I had applied for hdfc fastag on 30/11/2019 online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 05/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
The tollfree no does not work called so many times. Iam this type of worst service from hdfc. My application no:hfr811106.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7099 without my concern on date 11/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

      I have applied for fastag and got my wallet id/customer id with balance of 300 rs. But i have not received my sticker yet and its been more than 20 days of applying. Customer care doesn't work and when works then no one pick the call up. I complained about it on hdfc bank customer care number then they suggested to call on same number which i dialed already. No one is there to help on this and i'm very disappointed with hdfc services.

        I have applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.

          I have a home loan with hdfc and wanted to make a pre-payment of my home loan amount (Home loan file no[protected]. However, they wanted me to send me a cheque instead of a real time bank to bank transfer. When i posted the cheque to their london office (From a diff city), they stated that it was wrongly filled in and that i should not write the mortgage number on the front of the cheque.
          They also demanded a 6 months bank statement.
          They outright refused to accept the real time rtgs or neft bank to bank transfer.
          Despite complaining that sending this cheque by post to their london office, which in turn will be directed to delhi hdfc by the london office will be very time consuming they would not accept any other form of home loan repayment option. I find this a hindrance towards timely quick repayment and it makes me wonder if by doing so they would rather continue to charge their monthly emis by making a profit on the high interest their charge.
          When i wanted to make a complaint to their customer care or when i asked for the hdfc grievance redressal officer's contact details, i was asked to write the complaint to the london office without specifying as to how will they acknowledge it or address the issue. I was left disappointed by the hdfc, london.

            I've been hdfc bank customer since 7 years but never faced such pathetic service.
            I applied for the fastag on 4th dec and it's been 14 days now and i have not received it though promised to deliver within 7 days.

            Not able to call support as the number is either busy or unavailable.

            Not at all expected from reputed bank like hdfc. Do fastrack your processing and don't make other's life hell.

            Here is the screenshot of the application submission, where you confirmed to deliver fastag within 7 working days from 4th dec 2019. Why are you delaying it and confirming it to be delivered in 15 working days from today?
            I've been paying double toll since 15th dec 2019. When and how HDFC is going to refund extra toll charges I am paying because of your delay?
            I need an Answer and I am going to claim it as I have all the receipts of double payment.

              Hi i use my credit card on aliexpress site and the items are defaulted so they start my refund process on 3 dec 2019 and they issue arn no on 9 the dec with full refund but the refund doesn't come in my credit car account. I get my refund from aliexpress with arn no 74547069339020027752278 but hdfc bank didn't transfer my funds in my credit card. I want my refund back which is 4.66 usd dated 9/12/19.

                I have applied for fastag through hdfc on 28th november 2019 (Application ref no: hfr653523). Received a mail from hdfc on 4th december stating fastag issued successfully containing fastag i'd and wallet number. But i didn't receive the physical fastag till today (17th dec 2019) nor didn't receive any courier information related to dispatch of fastag. While applying fastag, it was mentioned that will be getting fastag within 7 working days. But it is almost three weeks since i applied fastag.

                  I'd purchased fastag through hdfc bank.

                  The fastag was created successfully on 23 nov 2019. And 300 rs also has been recharged on same day.

                  Also received message that the fastag card/sticker will be delivered in 3-4 working days as of 28 nov 2019. However, i'm yet to receive the same. Tried calling the toll number [protected], since 10 days, but no use. Either the number is busy or nobody picks up the call.

                  The hdfc phone banking says that they don't support fastag related queries and gave a mail id (Status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in), which doesn't work. The mail bounced back saying email address doesnt exist.

                  Please let me know the status of delivery at the earliest and from where should i receive the card now.

                  This is really frustrating experience with hdfc bank service as they don't own the fastag service though i purchased it through them and no clue what's happened to my card.

                  I've travel plans this week and need this card as soon as possible.

Beginning itself shift timings 9.30 to 6.30 after few days they i'll ask to extend our shift timings for 7pm, then after few months they i'll made us to extend for till 8.30.                         I have applied for fastag on 30th nov and have not received yet. I have to travel on 20th dec'19. My application number is hfr793666. I applied because of promise of providing fastag in 7 working days however not received after 13 working days. Hence please issue it till 19th dec.
                        Already tried to complaint at toll free number however not received good response also difficulty on contacting toll free number. That is another challenge. Overall it's useless service.

