I am so tired of these getting calls regarding voice otp...I don't know, it started from one month somehow and at any purchase, I need to enter otp. Though I got otp everytime in message, still I got calls regarding otp at least 5-6 times... I am not getting where to complaint about this...In hdfc website complaint site, all I am finding the complaints with option, I have to select an option to register a complaint, now what if i don't have any complaint from that options? This is so ridiculous and annoying to get these many calls at a time while I am doing online transaction, many times due to these calls my transaction hot failed...I am so disappointed. Also I am getting same otp or any deductions messages 7-8 times at a time. This is not acceptable. You should do something.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Request you to please get this sorted rather than providing us the mail address of fastag. Will much appriciate if it is sorted out from HDFC bank's side. Because i have paid HDFC the amount of fastag and nobody else. You cannot move aside after selling something from your end. Request you to please check the status of my fastag and do let me know.
