I have done fast tag registration via hdfc bank portal on 30 - nov - 2019. Today it is 12 december - 2019. Still not received the fast tag.
I received the eamil that it is successfuly issued... But i have still not recieved it.
There is no way i can track it... I dont know whom to call.

My question to hdfc... If cannot manage the end to end service why do you offer it in first place.

    Dear sir/madam,

    Yesterday i applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site rs. 300 was mentioned. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
    Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number hfr966614 dated 09th december, 2019.

    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended

      I have register for fast tag through my hdfc account on 28th november 2019. Paid the registration amount. I have received customer id no.[protected] & wallet id no. [protected]. But till not received the fast tag as per the address register with bank. Received sms on 30th november that fast tag wallet has been created. Card will be dispatched on in 4 working days.

      Till date fast tag not recevied

      Customer mobile no.[protected] not responding.

        I had applied for fastag through hdfc, i got a message that fastag has been issued but no information on rf id delivery. Already it has been 15 days since i applied for fastag. Their customer helpline number is not working. I have repeatedly tried calling 50 times but it is always busy. Method of rf id dispatch/delivery is not mentioned anywhere during registration. Many other customers also have complained about similar negligence by the company.

          Hdfc bank — mirevenue hold through gefu
          Since my account is zero balance account and salary account in my account they have put 25, 000/-.

          Please check and let me know what was the problem and both my salary account has negative.

          I don't know i am not able to do any transaction now. Totally am blocked now since my salary also will be credited to the same account only.

            I had applied for fast tag through hdfc bank on 3rd december. Hfr 866243.

            Hdfc confirmed that fastag will be delivered in 7 days. I believed that hdfc is prompt in their promise. I have been customer of hdfc for banking, loan, homeloan, mutual fund everything. I am always happy for the service hdfc provides. But in this case i am very disappointed. I dont want to complain on hdfc but, there is no other way for me.

            Customer care call is not getting connected. Please do something.

                I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on nov 30. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                  Already applied for fast tag (5 dec). The amount is deducted from my account as 500 but still not received a fast tag or any kind of communication or pdf.

                  I tried to reach customer care multiple but they also not reachable. Very worse service.

                  Please update the status. I am not expecting this kind of service from hdfc.
                  This broke the trust on hdfc.

                    I had applied for the fasttag through HDFC online by paying 500 rupees.Ref I'd HFR472610 on the penultimate week of November 2019.
                    On 28 November 2019, I received a message indicating the dispatch and delivery within 3-4 working days.

                    As of now December 12 2019 I have not received it and multiple calls to the call center remains unanswered.Mails to prescribed call center also bounces back.

                    As I am associated with HDFc for more than 10 years I sought help from my relationship manager.He gave aome.evasive answers and didn't help.Upon escalation to his supervisor, he too sarcastically mentioned that he was also waiting for the same and that they process only 10 cards per day!!!

                    If HDFC is unable to meet the volume requirements why are they sending a message indicating a 3 day delivery?haven't they had a working day until now?What is the use of having a relationship manager and escalation matrix when they are unable to solve the issues.Not to mention the call center.

                    I am totally disappointed by being their customer.
                    I request all the people to avoid HDFC fastag application.

                    Nov 28 to Dec 12 is equal to 15 days!
                    No I have not received within 15 days of dispatch!!! What is the fasttag Helpdesk protected from?
                    Utter callousness.
                    Waste of time and money and creation of headache by HDFC
                    ISSUE CONTINUES TO BE UNRESOLVED.

I was told that i would receive it by courier and i haven't received anything yet. Now the deadline of fastag has approached and there is no way to track the status of application.                           I have been struggling like anything in hdfc bank to delink my credit card frm my saving account as need to. Clise my saving account as a reason worst customer. Care and response. Local home branch at chander nagar ghaziabad says they dont know anything and have to contact customer care only customer care says to visit home branch and after. Persusion takes the request but till date no action taken. It's really frustrating with such pathetic and inequate staff who are not aware of anything.

                              Hi, i purchased car in june 2018. I applied fastag at that time and i received the same as well. But i didn't receive welcome mail contains wallet id to login and recharge the fastag account. I'm trying to call customer service number[protected] is always busy. I tried minimum 20 times in last few days but call doesn't pick up by anyone from other end.

                              Can someone help how to retrieve wallet id to proceed recharging fastag?

                              Company didn't take any step to resolve the complaint. Also the email address provided by the company was wrong. By chance someone has finally picked up call after minimum 50 tries, and I could find information I was looking for.

                                Applied for HDFC Bank Fastag online on 04.12.2019. As per the site, the Fastag will be delivered within 7 days from the date of payment. Payment of Rs 500/- made. Even after 7 days no status is available about my payment or dispatch status. Even customer care is also not knowing the status on 5th day. Now they have stopped attending the calls on 24x7 customer care number. It is highly embarrassing from such a reputed service provider which is not expected. Fastag Application reference number is HFR900451.

                                  Need the physical sticker urgently else will be taking legal option against poorest quality and denial of service from HDFC Bank.
                                  Hello, the issue here too. Even I sent an email to HDFC Board of Directors, but no response yet. What we need to understand here is, it is new way of their business model, having ₹300 * no of cars in India = Total X into their bank as deposit. So they will use it for their rotation purpose. They’re cheating us through this system. I applied it on Nov 22nd. But not yet received it.
                                  HDFC bank, we need immediate resolution as you have collected the money but not providing physical tag in mentioned timelines and due to that we will be bound to pay fines. This behavior is not acceptable.
                                  HDFC team, awaiting quick update for above mentioned issue.

                                      Hi - have ordered 2 fastag on 10 nov believing hdfc but after raising complaint here had received for one of my car on 3-Dec, In spite of requesting on the same request till now no answer/reply has been posted. HFR352810 is my reference number. Again the contact contact number is never answered. Now with 15-Dec as the new deadline and how come the second car can be driven or crossed the TOLL. Weird to see such negligence can be sited by HDFC bank by forgetting to dispatch the second Fastag even after adding the second car to my WALLET. And ignoring query on top of my previous request is gain unprofessional.

                                      TagID has been already generated but yet to receive.

                                      Twice the amount to be charged on toll if not paid by fastag and i cannot do that for my second car, it is going to give us a bad experience from a bank.

                                        I have ordered fastag online on 27th November 2019 by making the payment of 500 Rs. however, the payment has been debited but there is no currier tracking number received. Kindly update when I will get the Fastag.
                                        The Fastag is expected to deliver after 7 working days after the payment made however, I have not even received currier tracking number or any confirmation whether the fastag to be received to not.

                                        Kindly deliver my fastag ASAP as I have to travel frequently and it is now mandatory.
