This mail is to bring to your notice that i have been mentally harassed by ms. Swati sacchdev and her team for paying the outstanding amount on my hdfc credit card.

Pl note, i have paid the last amount till april 2019. After which due to financial issues, i was unable to pay the dues.. Which had been increased to 84000/- but being a single mother from last 4 years it is financially not possible for me to repay the amount in settlement as my salary is just 16k per month..

Ms mansi who had called me from kanjurmarg branch (Mumbai), her numbers are[protected], for settlement option, she said last they can offer me 40k which is supposed to be paid in 2 parts and 4 sub parts.. Following schedule was given by her - 16th dec - 10k,
25th dec - 10k,
10th jan - 10k and january mid - 10k..

Pl understand i get my salary only once in a month, how is possible to pay the amount twice in a month that too more than my salary.. Out of my salary i have my house rent expenses, my son s education expenses.. For banks outstanding i cannot stop my son s education and also if i get calls on my official landline and personal contacts, i will not get help from anywhere and i will lose my job as well.

Then how will i survive and how will i feed my kid.?? Who will be responsible for my kid?? It is practically not possible to pay the amount twice in a month out of my salary..

It's a request pl stop follow-up calls at my references or my work place as it is mentally harassing me and it will bother my job as well.. If i become job less even bank wll not get anything out of my income.. Hence help me out with some feasible option to repay the dues which will be benefited for both o[censored]s.

Also I am ready to prove my income and my separation certificate which will help you to think on my generosity and consider me.. it's not possible for me to pay more than 5k in a month.. I can clear the outstanding of the settlement amount which is 40k asked me to pay.. for which no letter is been issued yet.. how should I pay the amount without any settlement letter.. this conversation was done on 11th December and till now no settlement letter is issued.. PL note, 40k is not a affordable amount for me to pay and that too in such short period.. PL consider this and PL note if this harassment continues at my work place or relatives I will be forced to complain at 181. A single mother should be considered as she has less income and a small kid as well..

    Hi,

    I applied for fastag sticker through hdfc portal and then after few days i got my customer id and wallet id in message. But i have still not received fastag.

    I have applied fastag on 29th november 2019.

    I have tried calling their customer care number but not able to connect them. It's either busy or no one answers to it.

    Kindly help to get fastag asap.

      I applied for hdfc fastag online on 09/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr975185 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.

      I didnt even receive customer id & wallet id

      Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy or it plays a music. I want to know when i'll get my sticker... And welcome email.

        Beaing a customer of hdfc bank from last 8 years i applied for fastag through hdfc on on[protected] and paid rs. 500/-. Than i received message on[protected] that fastag issued successfully having customer id[protected] but till today dated[protected] i have not yet received that fastag. This service is totally disgusting. Being salary account customer of hdfc bank i am totally fed-up with such fullish service.

            I applied for fastag through hdfc bank on 30-nov-2019. I received sms mentioning customer id and wallet id for fastag account on 05-dec-2019. I also my wallet balance of rs. 300.

            But what is most important is physical fastag which i haven't received as of 15-dec-2019. I need to travel on 21-dec-2019 and i am now going to face challenges due to pathetic service from hdfc bank. I am imperia customer of bank and still getting such service.

            The call center number also doesn't connect. I need help immediately.

                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rs on 3th december 2019. The reference number of the application is hfr880712.

                  On 6th dec i have received an email stating your fastag has been successfully created & recharge amount updated on my wallet.

                  However till today i have not received the fasttag and there is no update about when i can expect to get it. No way to contact your customer care. At least give some contact details to reach you. Remove this number[protected] no one is responding to this.

                    Its really shame for me that i am an account holder of hdfc.
                    After settled down in united states, i tried so many times to update my contact or email id mapped with my account.

                    There is no such service to help on that. All the toll free are worst, to fool people.

                    When i visited india, i tried to change my account details however no one helped properly with reasonable solution.

                      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr on 30th november 2019. The reference number of the application is hfr779942.

                      On 6th dec i have received an msg stating your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 06/12/2019 12:59:am. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

                      However till today i have not received the fasttag and there is no update about when i can expect to get it.

                      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                        I applied for hdfc fastag on 12 december 2019 (Thursday) and made a payment of inr 1000 for two 4-wheelers. After making the payment and completing the application process, it was displayed on the screen that a pdf will be sent on my registered mail id and the representative will call me soon. Neither i have received any mail nor i have received any call.

                            Customer care number always busy. Please look into this as lots of people faced same thing.

                            Have not received tag even thought my wallet got recharged and account details are settled. This was done on 5 th dec and payment was for 500 rs.

                            I can see 300 balance in my account.

                            Please look into the same at earliest and confirm ne the delivery status.

                              Dear sir /madam i have applied for a fast tag but there no response from you and there is no pdf sent to my mail regarding fast tag and when u will issue my fast tag

                              You will receive a pdf on registered email id but i didn’t receive any mail

                                I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc.                                   I had applied for fastag through hdfc. On november 30th, i received the confirmation mail that application number hfr782614 for fastag was successful and i will be receiving fastag in 7 working days.

                                  Till now (December 15th) i haven't received the tag or any other notification from hdfc; the helpline number provided is always busy.

                                      On 12th dec i have received an email stating your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/12/2019 11:12:40 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

                                      However till today i have not received the fasttag and there is no update about when i can expect to get it.

                                      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                        Hi,

                                        Sir I have credit of your bank. I want to settle the card because i dont have job and i cant pay the minimum due amount as well. I am jobless, I live on rent i don’t have money to pay rent as well i ask from relatives and friends for food and living . I am in a very bad state of mind and my life is messed . I want to pay the money but i can pay 40% of the total due amount only above that i can’t pay anything . I just want to settle and close the Credit card. You guys have blocked my account as well and you guys have overdraft my saving account due to credit card payment. I cant ask anyone to transfer money if i I ask i wont be able to get money. So I request you please you settle the account for me .
