Last year in march 2018 i purchased a laptop for 25000/- on my credit card and from that period till now i have paid around 76000/- on my card and still the payment of 25000/- is as it is and bank is calling me and making my everyday life worse.
Even i went to their bank branch, corporate office, collection office, and finally to police station and also rbi banking ombudsman. But they just don't listen and argue and abuse whenever i call. Even today i was talking to one of their manager and she disconnected my call. This is very disappointing. I have paid min. Dues + penalty + charges for past 1 year and made around 300% payment on the card but still that amount is still pending. I haven't used this card since march 2018 and i'm just paying the min. Due + charges + penalties on the card.

    I had applied on line for HDFC fast tag on 29/11 2019, and my application number was HFR777374. i had received a message from HDFC saying that the transaction was successful, and i would get a PDF copy of application by mail and within 7 working days i will get my fast tag delivered.

    but now, even after 17 days i have not received my fast tag, nor any mail .
    i have been continuously calling on the customer care number provided by the HDFC site, which is [protected].

    this number is either fraud or the service is hopeless, because in-spite of calling minimum 50 times, not even once i could reach the customer care person.
    My 500/- Rs. were deducted immediately towards loading in Fast tag, the message for the same was received immediately.

    I am sorry to say but this service of HDFC is not at all good, is useless and is fraudulent.
    i want my money back immediately, i will take fast tag from Toll Plaza instead .
    this was a pathetic experience with Fast Tag HDFC team .
    requesting you to look into urgently.

      I have applied for fastag via hdfc bank website. My application number is hfr989510. I would like to receive the fastag on or before december 24th, 2019 as i am travelling on december 25, 2019. I have been trying to reach your so called toll free number [protected], but it is always always busy and engagged. I have already paid rs 500 for the same. This attitude is plain daylight robbery. Please if you have some respect to customers give me an update on when i will get the fastag??

        I applied for hdfc fastag online on 2nd Dec 2019 with payment of Rs.500 and uploaded the necessary supporting documents & vehicle registration certificate.
        After that I received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
        details are as follows :

          Hi, I applied for fastag on 30th November but didn't got confirmation and money got deducted. On 5th Dec, I received a message that Tag Issued successfully with Wallet and Customer ID. I am still waiting on my Fastag.

          I also tried to connect with customer support but their number always found busy, no other method for connecting with them. I hope HDFC not doing any kind of fraud and no sign of my Tag.

          Hope no Generic reply but a good solution around it . If HDFC bank cant mange a service then why to offer it or just to harass the people.

            flipkart refund

            Hi,
            I ordered a product on flipkart .and I returned it. today from HDFC bank I got a message saying, Refund amount was credited /reversed to your account. but I checked online statement .The refund amount was not credited.. Please help me with this issue....

            I applied for 2 hdfc fastags through HDFC Bank on 04/12/2019 with application ref no. HFR891402 & HFR891752 and made payment of Rs. 500 each. I have also provided the necessary supporting documents to the bank for the same.

            I received sms on 4/12/19 that I will receive Fastag in 7 working days.

            After that i received customer id & wallet id on 12/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for Rs. 300, but still I haven't received fast tag sticker yet.

            Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

              I applied for fast tag online by paying 500 till now i have not received any update on my fast tag got payment confirmation and details on 6th december - customer id[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Requesting for an update as early as possible. We are expecting a status update on the processing, request to update me the status as early as possible as its already too late. Seems to be did a very bad step taking the fast tag from hdfc bank.

                  I had applied for FASTAG on 11th Nov, and my wallet id is activated (wallet id: [protected]) on 24th Nov, but still the FASTAG is not received.. calling on customer care support number [protected] is useless.. as there is no any response.
                  please do the needful, as travelling without Fastag is painful nowadays.

                    I applied for Fastag on 30 November 2019 on HDFC platform and my application number is HFR804529. On 5 Dec i received confirmation message that, your fastag issued successfully afterwards I have not received any confirmation for dispatch the same. I tried to reach customer care however unable to reach as customer care is not working. Amount of Rs 500 already deducted from my account and its about 2 weeks gone. When i will get my Fastag???

                      I did not receive my fastag though 10 days are passed since i applied. My reference number hfr853275 and pathactic situation is i am not able to reach out to their contact number[protected] since 10 days as always it's busy.in next 4 days i need to drive for 1100 km touching several nhs and i do not know what to do now

                      Fyi, i have been recognized as a premier customer by hdfc but i do not know is this the premier service that they are giving for the customers

                        Hi, My Name is Sandeep, I have applied for a Fastag on Nov 28th from HDFC bank. After making the payment from my Credit card, I received a time out error but the amount was debited from my card. I do not receive any confirmation SMS or any activation ID to my mobile since that day. I have checked with HDFC Credit Card Customer Care and HDFC Fastag Customer Care. HDFC Fastag Customer Care executive said that I might receive a confirmation SMS or registration ID within 2 weeks but still I haven't received any. HDFC Credit card Customer care executive said that if the transaction was not successful, I will receive the amount back to my card and it's not happened still. HDFC Fastag CC number is always busy and unable to contact them at all. I feel cheated here, that's why I wanted to raise a complaint here, someone please take an action against it.

                          I had applied for the fastag on 1st december 2019, my customer id and wallet has been recharged on 6th december 2019, however the card has not been delivered to my address, could you please let me know how long is it going to take for the card to be delivered?                               I have applied for fastag on july 1st 2019. I received message on my phone that a tag and wallet has been agenerated and activated. However, i have been waiting for the fastag for the last 5 months. Can some be responsible for the delivery? Also, there isn't any way to track the status of my tag at the moment, which is clearly a failure of hdfcbank in handling this fastag delivery process. If you are not capable of handling this then you may not initiate this kind of process, i would have opted for other bank or wallet services for this.

                                I have applied hdfc fastag on 18th nov 2019, 500/- is deducted from hdfc account. Application reference no. Is hfr396875
                                Hdfc fastag not delivered even after getting confirmation from bank as below.

                                Dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully.[protected] and wallet id is [protected] on 22nd november’19.

                                Update: your fastag wallet has been created! Card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days (28.11.19).
                                But till date i have not received. Please request you to kindly do the needful.

I have been issued customer ID and wallet ID through SMS/email during first week of Dec 2019. Based on the email, I have accessed my FASTag information online by register HDFC FASTAg. Rs. 300 also credited into my FASTag account. But unfortunately as of now I have not received the tag. I have been making calls to HDFC FASTag Customer call center number i.e.[protected] everyday but allways number getting busy.
                                  what to do now. please refund if it could be.

On 4th december, i received message about wallet recharge and dispatching of card in 4 working days but it's 16th dec and i didn't receive the fastag, not even dispatching message.

                                    I tried to drop an email at fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com . It is incorrect. Mail can't have special characters. [email protected], It's also got failed.
