Hi, My Name is Sandeep, I have applied for a Fastag on Nov 28th from HDFC bank. After making the payment from my Credit card, I received a time out error but the amount was debited from my card. I do not receive any confirmation SMS or any activation ID to my mobile since that day. I have checked with HDFC Credit Card Customer Care and HDFC Fastag Customer Care. HDFC Fastag Customer Care executive said that I might receive a confirmation SMS or registration ID within 2 weeks but still I haven't received any. HDFC Credit card Customer care executive said that if the transaction was not successful, I will receive the amount back to my card and it's not happened still. HDFC Fastag CC number is always busy and unable to contact them at all. I feel cheated here, that's why I wanted to raise a complaint here, someone please take an action against it.
