I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 8 december 2015 and made payment of 500 inr (Incliding security and top up). The reference number of the application is hfr961534. Since then there is no update.

The customer care number given is busy or not being attended. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.

I am already having saving bank account with hdfc bank.
Please update on the status.

    Hello there,
    I have book hdfc fastag on 7 dec 2019. After booking i got the sms "update: fastag application hfr936495 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days. For details, call [protected]".
    I didn't received any pdf on my eamil id and no other response from hdfc. I wait for 7 days but no resopnse on email and phone. I tried to call customer care number on [protected] but number is always busy and not forward to any support. So i want the status of fastag my reference application number hfr936495. My vehicle no is mh49-275

      I mr. Rathindra nath karmakar have an sb account at hdfc bank, vapi, gujarat branch. A/c. No. Is - [protected]. It is a salary account. I have issued 2 cheques of rs. 20000 & rs. 16000 to one of my client at kolkata. My cheques are all india cheque. My client has withdrawn cash amount from netaji nagar branch of hdfc bank at kolkata. Bank has charged rs. 177 including gst and debit it from my account. It has never happened earlier. Earlier i have issued up to rs. 1 lakh cheque of andhra bank. They have not charged me a single paisa. Hdfc bank has debited this amount from my account illegally. I want to stop this illegal procedure and reversal of the amount debited from my account.

        Hi team,

        I regret to write this email over some pathetic service provided by hdfc fastag team for past few weeks.

        First of all, the toll free number[protected] never gets attended by anybody or left in "busy" status. This is the only communication stated and not available forever.

        Secondly, i applied for fastag from hdfc on 30th november, well earlier to the deadline due to my everyday travelling on the toll based roads. A week after i got my customer id and wallet id through an sms saying that the fastag has been issued successfully. But thereafter no communication at all.
        I was supposed to get the fastag physical copy within 5-7 days from my application as per the "norms" says. Now it has been 15 days i got nothing at all.

        I am furnishing below my details:

        Fastag application id: hfr795219
        Fastag customer id:[protected]
        Wallet id: [protected]

        For your information, i have a relation with hdfc bank for almost a decade now and i maintain my classic salary account as well. This is not a service i was supposed to receive as a valued customer.
        Kindly escalate the matter as i am in urgent need of the fastag, facing daily harassment due to this.

        I will be happy to share any additional information if needed, just i need this to be resolved asap.

        Got fastag after 18 days, which was supposed to be received within 7 days. Expecting better service in future.
        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Finally I got my fastag yesterday after 18 days. Expecting better service from HDFC in future though. The matter can be closed now. Thank you consumer forum team for the kind assistance.
        I have applied for Fastag to HDFC Bank vide Application Ref No, HFR02088477 today[protected]. After verification, confirmation, and payment of fees of Rs. 500 (by credit Card) the Thank you screen came up giving Application Ref No. and saying that my Fastag Application PDF has been sent to my registered email id. But no such mail arrived even hours after the transaction was complete. I have checked the Spam and Junk folder to make sure that it has not landed there. The toll-free number given for queries went on playing music and there was none to attend. Really such a casual approach was not expected.
        Would the HDFC authorities look into this and ensure that the copy of the application I had submitted is transmitted to my mail id without any further delay.

          As a trsuted bank, i had registered for the fastag before 30th november from hdfc bank. I have paid and verified my fastag account through otp. I have already received my customer id and wallet id. I have not received any fastag sticker on my registered address till now. I tried to call customer care several times but the lines are always busy, even at midnight. It is already more than 2 weeks. Does it take so long for a bank this big, in this age?

            I applied for fasttag and i have submitted the all the required document through online and i got a sms stating that account created successfully but i didn't get any information regarding how to collect my fastag.

            My application reference no is hfr[protected].

            There is helpline given in that site (Services and sales queries :[protected] but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

            It will be great if you could update the status or there should be email_id for customer care.

                Hi

                I have applied for 2 separate fastag and have submitted all the required documents through online fastag hdfc portal. I have also received sms stating that my account has been created successfully but i didn't get any information regarding how to collect my fastag (Rfid).

                My customer id is[protected]

                There is a helpline number given[protected] but of no use as it remains always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

                It will be great if you could update the status or inform from where should i collect my fastag (Rfid).

                Finally, after waiting for 22 days I have now received a courier containing RFID at my address (as registered with bank and not as per RC Book). The key to resolution was patience. Till date I haven't received any email or phone call from any of the representatives.(bank or fastag)

                  - wallet creation sms 28/11/2019 saying eill be dispatched in 3-4 working days.
                  - today being 14/12/2019 can’t get through to the helpline, no email help. Someone please help or guide to how to get this sorted as been a long time now

                    I had applied for fastag through hdfc bank online portal on 29 nov - ref number hfr716358. I have got the customer id and wallet or but have not received the fastag card yet. It has been 15 days since application and no communication from the bank. Their customer care number is always busy. Very frustrating experience.

                    Pls help us with the dispatch details on the fastag.

                      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rs/- on nov 30th. The reference number of the application is hfr782988. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.
                      It said i'll get fast tag within 7days while applying. But till now i didnt recieve any fast tag to my address.
                      And also it said that i'll recieve fastag application pdf in mail. Even that also i didnt recieve till now.

                      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                      I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them. I never seen such a worst response.

                      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                      After 20days, I just received instructions paper with courier .
                      Didn't recieve the fastag sticker.
                      I tried to call customer call number. It was not at all working. Always busy. Getting irritation to call customer care.
                      How can HDFC behave like this irresponsible by sending just cover.

                      Please send the Fastag sticker ASAP.

                      Don't update the complaint as resolved/closed without proper response.

                        I did not maintain minimum balance in my hdfc savings account due to money problem. Now my account balance is in negative. Savings account negative balance as per rbi’s directive is not allowed. I dont want this account anymore. I am sure they will levy more and more undue charges in future. I dont want to pay any money. Kindly close my hdfc bank account immediately.

                              I had applied for fastag through hdfc online on 29th nov - reference number hfr716358. My wallet has been credited with 300 rupees but haven't received the tag yet.

                              It has been a horrific experience trying to reach hdfc customer care - line is always busy. Pls update when i would get my fastag card. Very frustrated..

                              The reason we go online is to get the activity fast and here i'm after 15 days and still no update. Have been with hdfc as a priority customer and this is easily the worst moment. Never getting to hdfc again.

                                I applied for fastag in hdfc 3 week ago.
                                I got wallet id and confirmation mail.
                                Still tag is not reached to registered address.
                                There is no tracking platform for application.
                                Toll free no is getting busy 24×7

                                Tomorrow it will be 15th of dec.
                                Who is responsible for extra toll???
                                Worst service ever from hdfc fastag.
                                There is no consumer mail platform for complain

                                    I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have applied online for fastag on website of hdfc website and paid rs. 500/- online on dt-30.11.19. But i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                      Ordered Fast Tag online with HDFC bank. I did not receive Fastag issued on 4/12/19. Cust id[protected]. Wallet id is[protected]. Already paid Rs 500 (200 for deposit+ 100 Threshold + balance 200) per the charges mentioned. But additional 300 was charged without giving the tag. Customer care number never works. I[censored]nable to provide, cancel my request and refund my amount. Call me on[protected] to clarify.

                                        I've paid for a hdfc fastag on 30th nov, my wallet was created on 4th dec, (Wallet id[protected] but i've still not recieved my tag yet.
                                        The customer service is #, call hardly gets connected, and all i got was a 2 more day excuse. I dont have any way to contact the bank now.

                                        Whose going to pay the fines when i cross the toll-booth from tomorrow?
