Dear sir/madam,

I applied for fastag last 20 days back and i have submitted all the required document through online and i got a sms stating that account created successfully but i didn't get fast tag till date.

My application reference no is hfr801054.

There is helpline given in that site (Services and sales queries :[protected] but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

It will be great if you could update the status or there should be email_id for customer care.

    I have applied hdfc fast tag and paid 500 rs but not getting any confirmation mail or pdf form to my email.

    When i tried to calling toll free number never contact.

    How i will contact the support engineer or how i can check my application status?

    Very disappointed due to hdfc service.

      I purchased fastag from hdfc bank after payment of coast of fastag. The fastag did not work from the 1st day itself. I complained to the hdfc bank fastag complaint (Toll free number) they asked me to send photocopy of cash receipt paid at toll, which i submitted.
      Now the bank has told me that i will have to purchase a new fastag for which they want rs 100
      What is my fault, why i am being charged the cost of fastag 2nd time

The FASTAG Application PDF is not yet sent to my registered email.id. Please look into it and arrange to process my FASTAG application at the earliest.

          I had applied for fastag in the above bank and also received a confimation message. After a week i also received a message on 4th november 2018 stating fastag will be delivered within 4 working days. But till date no delivery.
          I have received my customer id[protected] and the wallet id but till now no fastag arrived. Please look into the matter.

          I had applied for Fastag number on 3.12.2019 vide application no HFR863001 and paid the charges. I also received the message from bank that within 7 days I will get the Fastag number and mail also. But till date no any communication I received from the Bank.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr . The reference number of the application is HFR1039749. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc and since then there is no update.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.
            I have applied for fastag through hdfc vide ref no HFR917314 and it is intimaited that fast tag pdf application sent to my registered e mail which is not availble and the said contact no given by bank [protected]is not responding for any quary. Ihave paid Rs499.pl intimate me the status

              I post a complaint on 13.12.19 and details are also sent to you but no replay has not been received and fastag is also not received from your end it is very shame to your bank.

                Dear team i applied for hdfc fastag id on 28th nov and the amount got deducted twice. After the first successful transaction (₹500 debited from my hdfc credit card) however got a message that server encountered problems post it nothing worked. After talking to the hdfc bank call centre applied for fastag once again and it went through received a message with application reference as hfr12532. Then on 1st dec received an email stating. "dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited" however i have still not received my fastag. Pls help my number is [protected]. Or [protected]

                There had been no response on the fastag number [protected]. Kindly help

                  I had a hdfc regalia platinum card which i had paid all the outstanding amount in july, and asked to be closed, which the bank staff agreed to. But they have failed to close the card. Since i had no intent o[censored]sing a credit card anymore, i had misplaced the card and had not been using it for a while, when i suddenly started getting messages that i have been charged renewal charges on my card. I called up customer care cell and told them i had lost my card and i would want the card closed as i do not have possession of it and i had asked to block and close it. Again, i was told it was taken care of and that they would be forwarding me a link to initiate the formalities, but no one sent any link till date. I have been trying to contact the authorities on multiple ocassions, but i am only been going round in circles as the old card has been blocked now, and i do not know the details of the reissued card as i have not received any, and am unable to fill any closure application forms. I have been receiving harrassing calls to pay up the outstanding amount. I have not made any transactions on the card after the final settlement, and the charges that are levied are renewal charges which have been added without my consent. I am now receiving notification that the outstanding amount has been blocked on my savings bank account. This is preposterous! I want the renewal charges recalled as i do not want to pay up for the mess up from hdfc employees side.

                        Applied for fastag online, shown transaction failed, but amount rs.500 /- has been deducted though the transaction was failed, didnt got any confirmation about amount deduction from card. Few days later, i came to know only through sms from hdfc, saying my fastag has been processed. Received the fastag customer id and wallet id. Till now there were information about delivery details about fastag, always contact number is busy. There is no proper response from hdfc.

                        Please do the needful and help me to proceed further on this.

                            I purchased a samsung m-30 phone rom amazon on 7th september with my hdfc debit card. As per offer 5% or upto rs.1000 must have been credited within 90 days from the purchase but its been 97 days and my cashback has not been credited to my account. Also on complaining the hdfc customer support agent said the complaint has been escalated but i was not provided with any token number for the same. Hdfc and its offers are fraud... I reall thought that being one of the best private banks atleast they would keep up there word.

Now i am certain that again same things gonna happen and my respective cashback would not be credited to me. Really disappointed and wanna close my account with HDFC bank

                              Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 7th dec. It was said that i will receive a call back from their representative but till today i got no updates from them. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist. Even till nowni have not received my fastag. Their toll free no on website does not exist. When i contacted hdfc bank they told only fastag department of hdfc can answer it. But there is no way to contact them and get any update on it.

                                I applied for fastag on 3rd dec and i have submitted the all the required document through online and i got a mail with customer id & wallet id detail, but no information regarding how to collect my fastag.

                                There is helpline [protected] is not connecting even once in last 10 days. Tried calling hdfc bank customer care, they gave status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in email to contact further, but all mails are bouncing with this id.

                                It will be great if you could update the status of my fastag courier details.

                                    I tried to paas through the fastag line on 9-11-19, but that was not accessible then the toll plaza management instructed to pay money.
                                    Then i paid money and go away from tollplaza, after some time i got a message from hdfc fastag team, your money was debited.

                                    I raised a request through mail, call on same day but till now the problem isn't solved.

                                    Regarding this i called and mail to our team but no response and no solution.

                                    Kindly solve my problem and refund it back to my fastag account.

                                      I applied for hdfc fastag online on 01/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr821676 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
                                      After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

                                      I've also attached the sms details that received from the hdfc bank.

                                      Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

                                        I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on november 14th. I have already paid rs. 500 through hdfc fastag portal. I have just received customer id & wallet id on november 24th and i also received a message that fastag will be sent soon. But, i've not received fastag from bank and their customer service number is always busy. I've tried many times on multiple days but it's always busy.
