Hi, i applied for fastag on 30th november but didn't got confirmation and money got deducted. On 1st dec, i received a message that tag issued successfully with wallet and customer id. On 4th december, i received message about wallet recharge and dispatching of card in 4 working days but it's 16th dec and i didn't receive the fastag, not even dispatching message.

I also tried to connect with customer support but their number...

I purchased a fastag from hdfc online. After many complaints, i got a wallet id and customer id.

But i am not having any information regarding delivery and shipment. When will i receive the tag?

Plus i logged into the cch account the information submitted there is incorrect. I don't know why, there is no address, no driving license number, but i remember i added these while submitting the form.

I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.br...

I have applied fast tag past 4 days ago. I din't receive any mail or courier. I need here is the application number: hfr01049385. I had other more options to apply fast tag, after all chosen hdfc because i am having a hdfc bank. If you cannot process fastag. Send mine money back. I will find some where else.

I have applied for fastag on 29th nov. I got my customer i'd and wallet i'd by 6th dec via email. Still i have not received the tag. While booking it shows in 7 working days you will get pdf download and fastag kit. Still not received. It is highly impossible to reach customer care number. Nothing is there related to this faq. How to know the current status? When will i get the card?...

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0319 without my concern on date:12/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

I had applied for Fasttag through Application number HFR 500791 on 24 Nov 2019.In Dec i received a fastag but the car number mentioned was wrong. I had sent a mail too on 10 Dec 2019 for car number correction basis the guidance from helpline but haven't received any update on the same after that.The helpline number always comes busy ....

I have applied for this fastag on 2nd december and got this reference number hfr850593 since then i have not received any communication or the fastag either.

I tried calling the customer care multiple times but ivr is saying they are busy and disconnecting the call.

I have not received the sticker as yet.
I have to travel tomorrow on highway.
I called the customer care five day ago, got assurance that i will receive the sticker by weekend ie: 14th december 2019.
Feeling helpless as the helpline number is constantly busy.

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount). The customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] was recieved on 05th dec 19. I had visited hdfc branch in sion east on 06th dec 19 and got the answer that the sticker will be couriered to my residence address. Till now there is no update after this.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care...

My customer id for hdfc fast tag is[protected]. I applied before 15 days. Till now i didn't got till date. Customer care is not working. Every time busy or ring tone. No where to check status. Not replying to mail.
Disappointing hdfc fasttag. My cousin applied for fast tag through paytm. He already got. Highly frustrating.
Hope you resolve the problem at the earliest or refund my money....

Before 12day's i applied for hdfc fastag in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site rs. 300 was mentioned. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number hfr804445....

Even i have received the message stating " your fastag has been successfully recharged for an amount of rs. 300 on 13th dec 2019, however the physical copy not yet received. Is there a way i can check the status online? Customer care number is busy ever since the existence of the number. Truly a frustrating experience.
