Updated by Amitmisra123 15 days gone not received Fastag & 7 days gone from last complaint day. No Mechanism to check status of fastag in ur system. Below is mail received from HDFC bank stating that ur representative will reply me in SEVERAL Days ? What do u mean by Several Days ? Hiow many more days i have to wait. Update me ASAP with POD detail.

15 days gone not revived my Fastag, after complaint ur team assured me that i will receive in 7 days, till yet problem not resolved. Their is no mechanism to track status also in ur system Can u please prove POD detail so that i can track exact location of my fastag.
