Kindly help as i need to travel by tomorrow.
Fastag been bought aa per the advertisement by hdfc bank that they deliver within 7 days. I bought it in nov 25 but i havnt got the device yet or not even a msg from the bank or none of the email n toll free number working. Request you to take action on this bank immediately.     Reference to my earlier complaint, please note link you provided to submit fast tag complaint is not proper. Link is not showing fast tag reference in box and asking complaint number.

    Please confirm what to do now

    My fast tag application nunber is : hfr658747

    Costumer id :[protected]

    I have applied for 3 cars and paid 1500rs online from debit card

    I have also received emails from hdfc bank about confirmation but i have not received fastag nor i have any information when we will get it.

    Your helpline numbers are not working, your helpline portals are not working, your local hdfc bank branch has no answers, even not getting confirmation from your side.

    Such bad service by leading private bank is not accepted.

    Please confirm when we will get our tag.

      Applied for fasttag on[protected]. Application number hfr372471. Received mail alloting customer id and wallet id on[protected]. Received sms on[protected] that fasttag wallet has been created and card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days. Not received fasttag sticker (To be affixed to the vehicle) and card so far as on today[protected]. Tried to contact customer care number many times. Always the number is busy.         I had raised complaint through web docket, Sent e-mail, Tried to reach relationship manager . Nothing is successful . Their support number too does not work.
        From tomorrow onward Fatag is compulsory but it has not reached me.

            I applied for fastag on 07.12.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hfr945285, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

            But till know no pdf application has not been sent on my mail neither any representative contacted me till now.

            I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy.

              I have applied for hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (Incliding security and top up). The reference number of the application is hfr656269. I applied on 28-11 after payment there is no update no message/email regarding this..

              The customer care number given is busy or not being attended. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.

                I applied for 2 fastag from hdfc bank website, one for my use and another for my field work car. Both have received mail that fastag has been issued successfully with the wallet id on 6th dec.

                Till date we have not received the fastag sticker and there has been no communication. I tried to reach out on the toll free for days now. It is always busy. Tried to log on to hdfc fastag website, the website does not load properly and most of links do not work.

                I feel cheated after paying inr500 each for two fastags.
                My friend got fastag and sticker within 1 week when booked from icici bank. So much for me having trust on hdfc bank.

                  I have applied a week before for fast tag using hdfc bank. I got sms to receive email and someone will contact in 7 days but there is no communication at all. Toll free number to contact is also waste, i have been trying since last 4 days but not even a single time it connects but always busy.

                            Fraud by rohit malhotra and rahul sharma
                            I have been cheated by the hdfc ergo personal for the policy claim bonus. But they asked to pay for the other health insurance like bharti axa life insurance, reliance nippon and manipal cigna ttk.
                            I have received call from hdfc ergo transaction team and they saying to pay 42400 towards final claim settlement towards hdfc ergo claim settlement.
                            They took away nearly 93000 from me and still saying that amount will come, but this gone for more than 4 months.

                            I need senior level manger to escalate.

                                I have applied for fastag online through hdfc site on 09/12/2019 at 10.35 hrs, reference no hfr966723. Payment has been deducted from my sbi ac for rs. 500/- as i don't have an hdfc ac
                                I got a message on my registered mobile stating that my application was successful and that i would receive a pdf on my registered email id and fastag in 7 working days.

                                So far i have not received any pdf in my registered mail id nor the fastag.

                                Kindly update the status.

                                  I had applied for hdfc fastag on 29 november 2019 for which my fastag was issued on 4 december 2019.
                                  But i haven't received my fastag sticker yet i tried to contact fastag helpline number but no response it always shows busy and when your call is connected you just hear music no response from other side at all.
                                  Even after trying to login to my account there is no option to edit profile or to make complaint online.
                                  They have only recharge option.
                                  And customer helpline number.

                                    I have opted for fast tag online with customer care and have not received the tag yet. Its been more than 10 days now. I have not received any email or call from customer care executive as mentioned in the payment confirmation page in their portal. All i have is my reference number hfr940633 and completely left hopeles. Hdfc bank has become like government office that they are running away from customers by disconnecting their customer care number. I need my money back so that i can apply it directly in any toll plazas. This feature from hdfc is useless and does not provide any convenience to customers.

                                        Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 22nov was processed on 28 nov of the same year 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist. Once when i was able to connect the agent said the fast tag was still under process. Processing should not take a month at this age.
