I had applied on line for HDFC fast tag on 29/11 2019, and my application number was HFR777374. i had received a message from HDFC saying that the transaction was successful, and i would get a PDF copy of application by mail and within 7 working days i will get my fast tag delivered.
but now, even after 17 days i have not received my fast tag, nor any mail .
i have been continuously calling on the customer care number provided by the HDFC site, which is [protected].
this number is either fraud or the service is hopeless, because in-spite of calling minimum 50 times, not even once i could reach the customer care person.
My 500/- Rs. were deducted immediately towards loading in Fast tag, the message for the same was received immediately.
I am sorry to say but this service of HDFC is not at all good, is useless and is fraudulent.
i want my money back immediately, i will take fast tag from Toll Plaza instead .
this was a pathetic experience with Fast Tag HDFC team .
requesting you to look into urgently.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Request you to please get this sorted rather than providing us the mail address of fastag. Will much appriciate if it is sorted out from HDFC bank's side. Because i have paid HDFC the amount of fastag and nobody else. You cannot move aside after selling something from your end. Request you to please check the status of my fastag and do let me know.
