I have applied online for hdfc fastag i paid 500 rupees on the time of apply still i have not recieved the fastag no information regarding i demanding refund i dont need this type of fastag.i really disapoint with whole hdfc i am sure i am not interesting bring anybcustomers to this firm i am liking to withdarw my allnrrlationship with hdfc

    I applied for fastag from HDFC bank on 24th of November. Money got deducted from my account.
    HDFC bank has sent the fastag customer ID and wallet ID. However they haven't sent the physical fastag so far.
    Their fastag customer care number is unanswered. And the HDFC Bank customer care say they don't deal with fastag.
    Being such a big enterprise, how can they let down their customers after taking the money. They have to give us a tracking number to track the status of the fastag.

      Neither received any fast tag or any response from bank no status update no application received not any help from customer care

      hdfc fast tag assured to provide fast tag with in 7 days but ist been seven days already and i don't even know that my application is registered rejected ot even processed yet

        I had applied for a fast tag on 27 november, reference no: hfr649437. I got this sms from hdfc "dear customer, your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. Hdfc bank limited" on 30th november. I am yet to recieve the card.
        I am repeatedly sending mails to hdfc complaint mail ids, am not getting any reply. I could not contact them on customer service number also.

          I have called bank several times and no proper response at all. My account balance shows as available balance in positive and account balance in negative. 9k is on hold. Without any reason. My bank account no. [protected].
          I tried depositing several times and all the times money got deducted from the account without any reason.

                My case is also same as : i have applied for fast tag with application number hfr909246. I have made the payment 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount) uploaded the required documents, following that i have uploaded the signed application form as well.

                Since then i have been trying to contact hdfc for the application status on the toll free number : [protected] but no one picks up. I dont have their fastag email id also.
                I'm not sure do i have to do anything else to get this application processed, what is the current status of the application. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know if my application is processed or not, at least i'll try another service provider.

                Yes I am aware about that. And, today 12th Dec is the end line of that 12 days limit. Still there is no communication and response. I am an existing HDFC client id 21476956 . Thought, taking Fastag from the vsame bank will be easier . Still completely in dark. No updates, mails, PDFs, . and phone calls ?????

                  I have applied for FastTag online thru HDFC bank portal. I have got the FastTag ID & Customer ID thru SMS a week ago, but Physical FastTag ticker is not received yet, it's been close to 2 week since I've applied for. While trying to contact the HDFC FastTag customer care[protected]For Pune) their no. is not reachable and it gives a Busy tone all the time. I'm trying to reach them from last 48 hrs at various times but it gives a busy tone. They should provide the options to track the status about FastTag request. As their customer care no. is not reachable at all. Kinldy help to get the FastTag sticker asap. As I've to travel outstation to outstation by car.

                  My complaint is not resolved yet. As per your response, HDFC will contact in "several days", then there's no point in raising the concern. What about the Customer care no. is still not reachable any time ? No body listens at HDFC end. By when this will be fixed ? There should be some time frame to resolve the issue. Please help to resolve the issue.

                    I had booked by FasTag via HDFC Bank on 26th November 2019. I got SMS intimation on 29th November that Fastag has been issued and recharged successfully. On 30th November 2019, i Got a SMS saying "Your Fastag Wallet has been created . Card will be dispatched in 4 working days". I am still awaiting for the Fastag to be received. Today is 11th December 2019. Just 4 days away from the deadline. My FasTag application reference number HFR588654. Helpline numbers not working at all. No email id given for support. Pathetic treatment to loyal customers.

                          I have taken loan from centurion bank to complete payment of my bike bajaj pulsar in year 2005. AP10AE 3082, We had completed the loan in year 2006. We have not got any NOC from bank till 2019, 16th December is the last date of my bike re registration we cannot do the renewal process due to not cancelling the hypothecation. Please do the needful sir. We need NOC from bank.. Including form 35 and signature from the bank... Please send NOC and form 35 to my (Email id: [protected]@gmail.com). The amount has got debited from my wallet but till date I have not received the recharge of the amount nor have I got the refund back. I had referred this as complaint to the Payzapp team, but the matter is yet to be resolved.
                            Further, response from PAYZAPP is very sluggish

                                I have applied for fastag on dec 4 2019. My ref number is hfr884540. No communication received till now so is their any way to track this application number and but which date will i get this.

                                How can i check the application status and by what time i will get my fastag or this is some sort of fraud services started by hdfc bank as i being with this company for more than 12 years now.

                                    Since then i have not received any update regarding the same. Not received sticker, wallteid, customerid, tagid.

                                    Tried communicating through email and toll free number. Nothing is working.

                                    Toll free number is not at all working. It is always busy.

                                      As informed by hdfc bank vide e mail dtd 26 nov 2019 fasttag with customer id 19xxxx673906 has been issued . However till date as on 11 december, i have not received the same. Customer care number is of no help as nobody is responding. I have also sent e mail to hdfc bank support but no action so far.(hbl[protected]. Since 15 december approaching it is requested that necessary action may be taken by bank on priority.
