I have applied fatag through online on 11 dec 2019 and have a paid the amount also. I have not received any email regarding my application and also not able to reach the customer care it is always busy. My application reference number is hfr01041469.

Need some help in getting this resolved and dont know were to approach as i could not reach the hdfc customer care.

    I have purchased for 1097 from a clothing shop on december 2 2019 and merchant mistakenly debited an amount 1907 from my account, which he has immedietly done a void sale and provided me with void sale reciept also convinced me that the amount will get credited within a day. The amount is not credited yet. Its now 12 days past this incident i have connected with my banks customer care and got informed that the merchant's bank should initiate the refund and i have nothing to do from my side now. The void sale reciept is of hdfc banks. Please take an immediete action.

      Dear team
      I have received a hdfc bank fastag dt.6 dec 19
      But hdfc bank fastag stiker is crupted it is not working on toll plaza. Fastag id is hfr481194 i am how to get a duplicate hdfc fastag. I am mark a many mails of support id but i have not receive a single reply for this. I am very frustrated. And i am again apply a second hdfc bank fastag and pay again rs.500 for fastag. My second id is hfr948732 but this time no mail for this. Please help me i refund the second money rs.500 and get the duplicate hdfc bank fastag.. Why i am pay the two time money for one hdfc bank fastag..

        I was applied for fastag online on 6th nov, but not delivered due to my address was incomplete. So i was couriered my all kyc documents with application on 26 nov to wadala, mumbai office as per talk with customer care executive, but still not delivered. Also customer service representative sounds lack of knowledge. Totally disappointed with service.

          We would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last 3 years. Due to some my health problems actually i have operated a surgery that is why i couldn't payment on time from last 5 to 6 months. I were admit in hospital many time in this duration so please. I wrote a mail before for waive off and i called customer care i told everything. They told me we will waive off your all charges but they waived off only one charge only.
          I kindly request you to waive off the late fee, financial charges, all other tax of last 5 months as a good will gesture to a loyal customer of yours.
          Incase you are not making waiver off the above charges, then i will surrender the credit card which please note. I am not able to pay that ammount.

          Please do the needful.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable were levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.           i want to inform you that i had many called to customer care nobody give me satisfactory revert .They always told me that your card have been suspended we can't give you any information regarding your card .I have already told you  all details in last mail why  i could not payment on time. i did not refuse to pay to outstanding payment. In last mail i requested you that waived of my extra charges if possible please do needful .I want to pay all outstanding payment . I want to humbly request kindly remove my suspension on card so that  i can pay all outstanding payment. i am using card last 3 years and 6 month.Due to health problems i could not  payment. As much as possible please waive off my extra charges so that i could pay all outstaying payment .

            I paid 500 through website of hdfc bank for purchase of fastag but even after 8 days i didn't received fastag. My booking id is hfr958156.
            I want to get refund my payment as it easily available on the spot and that also free of cost from other vendors.

            Even their customer support number is not working. I tried a lot to contact them but of no use.
            While ordering it was told that fastag and email containing user id and password will be sent in 7 days but nothing received yet.

              I applied for hdfc fastag online on 02/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr859683 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of voter id and vehicle registration certificate.
              After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

              I've also attached the sms details that received from the hdfc bank.

              Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

                  Your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected].

                  But i didn't receive my fast tag?

                  Any update on fastag. When i will receive my fast tag.

                  Very worst process in hdfc, i never expect like this..
                  Please return my money 500 with 14 percent interest for one month..

                      I have bought new car and was issued fastag thru the dealer and i have used the amount given by the dealer and when i wanted to recharge the fastag i tried to login fastag hdfc as given in its site and i tried with new registratn also forgot password and also other ways of help provided in hdfc. Nothing worked well. I reregistered by paying a fresh rs 500 and succeeded in payment confirmation from the bank. Now also welcome email not recieved nor i could know the balance in my account no sms received till now. Tried contacted hdfc fastag customercare but always phne busy. My question to the bank is how could hdfc registered the same car number again for issuing fastag and how govt is making mandatory to all vehicles who are not sure of passing through toll plazas. Its like prepaid to govt before passing through toll gates govt should initiate guidelines in a coherent manner

                          Team i had applied fast tag through online portal of hdfc bank with application number is hfr797502. But till date i have not received my fast tag on my address as communicated while i have proceed fast tag through online portal of hdfc bank.
                          Team plz check and confirm asap as i have faced problem during travel.
                          I had calling so many times on till free number but no response from them also, maximum time toll free number showing as wrong number or showing so much busy.

                            Applied for a Fastag on 30 Nov, Wallet was created on 5 Dec. Till now no sign of Fastag. Whats happening folks, I though your customer service is best. Your Fastag helpline is pathetic!!

                              I applied for a fastag on 20/11/2019 thru hdfc bank’s d bjs beas branch (Amritsar). But till today it has not reached me although it was issued on 26th nov 2019 as per message received on my phone. I have contacted the branch head and other functionaries but of no help at all. The number given in the message is always busy, even at odd times. Fastag has been made mandatory by goi wef 16th nov. 2019. What should i do.

                                    I have applied for fasttag on 30th nov 2019. I received mail for my login id etc.

                                    I have not received my fasttag sticker, i will be travelling in weekend, who will pay extra cost,
                                    I will not pay, as i have followed the rule applied for fasttag.

                                      I applied for hdfc fastag online on 14/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr370028 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
                                      After that i received customer id & wallet id on 24/11/2019 through email. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                                      I've also attached the email details that received from the hdfc bank.

                                      Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

                                      We have dispatched your tag through Blue dart courier on December 05, 2019, vide AWB no. [protected]. We had attempted the delivery for the same, however, due to the reason " Premises closed". Currently, the consignment is held with the courier company. Kindly coordinate with the courier on the number of[protected] for the delivery of the tag on the preferred date and time.

                                        Date of incident: 27. Nov.2019
                                        I applied for hdfc fastag online via online and received an sms on 30 dec saying card will be dispatched in 2 days. But until now i did not receive card. No further update. The customer care number is not working and no e-nail id to complain. I never expected such bad service from hdfc; a reputed company.
