I have raised many complaint not getting proper response. Pls DNT reply to contact toll free or email which doesn't exist

I expected to give fastag in 7 days.. remove the link in HDFC so that no one will use your online

    I received an email saying fastag issued with my customer id, and another mail that my wallet is recharged. But I have not received the fastag sticker till now. When will I get it and is there anyway to track it. Helpline is not connecting.

    How wallet is rechareged without giving any physical sticker.

    I emailed but no response Now these guys are not even answering twitter Such pathetic people

      I have applied for fastag.. money is paid and I have received only message saying wallet no and other details... physical fastag is not received till date...their helpline number also have been trying for last more than 4 days but no response...
      There is clearly deficiency on the part of HDFC as they are not giving details of fastag and also helpline not working

        I had applied for HDFC FasTAG on 3rd December. I paid Rs. 500.
        On 6th December, Recieved a message saying "FASTag has been issued successfully". Received customer ID 19xxxxxxx367 and Wallet ID 19xxxxxxxxx142.
        On 7th december, received a message saying "FasTag has been successfully recharged for Rs. 300". Received reference number 300xxxxxxxxxxx407.

        I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE FASTAG.
        UNABLE TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE [protected]. it is NEVER REACHABLE.

          I have applied for HDFC bank Fastag on 30 November 2019. My application number is HFR782627.

          Till now, I have not yet received my Fastag RFID sticker. It is more than 2 weeks from my application.

          I am a frequent traveler as well via toll gates. Despite a premium customer of HDFC bank, I have not received any proper response from HDFC bank Fastag unit. The customer care number is not reachable.

          Requesting HDFC to look into this issue urgently and courier me the Fastag sticker urgently to my address.

              I have applied for hdfc fastag through online and made payment of Rs 500 on 1st December 2019. The reference number of the application is HFR836365. I have uploaded requested documents in the portal. After this I got an SMS & email saying may Customer Id & Wallet Id is created on 5th Dec 2019. After this no communication from HDFC. Also I not yet received my RF tag from them & no further communication.

              Trying their service number[protected] for more than a week & it always says busy & never got through the line. looks like this customer care number is just a fraud.

              Please update on the status.

                I have applied for fastag via hdfc online on 15.12.2019 with the details below:

                UPDATE: FASTag application HFR01131357 was successful.
                You will receive a PDF on registered Email ID and FASTag in 7 working days.
                For details, call [protected]

                After applying, i got message stating that file form pdf will send to your registered email, which I haven't received and customer care is unresponsive/ unreachable.

                500 rupees was deducted on this and not sure how to proceed on this issue further.

                I'm a customer for HDFC since 7 years and this is first time where I am facing such issues.

                  I have applied for the Fastag using HDFC portal on Date 9th Dec 19 Application No: HFR975185.
                  When i applied i got a message that your fastag will be delivered in 7 days.

                  I received a message that your Fastag has been issued later and even wallet ID is also created and recharged for 300INR but i haven't received Fastag yet, i dont know where to raise complaint or talk to customer care because whatever number always comes as busy.

                    I am so tired of these getting calls regarding voice otp...I don't know, it started from one month somehow and at any purchase, I need to enter otp. Though I got otp everytime in message, still I got calls regarding otp at least 5-6 times... I am not getting where to complaint about this...In hdfc website complaint site, all I am finding the complaints with option, I have to select an option to register a complaint, now what if i don't have any complaint from that options? This is so ridiculous and annoying to get these many calls at a time while I am doing online transaction, many times due to these calls my transaction hot failed...I am so disappointed. Also I am getting same otp or any deductions messages 7-8 times at a time. This is not acceptable. You should do something.

                        Bank Staff, kindly be responsive in providing the solution or cancel the request and refund my amount, so that i can apply it from other who care for the customers

                            I have applied for HDFC fastag on 26th Nov 2019, balance is deducted but I haven't received it yet.
                            HDFC fastag Customer Care number is fake it never connects. No update from HDFC side. It is the worst experience, why HDFC doing fraud with its customers? Today 20 days has been completed but no sign of fastag, as hdfc team send a mail of confirmation, maximum time was given 7 working days.
                            Either cancel my application and return my amount or send my fastag.

                              I tried to reach customer care several times and unfortunately not able to connect. I've a Fast tag account with HDFC bank (Cust ID:[protected]. And my vehicle meets with a severe accident and we are selling it to the scrap as per the insurance company T&C. I've still some amount in my Fast tag wallet and would like to transfer that amount to my HDFC account or Patym account or any other my family fast tag accounts and post that would like to cancel the account Fast tag account.

                              No customer care number is working at all and dropped an email (support.[protected]@sahaj.co.in, [protected]@europ-assistance.in) no response.

                                I have applied for hdfc bank fastag on 28th november 2019 and on 4th of december i received a message from hdfc bank that my fastag id has been generated and my account has been recharged. Later i received a message that my fastag will be despatched in 4 working days and now toady it is 16th and i have yet not received my fastag. I approched branch but they say that they do not have any idea about fastag delivery. Even the customer service number of hdfc bank fastag does not work.
                                Please help.

                                  I have applied for fastag via hdfc online on 02.12.2019 with refernce number hfr848810. After applying, i got message stating that file form pdf will send to your registered email, which i received on 06.12.2019
                                  So now i am able to login to site, but so far i didn't receive fastag sticker. I tried to call customer support multiple times but nobody is picking the call. Even i didn't receive any call from any of the courier services.
                                  I have 7 years of relationship with hdfc and never face such scenario. But for specific to fastag service this is happening. With this i am bit scared, how can i get help if i stuck in some toll plaza, as nobody is receiving the call.

                                    My account in koparkherane Navi mumbai.i request to change the address and provide to all documents to require. I request 30/11/2019 but till date 16/12/2019 I can't give the my passbook and staff are not properly took to me.they are very reticulus behavior to me. No any helping for me.they are say me go to there one desk to other desk. Manager aslo not help full I am requesting her but he not able to helping.

                                      I applied for fastag with hdfc on 03-dec-2019 but i have still not received the fastag sticker after 13 days. I tried to contact hdfc multiple times but the number is always busy and there is no proper reply on emails. I will have to pay double charges at toll plaza because of this now. Please help to look into this on priority and share the tracking details foe fastag sticker if its already dispatched.
                                      The fastag application ref no is hfr878535.

                                        I have applied for Fastag through HDFC Bank online portal on dated 29/11/2019. There is two transaction of Rs.500/- each. First one was showing error after money had been cut from my account. Second try is successful and another Rs.500/- had been cut from my account. Since then i had tried many times to contact the Customer care of HDFC Bank Fastag but the phone is goes unanswered or many times not connected. I had contacted to the Relationship manager but she is helpless in this matter. Recently I got a reply through mail on dated 5/12/2019 but than there is no response or no communication through mail whether the fastag has been delivered or not. Tried many forms to contact HDFC Bank but with no response. Very irritating...
