I have applied for hdfc fastag on 02 dec 2019. I received a sms on 06 dec 2019 which says that your fastag has been issued successfully and your customer id is[protected] & wallet id is [protected] and your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300. But till now i have not received fastag card from hdfc.
Both hdfc fastag customer care numbers and email id are not working.
Please do the needful as i have lot of travel plans in the coming weeks.

Complaint marked as Resolved I received HDFC Fastag sticker. Looks like they were working on the requests but there was no communication. We need to patiently wait for 15 - 20 days to receive the Fastag sticker.

Please let me know when I will receive HDFC Fastag card.

Updated by skumar.smani I really don't understand what is going on with HDFC bank. Applied for HDFC Fastag on 02 Dec 2019 and there is no way to track the application status. Their customer care number is not working(always busy) and no one responds to the emails on application status.
Now I'm clueless what to do next. Please let me know when I will receive HDFC Fastag card or return my money back.
