I got the message that my fastag wallet was created on 30th november and that my fastag card will be dispatched in 4 working days. 11 days have passed and no update whatsoever. Calling the 1800 number is useless.. It always says busy. I'm having second thoughts as to why i chose hdfc. So much for brand loyalty. I did not expect such poor execution from such an esteemed organization.

    I have applied for fastag on 25th November on HDFC. I have tried to contact several times to HDFC customer care for delivery details of tag. Still I am waiting for getting a proper response from HDFC. Please provide a specific date and delivery courier details as soon as possible.
    The customer care no [protected] is always busy. Please provide an alternative number.

      Except but an email stating your customer id no is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] and asking me to login.

      After login in iam getting a response as no records

        I have submitted Rs.500/- for application process of the fastag for my car on Dt:04.12.2019 and unable to track the application status. I have not received a message till date but no mail has come or neither can I find a link to view my application status. I am trying to reach the helpline number but that either is busy or not being attended by the customer care .

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount on 11/23/2019). The reference no for the transaction is [protected]. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

          My Customer ID is[protected] and Wallet ID is [protected].

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for 15 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

            Have applied for fastag card on 26th nov. Still card delivery status is unknown, trying to reach customer care no. Provided but its always engaged or no one is picking up call.
            I have made same complaint previously on 05th dec received there feed back that it will be delivered in 7 to 10 working day from time of application.
            But now it has crossed more than 10days still card delivery status is unknown.

            Please help to clear it.

              I have received customer id and wallet i'd through email. Still waiting for the physical fastag.

              I need to travel this weekend and returning by 17th.

              I am a managed hdfc customer for about 10 years and don't expect these issues from hdfc. So, please prioritize my request and do the required needful asap.

              This irresponsible act and reply from HDFC. Due date is by tomorrow as per government's policy. If you can't provide the service as per promised timeline of 7 days, return the money paid. Will get it done through other service providers

              I had ordered for Fast tag through HDFC bank. The amount got debited, but the page expired. I have no idea on the status. The call center is unresponsive
              Recently i have applied for HDFC bank credit card, whether i have all the eligible criteria for the card, thus it is got declined.

              Too much disappointed with hdfc bank. I like the service of hdfc bank so I have applied for credit card.

              I expect I will get positive reply from the bank.

                We have applied for fastag through hdfc bank portal on 28th nov 2019. Deposited inr 500. Got a message of thanks and they informed that we shall get it within 7 working days. Application number was hfr684718.

                But till date, we are still waiting for its delivery or dispatch information after 13 days (11 dec 2019).

                Tried on their so called customer care[protected]. To meet god is possible but your call on this number is never possible. As we have tried for 120 calls in last 12 days.

                Hi, I paid 500 towards hdfcfastag money got deducted but there is no confirmation email or SMS and customer care number is always busy or if rings no one pickup the call...I checked with my credit card they confirmed money deducted from my card and reached fastag.

                I was making payment towards my Regalia Forex plus card on 1 Dec 2019 through my debit card. My transaction got failed but the amount 20655 was debited from my account. I could not process my application. I am not satisfied with the services provided by HDFC online portal.
                I registered for Fastag on Nov 30th 2019 Application reference Number HFR780548
                But no update for PDF or any further messages
                Toll Free is always busy and unable to reach HDFC Bank as well

                  Hdfc bank made a false promise... It charged me money for fastag. I uploaded the documents. Got a message saying that i will receive fastag within 4 days. But fastag not yet delivered to me. The toll free number does not work. It gave two more numbers on the hdfc fastag website which also don't work. It appears like they had put up the fastag service just to gather 500/- per person from the public... Fraud service

                            I am a hdfc credit card holder and today on 11th december, 2019 i received a sms stating that my card number ending with 2633 has been debited of rs.1899. This was done without my consent and i do not wish to be a part of this ponzi scheme called the"oneassist membership". I fail to understand how this is legal to debit money from a person's account without their consent! Please cancel this immediately and refund the debited amount.

