I have applied for fas tag for my car. But yet my fas tag not received me. My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] of hdfc fas tag. When ever i call to customer care of hdfc fas tag they not attend the call. Sir from last 15 days i m waiting for fas tag. I have paid 500rs to hdfc for this. This type of behave with customer is not right.

    I have applied for fastag on 02-dec-2019 and today is 18-dec-2019. I got email like the fastag got recharged, etc. But didn't get the fastag yet. There is no intimation like when it will reached to me. My application referrence is "hfr844592".
    The customer care number you provided[protected] is pathetic. It is always busy and if got connected, then no one will attend the call. If you can't satisfy the customers, then don't do works like this.

    Get me the fastag asap or refund me the amount. I will get fastag from some reliable sources.

    My wallet got created and recharged on December - 6, 2019. According to your reply, I should get the tag in 15 working days and the dispatch details will be shared as SMS. This is the 17th working day today and I didn't get any intemation regarding the same. Please close the wallet and return me my money. I will get tag from some reliable company. What a pathetic unreliable service you have. And you are not keeping your words. Feeling like I got cheated.

      I have availed hdfc fastag through net banking and i received application no. Hfr603797. Despite payment of rs.500/-, i have not received the tag till today. Please oblige and satisfy your valuable customer. Since the last day for fastag has been fixed by the government as 31st december 2019, it is very difficult for me to travel even though i have made payment with your bank much earlier. Hence, it is just and necessary to comply my request and send the fastag with immediate effect.

        Hello team,

        I have received fastag during purchase of new car and my customer id is [protected], it has been more than two months now and still i haven't received any welcome emailer or wallet id which is mandatory to register my fastag.

        I have tried multiple times to call customer care on[protected] but it is always showing as busy.

        Please advise to resolve this issues.

              Hi team
              I have 3 main issues
              Issue 1) i have been charged more for same day return journey. An extra amount of rs.45/- has been deducted from my fasttag account. Need your support to reverse back the amount.
              Amount deducted by hdfc fast tag:- rs.190/-
              Amount which was supposed to be deducted is rs.135/-
              I have raise a service request for the same in the hdfc site sr[protected] but of no use

              City :- bangalore
              Toll plaza:- devanahalli (Airport blr)
              Dispute date:- 24th nov 2019
              Dispute time:- 8am to 11 am

              Issue 2) the customer service representative speaks in hindi only, which is very difficult for people in south to understand, when asked for an english or other language representative the executive simply hung up

              Issue 3) there is no escalation point which is very frustrating

                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The customer id number of the application is[protected]Ref. No. Hfr862894). I have uploaded driving incense but since then there is not received any tag.

                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                  I have been with hdfc for 20 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans) and this is the worst moment with them.
                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                          Cancellation of one assist membership
                          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7099 without my concern on date 11/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                            I have applied for fastag and got my wallet id/customer id with balance of 300 rs. But i have not received my sticker yet and its been more than 20 days of applying. Customer care doesn't work and when works then no one pick the call up. I complained about it on hdfc bank customer care number then they suggested to call on same number which i dialed already. No one is there to help on this and i'm very disappointed with hdfc services.

                                I have a home loan with hdfc and wanted to make a pre-payment of my home loan amount (Home loan file no[protected]. However, they wanted me to send me a cheque instead of a real time bank to bank transfer. When i posted the cheque to their london office (From a diff city), they stated that it was wrongly filled in and that i should not write the mortgage number on the front of the cheque.
                                They also demanded a 6 months bank statement.
                                They outright refused to accept the real time rtgs or neft bank to bank transfer.
                                Despite complaining that sending this cheque by post to their london office, which in turn will be directed to delhi hdfc by the london office will be very time consuming they would not accept any other form of home loan repayment option. I find this a hindrance towards timely quick repayment and it makes me wonder if by doing so they would rather continue to charge their monthly emis by making a profit on the high interest their charge.
                                When i wanted to make a complaint to their customer care or when i asked for the hdfc grievance redressal officer's contact details, i was asked to write the complaint to the london office without specifying as to how will they acknowledge it or address the issue. I was left disappointed by the hdfc, london.

                                  I applied for the fastag on 4th dec and it's been 14 days now and i have not received it though promised to deliver within 7 days.

                                  Not at all expected from reputed bank like hdfc. Do fastrack your processing and don't make other's life hell.

                                    Hi i use my credit card on aliexpress site and the items are defaulted so they start my refund process on 3 dec 2019 and they issue arn no on 9 the dec with full refund but the refund doesn't come in my credit car account. I get my refund from aliexpress with arn no 74547069339020027752278 but hdfc bank didn't transfer my funds in my credit card. I want my refund back which is 4.66 usd dated 9/12/19.

                                      I have applied for fastag through hdfc on 28th november 2019 (Application ref no: hfr653523). Received a mail from hdfc on 4th december stating fastag issued successfully containing fastag i'd and wallet number. But i didn't receive the physical fastag till today (17th dec 2019) nor didn't receive any courier information related to dispatch of fastag. While applying fastag, it was mentioned that will be getting fastag within 7 working days. But it is almost three weeks since i applied fastag.

                                        I'd purchased fastag through hdfc bank.

                                        The fastag was created successfully on 23 nov 2019. And 300 rs also has been recharged on same day.

                                        Also received message that the fastag card/sticker will be delivered in 3-4 working days as of 28 nov 2019. However, i'm yet to receive the same. Tried calling the toll number [protected], since 10 days, but no use. Either the number is busy or nobody picks up the call.

                                        The hdfc phone banking says that they don't support fastag related queries and gave a mail id (Status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in), which doesn't work. The mail bounced back saying email address doesnt exist.

                                        Please let me know the status of delivery at the earliest and from where should i receive the card now.

                                        This is really frustrating experience with hdfc bank service as they don't own the fastag service though i purchased it through them and no clue what's happened to my card.

                                        I've travel plans this week and need this card as soon as possible.

                                        I have applied fastag since 15 day ago but no any apdate of my fastag. My fastag application refrence no. Is HFR544208 but my fastag not received. Very bad service by hdfc bank.
                                        My fasttag was registered before 15 days, but yet the fasttag has not been delivered...
                                        Didn't expect these kind of services from HDFC bank..
