I have done three emi transactions on Flipkart on 17th of nov and payment hasn't received by merchant but it is deducted from my credit card and its 23 days till now first bank ask fro 7 days and even days it has been successfully reverted ans then asked to wait for 15 days and now today bank is asking for 9 more days total amount is 7199+7199+7499

    I had applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on 30th November. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. Kindly expedite the process.

    I am calling on this number since 10th December, as mentioned on HDFC Fastag Window - To Call Customer Service –[protected], to my shock, this number is showing as number not available.

    then i called on the information on their website -

    or Email - support.[protected]@sahaj.co.in

    These number doesnt exist.

    How pathetic is the service of HDFC, my colleagues had applied via AXIS Bank and Paytm, they got the Fastag in 5 days. I had applied on 30th November, but didnt get.

      I have booked fastag on hdfc portal under application ref no. Hfr475408. On dated 23/11/2019,
      It was mentioned by hdfc that fastag will be delivered with in 7 days, but till date fastag not delivered..
      For any penality by toll after 15th dec, hdfc will be liable. Other wise they should deliver the fastag immediately.. I need immediate action so that concern people should deliver the product and advise them not commit any thing wrong on website if they are not able to do so.
      If delay is there at least they should inform to customer..

        I have applied for fasttag on 30/11/2019 for an amount of rs.500 after 6 days (06/12/2019) i received my customer id and wallet id but till date i have not received any confirmation email or any information regarding dispatch of my fast tag kit. There is no other way to contact the bank representative as the toll free number mentioned on website is also not working or is not being attended. Kindly sort out my problem

        Have already completed the FasTag application with reference number : HFR413335. still, haven't received the FastTag delivered and no statu updates.

          I have applied Fastag application on 30th November and application number is HFR809351.

          I am not received my Fastag Sticker with RFID. Customer care number is not working. Very poor service from HDFC and dissatisfied. As agreed by HDFC, it will be delivered with in 5working days but I have not received any information from them. If they cannot manage to many applications then why they are taking request from customer. This is the fate for Indians to adjust everything.

            but after 5 days no news or intimation about the progress so for. there is no way to contact the helpline as the number is always busy or no one pickes up after waiting long

            while applying I got informed that therre will be an SMS about the details of the application but so for no information either through email or phone

            kindly help to resolve the problem immediately

                Hi,

                I've been trying to get my hdfc fasttag for the past couple of weeks. Even though i paid for the wallet and at the end of the session my session got expired.

                Even though money got debited from my account, i was able to get the hdfc fastag sms on dec 01, 2019 and subsequently on dec 04, 2019 i've received one more sms from hdfc mentioning it should be delivered in 4 days.

                Since then it's then more than 2 weeks i have applied fastag through hdfc. I'm literally fed up in calling your call center. It's one of the worst customer experience i've received through your site.

                Recharged transaction reference number: our fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/5/2019 12:09:12 am. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

                Please look into this issue on higher priority and resolve it asap. If in case i'm unable receive the response in 24 hours i will escalate it to next level.

                  Applied for Fast Tag on 9.11.2019 vide application ref no HFR345769, but till date not received Fast tag sticker. Facing dificulty is passing through Tolls. No response to any toll free number. No feed back.
                  Waiting to get my account activated, no access to customer though as per HDFC customer I'd is mentioned in pass book and cheque u don't see anything as such...nor do have option to contact HDFC as every option is automated not finding any customer care agent to talk to..Please help..this was never the issue with icici Bank.                   I have applied for HDFC fastag on Dec, 31, 2020.
                  Now March 20, 2021. Still I didn't receive my fastag card. I have received wallet id and current balance shows 300 (I have paid 500 rupees). I tried reaching customer care, all they say was wait for next 7 working days, you will get card. Non processed from their side. I sent few mail to @insolutionsglobal.com but no response from there side. Really bad service from HDFC.

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is HFR596382. then there is no update.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                I am not able to login to my fastag account to recharge it and when i tried to reset password it shows message that no record found for my wallet id/user id of fastag. It shows same message while logging as well. Contacted customer care and they say that they can find my account in good state.

                                I tried to contact customer care multiple timesto reset the password but they suggest only to wait for few days and try again. I am trying to get hold of this from couple of months and due to this behavior i am fed up and thinking to buy other providers fastag.

                                  I am and hdfc customer since last 5 years and today when i was doing an online transaction, i kept geting this error of
                                  "there is a low severity memo present on the credit account., there is a memo present on the debit account."
                                  I saw a hold of some 74000 on my account for no reason.

                                  This is outrageous
                                  Will hdfc ever plan to do it's job and stop harassing customers?

                                    My fastag application reference number hfr715570.
                                    I have ordered 1 fastag on 28 oct 2019, it is already showing in my wallet id [protected].
                                    But i have not received the physical tag yet. Please let me know the status of my tag.
                                    My car number is up40z5169.

                                    Your toll free is horrible, i have tried at least 100 times in a day it is always busy.

We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched.                                       I want to change the relationship manager. Ankit Kashyap (Contact No[protected], 119, Radhakrishna Sadanam, Main Rd, Gandhi Bazaar, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004) as he is unresponsive and does not attend to my calls.
                                      I called him recently regarding the delay in issuance of Fastag and he gave me a story of the office intranet access being down for more than a week. The second time I called, he cuts my call and texted back that he will call back as he is in a meeting and he never calls back. The third time when I called the next day, he did not lift nor leave a message. I don't think I would need such a relationship manager who does not attend to the customer's call unless he gets some revenue.
