Hi,

I have applied for the fastag on 25th nov 19. Wallet was also created within two days. Also received the message saying that will be receiving the fastag in 4 working days. Now it is more than 10 working days and still not received the fast tag. Customer care people are not giving the proper answers. Very pathetic. My fastag reference number is hfr530715....

I have applied for fast Tag with Application reference No . HFR966510 . THEY HAVE CHARGED ME RS 500 FOR THE SAME . 100 issue fee 200 for deposit 200 for wallet money .
After submitting i didnt any update about on my mail . I didnt get even application pdf on my email ....

Everday i m forced to complain about them. They are so pathetic and care less about people. I have 2 complaints.
1. An official from hdfc bank shantibpark branch bhirva ignored all the letters i gave her to stop ecs from dhfl pramerica dhfl and cns bank. She could have easily told i need noc from those banks from september last year. But she told me bank is earning ecs return fee from me. They have earned 60000 rs from me. Nothing...

I have ordered 1 fastag on 9th nov 2019, it is already showing in my wallet id [protected].
But i have not received the physical tag yet. Please let me know the status of my tag.

Your toll free is horrible, i have tried at least 100 times in a day it is always busy.

I had applied for the fastag from hdfc website (Online) on 25th nov.2019. Application reference no. Hfr510882, i got sms that my wallet id was generated on 30th nov. & i will get my fastag in 4 working days.
But since then i have got no response from the hdfc fastag. Also their customer care no. Is not working, always say busy.

My account has already been deducted with the fees 500.0 inr and other charges.

I have applied for the fast tag under application reference no is hfr505988 on 24th nov 2019 and received fast tag issued confirmation on 27th nov but to my surprise i have not still received the fast tag. The customer care no is always busy. Kindly reimburse my money. I recently got a fastag wallet provided by hdfc fastag. I have two issues that are not yet addressed by the fastag team even after multiple followups. Also the fastag customer care is not reachable from almost a month, the emails are also being not responded.

Issue1. Name is in correct in the fastag wallet.
Issue 2. There is incorrect deduction from the fastag wallet for which i have raised a issue. This is not addressed...

Everyday i m complaining againd hdfc.
1. Because of bhirva in shanti park mira rd i lost 60000 rs. She could have told i need a noc from other bank to stop ecs from sep 2018. But she sarcastically told bank is earning because of you. Why should we help you. Even after many complaints in this forum they are least concerned.
2. Due to a heart problem i missed a payment. I paid 12000 when minimum was 9600. Inspite of that they...

I have paid rs.500 to hdfc bank for fastag. Rs.200 as security deposit and
300 as recharge amount. After payment i received a smssaying that fastag is issued. Another message stated that it will be delivered in 3 to 5 days and still not received.

The customer care number provided by bank on its website is not working. I have received customer id and wallet id which helps me to login but still wont help to track my fastag....

Hdfc loan division has been calling me continuously everyday (Weekdays + saturday) for the past 3 months even when i clear convey i do not need loan as of now. I am not an account holder with hdfc bank and i am not sure why i am getting 10 calls a week.

I tried to contact customer care on[protected] this number either comes busy or not serviceable. I want my refund. If this kind of service they are providing what i can expect if i need road assistance

I applied for fastag on dec 5th and i have submitted the fee of rs 500 and all the required document through online and i got a sms fastag application hfr903237 was successful you will receive a pdf registered email id and fastag in 7 working days but till date neither i received any mail nor any fastag from bank even my personal banker also helpless to solve my problem.
Please help me regarding how to collect...

This is the response i received after applying fastag.

"fastag application reference number hfr926612.
The fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id.
Our representative will get in touch with you soon."

I did not receive any email or message after submitting and paying online. The number for queries [protected] is not working. Can you please let me know the status?...

I had applied for a fastag through hdfc bank website on 14th nov. The wallet id for the same has been created. However, i am yet to receive the physical copy of fastag after more than 3 weeks.
The toll free number mentioned at the website isnt working. I am really not sure how long hdfc will take to get the fastag delivered. The deadline for implementation is also approaching and i will hold hdfc responsible for any penalty...

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr453630. All required documents were submitted and i apply for the tag on 22th nov 2019.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. No tracking no provided by bank.

The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would...

I have uploaded all relevant documents and then got sms on 30 nov saying that my fastag has been issued and i will receive my fastag in 4 working days. But i haven't received yet.
There is absolutely no way to check the status of tag. Customer care number is either always busy or not being answered.

On nov 30.14.03 hrs i paid 16999rs through google pay to samsung.com.in for online purchase. Amount is debited from account but order canceled by payment transaction fail. Even though i dint received my amount back to account. When i contacted samsung they told me to contact hdfc bank. But i am not able to contact hdfc bank customer care. Though i tried many times. So i am raising complaint.

Applied for fastag thru a link shared by hdfc bank on 8th dec 2019. No acknowledgement by mail that such payment has been received and that they will be processing the same. Only sms that "application hfr959232 was successful. You will receive a pdf on registered email id and fastag in 7 working days. For details call [protected]".

No any way to track the same and number is not reachable....
