Hi, i purchased car in june 2018. I applied fastag at that time and i received the same as well. But i didn't receive welcome mail contains wallet id to login and recharge the fastag account. I'm trying to call customer service number[protected] is always busy. I tried minimum 20 times in last few days but call doesn't pick up by anyone from other end.
Can someone help how to retrieve wallet id to proceed recharging fastag?

Complaint marked as Resolved Company didn't take any step to resolve the complaint. Also the email address provided by the company was wrong. By chance someone has finally picked up call after minimum 50 tries, and I could find information I was looking for.
