Hi,

I applied for fastag sticker through hdfc portal and then after few days i got my customer id and wallet id in message. But i have still not received fastag.

I have applied fastag on 29th november 2019.

I have tried calling their customer care number but not able to connect them. It's either busy or no one answers to it.

Kindly help to get fastag asap....

welcome email, wallet id and fastag sticker not received

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 09/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr975185 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.

I didnt even receive customer id & wallet id

Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy or it plays a music. I want to know when i'll get my sticker... And welcome...

Beaing a customer of hdfc bank from last 8 years i applied for fastag through hdfc on on[protected] and paid rs. 500/-. Than i received message on[protected] that fastag issued successfully having customer id[protected] but till today dated[protected] i have not yet received that fastag. This service is totally disgusting. Being salary account customer of hdfc bank i am totally fed-up with such fullish service....

I applied for fastag through hdfc bank on 30-nov-2019. I received sms mentioning customer id and wallet id for fastag account on 05-dec-2019. I also my wallet balance of rs. 300.

But what is most important is physical fastag which i haven't received as of 15-dec-2019. I need to travel on 21-dec-2019 and i am now going to face challenges due to pathetic service from hdfc bank. I am imperia customer of bank and still getting...

On 6th dec i have received an email stating your fastag has been successfully created & recharge amount updated on my wallet.

However till today i have not received the fasttag and there is no update about when i can expect to get it. No way to contact your customer...

worst customer service

Its really shame for me that i am an account holder of hdfc.
After settled down in united states, i tried so many times to update my contact or email id mapped with my account.

There is no such service to help on that. All the toll free are worst, to fool people.

When i visited india, i tried to change my account details however no one helped properly with reasonable solution....

I applied for hdfc fastag on 12 december 2019 (Thursday) and made a payment of inr 1000 for two 4-wheelers. After making the payment and completing the application process, it was displayed on the screen that a pdf will be sent on my registered mail id and the representative will call me soon. Neither i have received any mail nor i have received any call.

Customer care number always busy. Please look into this as lots of people faced same thing.

Have not received tag even thought my wallet got recharged and account details are settled. This was done on 5 th dec and payment was for 500 rs.

I can see 300 balance in my account.

Please look into the same at earliest and confirm ne the delivery status....

I had applied for fastag through hdfc. On november 30th, i received the confirmation mail that application number hfr782614 for fastag was successful and i will be receiving fastag in 7 working days.

Till now (December 15th) i haven't received the tag or any other notification from hdfc; the helpline number provided is always busy.
