I have applied for the fastag on 5-Dec-2019 and missed to note the application number.Paid the advance 500 for the same.
My application number :-HFR917933

Can you please let me know what is the status of my application and when the tag will be delivered?...

Applied for hdfc fastag for 3 of my vehicles and paid 1500/-, it was mentioned that a representative would come to our address to confirm for the fastag application. But no body turned up.
And i could not track the application status, my application reference number hfr898712.
And no response on the registered email or mobile.

I am expecting response on the issue....

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is HFR596382. then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status....

I have received an message that my hdfc credit card is returned to bank. I am trying to call on customer care but there is no ivr option that we can talk about credit card related issues to any customer care executive. I am applying for credit card from last two months, what kind of services you provide.

I again applied for fastag through hdfc and this time got a reference number once i made the payment. After 7 days of getting in touch with the bank, i was told that there was some problem and fastag application wasn't successful, although i was charged on my card and also i was provided a fastag reference number

I am not able to login to my fastag account to recharge it and when i tried to reset password it shows message that no record found for my wallet id/user id of fastag. It shows same message while logging as well. Contacted customer care and they say that they can find my account in good state.

I tried to contact customer care multiple timesto reset the password but they suggest only to wait for few days and try again. I am...

I am and hdfc customer since last 5 years and today when i was doing an online transaction, i kept geting this error of
"there is a low severity memo present on the credit account., there is a memo present on the debit account."
I saw a hold of some 74000 on my account for no reason.

This is outrageous
Will hdfc ever plan to do it's job and stop harassing customers?...

I want to change the relationship manager. Ankit Kashyap (Contact No[protected], 119, Radhakrishna Sadanam, Main Rd, Gandhi Bazaar, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004) as he is unresponsive and does not attend to my calls.
I called him recently regarding the delay in issuance of Fastag and he gave me a story of the office intranet access being down for more than a week. The second time I called, he cuts my call and texted...

I wanted to know the status of my Fastag order placed on 27th November 2019. There is no sms received stating any currier tracking number nor I have received any confirmation for delivery of the same. Kindly let me know when I will get the fastag?????

Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 11nov was processed on 24 nov of the same year 2019. But to this day i have not received the fast tag. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist. Once when i was able to connect the agent said the fast tag was still under process. Processing should not take a month at this age.

I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal 4/12/2019. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received application no hfr896844 but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag....

I received a message on 28th november 2019 saying - your fastag has been created. Card will be dispatched in 3-4 working days.

After that no communication.

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr593346. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

I have applied for hdfc fastag on 04/12/19 and my application id is hfr898882. I have got sms and email that my fastag has been issued on 04/12/19 but i couldn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer or hdfc should keep user updated about the delivery status. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis....

I had applied for the fastag from hdfc website (Online) on 27th nov.2019. Application reference no. Hfr626946, i received a sms that my wallet id was generated on 30th nov. And i will get my fastag in 4 working days as per sms received on 04 december, 2019. But since then i have got no response from the hdfc fastag. Also their customer care no.
