I have applied for hdfc fastag by paying 500, and have received two emails that i have got tag issued successful in 5th dec and another email on 6th that i have got 300 recharge applied to my tag account. But, i haven't received the tag, all my attempt to reach that call center number never reached.
I feel that i have been cheated by hdfc bank team, as many of colleague s have received from paytm, icici bank in two days.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
