I have applied for fastag before a month. I received email stating tat fastag has been successfully issued on nov 22, but till now fastag din reach me. I have been trying to reach customer care for the past 1 week, always getting line busy. Worst customer care service.
My customer id - [protected]. I don't need an account, tell me how to cancel it, fed with follow up.
