Hi,
Applied for fastag online, shown transaction failed, but amount rs.500 /- has been deducted though the transaction was failed, didnt got any confirmation about amount deduction from card. Few days later, i came to know only through sms from hdfc, saying my fastag has been processed. Received the fastag customer id and wallet id. Till now there were information about delivery details about fastag, always contact number is busy. There is no proper response from hdfc.
Please do the needful and help me to proceed further on this.

Already send a mail regarding this on 1st December, but no response from them. Received an sms saying that i will receive the fastag by this week, but no response/details about dispatch and not received the same. Always your customer care number [protected] is busy. Hence i registered a complaint.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
