Hdfc bank — fastag sticker not received


I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 05/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards. I m facing many problems at toll plaza

    I applied for a HDFC FASTag with the fee of 500 r.s. After 7 working days I got an SMS telling that FASTag has been issued successfully and even a customer id and wallet id is provided. The FASTag even got recharged with 300 r.s. but the FASTag has not been received yet.

      Myself srinivas bearing a credit card with your bank. I have taken this card and not used this card neither generated the pin. I took the card as at the time of giving the card your people said it was a life time free card. But probably after one year they asked me for the charges and interest in it. I settled the card with an amount of850 rs and requested your people to close my card. They have taken the amount and never bothered to close the account.
      Legally there was no communication as such. No mail no phone.

      Now after more than a year after this, when i have opened an hdfc savings account, without any prior information your people have forcefully cut 5500 rs approximately from my sb account. There is no reason fot it. I am trying to reach your customer care n number of times but in vain. I had been to one of the bank recently but they guided me to a collection centre with a phone number but that number is not working.

      Request you to kindly consider this at most importance and address.

        Have applied for FASTAG last month. and I received the login details on 6th. Dec Found that the wallet has been created and recharged for 300 Rs..

        But still I am yet to receive the Sticker...

        And the call center is simply useless.. Not working, Sent a mail also to customer care, no response

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 1000inr (For two fastag, not sure why they charging 500inr for one, also 500inr includes some kind of insurance i dnt know why). The reference number of the application is hfr838045. Now its been 3 weeks i haven’t received the fastag.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc,) and this is the worst moment with them.
          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

            I have applied for fastag under hfr879038 and submitted required documents with application itself on 3rd december. It's being more than 7 working days and i haven't received my fastag. Hdfc fastag customer service is also not helping. When i called them, they have told me to wait some more day. I am not understanding the issue here. Due to their late delivery i have to paid more toll which is not acceptable.

            But on application it is mentioned that fastag will be delivered in 7 working days. If it's not the case then why you are miss selling it.

                Hi team,
                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500. The reference number of the application is hfr01115342. And it informed i will get a mail but still no mail and no update and there is no way to communicate.

                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                And i am having hdfc account from last 6 years but this is the first time i am seeing some miscommunication from hdfc bank

                  Yesterday i applied for hdfc fastag in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500. I didn't receive an email for it. May i know how long it will take me to receive an email. Also what is the process to get the delivery of fastag?

                  One more thing i need to address here is why i need to complete criteria of minimum 350 letters, this is really frustrating.

                    Dear team,
                    I had requested fastag from hdfc bank on 6th december 2019 through online request. A sum of rs.500 was deducted from my account and i was sent an sms stating fastag will be delivered within 7 days. Few days back i was sent message stating fastag has been issued but it has been 10 days now, sticker is not delivered. I tried reaching to toll free number several times but no one picks. There is no contact points too.

                      Dear hdfc bank,

                      I have met with mr. Nikhil suthar who works in thaltej branch, ahmedabad hdfc bank dated on 25th november, 2019.
                      I have given all the documents and told him to open the bank account, after every 1 day he have asked me to share something new, like stamp to be given, photo to be given, form sign is missing.
                      He knows that i want to open account in the minimum balance maintenance still he have offered me 25k minimum balance maintaining account and told me that you have avg. Maintenance in your another exiting account why cant you afford this with the same balance amount?, where as he knows that i was for edc machine only.
                      In all this complications he have needed that week when i asked him that you are doing this for just to get secure your next month target then he just smiled and didnt said anything.
                      Till today bank account not opened and he told me that there are many queries been raised where as i am not aware about that as a customer.

                            I tried many times customer care number but i could not talked him.

                                Am waiting for months to get my fastag. I got only

                                I have raised many complaint not getting proper response. Pls DNT reply to contact toll free or email which doesn't exist

                                I expected to give fastag in 7 days.. remove the link in HDFC so that no one will use your online

                                  I received an email saying fastag issued with my customer id, and another mail that my wallet is recharged. But I have not received the fastag sticker till now. When will I get it and is there anyway to track it. Helpline is not connecting.

                                  How wallet is rechareged without giving any physical sticker.

                                  I emailed but no response Now these guys are not even answering twitter Such pathetic people

                                    There is clearly deficiency on the part of HDFC as they are not giving details of fastag and also helpline not working

                                      I had applied for HDFC FasTAG on 3rd December. I paid Rs. 500.
                                      On 6th December, Recieved a message saying "FASTag has been issued successfully". Received customer ID 19xxxxxxx367 and Wallet ID 19xxxxxxxxx142.
                                      On 7th december, received a message saying "FasTag has been successfully recharged for Rs. 300". Received reference number 300xxxxxxxxxxx407.

                                      I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE FASTAG.
                                      UNABLE TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE [protected]. it is NEVER REACHABLE.

                                        I have applied for HDFC bank Fastag on 30 November 2019. My application number is HFR782627.

                                        Till now, I have not yet received my Fastag RFID sticker. It is more than 2 weeks from my application.

                                        I am a frequent traveler as well via toll gates. Despite a premium customer of HDFC bank, I have not received any proper response from HDFC bank Fastag unit. The customer care number is not reachable.

                                        Requesting HDFC to look into this issue urgently and courier me the Fastag sticker urgently to my address.
