag is active.

                                      But issue is, i am still awaiting to get it delivered, and i can not track its status any more.

                                      Please let me know how should i proceed further to get my fastag delivered or can be received in person.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have applied for hdfc fasttag almost 20 days ago in the last week of november.

                                        I received some email on my tag being recharged from hdfc. But then i did not receive the tag itself. Now my money is stuck and i cannot drive through tolls.

                                        My fastag application reference number hfr789210 (Please note that i even did not receive my application confirmation email as promised during the procurement process)

                                        Also i am unable to reach the helpline which seems to perennially busy. If this is not resolved then i have to assume that this is a scam and report to consumer tribunal.

                                        Please resolve this at the earliest.
