I have applied for fastag in last month dated, using hdfc bank net banking, i have not even got any of the update messages from any one, don't know whom to contact, there is no correct response from hdfc, the customer care number is always busy, like 24/7 customer care number is busy, please solve my problem,

    I have applied for fastag on 4/12/19, at that time i paid 500 rs through net banking.. Amount was deducted from my bank account and i didn't receive any fastag by post or any other service. Registration number of my vehicle is bro6m1870 and br01ca3275 and mobile number is [protected].
    Pls give me appropriate confirmation about my application.
    I have tried to contact chita sindhe, but she could not pick my phone.
    I also applied for our two another commercial vehicles. But nothing has been done.

      I applied for 2 fastag from hdfc bank website, one for my use and another for my father's car. Both have received mail that fastag has been issued successfully with the wallet id on 5th dec.

      Till date we have not received the fastag sticker and there has been no communication. I tried to reach out on the toll free for days now. It is always busy. Tried to log on to hdfc fastag website, the website does not load properly and most of links do not work.

      I feel cheated after paying inr500 each for two fastags.
      My husband got fastag and sticker within 1 week when booked from icici bank. So much for me having trust on hdfc bank.

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr01092956. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

        Please update on the status

          Fraud by rohit malhotra and rahul sharma
          I have been cheated by the hdfc ergo personal for the policy claim bonus. But they asked to pay for the other health insurance like bharti axa life insurance, reliance nippon and manipal cigna ttk.
          I have received call from hdfc ergo transaction team and they saying to pay 42400 towards final claim settlement towards hdfc ergo claim settlement.
          They took away nearly 93000 from me and still saying that amount will come, but this gone for more than 4 months.

          I need senior level manger to escalate.

              I have applied for fastag online through hdfc site on 09/12/2019 at 10.35 hrs, reference no hfr966723. Payment has been deducted from my sbi ac for rs. 500/- as i don't have an hdfc ac
              I got a message on my registered mobile stating that my application was successful and that i would receive a pdf on my registered email id and fastag in 7 working days.

              So far i have not received any pdf in my registered mail id nor the fastag.

              Kindly update the status.

                Hi,
                I had applied for hdfc fastag on 29 november 2019 for which my fastag was issued on 4 december 2019.
                But i haven't received my fastag sticker yet i tried to contact fastag helpline number but no response it always shows busy and when your call is connected you just hear music no response from other side at all.
                Even after trying to login to my account there is no option to edit profile or to make complaint online.
                They have only recharge option.
                And customer helpline number.

                  I have opted for fast tag online with customer care and have not received the tag yet. Its been more than 10 days now. I have not received any email or call from customer care executive as mentioned in the payment confirmation page in their portal. All i have is my reference number hfr940633 and completely left hopeles. Hdfc bank has become like government office that they are running away from customers by disconnecting their customer care number. I need my money back so that i can apply it directly in any toll plazas. This feature from hdfc is useless and does not provide any convenience to customers.

                  Fake closure of my complaint.without even resolving they marked it resolved the moment i submitted my complaint. I think they do this for all complaints which they could not resolved.

                      Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 22nov was processed on 28 nov of the same year 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist. Once when i was able to connect the agent said the fast tag was still under process. Processing should not take a month at this age.

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr962666. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                        I have been with hdfc for 8 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                          I have applied for hdfc fastag via application number 860735 and was informed that customer id is[protected] after about 3 days. After that there is no update from them whatsoever.

                          It is more than 9 days and have to travel in the next 3 days and the fastag is not yet delivered.

                          Their customer care number for fastag is never available for calls and always busy. I have been trying for the past 3 days, but not connected.

                          Please let me know if i will ever get the tag or will you refund all my toll expenses that i will pay???

                                    I have book hdfc fastag on 7 dec 2019. After booking i got the sms "update: fastag application hfr936495 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days. For details, call [protected]".
                                    I didn't received any pdf on my eamil id and no other response from hdfc. I wait for 7 days but no resopnse on email and phone. I tried to call customer care number on [protected] but number is always busy and not forward to any support. So i want the status of fastag my reference application number hfr936495.                                       I mr. Rathindra nath karmakar have an sb account at hdfc bank, vapi, gujarat branch. A/c. No. Is - [protected]. It is a salary account. I have issued 2 cheques of rs. 20000 & rs. 16000 to one of my client at kolkata. My cheques are all india cheque. My client has withdrawn cash amount from netaji nagar branch of hdfc bank at kolkata. Bank has charged rs. 177 including gst and debit it from my account. It has never happened earlier. Earlier i have issued up to rs. 1 lakh cheque of andhra bank. They have not charged me a single paisa. Hdfc bank has debited this amount from my account illegally. I want to stop this illegal procedure and reversal of the amount debited from my account.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I regret to write this email over some pathetic service provided by hdfc fastag team for past few weeks.

                                        First of all, the toll free number[protected] never gets attended by anybody or left in "busy" status. This is the only communication stated and not available forever.

                                        Secondly, i applied for fastag from hdfc on 30th november, well earlier to the deadline due to my everyday travelling on the toll based roads. A week after i got my customer id and wallet id through an sms saying that the fastag has been issued successfully. But thereafter no communication at all.
                                        I was supposed to get the fastag physical copy within 5-7 days from my application as per the "norms" says. Now it has been 15 days i got nothing at all.

                                        I am furnishing below my details:

                                        Fastag application id: hfr795219
                                        Fastag customer id:[protected]
                                        Wallet id: [protected]

                                        For your information, i have a relation with hdfc bank for almost a decade now and i maintain my classic salary account as well. This is not a service i was supposed to receive as a valued customer.
                                        Kindly escalate the matter as i am in urgent need of the fastag, facing daily harassment due to this.

                                        I will be happy to share any additional information if needed, just i need this to be resolved asap.

                                        Got fastag after 18 days, which was supposed to be received within 7 days. Expecting better service in future.
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Finally I got my fastag yesterday after 18 days. Expecting better service from HDFC in future though. The matter can be closed now. Thank you consumer forum team for the kind assistance.
                                        I have applied for Fastag to HDFC Bank vide Application Ref No, HFR02088477 today[protected]. After verification, confirmation, and payment of fees of Rs. 500 (by credit Card) the Thank you screen came up giving Application Ref No. and saying that my Fastag Application PDF has been sent to my registered email id. But no such mail arrived even hours after the transaction was complete. I have checked the Spam and Junk folder to make sure that it has not landed there. The toll-free number given for queries went on playing music and there was none to attend. Really such a casual approach was not expected.
                                        Would the HDFC authorities look into this and ensure that the copy of the application I had submitted is transmitted to my mail id without any further delay.
