hdfc fastag not received

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 02/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr859683 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of voter id and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.br...

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 01/12/2019 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

I received mail 10days before like

Your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected].

But i didn't receive my fast tag?

Any update on fastag. When i will receive my fast tag.

Very worst process in hdfc, i never expect like this..
Please return my money 500 with 14 percent interest for one month.....

Fastag application number hfr987647
I have applied for fasttag through hdfc portal but there is no response and no where to reach. Customer care number doesn\’t work, emails are not responded to.
I made the payment of inr 500 on 9th december but still no update/ response.
The customer care number doesnt work. Please let me know next steps or refund my money....

I did not receive welcome email

I have bought new car and was issued fastag thru the dealer and i have used the amount given by the dealer and when i wanted to recharge the fastag i tried to login fastag hdfc as given in its site and i tried with new registratn also forgot password and also other ways of help provided in hdfc. Nothing worked well. I reregistered by paying a fresh rs 500 and succeeded in payment confirmation from the bank. Now also welcome email not recieved...

Customer toll free no is busy 24x7 seems receiver is kept aside. No means of knowing status also. Very disappointed with service of hdfc. Should have choose other provider...

Team i had applied fast tag through online portal of hdfc bank with application number is hfr797502. But till date i have not received my fast tag on my address as communicated while i have proceed fast tag through online portal of hdfc bank.
Team plz check and confirm asap as i have faced problem during travel.
I had calling so many times on till free number but no response from them also, maximum time toll free number showing...

Applied for a Fastag on 30 Nov, Wallet was created on 5 Dec. Till now no sign of Fastag. Whats happening folks, I though your customer service is best. Your Fastag helpline is pathetic!!

Please cancel my Fastag, I cannot register for one more as well!!...

I applied for a fastag on 20/11/2019 thru hdfc bank’s d bjs beas branch (Amritsar). But till today it has not reached me although it was issued on 26th nov 2019 as per message received on my phone. I have contacted the branch head and other functionaries but of no help at all. The number given in the message is always busy, even at odd times. Fastag has been made mandatory by goi wef 16th nov. 2019. What should i do....

I applied for hdfc fastag online via online and received an sms on 30 dec saying card will be dispatched in 2 days. But until now i did not receive card. No further update. The customer care number is not working and no e-nail id to complain. I never expected such bad service from hdfc; a reputed company.

hdfc fastag not received

I had applied for fastag with reference number hfr819530 on 30th of november 2019. I have still not received the fastag at my address.

I have received the wallet id and already registered for online recharge.

The wallet is showing the money credited also but still no sign of the fastag.

What is the use of the wallet and online portal if the fastag itself is not on my car.

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount).

Customer id is[protected]. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
The purpose of applying online is faster...
