I applied for fastag on 10th november with application id hrf351475, wallet was created on 28rd november. Till date i have not received the fasttag. The customer care number doesn't connect most of the times and even if it connects they will provide an update that fasttag will be dispatched within 2 days and i will receive the message. Till date i have not received the message. Hdfc bank is poorly managing the fasttag process, while they promised it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days this is the reality, close to a month and still waiting. If cannot handle then why hdfc advertise about this?
If i am fined after 15 dec for not having fasttag while crossing tool booth (Which i do 2-3 times in week), will hdfc take care of my fine. Please clarify

If you have received Fastag wallet details, please note that you will receive the Fastag in 15 working days post creation of your Fastag wallet. The dispatch details will be intimated to you via SMS. For any further assistance, you may write to us at fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com or call on[protected].

Updated by abhishekgedam This is non-sense, SMS which receive said it will be delivered in 3-4 working days. Call center says 10 working days (which are already over). You are saying 15 working days (Which will be completed today).
Again is HDFC going to pay for excess charges i paid at toll booth?
