Applied for fast tag on 26/11/2019 and rec'd following msg.
Dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited

But till date not received my fast tag. So what is the use of applying fast tag when the services of hdfc bank are not fast but very very slow,

One toll free number given by bank i tried millions of times and of no use

    I was travelling from Karad to Pune on Dec 15th, 2019. At Taswade Toll Plaza my fastag has been debited two times for Rs 75 each transaction. I was not even in the lane traveling from Pune to Karad.

    I did not get sms in time and hence realized later that i have been double charged.

    I tried calling HDFC fastag customer care but the call never connects.

    I tried raising dispute ticket but it doesnt create a dispute ticket just brings me back to first page of my login.

    Not sure whether really HDFC cares for these things.

      I applied for fast with reference number HFR782988.
      After 20days, I just received instructions paper with courier .
      Didn't recieve the fastag sticker.
      I tried to call customer call number. It was not at all working. Always busy. Getting irritation to call customer care.
      How can HDFC behave like this irresponsible by sending just cover.

      Please send the Fastag sticker ASAP.

      Don't update the complaint as resolved/closed without proper response.

        Dear all,
        I had applied for fastag online on 6th dec 2019 but till today i haven't got the sticker.

        I am trying to reach toll free support but it comes busy always. I tried teaching hdfcbank customer support, they gave email id which doesn't exists.

        I searched through online but no where any contact details are mentioned.

        A sum of rs.500 is already deducted otherwise i would have gone to other providers who are responsible and faster

        Hdfc is not at all worried about the fastag initiative and have no process, control the way things are going on. They are playing with our money

        Someone responsible from hdfc should take fastag issues seriously and resolve asap.

        Authorities can you act upon???

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR01144119 there is no update.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for 2 years now (Saving acc) and this is the bad response with them.
          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

            I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
            After that i received customer id & wallet id with lot of struggle and multiple complaints has been raised.

            Now again i have to follow up for Sticker.This is very bad customer experience from HDFC. Customer Service not is Verybad.Customer Care number is busy always.

            Any additional amount paid in tolls needs to be refunded by HDFC if i am not receiving by 12/20/2019

                I applied for hdfc fastag online on 30th nov 2019 with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                After that i received a sms that my wallet was recharged for rs.300/-. But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
                The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it already mandatory from 15th december 2019. My fastag application reference no. Is hfr778921 & vehicle rc no is mh12kt8558
                You are requested to resolve the matter and instruct the concern to send me the fastag sticker.

                  I applied for hdfc fastag online, with payment of rs.500 on 06/12/2019.
                  I received customer id & wallet id through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                  Being hdfc bank customer, i believed the bank, after application, i got message that i will get fastag in 7 days, till now after so much escalation and reporting to grievance redressal team, no response.
                  Their customer care number never works[protected] Really pathetic service.

                    I have received FASTTAG ACTIVATION MAIL on December 5 and 6, 2019 for 4 FASTAG issued under Customer Id[protected]
                    and Wallet Id [protected]

                    I have not received my FastTag Sticker yet with no information as when it would be dispatched.

                    It is very very disappointing that the customer care number provided on the HDFC Site, no one is answering the call . i have being calling this number since application and their is always engaged.

                    To be frank the faculty provided by HDFC for this Fast tag support is very very poor.

                    Kindly update as the time line date of 15th December 2019 has already passed.

                      Have applied for the Fastag using HDFC portal on Date 9th Dec 19 Application No: HFR975185.
                      When i applied i got a message that your fastag will be delivered in 7 days.
                      I received a message that your Fastag has been issued later and even wallet ID is also created and recharged for 300INR but i haven't received Fastag yet, i dont know where to raise complaint or talk to customer care because whatever number always comes as busy

                        I applied for hdfc fastag online on 4th Dec 19 and made payment of inr 500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
                        I received customer id & wallet id also and got a message as it was recharged for inr 300.
                        But i haven't received my sticker yet.If there is any problem with communication address to send the sticker courier please give me some email id or contact number to update it.

                        Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy or it plays a music. I want to know when i'll get my sticker

                            I applied for the subjected on 01/12/2019 and is issued and created a wallet by recharge of ₹200/- (got e-mail regarding). But the physical tag is not received yet. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates.                               Applied for fasttag on 5 dec 2019. Payment was successful, application was submitted successfully. Got message saying fasttag application pdf is sent to registered email id, you will recieve fasttag in next 7 working days. Neighter i got email with application pdf nor i got fasstag till date.
                              However got message and email about successful creation of fasstag wallet. Logged in with the wallet & checked my profile, permanent address is blank. At the time of applying for fasttag i had provided all the information, still address is blank and there is no way to edit the profile. There is no way where we can contact or approach for the same.
                              Could you please track where is my fasttag or where should i contact in order to track it?

                                I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.1000 for two vehicles, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                                After that i received customer id & wallet id three weeks back through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                                The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it has already become mandatory after dec 15.

                                I had received a response from HDFC Bank Customer Care to send an email to "fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com". Since this is an invalid email ID with [protected] as plain text, i am unable to send a mail to the concerned team.

                                Raising a second complaint because i have not received any proper responses for the first till now.

                                  I have got message that fasttag is activated/recharged with 500on 30th Nov and notified me that card will dispatch in 4 days, but still no response from banker.

                                  Customer care number is always busy and never connects. What is the alternate way to approach and resolve my issue

                                  What is the way to rectify this as it is going to be issue in further at toll plazas. we heard that toll plaza going to charge double the amount and banking guys are not even responding to our query.

                                    It's being more than 20 days, I have still not received any fastage or pdf which was mentioned while applied and paid the payment.

                                    I am not sure that if hdfc fastag provider is a real or fake service provider that I have already paid for that.
                                    Try to contact on helpline number almost more than 50 times morning, mid, night every time it says busy.
                                    The details I have received a few days back about wallet number or id that is also not working. I try to forget a password then it's saying “no record”. What should I do now.
                                    I tried to contact to Hdfc bank they said we can’t help.

                                    I am requesting to all people please don't go with HDFC fastag, they are not supportive, no helpline, no email, kind of fake service.

                                      Have applied and received fastag thru hdfc. We pasted it in car and traveling to Madurai last weekend from Bengaluru. None of the Toll can defect our tag either thru scanner or thru manual hand held scanner. it was showing invalid tag though we have enough balance in fastag account. We end up paying by cash in all tolls. After the trip we keep trying to hdfc fastag customer care numbers but no response to calls. Some numbers are not working at all. Went to nearby hdfc branch in bengaluru to inquire but they are least bothered to response and says they have no idea on the query.

                                        I ordered fastag through hdfc website online 20 days back on 28 nov 2019 bank sent mail to me stating application number :- hfr707097
                                        Bank claimed that it will issue fastag with in 7 days. It has been 20 days still i dint receive my fastag ant when i went to bank bank employee is sating my fastag is not yet processed.
                                        Fastag Customer care number provided by hdfc bank is busy all the time.
