- account created notification 23/11/2019
- wallet creation sms 28/11/2019 saying eill be dispatched in 3-4 working days.
- today being 14/12/2019 can’t get through to the helpline, no email help. Someone please help or guide to how to get this sorted as been a long time now

    Hello,
    I had applied for fastag through hdfc bank online portal on 29 nov - ref number hfr716358. I have got the customer id and wallet or but have not received the fastag card yet. It has been 15 days since application and no communication from the bank. Their customer care number is always busy. Very frustrating experience.

    Pls help us with the dispatch details on the fastag.

      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rs/- on nov 30th. The reference number of the application is hfr782988. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.
      It said i'll get fast tag within 7days while applying. But till now i didnt recieve any fast tag to my address.
      And also it said that i'll recieve fastag application pdf in mail. Even that also i didnt recieve till now.

      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

      I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them. I never seen such a worst response.

      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

      I recieved courier without anything inside that.

      Just recieved only courier cover and instructions paper. Nothing there like to stick for vehicle

      After 20days, I just received instructions paper with courier .
      Didn't recieve the fastag sticker.
      I tried to call customer call number. It was not at all working. Always busy. Getting irritation to call customer care.
      How can HDFC behave like this irresponsible by sending just cover.

      Please send the Fastag sticker ASAP.

      Don't update the complaint as resolved/closed without proper response.

        I did not maintain minimum balance in my hdfc savings account due to money problem. Now my account balance is in negative. Savings account negative balance as per rbi’s directive is not allowed. I dont want this account anymore. I am sure they will levy more and more undue charges in future. I dont want to pay any money. Kindly close my hdfc bank account immediately.

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 the reference number of the application is hfr949066. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update. Except got a message that i will receive the tag in 7 days.

              It has been a horrific experience trying to reach hdfc customer care - line is always busy. Pls update when i would get my fastag card. Very frustrated..

              The reason we go online is to get the activity fast and here i'm after 15 days and still no update. Have been with hdfc as a priority customer and this is easily the worst moment. Never getting to hdfc again.

                I applied for fastag in hdfc 3 week ago.
                I got wallet id and confirmation mail.
                Still tag is not reached to registered address.
                There is no tracking platform for application.
                Toll free no is getting busy 24×7

                Tomorrow it will be 15th of dec.
                Who is responsible for extra toll???
                Worst service ever from hdfc fastag.
                There is no consumer mail platform for complain
                Please help.

                    I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have applied online for fastag on website of hdfc website and paid rs. 500/- online on dt-30.11.19. But i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                      Ordered Fast Tag online with HDFC bank. I did not receive Fastag issued on 4/12/19. Cust id[protected]. Wallet id is[protected]. Already paid Rs 500 (200 for deposit+ 100 Threshold + balance 200) per the charges mentioned. But additional 300 was charged without giving the tag. Customer care number never works. I[censored]nable to provide, cancel my request and refund my amount. Call me on[protected] to clarify.

                        I've paid for a hdfc fastag on 30th nov, my wallet was created on 4th dec, (Wallet id[protected] but i've still not recieved my tag yet.
                        The customer service is #, call hardly gets connected, and all i got was a 2 more day excuse. I dont have any way to contact the bank now.

                        Whose going to pay the fines when i cross the toll-booth from tomorrow?

                          I would like to complain regarding the personal loan i have applied 18 months back. I have salary account with your bank since more than 3 years and when i applied for personal loan, your executive visited to the landlord (I am rented with my family) who was not available or he met with the wrong person who denied that they dont know me. The think is that we live on rent with family and the court agreement is registered between the landlord and my father. So, there might be any kind of confusion and no one called me regarding anything but they sent my application to the ric department. Now what should i do being a honest customer of hdfc more than 3 years. Shall i suggest other people not to open an account in this bank or shall i socialise the problem i am facing without any mistake of mine... Lastly i am requesting you again to begin with the re-verification process and put my application on a right track... So that i can use your services and fulfill my needs...                               After these things, no response from their side,

                                I payzapp account got locked and app is showing to contact customer care for pin reset however customer care team is not reachable on phone inspite of calling them so many times and being ok que for so long. Neither they are bothering to reply to emails. This kind of service is not expected from bank like hdfc.

                                Very poor service from such big brand.

                                  Amazon initiated refund of 448₹ but hdfc didn't credit even after 15 days. I am getting fed up of these kind of behaviour as i opened a new bank with hdfc and this happens .I am unable to get any message from HDFC bank

                                      I have applied for fastag through hdfc on 7 dec. I have paid the fees rs 500 from mt debit card. There is no mail confirmation, nor sms confirmation. I could not even down load the application.

                                      There is no way to check status of application either from fasttag or hdfc.
