hdfc fastag

I applied for fastag from hdfc site on november 14,.. Registered and uploaded all documents, 600rs deducted for same but i neither got confirmation sms or email for same. It has been over a month and i have not received anything. Customer care number does not work, email id does not work, home branch says we cannot do anything. Regretting buying this from hdfc.
In short they have made sure you cannot reach them in case you have fastag...

fastag not received

I have applied for fastag on 30 november via reference number hfr783240 through hdfc bank. I have not received the fastag though the wallet id has been created on 5 december. There is no way to track the status of the fastag and the customer care number is always busy. Please let me know the status of fastag and how many days it will take to be delivered....

I applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500 on 29th nov 2019. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
Calling your helpline, i got reply saying the fastag has been issued but not dispatched....

My application for fastag was successful on 8th dec 2019 by paying 500 for my car. Today, i got an email stating fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/15/2019 12:06:35 pm with a transaction reference number but still not received with the fastag yet.
Could you please update when i will be receiving it as calling the help line number was unsuccessful. Also, i suggest that there should be a dedicated...

Ordered fastag sticker online from hdfc website. Amount detected but product not received, no mail no sms. Have the application reference number after payment. The customer care number is of no use. Always busy tone.

I need my money back.

The tollfree does not work most of the times and i'm struggling to get fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

My payment was successful....

I have applied for fastag from hdfc bank on 02nd dec and i have received several messages that your fastag has been successfully recharged with application no - hfr846001 but fastag has not been delivered on my address which i have mentioned while applying for it.

It was mentioned on the form that i will be getting my fastag in 7 days but still i haven't received any.

Team, is have applied for my fastag on 30-11-19 and till date I have not received it. I have got the message that the card has been issued and has been recharged with 300 Rs. But the tag is not yet reached to my mailing address.

No one is picking up on the helpline number.

I have applied for the HDFC Bank fastag services on 2nd Of December and paid for the same on the very same day. It was mentioned that I would be getting a pdf on my email and a message on my registered mobile number but none of them was provided by the bank.

How can I know weather the Tag id is generated and how we can track it ....

fastag complaint

My HDFC fastag order reference number is HFR810864.
15days completed, not sent the fastag card to me. I called twice by waiting 20min on call. No use.
Now govt final date was completed. If HDFC don’t have the capacity then why they are advertising. T

My time got wasted and i paid 500 rs. I need this card urgently...

I was applied hdfc fastag 14/11/2019 reference no hfr372434, but after one month my fastag is not dispatch & also not received. Hdfc application receipt clear mention fastag will be delivered with in 7-8 working days.
As per new government rule from 15/12/2019 double amount will be pay if you have no fastag.
So please support me & advise me abot this.
Hdfc fastag customer care no. Is not working properly & not given any...

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 22/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr469579 and made payment of inr 500.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 24/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.
