Hi,
I have applied fast tag past 4 days ago. I din't receive any mail or courier. I need here is the application number: hfr01049385. I had other more options to apply fast tag, after all chosen hdfc because i am having a hdfc bank. If you cannot process fastag. Send mine money back. I will find some where else.

    I have applied for fastag via hdfc bank website. My application number is hfr01132533. I would like to receive the fastag on or before december 20th, 2019 as i am travelling on december 22nd, 2019. I have been trying to reach your so called toll free number [protected], but it is always always busy and engagged. I have already paid rs 500 for the same. This attitude is plain daylight robbery. Please if you have some respect to customers give me an update on when iwill get the fastag.

      Have applied fastag through hdfc bank on dec 5th and i have received the customer id and wallet id.

      My hdfc reference number is hfr835078

      I have paid 500 rs and there is no tracking option available and i didn't receive the physical fast tag tag yet

      I have tried the customer care number, but was unable to connect because, it was always busy,

      Please help expedite the process and provide the fastag sticker at the earliest.

      It is already going to complete 15 working days from Dec 5th and there is no response from fastag..

      We have been informed that it will be received within 7 days ..
      But Why so much delays ?.

        I have applied for fastag on 29th nov. I got my customer i'd and wallet i'd by 6th dec via email. Still i have not received the tag. While booking it shows in 7 working days you will get pdf download and fastag kit. Still not received. It is highly impossible to reach customer care number. Nothing is there related to this faq. How to know the current status? When will i get the card?

            I had applied for Fasttag through Application number HFR 500791 on 24 Nov 2019.In Dec i received a fastag but the car number mentioned was wrong. I had sent a mail too on 10 Dec 2019 for car number correction basis the guidance from helpline but haven't received any update on the same after that.The helpline number always comes busy .

              I applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500 on 30th nov 2019. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 05/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr 300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                I have applied for this fastag on 2nd december and got this reference number hfr850593 since then i have not received any communication or the fastag either.

                I have paid rs-500 and uploaded the rc details.

                I tried calling the customer care multiple times but ivr is saying they are busy and disconnecting the call.

                I have been with hdfc for 8 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans) and this is the worst experience with them.
                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates.

                Please update on the status.

                  this is pathetic service, we are getting the fastag in 2-3 days, why the heck its taking 15 days for just a delivery, which part of the world you're servicing and why the heck the customer care number is not responsive and why the heck you guys started the fastag as sake of bashing us ... i can't wait anymore for your silly immature, un-ethical reason, i am totally DISSATISFIED WITH HDFC, regret to be part it... i need the tag right away else cancel it.

                        hdfc fastag sticker / courier tracking status.

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount). The customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] was recieved on 05th dec 19. I had visited hdfc branch in sion east on 06th dec 19 and got the answer that the sticker will be couriered to my residence address. Till now there is no update after this.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care...

                        My customer id for hdfc fast tag is[protected]. I applied before 15 days. Till now i didn't got till date. Customer care is not working. Every time busy or ring tone. No where to check status. Not replying to mail.
                        Disappointing hdfc fasttag. My cousin applied for fast tag through paytm. He already got. Highly frustrating.
                        Hope you resolve the problem at the earliest or refund my money.

                            Even i have received the message stating " your fastag has been successfully recharged for an amount of rs. 300 on 13th dec 2019, however the physical copy not yet received. Is there a way i can check the status online? Customer care number is busy ever since the existence of the number. Truly a frustrating experience.

                            b) Is there a way we can check the status online ?

                              Hi,

                              I have placed the order for fastag on 02-dec-2019 vide application number hfr856996. On 06-dec-2019, i got an sms informing that the fastag has been issued successfully with the customer id and details. After that, no update on the issuance of fastag and it is been more than 15days the application was submitted but yet to get the fastag.
                              The helpline is always busy and no way to check the status.

If you cant even assign the Ticket Number to compliant, then what can we say. You take your time for resolution, but atleast provide me Ticket number for my complaint.

                                    I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 2nd dec.. The reference number of the application is hfr844396. I have got the acknowledged mail from hdfc also

                                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as their toll free and mails are not responding

                                    The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                    Require dispatch details immediately.

                                    I haven’t received my hdfc fast tag sticker and not any status of confirmation or any other from the bank.
                                    Balance of 500₹ is deducted very firmly but why the service is too late.

                                    Hfr863348, i paid on 3rd dec. 7 days plus gone . not received.
                                    I sunand sasmal deposited lic payment on 2/6/2019 by HDFC credit card(last 4 digit is 3625) and my customer number[protected].

                                    But on statement of June month is not showing.But lic receipt is provided of that lic payments.
                                    plz clear me.

                                    Now customer care representative cannot talk with us.

                                      I have submitted request for fastag on hdfc site on 03-dec-2019, but still did not receive the fastag. My application number is hfr878112.

                                      It is difficult to comply with guidelines or travel anywhere without the fastag, and the money has been debited way back. They are not even sharing the courier tracking details through which they have sent. When contacting customer care we need to try for atleast 20-30 times before you get a chance to talk, and when you get a chance they dont provide any ticket or reference, saying we will look into this and no other data or explanation.
