Hello hdfc fastag team,

On 29th of nov, 2019, i had applied for fastag using hdfc fastag online but yet to receive any response/email/sms from you.

The rs.500/- had been deducted from my hdfc account but afterwards there is no response from your end as i'm not sure whether the request itself got processed or not.

Please expertise from your end to provide me a proper update.

    I submitted online application for fastag thru hdfc bank. While they promised the same will be delivered to my address in 7 working days, i have not heard from them so far neither have received an email from them. My fastag application reference number hfr923010. Trying to reach there cont no [protected] from past 3-4 days but number is always busy.

    Have received the sms saying fastag is issued and topped up, but when would i get the same is a question.

      Hello sir / madam,

      I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

      I have not received any rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.

        I have applied for fast tag on 3rd dec with hdfc bank. Received details of account on 6th dec2019. Still not received fast tag sticker. Even trying to reach customer care number which is always busy. I didn't except such bad experience from hdfc. Even i have to travel this week to outstation and face heat due to negligence from hdfc. I want to cancel the tag now which of no use but not getting option or to understand the process even customer care number not working.

          I applied for hdfc bank fastag online and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate & vehical number - mh12 hz7837
          After that we received customer id & wallet id on 04/dec/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged on 05/ dec /2019. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

          The toll-free does not work most of the times and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onward.

          I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving account, personal loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.

                  I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500 with application reference hfr799886.
                  I also received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for rs.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. The tollfree is useless. Onlne tracking shows status as dispatch pending. Reason is unknown.
                  I have been with hdfc for 10+ years now for various services, this is the worst experience by far.

                    I have registered for fast tag on dec 6. I did not receive the fast tag physically to my address. I do not know when i will get the fastag.

                    I tried to call the customer care number for sales and queries for more than a week to know about the status.

                    But the call is not connected either it says the number is busy or phone rings that is all.

                    Even the hdfc customer care people try to contact the number it is not connected for them too.

                    Its really a annoying service i never expected from hdfc as i have account there for more than 10 years.

                            However, the physical fastag is yet not received and the toll free number of customer care is not responding/busy all the time.

                              Hi, need a urgent help, today i removed money from my near by bank atm sbi saket branch majiwada thane west, but i didn't receive money, instead of that from my account the money was deducted and also got the sms alert that you withdraw so and so amount is deducted from your account, and also in the machine the message was flashing that machine is temporarily not working, spoke to the security of the atm, he was also not aware of this situation, kindly please help me in this issue and help me how can my amount is refund, thanks in advance

                                My customer id is 43947365.
                                On 16th dec 2019, i logged in into hdfc bank for fasttag. I did all the steps provided by bank. I have paid 500 rs also. But after paying 500 rs error page came automatically. I waited for 5 more minutes but nothing was happened.
                                After that i was trying to reached hdfc fasttag customer care[protected] but no one was answering the call. Very pathetic service from hdfc bank.
                                Means they have taken my money and not responding my call also.
                                Worst service. I will not recommend any one to use any service from hdfc bank.

But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. The fastag application also not received to my mail id. Is im going to get the sticker or have to tak eit from another source. Last is consumer court.
                                  Please help in this regard and try to send sticker quikly.

                                        Address: 1st A cross, Kanakanagar, R.T.Nagar post, 560032

                                        I applied for a HDFC FASTag with the fee of 500 r.s. After 7 working days I got an SMS telling that FASTag has been issued successfully and even a customer id and wallet id is provided. The FASTag even got recharged with 300 r.s. but the FASTag has not been received yet.
