    I applied for fastag on 10th november with application id hrf351475, wallet was created on 28rd november. Till date i have not received the fasttag. The customer care number doesn't connect most of the times and even if it connects they will provide an update that fasttag will be dispatched within 2 days and i will receive the message. Till date i have not received the message. Hdfc bank is poorly managing the fasttag process, while they promised it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days this is the reality, close to a month and still waiting. If cannot handle then why hdfc advertise about this?
    If i am fined after 15 dec for not having fasttag while crossing tool booth (Which i do 2-3 times in week), will hdfc take care of my fine. Please clarify

    This is non-sense, SMS which receive said it will be delivered in 3-4 working days. Call center says 10 working days (which are already over). You are saying 15 working days (Which will be completed today).
    Again is HDFC going to pay for excess charges i paid at toll booth?
    and also answer me why shouldn't I go to consumer court?

      I writing this email to seek your assistance regarding fastag card. I had applied for fastag card on 28 november 2019. I have received details of wallet and customer id but have not received physical fastag card to affix on the car. With deadline approaching soon.

      I do not expect such rational service despite reaching out to your fastag escalation matrix who is named as mr. Ajay mishra (Mob: [protected]) he never answer calls though his phone keep ringing. I have also messaged him through whatsapp to update status his only answer is wallet is created which was latest yesterday. I have also received a message on wallet creation on 4th dec 2019. But when i ask about physical fastag card he is dumb. I request you to refund the money back to the account if your team can’t serve on time.

        I (Deepa yadav) have ordered for a gift card on 14th of nov 2019 worth rs.6600 from my net banking with name ashish thakur and not yet received. Where as it is mentioned that we would be delivered to the address mentioned within 5-7working days.

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr88571. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/passport copy and since then there is no update.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online dated 8-dec-2019 and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr966150. I have uploaded documents during online process. There is no update.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care given number [protected] is always busy or not being attended.

            I have been with hdfc for 6 years now and this is the worst moment with them.

            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

              Hi,

              My fastag application number hfr804241 was submitted on 30th nov and issued on 5th dec. I have however neither received the fastag nor the pdf till date. And the customer support number is bogus - either no one answers or receive message that the number is busy.

              Did not expect this from hdfc.
              I am unable to secure a fastag from other sources as application is getting rejected as fastag is already approved.

                I applied fastag on hdfc portal and message received on dec 6 2019 that my fastag issued successfully. My customer id is[protected]. But still i have not received my fastag. I tried many time on customer care number of hdfc fastag division and everytime it's shows busy line.

                I also tried to register it online portal and after register, unable to login on page. Worst service of hdfc fastag.

                      Hdfc fastag appears scam service, as the portal is good just to debit the account and subsequently nothing works. No customer support at all. Customer care number does not work or always busy, emails never responded and there is no information when and how the product will be delivered for which the charges are already debited. After i checked web portal https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ i realized there are many customers being unlucky to get trapped in this scam under hdfc bank umbrella

                          This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr470002 for the application of fastag on date 22 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. I sent a mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on 3rd december 2019. There is no response yet. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.
                          Can you please let me know the status. Why i didn’t received my fastag and when i can get my fastag.

                            Previous case was closed without resolution.

                            I have applied for fastag through hdfc mobile app on 1st dec 2019 and fee rs 500 was paid for etoll1291683. Received a sms saying fastag application hfr831767 was successful, but am unable to track my application and not sure the status of it. I have not received any pdf to my registered email, except message saying pdf will be sent to registered email.

                            Received a message saying fastag has been issued on 5th dec, but sill i haven't received. Could you provide the tracking number of the courier?

                              I tried calling hdfc fastag number for last 3 days, its been always busy. No other way to find the status also.

                              How can we contact you otherwise? This is very bad service.

                                  I applied for fastag on hdfc official site my application number is hfr836663. I applied for fastag on 1st dec 2019. Still i haven't received the fastag. I tried to call the support team it is always busy. I tried to call virtual relationship manager. She told me to contact support. I also applied for fastag in nov 2019 that time my transaction was unsuccessful but money got deducted from my account. Still that money also not got refunded.

                                  Now it is more than 15 working days. For a successful transaction, Till now I didn't receive the fastag. For an unsuccessful transaction also I didn't get the money back. Now i am totally losing my patience. I think I should go consumer court against hdfc bank and also should register a police complaint against the fraud which hdfc bank has started on the name fastag. It is not one single case where I am facing the issue, a lot of other people also facing the same issue.

I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag

                                      My Reference# is HFR622378. I got a SMS on 4th Dec that the tag will be dispatched in 4 working days and its been almost 10 days and have not got the tag or status regarding it. The customer care number is always busy. Please let me know about the status of it.

                                        13 - dec-2019 i applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
                                        Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number hfr01064545

                                        IF you are not able to trace it. kindly refund the amount of rs 500/-. i will take from other user friendly banks like axis bank where fasttag process is vey fast and delivered at door step

                                        On 13 - Dec-2019 I applied for HDFC Fastag.for MARUTI SWIFT vehicle registered in my name Registration no- KL01BP4018. While doing payment it charged me rs. 500 through my HDFC credit card . Though I made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
                                        Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number HFR01064545.

                                        My friends who have applied through axis bank got quick reply and even fasttag was delivered fast.. I have contacted HDFC customer care team who asked to send my concern to this mail id. Expecting a positive action at the earliest from your side.
