Hi i had applied for a hdfc fasttag last month 23nov. Based on that after follow ups i got the fast tag id:[protected]. But i haven' t go the fasttag. There is no means to get in touch with support as the phone lines nev er work. Please help me get the tag. I will be driving down next week over the nh, so need the same else i will have to pay penality

Provide me when i will receive the tag also send me the email address where i can raise the issue

    Hi,
    My fastag wallet id is : [protected]. I have been using it since from 2018. September 2019 when i was travelling my fastag amount went to negative balance although i payed manually to the toll plaza. Later i came to know when using other toll that my fast tag has been marked as block listed. Since from september month onwards every alternative days i have been interacted with customer care people to remove the fastag from bloakclist. Nothing worked no action has been taken. Later i recharged during oct 2019 and then as per customer care people advise called to remove my fastag from block list to use further. Till now every alternate days informing customer care people to remove my fastag to use further no action has been taken. It is frustrating at peak.
    - firstly when my fast tag dosn't have money why it allowed by toll plaza to deduct though i paid manually.
    - even if they wrongly deducted why it was not adjusted with security deposit if the customer is unable to recharge on time.
    - and how long customer care people will take time to remove the block listed fastage to activate again.
    - is bank has enough customer care people to attend peopl's query, as every time we call line is been busy.
    - and people need to woke up early morning or stay at night to reach out to customer.

    Can this be seriously addressed and provide faster solution to remove my fastag from block list to use further.

      I have a hdfc fastag for my car. But i am not able to recharge the fastag after registration as after login under main control elements it shows nothing.
      Even after multiple login the problem persisted. Tried calling hdfc fastag customer no. But it is always busy.

        Applied for a fastag on hdfc fastag link
        On 26th of november, 2019. I paid inr 500 for this application. On 6th dec i got a notification that my fastag has been issued. I did not receive any information on how the fastag has been sent, to which address, when can i expect to receive it. No courier details are provided. I tried reaching the cc number which is always busy. I also logged into the fastag portal and lodged a complaint but no response or resolution till now. Bank cc says they are not aware of fastag details and cannot help. How do i get this resolved? I need my fastag immediately as it is 12 december now and only 3 days are left.

          I have registered online for hdfc fastag and application reference number is hfr372668. It’s been more than 1 month since i have registered but i haven’t received the fastag till now. I have received the message of recharge amount but without having valid fastag how can i use it? Just need to know when will i get my fastag delivered so that i can use it otherwise refund my money i will apply to some other company.
          As from 15 of december it will be necessary to have fastag otherwise we have to pay double cash amount of toll plaza who’s gonna pay me that? I have registered paid for my fastag it’s your duty to deliver it on time otherwise your company shouldn’t have taken responsibility to make fastag for customers. I want my money or my fastag otherwise i’m gonna file complaint against your bank for fraud.

              I've applied for fastag through hdfc netbanking on 11/11/19, this is the application id hfr357206.
              The fastag wallet and id are generated on 24/11/19 and this is my customer id[protected]. I didn't receive the fastag yet.

              Tried reaching out to the toll free number which is not connecting/operating. There is no response for mail communication as well.

              I didn't expect such a response from the bank. I've been using this bank service for almost 10 years. I never seen such a setback.

              Got the tag through the courier. Sharing the courier tracking ID to the costumer would have avoided this unnecessary trouble.

                  Hi, my fastag customer id is[protected]. The account was created on 23rd nov 2019 and the fastag card was supposed to be despatched in 3 working days. But i haven't received the fastag card yet and the deadline is nearing. Who will be responsible for my payments if i am charged double the amount for the gross negligence from your part.                     I applied for fastag via hdfc portal by uploading all the required documents on 25 november 2019. Payment of 500/- was done through my hdfc debit card. I got the reference number hfr 543523. But till date i have not received the fastag. There is no way to track the status. The customer care number provided is not working and my personal banker is also not able to help me as she has no information. Please help me what is status of my fastag and send it urgently.

And a further inr300 was deducted from my account without my consent on 6th dec. I did not receive any information on how the fastag has been sent, to which address, when can i expect to receive it.                         I applied for fastag from hdfc website on 28 november 2019. After few days i got an email saying that the fastag is created. Again after couple of days i got an email regarding my wallet id and it was updated with the amount that i paid while applying fastag. However, it is been almost 15 days and i have not received the actual fastag. Tried calling their customer care multiple times but it takes eternity to connect and even they do not have any information on the same. There is not tracking details or any sort of information post that.

                          I have registered for fasttag 3 weeks back (Nov 26 2019), i got the sms saying my account created and tag will be dispached in 3-4 days, still not received the tag, their customer care number is dead itseems either busy or simply disconnects. My application reference number is hfr475854.

                          I have received confirmation message ob creation of wallet and i can login to my wallet. But physical fasttag is not received from bank and cusotmer care service number is of no use. No other contact details provided or status of dispatch is provided by bank.

                            Call center number is always busy and not responsive.
                            No other way to check status.

                              I have applied for hdfc fast tag through hdfc bank site with my customer id on 27-nov-2019.

                              I tried to reach provided hdfc bank helpline number... But in vain. Contact number is just to await permanently.

                              Later i booked complaints with nh at 1033 three times. But no result... Just awaiting feedback from hdfc bank. What is this nonsense.

                              Waiting time to connect at 1033 is at least minimum 8-10 minutes.

                              Where i approach for this issue?
                              How can i get the money back so that i buy the fastag from somewhere else?

Wat a worse service by hdfc bank... Shame on u guys for ur service man..

                                  I have been applied a hdfc fastag card for my car. I got a message after one week my card will be dispatched with in 4 working days. But i have not received my card till now and its been more than 10 working days.

                                  Toll free number always busy and no other way to call and track the card status.

                                  Complaint 2:

                                  I'm able to login to website and access my fastag account details, but there is no option to update my address or vehicle information.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My fastag application number is hfr935492, after application i got msg on website that you will receive confirmation mail on your mail id.

                                      Today is 6th day but not received any mail but 500 inr is deducted.
                                      Hdfc fastag helpline number [protected] is busy and not getting any response.

                                      I tried on 1033 but got very rude answer to meet bank. What is the purpose of online application and where should we meet.

                                      Useless service from hdfc bank.. Just collecting 500 inr.

                                        Hello Team,

                                        This is regarding Fastag procurement.I have ordered Fastag through HDFC bank portal on nov 2. It was shown with a week it will be delivered.I need to know the status of application for fastag.
                                        Its been more than 2 weeks that I have not got any update.
                                        Please let me know when I can recieve it.
