Dear hdfc bank,
I have met with mr. Nikhil suthar who works in thaltej branch, ahmedabad hdfc bank dated on 25th november, 2019.
I have given all the documents and told him to open the bank account, after every 1 day he have asked me to share something new, like stamp to be given, photo to be given, form sign is missing.
He knows that i want to open account in the minimum balance maintenance still he have offered me 25k minimum balance maintaining account and told me that you have avg. Maintenance in your another exiting account why cant you afford this with the same balance amount?, where as he knows that i was for edc machine only.
In all this complications he have needed that week when i asked him that you are doing this for just to get secure your next month target then he just smiled and didnt said anything.
Till today bank account not opened and he told me that there are many queries been raised where as i am not aware about that as a customer.