                          I have applied for fastag, but a message flashed (Attached) that the fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id. Unable to contact at [protected] as no response on this number, and no contact email for complaint.

                              I applied for hdfc fastag online on 9/12/19 with appilcation ref no. Hfr975185 and made payment of inr 500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
                              I received customer id & wallet id also and got a message as it was recharged for inr 300.
                              But i haven't received my sticker yet.If there is any problem with communication address to send the sticker courier please give me some email id or contact number to update it.

                              Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy or it plays a music. I want to know when i'll get my sticker

                                I had placed the order online on Dec 4 2019 with ref no: HFR889650 and it has deliver within 7 days as per Acknowledge form HDFC Fastag. But till now i haven't got the Tag. Please take this complaint and resolve asap.

                                IMP Note: There is no response from helpline no. and don't no where to go to fix this.

                                  I had applied for the HDFC Fastag on: 4/11/2019, for one of my Car KA04MK2146 i see the account ID has been created by not received my Tag, I has been updating the same in the portal and no response nor able to reach Customer care, Number provided is always busy and unable to reach, I need assistance as i need to travel long this month with Tag and its been made mandate, please assist.

                                    Hdfc bank fastag — physical fastag not received at registered address


                                    I have applied for fastag on 029/11/2019 with hdfc bank, payment of rs 500/- has been deducted also got confirmation for activation & recharge but till today (15/12/2019) havent received physical tag at my address, there is no way of tracking & toll free number never connects.

                                    I got my customer id and wallet id through sms. When I login, I do not see any thing under Main Control Elements section. Also, how do I know where is my fastag card as it has not been reached yet.
                                    My fastag reference number is HFR718823 on dated[protected] but card is not received yet at given address. Please it as early as possible.
                                    I have applied for Fastag vide ref no HFR 958439. Rs. 500 has been deducted from my account. No Fastag received till date. Pl look into the matter.
                                    What is post track number my hdfc fastag application HFR860498.application date 02|12|2019 after 10 days passed there was no any information send me by hdfc fastag company.
                                    I had applied for the Fastag on 26/11/2019 vide ref no HFR552646. ON 30/11/2019 I received a message that it Shall be dispatched within 4 working days but till date i.e 12/12/2019 we still haven't received the Fastag. Please look into it.
                                    There was no proper response from the manager and staffs in hdfc bank hosur... they are treating me like a dog...since my card was retained in hdfc atm m.g.road hosur...I was struggling for the past two days without money and card..wat can I do for my expenses...pls do the needful...

                                    Hi, i have done online hdfc fastag registration two week back, but i have not received any communication till now. my APPLICATION ID is HFR887626,
                                    i paid 500 rs for this. tell me now to cancel it so, that i can buy manually for other retail outlets. not happy with HDFC service. very bad...

                                    I am waiting for fastag applied on 15 November.
                                    Application number HFR377666. Tag issue mail got but still tag not received, kindly give me details of courier number for same
                                    I called service number 20 times but not connected
                                    I am HDFC customer. I applied HDFC fastag online around one week back. Fee had detected twice but no response from HDFC fastag.Please help.

                                    Hello..AS mentioned in subject please forward me the status of my application. The Toll freee number of HDFC bank fast tag is not working. Payment deducted from my account is Rs. 500/-. This is not fair on part of HDFC bank. If not willing to provide any information or acknowledgment plz dont enter into any of these things & mislead people.

                                      Sir I am primium customer of HDFC Bank, using net banking also & having credit card rigaliya user .I have done payment through this card for fastage ane even mail through I received coustomer I'd & wallet id also .Even I got message also about my balance in card ...But still card not received .even I also generate password on bank side for fastage...Then my self complaint to local HDFC branch they have sent me status in that status payment status failed seen..& I even check credit card statement there payment status seen me done for fastage.. I also sent copy via whatapp to connected local branch stil they have no proper reply ..even I see coustomer care number always seen busy even whole day...hope I get proper support...from this ..u have account with adajan branch Surat
