Hi team,
I regret to write this email over some pathetic service provided by hdfc fastag team for past few weeks.
First of all, the toll free number[protected] never gets attended by anybody or left in "busy" status. This is the only communication stated and not available forever.
Secondly, i applied for fastag from hdfc on 30th november, well earlier to the deadline due to my everyday travelling on the toll based roads. A week after i got my customer id and wallet id through an sms saying that the fastag has been issued successfully. But thereafter no communication at all.
I was supposed to get the fastag physical copy within 5-7 days from my application as per the "norms" says. Now it has been 15 days i got nothing at all.
I am furnishing below my details:

For your information, i have a relation with hdfc bank for almost a decade now and i maintain my classic salary account as well. This is not a service i was supposed to receive as a valued customer.
Kindly escalate the matter as i am in urgent need of the fastag, facing daily harassment due to this.
I will be happy to share any additional information if needed, just i need this to be resolved asap.

Complaint marked as Resolved Got fastag after 18 days, which was supposed to be received within 7 days. Expecting better service in future.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
