fastag dispatch status not received

I have applied online for fastag on website of hdfc website (https://v1.hdfcbank.com/htdocs/common/fastag/index.html) and paid rs. 500/- online on dt-30.11.19, my fastag application reference number is hfr791167. I have not received my fastag dispatch status.

And also want the status of my application of fastag.

Please confirm the dispatch status and time in which i received my fastag....

delay in delivery of fastag

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. I have received the message and mail indicating that my fastag id is[protected] and wallet number...

I have purchased the fasttag from hdfc bank portal. My customer id is[protected]. I have received the sms/e-mail regarding the fasttag id/wallet id. But physical tag is not dispatched from hdfc. Hi,

I have ordered hdfc fastag online for my car on 29th nov 2019. It was supposed to get delivered the fastag in 7 days from order date. But i have not yet received the same. I got an email on 4th december that the fastag wallet account has been created, but still waiting for the fastag card.

Applied on 26th Nov n not received tag till date. 500 has been deducted same day. Application no HFR569092 . HELPLINE number is also fake. Want to file a case against these ###. Still waiting for tag. Now forced to take from other resources OR else I need to pay double the Toll Tax . Wanted to file a case these ###. Also going to put on Facebook....

unwanted hold and deductions from my account

hdfc fastag dispatch delay issue.

I am very disappointed with your fastag delivery service.

On 30/nov/2019, i received message "update: your fastag wallet has been created! Card will be dispatched in 4 working days. For any queries, call [protected]"
But till date 10/dec/2019, i have not recieved any fastag sticker yet. My fastag account has been opened, i have my wallet id so why this delay in the delivery.

fake transaction

Rs. 885 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 9th December when i came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use HDFC Bank because i feel my money is not secure enough.
Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP....
