At the initial stage of hdfc credit card use, i used to get sms alerts for payments. Now a days, no communication is sent on my regd. Mobile. Because of this reason, since last two bills, you have charged @ ₹800/- towards late fee. This has become your regular phenomena of keeping silent on payment sms alerts. Due to this reason, i hereby suspends the use of hdfc credit cards.

    Hi
    I had applied for a fastag on 26th november and had submitted all the required documents for the same. I still have not received it. The customer care number doesn't work. There is no communication from hdfc on this.

    I don't know where the fastag card is.
    My application number is - hfr556702

    The deadline for using fastag is 15th december and i dont know what happened to fastag that's issued for me by hdfc bank. Please help.

      Hi,
      I had applied for hdfc fastag for my vehicle and reference no is hfr357241 online on on 11th nov, i got a sms on 24th november saying that the fastag has been issued and the customer id and wallet id was provided. On 28th nov a message was received saying that the wallet had been created and the fastag would be sent in 3-4 days. Since then there is no dispatch confirmation for the fastag. The customer care number is always busy.
      Please provide the eta when will i get fastag and how to track the status...

      Very very poor service... No email id to drop an email and not able to reach customer care too.

        I have registered fast tag and i have a fast tag reference hfr884950 but i could not track the status of it.
        Please let me know whom to contact further, will i get login details after 7 days.
        I registered it on 4th dec 2019.
        [protected] is always busy.
        I did not receive mail notification for account creation or walled id details.

        Please help me to the wayforward.

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr858547.
          I have uploaded all requried documents and also got a confirmation from bank indicating y fastag is activated and recharged with rs.300.

          Its been 2 weeks since i have applied and i have not received fastag yet.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          Please update on the status asap as i need to be travelling in a week and i need to have fastag asap.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount, 200 as the top up amount and 100 as processing fee). The reference number of the application is hfr829056 on 1st dec 2019. I have uploaded rc copy as demanded and received only wallet creation email from bank side on 6th dec 2019.

            I have checked my wallet detail via online portal, my name and other details were missing. As well i noticed no balance on it.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. We tried to reach local back for update where staff is not responding properly, they get rude.

            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. If bank has lot of load and able to supply in time then please let government know about this.

                  My Fastag account with HDFC bank is activated on December 3rd or so..but haven't received the tag yet..i am trying to call the customer care number for the last 3-4 days and its always busy..no portal nothing else where I could track the status...poor customer service from HDFC.

                    I have done fast tag registration via hdfc bank portal on 30 - nov - 2019. Today it is 12 december - 2019. Still not received the fast tag.
                    I received the eamil that it is successfuly issued... But i have still not recieved it.
                    There is no way i can track it... I dont know whom to call.

                    My question to hdfc... If cannot manage the end to end service why do you offer it in first place.

                      Yesterday i applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site rs. 300 was mentioned. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.

                          I had applied for fastag through hdfc, i got a message that fastag has been issued but no information on rf id delivery. Already it has been 15 days since i applied for fastag. Their customer helpline number is not working. I have repeatedly tried calling 50 times but it is always busy. Method of rf id dispatch/delivery is not mentioned anywhere during registration. Many other customers also have complained about similar negligence by the company.

                            Since my account is zero balance account and salary account in my account they have put 25, 000/-.

                            Please check and let me know what was the problem and both my salary account has negative.

                              I had applied for fast tag through hdfc bank on 3rd december. Hfr 866243.

                              Hdfc confirmed that fastag will be delivered in 7 days. I believed that hdfc is prompt in their promise. I have been customer of hdfc for banking, loan, homeloan, mutual fund everything. I am always happy for the service hdfc provides. But in this case i am very disappointed. I dont want to complain on hdfc but, there is no other way for me.

                              Customer care call is not getting connected. Please do something.

                                    Already applied for fast tag (5 dec). The amount is deducted from my account as 500 but still not received a fast tag or any kind of communication or pdf.

                                    I tried to reach customer care multiple but they also not reachable. Very worse service.

                                      I had applied for the fasttag through HDFC online by paying 500 rupees.Ref I'd HFR472610 on the penultimate week of November 2019.
                                      On 28 November 2019, I received a message indicating the dispatch and delivery within 3-4 working days.

                                      As of now December 12 2019 I have not received it and multiple calls to the call center remains unanswered.Mails to prescribed call center also bounces back.

                                      As I am associated with HDFc for more than 10 years I sought help from my relationship manager.He gave aome.evasive answers and didn't help.Upon escalation to his supervisor, he too sarcastically mentioned that he was also waiting for the same and that they process only 10 cards per day!!!

                                      If HDFC is unable to meet the volume requirements why are they sending a message indicating a 3 day delivery?haven't they had a working day until now?What is the use of having a relationship manager and escalation matrix when they are unable to solve the issues.Not to mention the call center.

                                      I am totally disappointed by being their customer.
                                      I request all the people to avoid HDFC fastag application.

                                      Nov 28 to Dec 12 is equal to 15 days!
                                      No I have not received within 15 days of dispatch!!! What is the fasttag Helpdesk protected from?
                                      Utter callousness.
                                      Waste of time and money and creation of headache by HDFC
                                      ISSUE CONTINUES TO BE UNRESOLVED.

                                        I have applied for fastag at hdfc bank aundh branch on 30th nov and was given the reference number hfr792948. I was told that i would receive it by courier and i haven't received anything yet. Now the deadline of fastag has approached and there is no way to track the status of application. The bank representative just asked to wait for the courier. Is there a way to know the status of this application?
