Hello there,

I have applied for a loan top up on my existing loan (Ref[protected]. The procedure was prolonged for 2 months as I had changed over from the organisation I was associated with (Cox & Kings Ltd) to another organisation (Trip Navigator Pvt Ltd). While doing the same I have submitted all required KYCs time and again, from both the organisations.

However after having the clearance on the entire process, your good office advised me that the same has gone on a hold as they have not seen the physical copy of my PAN Card.
Here I would like to point out the following.
1. My PAN ACCOUNT REF IS LINKED TO ALL MY KYCS and everything is submitted as a part of my KYC kit.
2. The Physical PAN Card copy is lost and I have done an FIR of the same.
3. I am already availing an existing loan from HDFC and hence would request you to evaluate the case basis all my EMIs which are getting deducted without any defaults till date.

Request kindly advise me the way ahead.

    I have ordered FastTag with HDFC Bank on 1-Dec-2019
    The application no: HFR834419
    Did receive the Wallet ID and Customer ID however still not received the FastTag.

    HDFC call center number does not work. Neither the escalation numbers mentioned at https://ihmcl.com/fastag/ work

    No way of knowing the status of FastTag. This is the worst kind of service from HDFC Bank.

      Till date i have not received any fastag delivered at home. The customer care number for the fastag [protected] is always busy even if you call at 2:00 am in the night. I went to the hdfc bank vishrantwadi branch, they say you have to call the cc number mentioned above. When i say that is always busy, they ask me to call the hdfc regular cc number [protected] and upon calling them they take my request and do nothing not even a complain number they gave me.

      What to do??? If the process itself is not properly setup why do you implement it??

        Hi team,

        The fastag application is submitted on 2nd dec and the customer id and wallet information shared by sms.

        I could see wallet is been recharge with rs 300 but the actual sticker is not delivered on the given address.

        The toll free number given on the site will never work and customer support team is not responding to my mails.

        Request you to please check this and do the need full.

        I won't be able to send an email as some part of the email id is protected . Please provide the email address in proper format.
        Its been almost 15 days completed applying for the fast tag however, not received it yet also trying to call customer but no response from bank side as customer care number is continuously busy.

        Never expected such a bad service from HDFC Bank.

          Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr761315 and hfr01039348. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status

            I've registered online fastag through hdfc, though i've got the wallet id and customer id details, i've not received the physical sticker. I couldn't find a way to log a complaint through the details which is provided in the site, the toll numbers and the mobile numbers are unreachable all time..

              I have received the message about issued of the fastag vide consumer id no.[protected] on 04.12.2019, but till today i have not received the fastag sticker. As per hdfc bank, the fastag sticker was supposed to be received within 15 days but after making payment of the fees for fastag, 25 days has already been elapsed and till today i have not received the fastag sticker.

                  I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                  After that i received customer id & wallet id on 03/12/2019 through sms only. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                  Your helpline number does not work. Getting busy tone or some music is going on for infinite time.

                    Hi sir, i have registered for fastag through hdfc online portal. After submission of application through online they have generated application number i. E. Hfr929764 and after 5 days they sent the customer id and wallet id through registered email. But the original sticker is not received till now. I am trying to reach their toll free numbers but most of the times they are not working. I have paid rs 500 online for this registration. Without sticker if i go through toll plaza then they will charge me more price. Need your help here.

                        I have applied for fastag sticker with HDFC bank online by paying Rs. 500. I have received a mail from HDFC saying FasTag has been successfully charged on 12/12/19. Then I received another mail saying the fastag sticker has been issued successfully on 12/12/19. But I am yet to get the sticker as it is promised by HDFC that the sticker will be delivered at my door step. My Customer Id is[protected] and wallet ID is [protected]. I am not able to contact HDFC through their customer car number.Pl respond.

                          I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.

                            I have made an online payment of the annual premium on 16dec2019 via hdfc insurance site thinking the due date is nearing and the same premium amount got deducted via nach on 18dec2019 from my back account. Both the deductions are reflecting in my bank account, kindly check and reverse one of those deductions back into my account.

                              The application for allotment of fastag was made on 03/12/2019 with the option o[censored]ploading the vehicle registration document later along with the payment of rs 500 as fees (Including security deposit) but neither any acknowledgement was received after the completion process nor the status of the same is traceable as on now by any means. The helpline no is always found busy and no e-mail or message has been received till now.

                                I applied for fasttag from hdfc bank. It took 10 days after submitting request to get email from bank with the confirmation that fats tag has been generated.

                                However, the tag was never delivered to my address. It has been 4 weeks since i submitted the request.

                                Bank phone numbers does not work. I even wrote to the customer care email id but never received any response back.

                                Hdfc bank service is pathetic. Would advise to stay out of hdfc for fasttag

                                  Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 03 dec 2019 was processed on 12 dec 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number dedicated for hdfc fastag has never worked so i finally called hdfc phone banking but they do not have any status update. I applied for hdfc because on their website they said fasttag will be processed & delivered within 7 days.

Executive said noc will be post to your home address between 25-45 days but not 2 months already complited but bank not provide noc till now.

                                        Hi

                                        I have applied for fastag before a month. I received email stating tat fastag has been successfully issued on nov 22, but till now fastag din reach me. I have been trying to reach customer care for the past 1 week, always getting line busy. Worst customer care service.
                                        My customer id - [protected]. I don't need an account, tell me how to cancel it, fed with follow up.
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
