I have applied for fastag via hdfc online with reference number hfr711725. After applying, i got message stating that filled form pdf will send to your registered email, which i didn't receive yet.
After few days i got a message with my wallet id and customer id. So now i am able to login to site, but so far i didn't receive fastag sticker.
I had received a message on 4th dec saying sticker will be dispatched in 4 working days, but still not received. Even i didn't receive any call from any of the courier services for delivery
I tried to call customer support multiple times but nobody is picking the call.
I have 11 years of relationship with hdfc and never face such scenario. But for specific to fastag service this is happening.
With this i am bit scared, how can i get help if i stuck in some toll plaza, as nobody is receiving the call.

We have dispatched your tag through Blue dart courier on December 12, 2019, vide AWB no. [protected]. We had attempted the delivery for the same, however, due to the reason " Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect". Currently, the consignment is held with the courier company. Kindly co-ordinate with the courier on the number[protected] for delivery of the tag on preferred date and time.
