I have applied for fastag from hdfc bank and i got mail from hdfc that "your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/6/2019 11:08:05 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]".
And customer id is[protected].

However, i have not received fastag sticker till now. And the customer care number is always busy.

    Hi my self nandhini j i'm working in nelson manikam road nm tower, hdb financial services as hdfc prime banker, i joined in last year. Beginning itself shift timings 9.30 to 6.30 after few days they i'll ask to extend our shift timings for 7pm, then after few months they i'll made us to extend for till 8.30. Nearly we are working more 11 hours per day. We don't have any option to survive there. We i'll extending our shift timings and we left...

    I have applied for fastag through hdfc on 29th november 2019 (Ref no: hfr774378). Received a mail from hdfc on 5th december stating fastag issued successfully containing fastag i'd and wallet number. But i didn't receive the physical fastag till today (17th dec 2019) nor didn't receive any courier information related to dispatch of fastag. While applying fastag, it was mentioned that will be getting fastag within 7 working days. But it is almost three weeks since i applied fastag.

    I have tried calling HDFC fastag helpline number[protected] multiple times already. The number is being busy all the time, or if it rings the call is not being attended and after 5 mins the call get diconnected.

      I have applied for fastag on 30th nov and have not received yet. I have to travel on 20th dec'19. My application number is hfr793666. I applied because of promise of providing fastag in 7 working days however not received after 13 working days. Hence please issue it till 19th dec.
      Already tried to complaint at toll free number however not received good response also difficulty on contacting toll free number. That is another challenge. Overall it's useless service.

      But not received customer ID, wallet Id, nd rf number
      I applied for HDFC FASTag online with application no. HFR986475 on[protected]. I haven't received any update regarding the same. Customer care no. Is useless. Seems fraud by the bank.

      I Have requested fastag on 11-Nov-19. Almost month over Still I didn't get my fastag. I called customer care no proper response. Please take necessary Action to get the fastag. Worst support.

        Fastag application reference number hfr380599. No email received and amount deducted / paid from my account.
        I have applied for fastag, but a message flashed (Attached) that the fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id. Unable to contact at [protected] as no response on this number, and no contact email for complaint.
        Rs. 500/- deducted form my account but no confirmation email or any call received for fastag. Also attached my vehicle rc.

All the charges are paid and I have also received customer id & wallet id but the fastag sticker that need to be pasted in car still not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. Now is almost 3 weeks past . how to get the sticker. No response from bank or customer care mails.
          Now the money in wallet is of no use without sticker.

            I applied for hdfc fastag online on 9/12/19 with appilcation ref no. Hfr975185 and made payment of inr 500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
            I received customer id & wallet id also and got a message as it was recharged for inr 300.
            But i haven't received my sticker yet.If there is any problem with communication address to send the sticker courier please give me some email id or contact number to update it.

            Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy or it plays a music. I want to know when i'll get my sticker

                I had applied for the HDFC Fastag on: 4/11/2019, for one of my Car KA04MK2146 i see the account ID has been created by not received my Tag, I has been updating the same in the portal and no response nor able to reach Customer care, Number provided is always busy and unable to reach, I need assistance as i need to travel long this month with Tag and its been made mandate, please assist.

                  Hdfc bank fastag — physical fastag not received at registered address


                  I have applied for fastag on 029/11/2019 with hdfc bank, payment of rs 500/- has been deducted also got confirmation for activation & recharge but till today (15/12/2019) havent received physical tag at my address, there is no way of tracking & toll free number never connects.

                  I got my customer id and wallet id through sms. When I login, I do not see any thing under Main Control Elements section. Also, how do I know where is my fastag card as it has not been reached yet.
                  My fastag reference number is HFR718823 on dated[protected] but card is not received yet at given address. Please it as early as possible.
                  I have applied for Fastag vide ref no HFR 958439. Rs. 500 has been deducted from my account. No Fastag received till date. Pl look into the matter.

                  Hello..AS mentioned in subject please forward me the status of my application. The Toll freee number of HDFC bank fast tag is not working. Payment deducted from my account is Rs. 500/-. This is not fair on part of HDFC bank. If not willing to provide any information or acknowledgment plz dont enter into any of these things & mislead people.

