Dear hdfc bank,

I have applied online for fast tag for 3 cars in nov as per mine customer id is[protected] and fastag application number is hfr658747.

Till the date i have not received my fast tag and we are not able to reach your fastag customer care number not any email response from hdfc bank.

I am holding accounts in hdfc bank from last couple of years and never seen such a bad service...

I took insta jumbo loan 2 months back of ₹ 420000 and paid all dues before my first emi. I want to get the noc letter and the customer service team is not providing me that.

Its really very bad to treat customers like this amd ignoring customers request and disconnecting my call atleast 10 times. My loan number end with 7282

I had received the below said mail from fastag@hdfcbank.net. Confirming that my application number hfr424699 has been processed and fastag has been issued on nov 23, 2019 but till date i am yet to receive the tag, i have been tring to reach the customer care number but that doesn't work.. Please help on priority and advice what should i do. Not to mention i am a preferred customer of hdfc bank

Applied for fastag with reference number hfr862857 on[protected] through hdfc bank portal by paying the necessary amount. Got a message that will receive pdf on registered email id and fastag to my address in 7 working days. There is no such update. Please look into it and inform me the same. I am a loyal customer to hdfc bank from 10 years and hope up it gets resolved soon....

I have applied for fasttag on 1st dec 2019 and i have received my wallet id and customer id on 6th dec 2019, and same day also received a message saying "fasttag has been successfully recharged for rupees 300" with a transaction id. But still i havenot received the fasttag.
I have checked the online status, it says the tag status, shipment status are still pending.

Kindly let me know my fasttag status about when will...

I have applied for hdfc fastag online and submitted all necessary documents as well as fees online on 29th november 2019. My application reference number is hfr771873.
It has been 13 days since i have submitted my application, but i have not received fastag. (Supposed to be received in 07 days).
Please kindly update my application status.
I tried to call [protected] relentlessly, but the number is always busy....

Application approved on 30th nov, received sms saying:
- the fastag has been issued successfully
- customerid[protected] and wallet id was given
- the wallet was re-charged
- the card would be dispatched in 4 working days. Wallet has been re-charged and the fastag

Its 11th december now - and still no sign of the fastag. Have been trying the customer service numebr[protected] and the constant...

I am a customer of hdfc for the past 12 years and have applied for a fastag. The application no. Is hfr888800. I have made payment of rs.500 including the issuance fee. I have not received the application pdf in email box nor received any communication in this regard. I have tried reaching the support number [protected] but none ever answers the call.

Request the team to please help resolve this as soon as possible....

I had created my account on 30th november, 2019 to obtain fastag well in time but it's been 11 days since then i don't have any clue about my fastag application.
I had even paid inr 500 advance while putting up my applicaiton.

What about my fastag card and your toll free number & quick help number are rubbish and completely fake!!br...

I have applied for fastag on 5th december 2019. Still it is not delivered. Neither it is showing any status

Today, 09 dec 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst 031219-mir[protected]". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? Please help to resolve my issue

Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 28 nov 19 and payment made on same. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist/working. Once when i was able to connect the agent said the fast tag was still under process. Processing should not take a month at this age.

Hdfc bank only issue customer id and wallet id.

I have applied hdfc fastag on 26-nov-2019 through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The order was placed and fastag was created with fastag customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] and transaction reference number is [protected] (Of 300 inr). I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update after 15 days till now.br...

I applied for the hdfc fast tag card online. Application no hfr941664. Payement of 500 had been done by me. No information about the fast tag has been recieved. Also no conformation or pdf file has been recieved by me on email. I uploaded all the needed document according to the need of the hdfc fast tag services. I have applied for fastag on 1ST Dec. I have received the wallet id and customer id like any other customer. I tried to reach out to as many HDFC Customer Care numbers I found online as I could to know when it will be delivered.

It is really frustrating as none of them works. Either an automated reply asks me to wait or the number itself is invalid. I really need to know the status of my application...

I have applied online for the HDFC Bank fastag on 20th November and paid for the same on that day. Till now HDFC is unable to deliver my fastag sticket. When I contacted customer care after some days and luckily my call got connected after 20 to 25 tries, the answer I received was that the tag ID is still not generated and I have to wait till 7 days to get it generated and I will receive a message soon on my number. I booked a fastag through hdfc netbanking (Hfr541881) on 25-nov-19 for my private 4 wheeler. I have no clue when it will be delivered and via which mode. Customer service doesn't work at all.
It would have been better if i could have taken it directly from the toll gate.
What is the use of paying for a fastag and still pay separately at the toll bridge for daily commute.
