I have applied hdfc fast tag from online last month and yet to receive the tag. The customerid is[protected] and the walletid is [protected]. I am able to see my vehicle details in hdfc fasttag portal login

I received the message on 30th nov that my card will dispatched in 4 days.

Please send the fast asap as i need to travel next week.

    Hdfc fastag appears scam service, as the portal is good just to debit the account and subsequently nothing works. No customer support at all. Customer care number does not work or always busy, emails never responded and there is no information when and how the product will be delivered for which the charges are already debited. After i checked web portal https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ i realized there are many customers being unlucky to get trapped in this scam under hdfc bank umbrella

    I am running from one branch to another of HDFC and all are helpless to solve it as they too are not aware how this service is functioning. They just say that it is different section and not in their control or preview

      Have buy hdfc fastag online on 1st dec. 19, but still have not receive fastag card.
      Unable to track our card, because no courier detail shear with me by hdfc also there is not any option for tracking option.
      Pls advice me when i get my fastag card or pls can you advice how can i track my fastag card, so i can track it.
      Please advice me tracking details.

        Hello team

        This is reference to my fastag application reference no. Hfr470002 for the application of fastag on date 22 november 2019. I have paid rs.500 for my fastag and communication has been received after that. Additionally, toll free numbers are not working. I sent a mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on 3rd december 2019. There is no response yet. There is not even a link to track application or cancel application.
        Can you please let me know the status. Why i didn’t received my fastag and when i can get my fastag.

          Previous case was closed without resolution.

          I have applied for fastag through hdfc mobile app on 1st dec 2019 and fee rs 500 was paid for etoll1291683. Received a sms saying fastag application hfr831767 was successful, but am unable to track my application and not sure the status of it. I have not received any pdf to my registered email, except message saying pdf will be sent to registered email.

          Received a message saying fastag has been issued on 5th dec, but sill i haven't received. Could you provide the tracking number of the courier?

          Can i know the status of my application and will the fastag will be delivered to my address?

It is been already 13 days now and there is no proper communication mechanism form HDFC and your Toll free number is busy always and they don't even bother address the query.           While submitting the application it was shown Fastag will be dispatched with in 7 working days. WALLET ID was created on 5th Dec. It is been already 10 days now after Wallet creation. There is no proper communication mechanism form HDFC and your Toll free number is busy always and they don't even bother address the query. Could you please fasten up as I required before 18th of December.
          I am applied fastag card through HDFC bank. I received my wallet I'd only and I didn't receive my card. Even we didn't check the status who is applied fastag card through Pvt banks..

            not able to see fastag application status and no customer care support

            I applied for hdfc fastag online and i havent received any update on the fastag till now about the application status (Mainly courier details).

            I tried calling hdfc fastag number for last 3 days, its been always busy. No other way to find the status also.

            How can we contact you otherwise? This is very bad service.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs. 500. The reference number of the application is hfr976213. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

            I have been with hdfc for 5 years now (Saving acc, loans,) and this is the worst moment with them.
            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

              I applied for fastag on hdfc official site my application number is hfr836663. I applied for fastag on 1st dec 2019. Still i haven't received the fastag. I tried to call the support team it is always busy. I tried to call virtual relationship manager. She told me to contact support. I also applied for fastag in nov 2019 that time my transaction was unsuccessful but money got deducted from my account. Still that money also not got refunded.
              Please help me on this.

              Now it is more than 15 working days. For a successful transaction, Till now I didn't receive the fastag. For an unsuccessful transaction also I didn't get the money back. Now i am totally losing my patience. I think I should go consumer court against hdfc bank and also should register a police complaint against the fraud which hdfc bank has started on the name fastag. It is not one single case where I am facing the issue, a lot of other people also facing the same issue.

                    On 13 - Dec-2019 I applied for HDFC Fastag.for MARUTI SWIFT vehicle registered in my name Registration no- KL01BP4018. While doing payment it charged me rs. 500 through my HDFC credit card . Though I made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
                    Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number HFR01064545.

                    My friends who have applied through axis bank got quick reply and even fasttag was delivered fast.. I have contacted HDFC customer care team who asked to send my concern to this mail id. Expecting a positive action at the earliest from your side.

                      There is helpline given in that site (Services and sales queries :[protected] but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

                      It will be great if you could update the status or there should be email_id for customer care.

                          I purchased fastag from hdfc bank after payment of coast of fastag. The fastag did not work from the 1st day itself. I complained to the hdfc bank fastag complaint (Toll free number) they asked me to send photocopy of cash receipt paid at toll, which i submitted.
                          Now the bank has told me that i will have to purchase a new fastag for which they want rs 100
                          What is my fault, why i am being charged the cost of fastag 2nd time

                              I had applied for fastag in the above bank and also received a confimation message. After a week i also received a message on 4th november 2018 stating fastag will be delivered within 4 working days. But till date no delivery.
                              I have received my customer id[protected] and the wallet id but till now no fastag arrived. Please look into the matter.

                                  I applied for fastag on 01.12.19 through your bank i have received a wallet also but i did not receive fastag till today the customer care is also not responding in this issue the time is also very short i. E 15.12.19. It is very difficult to me to bring my car, and custer id:[protected] and my fastag id:34161fa8203288ac04954ac0 the account open date is 06.12.19 and my application no hfr822127.

                                  Please verify my details already given above, how many days I wait to receive fastag if it is not possible to issue fastag please cancel and return my payment to me. I will purchase from others. It very shame full to your bank.
                                  I post a complaint on 13.12.19 and details are also sent to you but no replay has not been received and fastag is also not received from your end it is very shame to your bank.

                                    Dear team i applied for hdfc fastag id on 28th nov and the amount got deducted twice. After the first successful transaction (₹500 debited from my hdfc credit card) however got a message that server encountered problems post it nothing worked. After talking to the hdfc bank call centre applied for fastag once again and it went through received a message with application reference as hfr12532. Then on 1st dec received an email stating. "dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited" however i have still not received my fastag. Pls help my number is [protected]. Or [protected]

                                    There had been no response on the fastag number [protected]. Kindly help

                                      I had a hdfc regalia platinum card which i had paid all the outstanding amount in july, and asked to be closed, which the bank staff agreed to. But they have failed to close the card. Since i had no intent o[censored]sing a credit card anymore, i had misplaced the card and had not been using it for a while, when i suddenly started getting messages that i have been charged renewal charges on my card. I called up customer care cell and told them i had lost my card and i would want the card closed as i do not have possession of it and i had asked to block and close it. Again, i was told it was taken care of and that they would be forwarding me a link to initiate the formalities, but no one sent any link till date. I have been trying to contact the authorities on multiple ocassions, but i am only been going round in circles as the old card has been blocked now, and i do not know the details of the reissued card as i have not received any, and am unable to fill any closure application forms. I have been receiving harrassing calls to pay up the outstanding amount. I have not made any transactions on the card after the final settlement, and the charges that are levied are renewal charges which have been added without my consent. I am now receiving notification that the outstanding amount has been blocked on my savings bank account. This is preposterous! I want the renewal charges recalled as i do not want to pay up for the mess up from hdfc employees side.
