Ordered fastag sticker online from hdfc website. Amount detected but product not received, no mail no sms. Have the application reference number after payment. The customer care number is of no use. Always busy tone.

I need my money back.

The tollfree does not work most of the times and i'm struggling to get fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

My payment was successful.

    I have applied for fastag from hdfc bank on 02nd dec and i have received several messages that your fastag has been successfully recharged with application no - hfr846001 but fastag has not been delivered on my address which i have mentioned while applying for it.

    It was mentioned on the form that i will be getting my fastag in 7 days but still i haven't received any.

    Request you to please take action on this asap as nobody is picking up the phone on customer care.

    I have received an email from HDFC bank on 6th Dec that my fastag has been recharged with 300 rs but I have not received any fastag.

    I have applied for Fastag on 2nd Dec and now you are saying that I will be getting my fastag by 20th Dec.

    If you people can't handle the work on time that why do you claim fake promises on your site that I will be getting fastag in 7 working days!!

    I have made a mistake by ordering fastag from HDFC Bank. There are lot many better options out there who has delivered fastag on given time.

      Team, is have applied for my fastag on 30-11-19 and till date I have not received it. I have got the message that the card has been issued and has been recharged with 300 Rs. But the tag is not yet reached to my mailing address.

      No one is picking up on the helpline number.

        I purchased fastag online through hdfc bank but didn't receive any confirmation mail. I purchase 1 week ago but till now not received any confirmation email.           I have applied for the HDFC Bank fastag services on 2nd Of December and paid for the same on the very same day. It was mentioned that I would be getting a pdf on my email and a message on my registered mobile number but none of them was provided by the bank.

          How can I know weather the Tag id is generated and how we can track it .

I also trying to call toll free number but most of the time it's showing buzy and not answering even after waiting for long time i. E. 15-20 mins.               15days completed, not sent the fastag card to me. I called twice by waiting 20min on call. No use.
              Now govt final date was completed. If HDFC don’t have the capacity then why they are advertising. T

              My time got wasted and i paid 500 rs. I need this card urgently

                  I was applied hdfc fastag 14/11/2019 reference no hfr372434, but after one month my fastag is not dispatch & also not received. Hdfc application receipt clear mention fastag will be delivered with in 7-8 working days.
                  As per new government rule from 15/12/2019 double amount will be pay if you have no fastag.
                  So please support me & advise me abot this.
                  Hdfc fastag customer care no. Is not working properly & not given any satisfied answer.
                  So please resolve this issue on top priority basis because i am daily travel.

                  Hi HDFC Bank Assistance, my wallet creat as on date 24/11/2019 & YTD more then 23 days from date of creation. HDFC bank clear mention by mail at Application time fastag will be received with in 7-8 working days from date of Application. I want to ask you why are you sharing wrong information by mail. Why are not given correct information.
                  I have already raised complaint to HDFC SUPPORT Reference no HBL=[protected] But not resolve YTD.

                      I applied for fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I also paid rs. 500 during the registration. I have just received customer id & wallet id on my cell number however, i have not received the physical fastag. I called hdfc bank toll free number and they told me to call the[protected] number which is never reachable. I have been trying to reach this number from last 3-4 days but either its engaged or no response. I again called hdfc bank number and they gave me a email id: status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. I had doubts as to why they gave me an email id with sahaj.co.in instead of hdfcbank.com domain. Even after the doubt, i thought to give it a try and send an email to that email id without any information, and to my surprise i received delivery failure. Now i do not have any communication neither i have any update as to where is my fastag and/or what happened of my money?

                      Requesting the bank to provide legitimate information to connect with them for issues. Also the fastag application is so poorly made, its not even updated neither it is user friendly.

                        I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                        When i get it?

                          I applied for hdfc fastag online on 22/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr469579 and made payment of inr 500.
                          After that i received customer id & wallet id on 24/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                          Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

                          Due to this i have purchased fasttag from outside and now i want refund of my inr 500 that i paid online.

