Hi - have ordered 2 fastag on 10 nov believing hdfc but after raising complaint here had received for one of my car on 3-Dec, In spite of requesting on the same request till now no answer/reply has been posted. HFR352810 is my reference number. Again the contact contact number is never answered. Now with 15-Dec as the new deadline and how come the second car can be driven or crossed the TOLL. Weird to see such negligence can be sited by HDFC...

I have ordered fastag online on 27th November 2019 by making the payment of 500 Rs. however, the payment has been debited but there is no currier tracking number received. Kindly update when I will get the Fastag.
The Fastag is expected to deliver after 7 working days after the payment made however, I have not even received currier tracking number or any confirmation whether the fastag to be received to not.

Dear Sir, I received mail from your side regarding the issue of FAST TAG with Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected] , but i didnt received the FAST TAG physically, I tried to condact you through phone, but failed to connect the customer care, Hence i request you to do need full to settle the issue,

It has been a while since i requested for fastag everything is ready and set but they are not sending the fastag even the account and fastag are created. I didn't expect this from HDFC else would have taken the tag from somewhere else but i also had to buy another tag from other place too. And the customer care number [protected] worst that i have seen you keep on trying 24hrs only music comes and money will be deducted from balance they...

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount, top up 200 & issuance fee 100 amount). The reference number of the application is HFR01038386. I have uploaded registration copy and made the payment. after that, i didn't receive any email or SMS from hdfc bank.
i tried to call hdfc bank toll free 50 times. I am with HDFC bank with more than 8 years. Please help me to resolve this issue...

Since paying the amount of Rs. 500, I haven't received any email that the application has been received. The service contact number is busy round the clock despite trying for repeated attempts. Not sure if this is a working number.

I have applied online for hdfc fastag i paid 500 rupees on the time of apply still i have not recieved the fastag no information regarding i demanding refund i dont need this type of fastag.i really disapoint with whole hdfc i am sure i am not interesting bring anybcustomers to this firm i am liking to withdarw my allnrrlationship with hdfc

I applied for fastag from HDFC bank on 24th of November. Money got deducted from my account.
HDFC bank has sent the fastag customer ID and wallet ID. However they haven't sent the physical fastag so far.
Their fastag customer care number is unanswered. And the HDFC Bank customer care say they don't deal with fastag.
Being such a big enterprise, how can they let down their customers after taking the money. They have...

Neither received any fast tag or any response from bank no status update no application received not any help from customer care

hdfc fast tag assured to provide fast tag with in 7 days but ist been seven days already and i don't even know that my application is registered rejected ot even processed yet...

I had applied for a fast tag on 27 november, reference no: hfr649437. I got this sms from hdfc "dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited" on 30th november. I am yet to recieve the card.
I am repeatedly sending mails to hdfc complaint mail ids, am not getting any reply. I could not contact them on customer service number also....

I have called bank several times and no proper response at all. My account balance shows as available balance in positive and account balance in negative. 9k is on hold. Without any reason. My bank account no. [protected].
I tried depositing several times and all the times money got deducted from the account without any reason.

Kindly resolve the same....

My case is also same as : i have applied for fast tag with application number hfr909246. I have made the payment 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount) uploaded the required documents, following that i have uploaded the signed application form as well.

I have applied for FastTag online thru HDFC bank portal. I have got the FastTag ID & Customer ID thru SMS a week ago, but Physical FastTag ticker is not received yet, it's been close to 2 week since I've applied for. While trying to contact the HDFC FastTag customer care[protected]For Pune) their no. is not reachable and it gives a Busy tone all the time. I'm trying to reach them from last 48 hrs at various times...

I had booked by FasTag via HDFC Bank on 26th November 2019. I got SMS intimation on 29th November that Fastag has been issued and recharged successfully. On 30th November 2019, i Got a SMS saying "Your Fastag Wallet has been created . Card will be dispatched in 4 working days". I am still awaiting for the Fastag to be received. I have taken loan from centurion bank to complete payment of my bike bajaj pulsar in year 2005. AP10AE 3082, We had completed the loan in year 2006. We have not got any NOC from bank till 2019, 16th December is the last date of my bike re registration we cannot do the renewal process due to not cancelling the hypothecation. Please do the needful sir. We need NOC from bank.. Including form 35 and signature from the bank......

I have done recharge of Rs 108 from my Payzapp wallet with reference ID /TXN ID 78293935 on 29.11.2019 at 10.36 PM. The amount has got debited from my wallet but till date I have not received the recharge of the amount nor have I got the refund back. I had referred this as complaint to the Payzapp team, but the matter is yet to be resolved.
Further, response from PAYZAPP is very sluggish...
