I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (100 inr for fastag charges+200 for security amount + 200 as the top up amount).
The reference number of my application is hfr01045730.
I also uploaded scanned copy of rc while submitting the application.

I didn't get any email confirmation of my application and there is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy all the time.

I am neither able to track the status of fastag nor i am sure whether it will get delivered at my door step or not.

I have attached payment confirmation number as well as fastag reference number.

But while applying for fastag it was mentioned that I will receive my fastag within 7 days now you are saying will get it in 15 days. This is totally wrong and misleading information.

    I applied for hdfc fastag online on 02/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr847253 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
    After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

    Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

      I have applied for hdfc fastag on 02 dec 2019. I received a sms on 06 dec 2019 which says that your fastag has been issued successfully and your customer id is[protected] & wallet id is [protected] and your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300. But till now i have not received fastag card from hdfc.

      Both hdfc fastag customer care numbers and email id are not working.

      Please do the needful as i have lot of travel plans in the coming weeks.

      I received HDFC Fastag sticker. Looks like they were working on the requests but there was no communication. We need to patiently wait for 15 - 20 days to receive the Fastag sticker.

      I really don't understand what is going on with HDFC bank. Applied for HDFC Fastag on 02 Dec 2019 and there is no way to track the application status. Their customer care number is not working(always busy) and no one responds to the emails on application status.

      Now I'm clueless what to do next. Please let me know when I will receive HDFC Fastag card or return my money back.

        I have applied for the fastag about 20 days ago and as of now no fastag was received to me, where is my fastag an amount of rs.500 was deducted from me. After completion of the process of submission of the application for the fastag it was shown on the screen that, it will be mailed to me within a week. But as of now i have not received the fastag kit

            I have applied for fastag through hdfc bank, salt lake on 2nd dec. (Reference nos. Hfr848959) walled id generated on 6th dec.'19 it's almost 14 days i applied for fastag but i have not received yet. While checking online status, it's showing no records found.               I had applied for hdfc fastag on 20th nov 2019 by paying a fee of rs 500. On 23 nov i got an email and sms from hdfc saying the fastag has been successfully recharged. (Transaction reference number [protected]).
              On 28 nov i got a message saying my fastag will be delivered withing 3-4 days.

              Customer id:[protected]

              But till date i haven't received my fastag and no other communication from the bank.

              Hdfc has provided a customer care number [protected] which is busy all the time. There is no other option for the customer to raise a complaint with hdfc. I doubt whether the customer care number is even working. This is nothing but cheating customers.

                    I have applied for fastag on 4/12/2019. Received a message that tag will be delivered within 7 days, however till date i have not received the tag. Secondly the phone number given [protected] is constantly busy and there is no other way to track my application. I am really not sure when will i receive my fastag. Whom should i connect to get the status. Also the message received by me after payment states that someone will connect to me and an email with details in pdf will be sent to registered email. However no email or contact has been made to me.

                    Kindly deliver the fastag asap as the deadline for the same has already passed.

                      I have an hdfc bank account and i applied for hdfc fastag from them, payment of rs. 500 was made using my credit card and document were uploaded. The application reference number is : hfr850048 and after this i received sms about my wallet number and rs. 300 recharge. I by mistake deleted that sms and i don't know my wallet id now. I tried calling the hdfc contact number given[protected] and its of no use as its always busy or not answered.
                      Till date i have not received my fastag and i am very much frustrated with this kind of service.

                      Can some one help for a response from hdfc pls.

                        Hdfc fastag not issued yet as its been more than 2 weeks i've ordered it.

                        I've received emails stating my account has been activated but no intimation if my rfid tag is being shipped or not. Hdfc customer representatives have no answer to this and hdfc fastag number is always busy!!!. Seems like only 1 person is working in the fastag dept.

                        This is bad customer service. Everytime i call hdfc customer care... They don't really care for their customers.

                        Request hdfc bank officials to kindly check on my account and make sure i receive my rfid tag asap.

                          I would suggest to hdfc bank that they should provide a portfolio for mutual funds where in one shot he can buy / sell / sip the funds - where he is invested or want to top up the units.. It is quite lagging in the window, always need to switch in between fresh purchase or need to top up.. This need to modify in their window.. It is very struggle part to the customer who wanted to invest in mutual funds through bank.

                          Please incorporate such things like hdfc sec..

                                  I received customer id & wallet id also and got a message as it was recharged for inr 300.
                                  But i haven't received my sticker yet. And my communication address is not visible in the profile... If there any problem with communication address to send the sticker courier please give me some email id or contact number to update it.

                                    Dear team,
                                    I had applied for the fastag from hdfc online on 2nd dec 2019. I got acknowledgment saying your fastag is activated and issues with customer id and wallet id. I received message for the same. But i have not received fastag itself. I tried to reach toll free number[protected] but no response its not working also. I tried to follow with my relationship manager but she is also not responding. Its going into virtual rm.

                                    My account has already been deducted with the fees and other charges.

                                    It is hard to believe that such a reputed bank having such a lousy service. Their numbers don't work. And they are also not worried about the updating the status of the application.

                                      I had applied for fast tag on dec4th, till now no update on the same. I got an sms stating will receive the fasttag in 5 days. I applied online for a faster resolution. There is a helpline which is always busy. Even after trying multiple times the number is always busy, there is no email id or any site where we can check the status of our application. Unnecessarily i am standing in a long queue in the toll for no fault of mine.

                                      Never expected this kind of bad service from hdfc. To reply tot his query now please don't take 5 days. Unfortunately your customer.

                                      my reference number is hfr877490, your customer care executive is mentioning that the tag will be dispatched on Thursday, and you are just trying to close the ticket by mentioning that payment failed. How did you check my application status sir, it will be 15 days tomorrows, and you anyways will not keep your promise of delivering in 5 days. Atleast be honest in your reply. Don't just close the ticket with some lame answers. Reaching your customer care one herculine task and here we get lame responses. Stop fooling around customers.

                                        Applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                                        After that i received customer id & wallet id through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                                        I am able to see my online login portfolio but where is the sticker.

                                        Kindly send ASAP.