                                Hi! This is shekhar dudhraj and i am a customer of hdfc bank with my savings account in hdfc. My account no. Is [protected] and mobile no. Is [protected].
                                A fraudulent transaction was undertaken from my account on am 15 december 2019 at about 0320 hours. Morning as realized it, i immediately made several attempts to inform hdfc bank through customer care services. However, even after several call for more than three hours, i received no valuable assistance from hdfc customer care and even the response was quite careless as like a jugging ball my call was transferred from one desk to another without a patient hearing or solution to my problem.

                                I humbly request, if the fraudulent neft transaction that has taken place from my hdfc savings account could be reversed at the earliest. It is pertinent to mention that the transaction is still under process and not yet received by the recipient as it was undertaken during the off working hours and the rbi is closed view weekend (15 december 2019 being sunday). Therefore timely action is deemed necessary by hdfc bank.

                                  I m having hdfc credit card and i am not able to pay the amount as i lost my job and i am jobless. I dont have money to pay i live on rent and dont have the money to pay that as well i ask money from friends and relatives for survival. I m in a very tough situation i am jobless and dont have money. I request you if you can settle the amount i can pay 40%. Of the outstanding amount only. I can’t pay more than that.                                     This mail is to bring to your notice that i have been mentally harassed by ms. Swati sacchdev and her team for paying the outstanding amount on my hdfc credit card.

                                    Pl note, i have paid the last amount till april 2019. After which due to financial issues, i was unable to pay the dues.. Which had been increased to 84000/- but being a single mother from last 4 years it is financially not possible for me to repay the amount in settlement as my salary is just 16k per month..

                                    Ms mansi who had called me from kanjurmarg branch (Mumbai), her numbers are[protected], for settlement option, she said last they can offer me 40k which is supposed to be paid in 2 parts and 4 sub parts.. Following schedule was given by her - 16th dec - 10k,
                                    25th dec - 10k,
                                    10th jan - 10k and january mid - 10k..

                                    Pl understand i get my salary only once in a month, how is possible to pay the amount twice in a month that too more than my salary.. Out of my salary i have my house rent expenses, my son s education expenses.. For banks outstanding i cannot stop my son s education and also if i get calls on my official landline and personal contacts, i will not get help from anywhere and i will lose my job as well.

                                    Then how will i survive and how will i feed my kid.?? Who will be responsible for my kid?? It is practically not possible to pay the amount twice in a month out of my salary..

                                    It's a request pl stop follow-up calls at my references or my work place as it is mentally harassing me and it will bother my job as well.. If i become job less even bank wll not get anything out of my income.. Hence help me out with some feasible option to repay the dues which will be benefited for both o[censored]s.

                                    Also I am ready to prove my income and my separation certificate which will help you to think on my generosity and consider me.. it's not possible for me to pay more than 5k in a month.. I can clear the outstanding of the settlement amount which is 40k asked me to pay.. for which no letter is been issued yet.. how should I pay the amount without any settlement letter.. this conversation was done on 11th December and till now no settlement letter is issued.. PL note, 40k is not a affordable amount for me to pay and that too in such short period.. PL consider this and PL note if this harassment continues at my work place or relatives I will be forced to complain at 181. A single mother should be considered as she has less income and a small kid as well..

                                      Hi,

                                      I applied for fastag sticker through hdfc portal and then after few days i got my customer id and wallet id in message. But i have still not received fastag.

                                      I have applied fastag on 29th november 2019.

                                      I have tried calling their customer care number but not able to connect them. It's either busy or no one answers to it.

                                      Kindly help to get fastag asap.

                                        I applied for hdfc fastag online on 09/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr975185 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.

                                        I didnt even receive customer id & wallet id

                                        Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy or it plays a music. I want to know when i'll get my sticker... And welcome email.

                                         Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 15 working days from the date of wallet creation. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.