                              I had taken personal loan from hdfc bank around 6 years ago. I paid my all dues as attached photo but yet not received noc. Many times mailed to hdcf bank customer support. But not received any good feedback from hdcf side. My loan acount no is 22815021.

                              Below mail i recieved from bank...

                              We observe that e-mail id used by you for this interaction is not registered with the bank. As you know that requested document contains sensitive and confidential information in respect of your banking relationship with us. Hence, we regret our inability to act upon the instructions sent by you through this e-mail id. This is on grounds of secrecy and confidentiality of account/ transaction related information of customers.

                              If my email id not registered its not my fault. I am giving my loan account number also.

                                Today on receipt of my fastag i logged into my account and to recharge the wallet with rs.500.00 through my hdfc credit card at getprepa. I also got a message from the bank that the amount that i have spent that much money. To my surprise it is not reflected in my wallet and my wallet balance is the same as it was before i recharged. This type of errors and miscommunications or wrong information is very common with this site. I have high regard to hdfc bank and this type of lapses are least expected from such a professional banker. Hope they resolve the issue at the earliest and see this thing are not repeated to much of the customers discomfort and angry.

                                I have applied for fastag reference id is HFR 431132. still waiting for f dispatch details regarding my fastag. please update my dispatch details.
                                I have applied for fast tag on 30th Nov 2019 but i have not got any update from them.none of their number is working .

                                UPDATE: FASTag application HFR794262 was successful.

                                I have uploaded my Adhar card and copy of RC online. I was bug fan of HDFC but this kind of delay without any information is not expected.
                                I have applied for Fast Tag & paid through credit card Rs.500. Application No. was communicated through SMS i.e. HFR 735021 & so other communication. There is no system to check the status & even no mail ID is available. The toll free no. is always busy & not reachable. Please help
                                I have not received any mail From HDFC Fastag or elsewhere about my application reference No is HFR853603

                                  Hdfc bank — hdfc fastag - not delivered

                                  I applied for fastag on 12th november with application id hfr362495, wallet was created on 23rd november. Have not received any response from the fast tag team regarding the delivery status. I tried to contact customer care where there is no small bit of response from them and which is really frustrating customer like me, please i expect the acknowledgement for this complaint either from hdfc or from fast tag department before going to next level.
                                  The customer care number doesn't connect most of the times and even if it connects they will provide an update that fasttag will be dispatched within 2 days and i will receive the message. Till date i have not received the message. Hdfc bank is poorly managing the fasttag process, while they promised it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days this is the reality, close to a month and still waiting. Gadkari sir.. Please defer the fasttag implemenation considering the issues we are facing with the banks in getting the fasttag delivered

                                    Had applied for fastag and received the message of cutomerid and wallet id created on nov 30. But till date have not received the card - no further communication.
                                    The helpline number is forever busy, not been able to connect at all.

                                      I have submitted fastag application but did not recevied any acknowledgement from the hdfc, it was mentioned you will receive a pdf form to your registered email but did not recevied that one as well.

                                      Unfortuantely i have not save screenshot of the web page, on which application number is mentioned.

                                      Can some one please help me here.

                                      I am Madhu Ray. I am very disappointed to say that suddenly I got1399rs debited from my credit card for one assist policy, without my permission, without any message alert. I don't want to carry this [censored] plan anymore. Want to deactivate any how otherwise I will end up my account in this bank.
                                      I spent more than 19000 in the month of october and they promised 2000 gift voucher. But i didnt received it till now.

                                      Kindly send my voucher soon
                                      I have tried login HDFC net banking, but getting below pop up,
                                      The Net Banking system is busy processing heavy load from currently logged in customers.

                                      Note: I was totally unhappy with this service. Tried at same time yesterday also same issue.

                                        My name is shreeya pandya, my hdfc account no. [protected].

                                        I have an saving account in hdfc bank arera colony, bhopal (M. P.) branch

                                        When i checked my account statement, i see the transactios of rs 477.36 deducted from my bank account in the name of inter-brn cash chg incl gst 301119-mir[protected].

                                        I tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care.

                                        I am surprised to see how the nationalized bank do such things without prior information to customer. Also this is too big a amount to charge.
