fastag not delivered

Fasttag not delivered to my address. The fastag customer care never pickup call. I want to colse my wallet the tag is not with me yet. No call has come from HDFC to me to assist me to get the fastag. Pathetic service. If you cant manage it dont lose your trust.
I have applied for fastag online. There was complete non responsive customer care. I called repeatedly. On complaint on consumer complaints website HDFC created my fastag wallet...

I have applied for hdfc fasttag on nov 29th bearing the ref no hfr715284.
Wallet has been created with id:[protected] on dec 4th and rs. 300 is loaded into account. I have not received the physical fasttag and not received any communication. Fasttag is mandatory now and i am facing issues with tolls. Pathetic service from hdfc. If fifteen days is not enough for hdfc to serve the fasttag request. It is a serious issue on their end...

The tollfree does not work most of the times and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory...

Although during my application submission i was informed that i will recieve the card in next 7 day, but till now i have not received my card.

hdfc fastag not received inspire of payment

I applied for a fastag through hdfc bank portal on 29/11/2019 and paid the rs. 500/- fee for the same. My application no. Is hfr774450.
I received my customer and wallet id on 04/12/2019 and the respective wallet recharge message on 05/12/3019. The bank website as well as their bank representatives said the fastag will be delivered in 7 working days. It has been over 10 days since. I have tried dozens of times to contact their helpline...

I applied for a fastag from hdfc some time in july 2019. I got my fastag by mail within a couple of weeks after that. However, the mail did not contain any wallet id. I spoke to hdfc and they said i will receive an email from fastag with a welcome message and wallet id. Even after waiting for over 4 months, i am yet to receive any email with wallet id. Alert:rs.999.00 spent via credit card xx8451 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:18:41:40 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].

All of a sudden i receive this message. Saying the amount is deducted from my account and when i checked it has actually been deducted. It didn't even ask for any otp.

I haven't even ordered anything.

Please help me get the refund...

hdfc fastag blacklisted

I have purchased the fastag from hdfc bank last year in jan 2018. And i have recharged ₹200 and in my wallet i have ₹500. But when i cross tollgate today morning, its shows "fastag is blacklisted". I dont know what kind of service you are providing me. Worst experience.

I applied for fastag from hdfc site on november 14,.. Registered and uploaded all documents, 600rs deducted for same but i neither got confirmation sms or email for same. It has been over a month and i have not received anything. Customer care number does not work, email id does not work, home branch says we cannot do anything. Regretting buying this from hdfc.
In short they have made sure you cannot reach them in case you have fastag...

There is no way to track the status of the fastag and the customer care number is always busy. Please let me know the status of fastag and how many days it will take to be delivered....

Ordered fastag sticker online from hdfc website. Amount detected but product not received, no mail no sms. Have the application reference number after payment. The customer care number is of no use. Always busy tone.
