Hi,

On 16th dec 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number mir[protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 120717-mir[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do? However i haven't deposited any money more than 25k in my account could you please let me know what is happening

    Hi team,
    I have applied for the fast tag on november 2019 last week.
    I have received my customer id is[protected] and wallet id
    [protected]. I have not received my fasttag sticker yet.
    It is very very disappointing that the customer care number provided on the hdfc site, no one is answering the call. I have being calling this number since few weeks.

    To be frank the faculty provided by hdfc for this fast tag support is very very poor. Not sure what i need to.

      I have applied for hdfc fastag on 29 nov 2019 and till today date 17 dec 2019 i have not received any update about my hdfc fastag. As per you commitment i must receive it within 7 days. But still i am struggling for this. Being such a big organisation i have doubt on your service now. Even calling your toll free is not working each and every time the call is busy

      i have not received any dispatch details of the tag via SMS or E-mail, anyways today 20-12-19 my fastag delivered to my adddress. finally received my tag, but still HDFC should improve their system.

        I had applied for two number hdfc fastag which was promised to be delivered within 7 days. Now more than 13 days have passed but i am yet to receive my fastags. Kindly look into the complaint and get my fastags delivered at the earliest as i am facing problems during my frequent travelling.

          I paid on 30th november 2019 for fasttag through hdfc site and i received messages that my customer id and wallet id created but till date not received physical fastag and tried calling customer care number but no once picks the call. Worst service from hdfc. My amounts of rs 500 deducted and no fasttag received in 17 days. Need my fasttag to be immediately delivered.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr785497. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                I had applied for hdfc fastag with application reference: hfr906061. Though i got my customer id and wallet id i have still not received the fastag physically to my postal address shared with the bank.

                So for no updates on the same and i am still waiting to hear. I am trying to reach their customer service numbers, it is continuously engaged and when it connects no one will pick up.

                I need my fastag asap. Pls help

                  I applied for hdfc fastag on 15/12/2019 through the online portal and made a payment of rs. 500. I uploaded a copy of rc since then there is no update.
                  The portal said that i shall receive a pdf on the registered email, but there is no sigh of it yet.

                  The reference number of the application is hfr01117388.

                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. It just plays the music even when the call is connected after so much trouble.

                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates.

                      I have applied for fastag on 02-dec-2019 and today is 18-dec-2019. I got email like the fastag got recharged, etc. But didn't get the fastag yet. There is no intimation like when it will reached to me. My application referrence is "hfr844592".
                      The customer care number you provided[protected] is pathetic. It is always busy and if got connected, then no one will attend the call. If you can't satisfy the customers, then don't do works like this.

                      Get me the fastag asap or refund me the amount. I will get fastag from some reliable sources.

                      My wallet got created and recharged on December - 6, 2019. According to your reply, I should get the tag in 15 working days and the dispatch details will be shared as SMS. This is the 17th working day today and I didn't get any intemation regarding the same. Please close the wallet and return me my money. I will get tag from some reliable company. What a pathetic unreliable service you have. And you are not keeping your words. Feeling like I got cheated.

                        I have availed hdfc fastag through net banking and i received application no. Hfr603797. Despite payment of rs.500/-, i have not received the tag till today. Please oblige and satisfy your valuable customer. Since the last day for fastag has been fixed by the government as 31st december 2019, it is very difficult for me to travel even though i have made payment with your bank much earlier. Hence, it is just and necessary to comply my request and send the fastag with immediate effect.

                          I have received fastag during purchase of new car and my customer id is [protected], it has been more than two months now and still i haven't received any welcome emailer or wallet id which is mandatory to register my fastag.

                                I have 3 main issues
                                Issue 1) i have been charged more for same day return journey. An extra amount of rs.45/- has been deducted from my fasttag account. Need your support to reverse back the amount.
                                Amount deducted by hdfc fast tag:- rs.190/-
                                Amount which was supposed to be deducted is rs.135/-
                                I have raise a service request for the same in the hdfc site sr[protected] but of no use

                                Issue 2) the customer service representative speaks in hindi only, which is very difficult for people in south to understand, when asked for an english or other language representative the executive simply hung up

                                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                    I have been with hdfc for 20 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                      Sir, i applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, ref no. Hfr716459 also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                                      After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                                      The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 25th dec onwards.
