I'm apply for fast tag on 3rd dec 2019. But till time i'm not received any call & any document & also your toll free no not responding many time try. Pl resolve my complaint urgent bases. Otherwise provide the alternate no for further inquiry & permanent resolution as per receiving your conformation which is committed for only 7 days but till now 14 days go

    After that i received customer id & wallet id on 05/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. Kindly send asap

      I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500 with application reference hfr799886.
      I also received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for rs.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. The tollfree is useless. Onlne tracking shows status as dispatch pending. Reason is unknown.
      I have been with hdfc for 10+ years now for various services, this is the worst experience by far.

        I have registered for fast tag on dec 6. I did not receive the fast tag physically to my address. I do not know when i will get the fastag.

        I tried to call the customer care number for sales and queries for more than a week to know about the status.

        But the call is not connected either it says the number is busy or phone rings that is all.

        Even the hdfc customer care people try to contact the number it is not connected for them too.

        Its really a annoying service i never expected from hdfc as i have account there for more than 10 years.

            I am supposed to travel to my hometown for vacation on the 19th dec, wherein i have to go through at least 15 toll booths.

              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.600. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
              The tollfree does not work most of the times and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                I've applied online for fastag on 3rd dec. Received sms on 6th dec that the amount has been credited and the customer i. D[protected].

                However, the physical fastag is yet not received and the toll free number of customer care is not responding/busy all the time.

                There is no way i am able to reach them to inquire about the status.

                  Hi, need a urgent help, today i removed money from my near by bank atm sbi saket branch majiwada thane west, but i didn't receive money, instead of that from my account the money was deducted and also got the sms alert that you withdraw so and so amount is deducted from your account, and also in the machine the message was flashing that machine is temporarily not working, spoke to the security of the atm, he was also not aware of this situation, kindly please help me in this issue and help me how can my amount is refund, thanks in advance

                    My customer id is 43947365.
                    On 16th dec 2019, i logged in into hdfc bank for fasttag. I did all the steps provided by bank. I have paid 500 rs also. But after paying 500 rs error page came automatically. I waited for 5 more minutes but nothing was happened.
                    After that i was trying to reached hdfc fasttag customer care[protected] but no one was answering the call. Very pathetic service from hdfc bank.
                    Means they have taken my money and not responding my call also.
                    Worst service. I will not recommend any one to use any service from hdfc bank.

The fastag application also not received to my mail id. Is im going to get the sticker or have to tak eit from another source. Last is consumer court.
                      Please help in this regard and try to send sticker quikly.

                            I applied for a HDFC FASTag with the fee of 500 r.s. After 7 working days I got an SMS telling that FASTag has been issued successfully and even a customer id and wallet id is provided. The FASTag even got recharged with 300 r.s. but the FASTag has not been received yet.

                              Myself srinivas bearing a credit card with your bank. I have taken this card and not used this card neither generated the pin. I took the card as at the time of giving the card your people said it was a life time free card. But probably after one year they asked me for the charges and interest in it. I settled the card with an amount of850 rs and requested your people to close my card. They have taken the amount and never bothered to close the account.
                              Legally there was no communication as such. No mail no phone.

                              Now after more than a year after this, when i have opened an hdfc savings account, without any prior information your people have forcefully cut 5500 rs approximately from my sb account. There is no reason fot it. I am trying to reach your customer care n number of times but in vain. I had been to one of the bank recently but they guided me to a collection centre with a phone number but that number is not working.

                              Request you to kindly consider this at most importance and address.

                                Have applied for FASTAG last month. and I received the login details on 6th. Dec Found that the wallet has been created and recharged for 300 Rs..

                                But still I am yet to receive the Sticker...

                                And the call center is simply useless.. Not working, Sent a mail also to customer care, no response

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 1000inr (For two fastag, not sure why they charging 500inr for one, also 500inr includes some kind of insurance i dnt know why). The reference number of the application is hfr838045. Now its been 3 weeks i haven’t received the fastag.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc,) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                    I have applied for fastag under hfr879038 and submitted required documents with application itself on 3rd december. It's being more than 7 working days and i haven't received my fastag. Hdfc fastag customer service is also not helping. When i called them, they have told me to wait some more day. I am not understanding the issue here. Due to their late delivery i have to paid more toll which is not acceptable.

                                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500. The reference number of the application is hfr01115342. And it informed i will get a mail but still no mail and no update and there is no way to communicate.

                                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                        And i am having hdfc account from last 6 years but this is the first time i am seeing some miscommunication from hdfc bank
