I received my fastag from hdfc bank, but with provided credentials, when i login to the portal, i am not able to see any details. I sent mail on helpline fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, but there is no reply. If i call on the toll free number[protected], it always come as busy. Please provide me resolution.

Updated by Harsimran Singh I already sent the mail to the mentioned mail-ID, but there is no reply. Even I didnt get any reply with some ticket Number. If you cant even assign the Ticket Number to compliant, then what can we say. You take your time for resolution, but atleast provide me Ticket number for my complaint.