                    Sir I am primium customer of HDFC Bank, using net banking also & having credit card rigaliya user .I have done payment through this card for fastage ane even mail through I received coustomer I'd & wallet id also .Even I got message also about my balance in card ...But still card not received .even I also generate password on bank side for fastage...Then my self complaint to local HDFC branch they have sent me status in that status payment status failed seen..& I even check credit card statement there payment status seen me done for fastage.. I also sent copy via whatapp to connected local branch stil they have no proper reply ..even I see coustomer care number always seen busy even whole day...hope I get proper support...from this ..u have account with adajan branch Surat

                      On 17.12.19 i was travelling via my CAR mh-10-ba-9289 from pune-sangli with valid fastag and full balance on that of rs 600 and crossed NHAI toll plaza on khed-shivapur at 7.59 am, toll plaza did not recognize the fastag hence after 15 mints of fight I paid in cash rs. 95, as per hdfc fastag policy, but after 1.5 hrs the double debit of rs. 95 on fastag message was sent on my reg mobile.
                      I request to refund that rs.95 on my fastag wallet. And govt shall make mandatory for all toll plaza's to make compulsory to update their machinery of scanning fastag and not to harrase clients of fastag to pay double fees on toll plaza...

                        Hdfc bank fastag : sticker not yet received

                        I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                        After that i received customer id & wallet id on 28/11/2019 through sms. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                        The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                        I have applied for HDFC Fastag online on 28.11.2019, it was to be delivered within 7 working days. Wallet is generated, but the tag is still no despatched, even after 15 working days.
                        Why it is not delivered? I was expecting prompt service from HDFC bank, which very prompt in applying charges from the customer.
                        I did not receive my fastag which i applied on 17 November still today i did not receive fastag nor any email. I have paid 2200 for 2 vehicles. Reference NO. HRF390556

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied for HDFC fast tag on 30th November. I have paid INR 500/-. I have received an email that Tag has been issues successfully on 5th December.
                          My Customer id for Fastag is[protected], The linked account OR wallet id is[protected].

                          Even after 2 weeks I have not received the fastag delivery. I was told I will get it in 5 to 7 working days.

                          I am an existing HDFC bank customer and the money is deducted from the account. I am currently clueless about when it will get delivered ? Whether its really issued OR the money has been lost ? The helpline number doesnot work, bank guys have given NHAI 1033 number, they dont entertain bank issued fastag complaints. I am feeling helpless and hanging.

                            I applied for the for the fastag on 08/12/19. For my heavy vehicle class 12 through hdfc portal. I have paid Rs.1100/- for the fastag. On that day they mentioned that we will receive the fastag within 7 days.
                            Till now no response from the HDFC bank side and one more worst thing is Customer care number is not working. This is the worst experience.

In the message, it was referred that application PDF will be sent to the registered email Id but I have not received any email yet. Also, no representative has contacted as per the message.                                 I have got all my user id over a mail and all the information. But it is really urgent for the sticker to arrive at the mail address.

                                Please note that HDFC has never provided such bad service till date making the customers wait with a number that is always busy and no email responses to mails sent to FAST TAG team. The regular HDFC helpdesk members dont care about this

                                  However, fast tag customer id and wallet id is issued on 5.12.2019.

                                  Still its disappointing that fast tag is not delivered and also there is no tracking process of status.

                                  My application number is HFR678168. I have applied for fast tag on 28th November. I have still not received the same.

                                  Their number is always engaged. Also note I have paid twice as the online system had error. I am not able to resolve this as I am unable to connect with anyone.
                                  I forgot HDFC Fastag user id password. Toll free number found always busy. How to get user id and password
                                  I have activated my FasTag through HDFC Bank and got a mail in confirmation. I also did log in to the FasTag website. However, there's no information about the RFID sticker yet, and the helpline is perennially busy. Please let me know where and how I can get the RFID sticker.

                                    HDFC Fastag is one of the worst ever Fastag issuer and playing with customer patience. I have paid almost a month back the amount, still there is no track of Tag issue or status update. My application ref no.HFR640287.

                                    Customer care is 24hrs busy, if it gets connected, they talk like they are sleeping and disconnects the call without resolving your issue. They are playing with customer patience. No other medium except customer care number to contact and it is always busy...you hardly get connected.

                                    Guys please do not go for HDFC Fastag...

                                      I have applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.1500 for three cars, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate on[protected]. After that i received customer id & wallet id on[protected] through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for rs.300 per car. But still i haven't received fast tag stickers. Need to know the exact date on which i can receive the tags. Tollfree number provided at the time of online payment[protected] is not connecting even after repeated attempt from 13th dec onwards.
                                      The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                                      Unable to transfer funds from HDFC to any beneficiary account. Says "We regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction."

                                      Can I know reason for the same?
                                      I applied for fastag from HDFC bank on 24th of November. Money is deducted from my account. HDFC bank has sent the fastag customer ID and wallet ID. However they haven't sent the physical fastag so far. Their fastag customer care number is unanswered. And the HDFC Bank customer care say they don't deal with fastag. Need urgent help on this.
