Hi,
Fastag application number hfr987647
I have applied for fasttag through hdfc portal but there is no response and no where to reach. Customer care number doesn\’t work, emails are not responded to.
I made the payment of inr 500 on 9th december but still no update/ response.
The customer care number doesnt work. Please let me know next steps or refund my money.

    I have bought new car and was issued fastag thru the dealer and i have used the amount given by the dealer and when i wanted to recharge the fastag i tried to login fastag hdfc as given in its site and i tried with new registratn also forgot password and also other ways of help provided in hdfc. Nothing worked well. I reregistered by paying a fresh rs 500 and succeeded in payment confirmation from the bank. Now also welcome email not recieved nor i could know the balance in my account no sms received till now. Tried contacted hdfc fastag customercare but always phne busy. My question to the bank is how could hdfc registered the same car number again for issuing fastag and how govt is making mandatory to all vehicles who are not sure of passing through toll plazas. Its like prepaid to govt before passing through toll gates govt should initiate guidelines in a coherent manner

Customer toll free no is busy 24x7 seems receiver is kept aside. No means of knowing status also. Very disappointed with service of hdfc. Should have choose other provider

        Team i had applied fast tag through online portal of hdfc bank with application number is hfr797502. But till date i have not received my fast tag on my address as communicated while i have proceed fast tag through online portal of hdfc bank.
        Team plz check and confirm asap as i have faced problem during travel.
        I had calling so many times on till free number but no response from them also, maximum time toll free number showing as wrong number or showing so much busy.

          Applied for a Fastag on 30 Nov, Wallet was created on 5 Dec. Till now no sign of Fastag. Whats happening folks, I though your customer service is best. Your Fastag helpline is pathetic!!

          Please cancel my Fastag, I cannot register for one more as well!!

            I applied for a fastag on 20/11/2019 thru hdfc bank’s d bjs beas branch (Amritsar). But till today it has not reached me although it was issued on 26th nov 2019 as per message received on my phone. I have contacted the branch head and other functionaries but of no help at all. The number given in the message is always busy, even at odd times. Fastag has been made mandatory by goi wef 16th nov. 2019. What should i do.

              I applied for hdfc fastag online on 09/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr975185 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.

              I didnt even receive customer id & wallet id

              Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy or it plays a music. I want to know when i'll get my sticker...

                I applied for hdfc fastag online on 29/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr716538 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
                After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                I've also attached the sms details sent by hdfc bank.

                Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

                      I applied for hdfc fastag online via online and received an sms on 30 dec saying card will be dispatched in 2 days. But until now i did not receive card. No further update.                         I have applied for the hdfc fastag through online channel. I received an sms on 30 nov. Saying that fastatg will be dispatched in 2 working days.                             I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                            Now how can we get the physical fastag sticker and other details? Can we trust on hdfc?
                            Our trust on hdfc bank is dropping!!!
                            Even general customer care number query list also not proper. And the fastag customer care number also always in busy mode. As i gone through the issues, even via email hdfc team not helping.

                              I had applied for fastag with reference number hfr819530 on 30th of november 2019. I have still not received the fastag at my address.

                              I have received the wallet id and already registered for online recharge.

                              The wallet is showing the money credited also but still no sign of the fastag.

                              What is the use of the wallet and online portal if the fastag itself is not on my car.

                              Resolve this asap so that i can start using the fastag.

                                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount).

                                Customer id is[protected]. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                I have been with hdfc for 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status

                                    I have applied for hdfc fastag on 30th november. But i have not yet received.

                                    I received below message and that's it. No communication done by bank.

                                    "update: fastag application hfr808206 was successful.
                                    You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days.
                                    For details, call [protected]"

                                    Tried calling toll free number but did not got any response.

                                      Address: Khordha, Odisha, 752030

                                      I booked fastag for my personal car on 23rd nov. 2019. On 30th nov. 2019 received message the fastag will be dispatched within 4 working days. But i failed to receive the fastag until today (14th dec. 2019). I'm afraid i will be trouble (Can not ride my car through a toll or maybe penalized) as the govt. Of india motor vehicle act. The deadline to get the fastag is by 15th dec. 2019.

                                      I was unable to receive assistance from the hdfc bank through whom i booked the fastag. Please assist to solve.
