I have applied for fastag on 02-dec-2019 and today is 18-dec-2019. I got email like the fastag got recharged, etc. But didn't get the fastag yet. There is no intimation like when it will reached to me. My application referrence is "hfr844592".
The customer care number you provided[protected] is pathetic. It is always busy and if got connected, then no one will attend the call. If you can't satisfy the customers, then don't do works like this.
Get me the fastag asap or refund me the amount. I will get fastag from some reliable sources.

Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 15 working days from the date of wallet creation. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.

Updated by arunsankars1989 My wallet got created and recharged on December - 6, 2019. According to your reply, I should get the tag in 15 working days and the dispatch details will be shared as SMS. This is the 17th working day today and I didn't get any intemation regarding the same. Please close the wallet and return me my money. I will get tag from some reliable company. What a pathetic unreliable service you have. And you are not keeping your words. Feeling like I got cheated.
