Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 03 dec 2019 was processed on 12 dec 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number dedicated for hdfc fastag has never worked so i finally called hdfc phone banking but they do not have any status update. I applied for hdfc because on their website they said fasttag will be processed & delivered within 7 days.

When will i receive my fastag?
Will hdfc reimburse if i am charged double at toll gates?

    I have not received my Fastag till now. I had received a mail on 15th saying that the tag is issued successfully but I have not received the tag till now. The customer care of HDFC has no clue by when will I receive the tag

      Hello,

      I am atul upadhyay. My hdfc two wheiler loan number is 5281194. I was satteled my loan account on 31.10.2019. And paid 7500 rs ammount to hdfc assosiate. Executive said noc will be post to your home address between 25-45 days but not 2 months already complited but bank not provide noc till now.
      Please help regarding this.

        Hi

        I have applied for fastag before a month. I received email stating tat fastag has been successfully issued on nov 22, but till now fastag din reach me. I have been trying to reach customer care for the past 1 week, always getting line busy. Worst customer care service.
        My customer id - [protected]. I don't need an account, tell me how to cancel it, fed with follow up.

          But still we not received Any information from HDFC bank & Not Receive fast tag sticker.
          We regular call to our HDFC branch manager Sukher Udaipur Raj. but he reply is in process
          So please resolve our issue on urgent basis

            No mail received with the pdf as promised in the application confirmatory sms

            Received sms about wallet creation and recharge on 5 december 2019

            Yet to receive the fastag as on 18 december 2019

            Not able to reach the customer care number mentioned in the web pag

            No email id provided for us to contact

            Please do the needful asap

              I applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 30/11/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is. [protected] but still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

              I've also attached the sms details that received from the hdfc bank.

              Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

                Customer id, wallet number and fastag id has been alloted. But till date there is no clue of despatch of fastag. I tried to contact on customer care number given, which is busy or not being attended.

                    I have applied fastag from hdfc online on 2/12/2019 (Ref: hfr859932)
                    And made payment of rs-500/-. After payment i got an sms, with reference number and says i will get a copy of application in pdf format to my email id.
                    But till now i didnt get any email.
                    On 6/12/2019 got another sms with customer id & wallet id, i have created my login with those details and is seems ok, after that till now no updates
                    I did't get my fastag card till now

                    I have been a customer of hdfc bank from 2008, till now i didn't get such a worst service from this leading bank

                        I have paid for fastag through hdfc bank online on 29th november, 2019. I received a mail confirming the tag activation on 30th november, 2019. I also got customer id and wallet id in the same mail. Its been 19 days since then, and i have not received the tag yet. I signed in using the customer id and it shows the tag as active till 2029. Hdfc customer care number is not reachable.

                              I have opened hdfc fast tag wallet but till now i didn't recieved my fast tag. While opening the account and in ad they advertises within 7 days but i went and asked the branch they said it may take 15 days and manager insisted to follow up with the third party. Why i need to follow with third party i have opened i have opened the account with the bank so they are responsible for this

                                During our travel to lonavla on 16 dec 2019, it was smooth as there was no installation of fastag machines at khalapur toll plaza. However while returning on 17 dec 2019, at khalapur toll plaza, we were informed that fastag is not available and hence we paid in cash rs. 173.
                                However, same amount rs. 173 has been deducted from fastag account.
                                This is a serious problem as there is no official email id of hdfc bank to send the proofs and claim refund. Because hdfc bank call center never picks up the call ([protected])

                                    On 2nd dec 2019 applied for hdfc fastag from official website and submitted full fees but i didnt got any response from hdfc bank.
                                    After 15 days an envelope came consisting of customer id & wallet id but no physical fastag was there in envelope.
                                    Tried customer care number for several time but the number is always busy.
                                    Visited nearest bank they also said they cant do any thing in this matter as they are not dealing fastag.
                                    Dont know were to contact know.
                                    Very disappointing to see bank like hdfc is doing such kind of things, will not recommend any one to use there services worst experience ever.

                                      Your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/6/2019 11:49:58 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

                                      With above details want to inform you that my fasttag is get not deliver to my address and also not get any communication about it, can you please help me to know, by when i can expect delivery of tag.
