I have applied for fast tag on 15/12/19 using hdfc cedit card and rs.500/- have been paid for the same. My fast tag application reference no is. Hfr1128175.

I have given my email id as [protected]@radiantengg.com.

But so far i have not recieved any confirmation on my email id nor on mobile. Please do the needful since. I have to apply for one more vehicle.

      I have purchased fastag from hdfc bank through online. I have paid amount of rs. 500/- and my application number was hfr392599 on 18-november-2019. But till date i did not received the fastag. As per their instruction it will be send within 7 days. Regarding this issue i called to customer care ([protected]) and given complaint. And after continues follow up also they giving different answers, like within two days. Almost i am calling daily regarding this. 1 month has been completed.

      I don't know what happended to HDFC bank, they completely failed in fastag service. Till they asking me time, already two extentions given.
      First they sought a time o[censored]p to December 24, 2019
      Second extention asked a time o[censored]p to January 01, 2020.
      Now they asking time o[censored]p to January 07, 2020.

      I request HDFC bank that if they unable to handle Fastag service, please refund my amount.

      There is lot of banks are there which provide fastag service...

        Hdfc bank insisted me to go for fastag online. I applied for the same on 30th november 2019 and rs. 500 deducted from my account. I got the acknowledgement saying, "update: fastag application hfr788103 was successful.
        You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days.
        For details, call [protected]"
        Now, i neither received fastag nor the pdf copy. The customer care number gets engaged all the time and i am clue less what to do next.
        Didn't expect such bullsheet from reputed bank like hdfc and i am customer of this bank from last 20 years.

Received SMS alert saying will be delivered on 10.12.2019 but till date no further news or receipt of same. Also Toll Free Helpline number is continously busy and cannot get through. Your Urgent action solicited.

            I have applied for fast tag on 2nd december from the hdfc fasttag website and chasing since last week over email no one is responding even the payment is credited and rs 300 has been uploaded in the wallet.

            The fast tag rule has been applied from government while still more than 15 days hdfc is not able to deliver the fast tag on time.

            If penalty is levied does hdfc pay for the same?

              I applied for fastag from the online portal on 1st december. My fastag ref number is hfr821321. I have still not received the two tags. The money has been deducted from my credit card. I have sent emails to status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in - that email id does not work. I have been trying the phone [protected] - that number does not work.

              Can someone resolve this please

              I am disappointed by the delay - I applied on 1st Dec and so already 18 days are done. 7-10 working days essentially mean that it will be into 2020 before I can even think of getting it.

                I have applied for hdfc fastag on 10th nov 2019 online and on 23rd november 2019 received text that my fastag is issued and my customer id is[protected] along with the wallet id which is also recharged.

                Then on 28th november received another text that my fastag wallet has been created and card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days.

                After this date neither i got any text from the bank on this subject, nor my fastag is delivered to my address. The number given on website is a toll free number and it never gets connected. I have been trying this number since last so many days and it never got connected.

                There is no chat option available on the website, no email id mentioned in the website. There is no way that we can get connected with the bank and check the status of the application.

                This is highly frustrating that hdfc kind of name is behaving in such a way. Can somebody get this listened.

                    I had purchased a mobile phone in amazon by using hdfc cashback offer on 12/aug/2019
                    The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 127 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
                    Its a fraud!

                              Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (For security amount & top up amount) on 30 nov2019. The reference number of the application is hfr803270. I have uploaded required document and since then there is no update.

                              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                              I have been with hdfc for 5years now (Loans, hdfc life mf) and i was not expected these response
                              The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status and when will i get my fastag

                                I have applied for the fast tag from hdfc bank fastag portal (Hfr381321). I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                  I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.1000 for two vehicles, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                                  After that i received customer id & wallet id three weeks back through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                                  The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it has already become mandatory after dec 15.

                                    Dear sir/ madam,

                                    Can i please know, when will i receive my fastag (Physical tag to put on the car) at the registered address, i am still waiting for the same and need to start using it after dec 15, 2019. Today is dec 17, 2019.

                                    I paid using hdfc credit card (Rs 500) and same is showing as deducted on dec 2, 2019.

                                    I got the confirmation on dec 6, 2019 with wallet id, customer id and created my account online as well for recharge etc going forward.
                                    But same is not working now.

                                    I have visited the local hdfc magarpatta pune branch and their response is that we have no clue, system is slow, our hands are tied to help you further etc. They raised a crm in their internal system with a resolution date of dec 12. But it is still unanswered. I have visited the branch 3 times and spent on an average 1 hour every visit for the same. I have dropped an email as well to hdfc but no response since last 8 days on that as well.

                                    Please respect the value of time of customers and provide an update.

                                    Toll free number is of no use as it says waiting time is more than 30 min and gets disconnected by itself after 5 min.

                                    Fastag application fastracked and I got it today. But there was a communication gap with customer and I am not so happy with follow ups to be done for the same and time spent on this.

                                      Had purchased HDFC fastag in Sep and activated however been following up for more than three months now to get the vehicle number updated. Phone support number never works, i had emailed too

                                      what more am I supposed to do? Pathetic customer service rather no customer service at all

                                        I had applied for fastag via hdfcf bank and i got an email message

                                        Dear customer,
                                        Your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/6/2019 12:53:23 am. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

                                        But till date i didn't receive it
