I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 12/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

    I applied for hdfc fasttag on dec 6th 2019. I received below message.

    Update: fastag application hfr921096 was successful.
    You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days.
    For details, call [protected]

    But still not received the fasttag. Please resolve my complaint at the earliest, since it is compulsory to have fastag.

      My hdfc fastag login is locked and i'm unable to recharge my tag since last 15 days. Every time i do hdfc fastag retail login with my wallet id or user id it says 'account locked'.
      Pathetic service, no one has any clue. Their customer case number[protected] is not working at all and there is no response to emails.
      Hdfc bank has no clue on fastag when contacted.

      I'm unable to recharge and finding it hard to travel as i'm a frequent traveler.

      I am suffering from the exact same issue for the past 1 week. HDFC fastag account locked/frozen and I have been emailing and calling the customer care everyday, only to be told finally that the KYC verification is pending. I have furnished all the necessary particulars- Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, RC, Aadhaar E-Consent Form, yet they say it will take 15 days. I have been using it for over 2 and a half years now and suddenly without any prior intimation, my fastag account was frozen.

      I am a frequent traveller by road and am to travel again in 2 days’ time again. Having been already stuck at the toll plazas a couple of days back, I fear being stuck again.

I missed to note down the reference number while paying through my hdfc credit card. It is more than 20 days now but i have not even received an sms on the status of my application.                 On 29th of nov, 2019, i had applied for fastag using hdfc fastag online but yet to receive any response/email/sms from you.

                The rs.500/- had been deducted from my hdfc account but afterwards there is no response from your end as i'm not sure whether the request itself got processed or not.

                Please expertise from your end to provide me a proper update.

While they promised the same will be delivered to my address in 7 working days, i have not heard from them so far neither have received an email from them.                     Hello sir / madam,

                    I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                    I have not received any rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.

                                I also received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for rs.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. The tollfree is useless. Onlne tracking shows status as dispatch pending. Reason is unknown.
                                I have been with hdfc for 10+ years now for various services, this is the worst experience by far.

                                  I have registered for fast tag on dec 6. I did not receive the fast tag physically to my address. I do not know when i will get the fastag.

                                  I tried to call the customer care number for sales and queries for more than a week to know about the status.

                                  But the call is not connected either it says the number is busy or phone rings that is all.

                                  Even the hdfc customer care people try to contact the number it is not connected for them too.

                                  Its really a annoying service i never expected from hdfc as i have account there for more than 10 years.

                                      Address: RMZ Eco World Campus, 4AB/4C,, Marathahalli-Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560068

                                      I applied for hdfc fastag onlineon the 1st of december, with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                                      After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through smss and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                                      I am supposed to travel to my hometown for vacation on the 19th dec, wherein i have to go through at least 15 toll booths.

                                        I applied for hdfc fastag online for 2 of my cars and made required payment. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificates.
                                        After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.600. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                                        The tollfree does not work most of the times and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.
