Hi,

I have placed the order for fastag on 02-dec-2019 vide application number hfr856996. On 06-dec-2019, i got an sms informing that the fastag has been issued successfully with the customer id and details. After that, no update on the issuance of fastag and it is been more than 15days the application was submitted but yet to get the fastag.
The helpline is always busy and no way to check the status.

    Have applied for the fastag on 30th of november, 2019 by hdfcfastag. I have received a text sms on my mobile number:-

    Update: fastag application hfr793631 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days. For details, call [protected].

    Till date nor the email received nor the tag. And when am trying to contact the said number it always says busy...

    I have purchased the fast tag through HDFC on the 04th of December and it's been 10 days I haven't received my fast tag. My fast tag application reference number is HFR888327. I tried reaching customer care multiple times but couldn't get through.
    I have applied HDFC Fastag through online and made payment of Rs.500 (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR711918.

    Same has not been delivered till now.

    I would request you to look into the matter.
    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500, The reference number of the application is HFR983351. I have uploaded RC book copy and and since then there is no update
    The fastag i purchased through HDFC bank is not working

      I received my fastag from hdfc bank, but with provided credentials, when i login to the portal, i am not able to see any details. I sent mail on helpline fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, but there is no reply. If i call on the toll free number[protected], it always come as busy. Please provide me resolution.

      I already sent the mail to the mentioned mail-ID, but there is no reply. Even I didnt get any reply with some ticket Number. If you cant even assign the Ticket Number to compliant, then what can we say. You take your time for resolution, but atleast provide me Ticket number for my complaint.

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 2nd dec.. The reference number of the application is hfr844396. I have got the acknowledged mail from hdfc also

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as their toll free and mails are not responding

        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

        Balance of 500₹ is deducted very firmly but why the service is too late.

          I have submitted request for fastag on hdfc site on 03-dec-2019, but still did not receive the fastag. My application number is hfr878112.

          It is difficult to comply with guidelines or travel anywhere without the fastag, and the money has been debited way back. They are not even sharing the courier tracking details through which they have sent. When contacting customer care we need to try for atleast 20-30 times before you get a chance to talk, and when you get a chance they dont provide any ticket or reference, saying we will look into this and no other data or explanation.

            I had registered for fastag on 3rd dec 2019 and payment of inr 500 was done for the same.
            Got message that my fastag application hfr865162 was successful, and will recieve fastag in 7 working days.
            However even after 13 days there is no way i can know the status of my fastag.
            Hdfc customer care no. For fastag [protected] is a waste of time it's not possible to connect this no., its always busy.
            Also, hdfc has not provided any link to track the status of the fastag delivery.

              I had applied for hdfc fastag and received wallet id customer id thorough sms and e mail. On 5th december 2019 itself. But i have not received the fastag. The toll free number is always busy or plays music for a full five minute. The fastag website shows all the details but doesn't have a link for customer care services. It is frustrating as hdfc had charged rs 500 for the same and recharged it with rs 300.

                I applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                I tried calling customer care but there was no proper response from them. Some how i have raised a complaint and they said it would take 7 working days to identify the issue. Now its more than 15 days still didn't get any response. The complaint number banc[protected]. I am clueless whether i will receive fastag sticker or else the bank will reimburse the amount.

                  I applied fastag using hdfc portal on 9th december, received message stating that pdf will be sent to registered email id and fastag will be delivered within 7 days. Post that, i haven't received any confirmation nor i could able to connect to the customer helpline number. No email id provided to raise grievance too. My reference id is "hfr969821". Reading multiple negative reviews for hdfc fastag, which really ruining the reputation.

                  Can anyone assist me in resolving my issue or provide any escalation matrix to reach hdfc customer care for fastag related services apart from hotline number, as it is not getting connected anytime.

                    I have applied for fastag through hdfc net banking on 01/12/2019 with a payment of rs. 500. Fastag application no is hfr836006. I have been issued customer id and wallet id through sms/email during first week of dec 2019. Based on the email, i have accessed my fastag information online by register hdfc fastag. Rs. 300 also credited into my fastag account. But unfortunately as of now i have not received the tag. I have been making calls to hdfc fastag customer call center number i.                       I had ordered fastag for 3 of my cars and had uploaded all the requested documents through the official hdfc application
                      I have received the following information

                      The above mentioned wallet id is also recharged for rs. 300 three times so balance is rs. 900

                      The problem is, i havent received my physical rfid tag /fast tag nor have i received any mail/message regarding the tracking of the tags

                        Have applied for the fastag on 12th 0f dec-2019 by hdfc means.in fact received an text sms on my mobile number conveying :

                        Update: fastag application hfr01042092 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days. For details, call [protected]

                        Till date nor the email received nor the tag. And when trying to contact the above said number it always say busy...……. Tried call 1033 that too busy...

                        Emailed at hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in : this too not responding. Now how to contact or whom to approach???

                        Keeping the condition of 15th as a last day to avail fastag. At least refund our amount so that we get it done somewhere. As of now i am no where nor hdfc nor some where.

                        Worst ever service experienced with hdfc and that too being and corporate customer.

                          I venu, having the hdfc savings account since 5 years. I have availed hdfc personal loan, 3.5 lakh rupees at the interest rate 13% for the duration 5 years (60emis). But i have been debited with the emi at the interest rate 14%. The bank people agreed on on providing the loan at 13% and been charging the interest rate 14% since one year.

                          I never expected this kind of fraud from such a reputed bank.

                            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr971175. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                            Not even i received mail acknowledge from hdfc.

                            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                            I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                  I applied for fastag on 02nd dec'19. My application id hfr856492. As per sla, i should have received it within 7 working days but no update even after 10 working days. When i attempted to reach customer care number. The number is continuously busy and not able to reach it. When contacted branch, they reply 'it is online process and don't attend the request.'

                                  Hdfc have kept fastag number seperated than then banking service number. Tried banking customer care number but it is all menu driven and ivrs based. No customer care executive present to respond.

                                    I would like to bring to your kind notice that there has been an illegal deduction from the bank account.                                       Hi,

                                      I applied for fastag on hdfc bank's website through a link provided by their banking app on the 2nd of december. The amount was instantly debited from my account and the an email sent giving details of my customer id and wallet id and was informed to expect an email with a pdf file with more details giving an application number hfr858475 and the fastag in the 7 working days from. But after that nothing has happend. No response from. The call centre numbers which are either busy or keep me holding for several minutes on hold queing on a fixed waiting number ranging from 1 to 9 on different calls.

                                      I have not yet received the fastag nor the any communication and now the deadline is up and i will be fined double charges because of the delay hdfc. I need them to respond asap or i need a full refund at minimum plus any fine imposed upon me because of this.

                                      Thank you for responding and It's good that you chose to respond like this, because even on the first day after paying I was sent this type of message but nothing has happened since. There is no way to enquire nor does one get any response thereafter. No tracking is provided nor any update on delivery. If they had informed me that they will take more than 2 weeks to deliver before applying with no way to enquire / follow up, then I would not have taken it. If not delivered by Friday the 20th we shall what next steps need to be taken.
