Hi sir, i have registered for fastag through hdfc online portal. After submission of application through online they have generated application number i. E. Hfr929764 and after 5 days they sent the customer id and wallet id through registered email. But the original sticker is not received till now. I am trying to reach their toll free numbers but most of the times they are not working. I have paid rs 500 online for this registration. Without sticker if i go through toll plaza then they will charge me more price. Need your help here.

Problem is i have not got any email confirmation from hdfc fastag. Seriously absurd. Please get it completed as soon as possible
I have registered it 6th of december 2019. after registration the message displayed was

Now your saying 15 working days.when will it reaches to my address.

    I have applied for fastag through hdfc netbanking and received customer id as[protected] and wallet id [protected] on december 12, 2019. Not yet received fastag and please issue the same at the earliest. Received the tag details on 12.12.2019.

    I have been trying to reach customer care at [protected] but for the past 3 days it was busy and nobody responded to it.

    Contacted hdfc bank customer care and raised a ticket (Chnc[protected]) for issue of tag. Please release the tag asap

      I applied for hdfc fastag online on 20th nov 2019 with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
      After that i received customer id & wallet id on 23rd nov 2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr. 200. But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
      The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it already mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

      Please help.

      I applied for hdfc fastag online on 22nd Nov 2019 with payment of Rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
      After that i received a sms that  my wallet was recharged for Rs.300/-. But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
      The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it already mandatory from 15th December 2019. My fastag application reference no. is HFR786874.
      You are requested to resolve the matter and instruct the concern to send me the fastag sticker.

      I have applied for fastag sticker with HDFC bank online by paying Rs. 500. I have received a mail from HDFC saying FasTag has been successfully charged on 12/12/19. Then I received another mail saying the fastag sticker has been issued successfully on 12/12/19. But I am yet to get the sticker as it is promised by HDFC that the sticker will be delivered at my door step. My Customer Id is[protected] and wallet ID is [protected]. I am not able to contact HDFC through their customer car number.Pl respond.

        not received fast wallet id from hdfc - rfid: 607318-001-0303653

        I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

        I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.br...

        hdfc life insurance premium deducted twice

        I have made an online payment of the annual premium on 16dec2019 via hdfc insurance site thinking the due date is nearing and the same premium amount got deducted via nach on 18dec2019 from my back account. Both the deductions are reflecting in my bank account, kindly check and reverse one of those deductions back into my account.

        The application for allotment of fastag was made on 03/12/2019 with the option o[censored]ploading the vehicle registration document later along with the payment of rs 500 as fees (Including security deposit) but neither any acknowledgement was received after the completion process nor the status of the same is traceable as on now by any means. The helpline no is always found busy and no e-mail or message has been received till now.

          I applied for fasttag from hdfc bank. It took 10 days after submitting request to get email from bank with the confirmation that fats tag has been generated.

          However, the tag was never delivered to my address. It has been 4 weeks since i submitted the request.

          Bank phone numbers does not work. I even wrote to the customer care email id but never received any response back.

          Hdfc bank service is pathetic. Would advise to stay out of hdfc for fasttag

            Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 03 dec 2019 was processed on 12 dec 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number dedicated for hdfc fastag has never worked so i finally called hdfc phone banking but they do not have any status update. I applied for hdfc because on their website they said fasttag will be processed & delivered within 7 days.

            When will i receive my fastag?
            Will hdfc reimburse if i am charged double at toll gates?

                I am atul upadhyay. My hdfc two wheiler loan number is 5281194. I was satteled my loan account on 31.10.2019. And paid 7500 rs ammount to hdfc assosiate. Executive said noc will be post to your home address between 25-45 days but not 2 months already complited but bank not provide noc till now.
                Please help regarding this.

                  I have applied for fastag before a month. I received email stating tat fastag has been successfully issued on nov 22, but till now fastag din reach me. I have been trying to reach customer care for the past 1 week, always getting line busy. Worst customer care service.

                              I have applied fastag from hdfc online on 2/12/2019 (Ref: hfr859932)
                              And made payment of rs-500/-. After payment i got an sms, with reference number and says i will get a copy of application in pdf format to my email id.
                              But till now i didnt get any email.
                              On 6/12/2019 got another sms with customer id & wallet id, i have created my login with those details and is seems ok, after that till now no updates
                              I did't get my fastag card till now

                              I have been a customer of hdfc bank from 2008, till now i didn't get such a worst service from this leading bank

                                My file no my hdfc home loan is[protected] i asked for the loan enhancement 1l it was approved by engineer last month but still they are processing am working in banglore i went for the branch office 3 times each time am spending 2000, and my father is walking daily to branch that document is missing this is missing, and also no respect to my dad,

                                  I have paid for fastag through hdfc bank online on 29th november, 2019. I received a mail confirming the tag activation on 30th november, 2019. I also got customer id and wallet id in the same mail. Its been 19 days since then, and i have not received the tag yet. I signed in using the customer id and it shows the tag as active till 2029. Hdfc customer care number is not reachable.
